Very charming little hotel in a beautiful, quiet square not far from the center. Excellent restaurants and excellent service, comfortable, large and very clean rooms. I would be happy to return.

Yulia and Nazar from reception are outstanding, so customer-oriented. Tea/coffee in the room with an electronic pot, all the bathroom amenities and beyond. Special bonus 10% discount at the Chopin restaurant. Kids friendly and Chopin music in the hotel, so romantic and so cosy. It’s love from first night! Excellent location, so close to all key attractions and I call it a music quarter! It’s firm 10!

Excellent English spoken at front desk. Helped to organize train tickets to Carpathian Mountains and taxi transportation. Easy walking distance to Rynok Square. Loved the dishes on the breakfast menu a real cultural experience and delicious. Excellent wifi.
