The location is great. Easy to move around. Many food outlets within walking distance. Nice and quiet area, and yet very accessible to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable beds, great location close to Suitengumae Station (Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line), TCAT (airport limo buses) and Ningyocho Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Subway Asakusa Line). Close to convenience stores, and relatively easy to get to on-foot from any of the transportation options. Good environmental initiatives, helpful staff, great price. Will stay again in the future.

We loved the breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were made up every day. Very clean. Also it was quiet and they provided bottled water everyday.
