Very nice apartment with everything you need (no soaps or shampoos though but we had ours). There is small swimming pool good for children and an indoors playground. Comfortable stay and walking distance to the city centre as well as to the train station. This place is for people who prefer central location over quiet area.

The young lady on reception was very helpful, booking tours, ringing for taxis and giving directions and recommendations. Our room was a good size with balcony, fridge,safe,large bed,bathroom was a good size, breakfast was traditional Polish cold meat, cheeses, yoghurts,bread, scrambled eggs made to order, we had access to tea/coffee (coffee machine yes!) And Water in the dining room, location was great just 5 min walk to the main Krupówki St. Love the heated towel rack in the bathroom, great for drying your small washing, larger items that need washing can be left at reception, these are sent to local laundry for very reasonable prices.

Generalnie moja ocena jest bardzo dobra. Na stołówce jest możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy, herbaty przez cały dzień i noc. Jest też ekspres, mleczko do kawy, ciasteczka, czasem owoce. Bardzo fajny, duży i cały zadaszony balkon z widokiem na góry. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym obiekcie. Przemiła obsługa, Panie na recepcji są bardzo sympatyczne, chętne do pomocy. Śniadania są urozmaicone, każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Nam bardzo smakowały, przepyszna jajecznica! Bardzo blisko do Krupówek. Na miejscu parking i plac zabaw dla dzieci. Dwupoziomowy apartament bardzo sympatyczny i wygodny.

Easily the best play-room for kids I have ever seen – slides, toys, xbox, table tennis table, etc. The spa/pool area is nice, two saunas, two pools and a jacuzzi. Restaurant and breakfast were great, with a possibility to dine outside. The room was great as well.

It was an excellent place to stay. The hotel was new and modern. The indoor pool area was fantastic. The hotel was located very close to Krupowki Street with restaurants and bars close by.

Excelent location, close to the city center. Clean and modern rooms. One breakfast was enough for two days both of us.

The Apartments here were very nice, super clean and well decorated. The staff was very helpful with everything. They recommended great places to eat and fun things to do in the city. We were very pleased with their level of customer service.

We loved it for few different reasons. The proximity to the central street of Krupowki could not be better, yet It was quite as if we were in the middle of the woods. The property is new and everything works as it should. Huge advantage is the free underground car park and lift that connects all of the floors (moving luggage. . . and a stroller and a baby can be daunting). All of the staff we’re helpful. . . constantly. My son woke me up at 5am and although the reception was closed, I got a coffee from security guy. Impressive.

It is a great hotel, beautifully designed, and finished to a very high standard. It has a modern and contemporary feel but still full of local character. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the location, right in the centre of town but somehow felt very quite and calm, and if you are lucky you get a view of the mountains from your balcony.

Heating and water system is very good. Kids loves the pool.

The staff were incredibly helpful. It’s an apartment, but the owner brought us lots of fresh towels so that it was more like a hotel and all the amenities we asked for. There is a small pool and sauna attached to the apartment complex – fantastic for young families especially. The apartment was well furnished, very warm and very close to the main shopping/ restaurant area. I would definitely say this accommodation is good value for money.

Kadek and his wife are super nice, also the parents of him and other familymembers are lovely and always give you a smile. We booked one week and Kadek helped us with everything, such a good guy!! It is located in the middle of Ubud, you can not live more central. The rooms were clean and the new building is just awesome, especially for that price – Backpacker Luxury!

The two sisters who are running this nice guesthouse are very friendly. they reserved a private parking place for our sports car in the front of the entry safe behind a fence. The hotel is situated on a perfect distance from the centre. in a very quiet allee. we got a nice room with two balconies. free coffee and thee facilities in the lobby. we could even pay with euros.

There was a small sea shore close to the hotel which was very nice, with beautiful view and water/rocks. I did like the view from the balcony to the garden of the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.
