Great value for money! Location is really good (in the center but on a quieter road); the staff is friendly and helpful and WiFi works fine. Breakfast is included (simple but fair: either eggs some bread and fruit or yogurt with muesli or pancake with banana) and rooms are quite new and clean (with airco) and they provide new water bottles every day. Laundry can be done here (40 bath per kg) and they help with reserving many different tours. They have a nice small lounge area outside where you can relax and drink a nice smoothie (very tasty) or a beer.

This is probably one of the best locations to stay in if you’re looking to stay within the old town. Centrally located but on a nice small quiet street. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and hiring us scooters. The room was nice and good value for money. Breakfast was very reasonable.
The best hotel I have been in Thailand so far. It’s really good value for money, the hotel is fully renovated, comfortable bed, good hot shower and everything is impeccable. They have a nice front yard with sofas were you can relax and enjoy the company of their pet, a friendly cat for those cat lovers like me. The personal attention of the owner is also a plus, she and her son are so friendly and always willing to help. Location wise, the place is located in a very central area, just next to a nice local market. I could not recommend it enough!! 🙂
I liked everything about this place, the room was large and had everything you need in there. The staff were amazing, they made you feel like it was home. They were so friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous it is so close to everything, massage, restaurants, bars, nightlife and it’s east to get around. It was our wedding anniversary and they made our room up so nicely with roses it was very impressive. Internet speed was great. Breaky was basic but lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, it’s the perfect place to stay
This was a great Boutique Hotel run by great Thai people. My room was always cleaned and was perfect for my trip. Located on a quiet street with several Thai restaurants and handicraft shops and a little market. Within walking distance to everything in the old town. Awesome place!
Very helpful staff!! Tee Tee and her friend(owner) are very kind and amiable. They helped us with all our questions. The hotel is near everything but still quiet enough during the night. We would definitely recommend it and go back there. The breakfasts was just like everywhere else in thailand. It is simply different from Europe! Simple but nice!
The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and centrally located.
