Great rooms with mountain views. Tasty breakfast. Very nice personnel. Close to Krupowki.
We had a really good breakfast. It is so near to the city center and a good walk to the mountain (Karpowsky). The room was clean and enough space in it. The parking is free.
The staff was really helpful. We had some problemwith our booking (we got a wrong room) but they simply changed it based on our request. The room was clean and tidy. We had to leave our baggage there to have a nice walk in the city, and it was not a problem to leave it the room thill we left the city.
My room was warm, comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony, and the reception area had a warm welcoming fire. The breakfast was well-presented, tasty and comprehensive, with hot and cold options. The staff were very helpful at all times, and the location is great – just 5 minutes from Krupowki (the main street of the town), 1 minute from an ice rink and maybe 10 from the skiing activity up around the top of Pilsudskiego. In addition, the neighbouring ‘Pensionat’ (The ‘Excelsior’, 1-minute’s walk up the street) has a lovely cellar bar – perhaps the cheapest and nicest in the whole town – with an informative and kind landlady/barmaid who speaks very fine English.

Obiekt częściowo po remoncie. Pokój mały, choć ładnie urządzony. Dużym plusem jest przestronny parking. Brak problemów z zostawieniem auta na posesji (dodatkowo są kamery). Recepcja całodobowa, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa (prosiłam o czajnik i kubek i został mi udostępniony bez problemu). Świetnie położony obiekt, Bardzo blisko centrum a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Dobre śniadania, duży wybór – stół szwedzki. Gdyby nie niewygodne łóżko oceniłabym zdecydowanie wyżej. Ze względu na lokalizację i przystępną cenę, przy kolejnej wizycie, myślę że znów tu zawitam.
Śniadanie urozmaicone i smaczne. Jest naprawdę w czym wybierać. Możliwość zrobienia kawy poza godzinami śniadań
Najlepszą rzeczą jest śniadanie – dużo i bardzo urozmaicone
Materace na łóżkach bardzo wygodne, bardzo czysto w jadalni, śniadania dobre.
