Staff very friendly, big room, pool facilities and not too far from attractions.
Location of the hotel is good,very close to shopping mall. Room is good,clean.
The hotel is very close to the shopping center MAYA and Nimman Road,and very easy to go to the old city and Chiangmai University.
The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Bed was really comfy and room was clean, although the bathroom could have been updated and cleaner. Great mountain view. Breakfast was OK – great Chinese donuts and congee and egg station.
Beds are hard and the city smoggy can say I’ve seen it but won’t recommend it.
The staff were very pleasant and the hotel restaurant was very good.we had to change room due to noise and the American manager was great and helped to sort out the change
We like the hotel, but we don’t like paying over the odds!
The rooms are huge and the lobby areas are beautiful. The food is very good and well priced in the restaurant. We booked several day trips from the hotel and as it is located north of the wall we were often picked up last and dropped off first which was good! We loved it so much we increased our stay from 2 to 6 nights.
The check-in point is very near to one stop of the water bus, we spent two nights there. Overall it is value for money.
