The bed and linens were very comfortabe, and there was a lot of space. It’s only a hundred meteres from Dom Sportova, where we went to a concert, so that was perfect. Also very close to the city center.

Toni is a perfect host, very kind and available. He met us as soon as we arrived and showed the bright and modern apartment, remaining reachable for further queries/needs. The apartment is not big but well equipped and the space is cleverly used; there is an ample terrace in case you want to relax or use it to hang clothes to dry.

Location is good, clean and new apartment , heated floor in the bathroom. Apartment smal but very cozy .Everything you need is available. Free wi-fi. Supermarket the same buildings. Perfectly located nice, modern hotel at the end of the pedestrian street, near of many restaurants, caffee houses and bars. A few minutes from all the sights, but with a pleasantly separated feel. Comfortable large, modern and clean room, good breakfast, very nice staff. Super comfortable bed, not too hard but not too soft. I can not remember when we slept in a hotel in such a comfortable big bed! Non-smoking room, opening window. Underground garage under the hotel, supermarket on the ground floor. PERFECT CHOICE!

Spacious new room and bathroom with large balcony.

The location is very good. It’s directly on the bar street and is close to the center. On the entrance floor there is dm and spar supermarket.

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & spacious. Enjoyed my stay there very much.

Cooking facilities and outdoor terrace in apartment 1. Seperate entrance to apartments from the street. Supermarket and Pharmacy on the ground floor. Great location. Very helpful staff. Tram stop just 10 minutes walk away and that will take you to the bus station that the airport bus connects with. 4 HRK for the tram and just 30 HRK for the bus to the airport per person.

This is my second time in this hotel. I liked the lication of this hotel because its close to the center of Zagreb and the facilities of this hotel is perfect also the reception is in the first floor and in the ground floor you can find a supermarket

Conveniently located at the top of the main pedestrian mall with many restaurants. 5-8 minute walk to old town and the main square. The hotel is in a converted mall, so there is a grocery store and drug store on the ground floor which is handy. The room was a good size, functional and clean. Though the room has A/C, if the hotel is on its overall "heating mode" the AC will not work in the room. However, they do have windows that open, so that was not a huge problem. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of hot dishes and made to order eggs. Good value.

Nice location inside the shopping mall. The parking is shared with SPAR and seems to have enough capacity.

Good location which we could explore the old town by walking. There is a supermarket “Spar” in the ground floor which very convenient.

Great breakfast! Superb location, staff really nice, highly recommended.

Had a very pleasant, two-night stay at Kaptolski Dvori B&B from October 9 and 10, 2017. Parking can be a bit tricky – upon arrival, you’ll either need to find parking on the street (not a good option; we parked across from the entrance and got scolded by the owner when we went to move our car) or, better, call management and have them open the gate to the complex for you. Small, clean room. Tkalciceva Ulica, a wonderful street with many reasonably priced restaurants and bars with tons of outdoor eating options, is less than ten minutes from the hotel, as are a local produce and souvenir market and Zagreb’s biggest public square. Included breakfast is very good: scrambled eggs, breads, cereal, meats and cheese, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, and yogurt. Clara gave us a tip to see an exhibit covering the history of Croatia and Zagreb in one of the city’s tunnels that was really good and we would not have known about. Don’t miss the Museum of Broken Relationships!

Very neat, clean, cleverly functional, attractive B&B with friendly staff and decent breakfast in a nice, compact but perfectly adequate room with good space for baggage etc. Great location right at edge of old city.

The location is good, upper town near the cathedral and near central square and outdoor markets. The receptionist was very helpful with recommendations what to do before we had to return our car: Brestovac sanitarium, the ski area peak for the view, and the fortress on the way back.

Excellent in all ways. Only negative is 3 churches near by with bells ringing in the early mornings.

The staff at Esplanade was excellent. They executed all wishes to our highest expectations. The historical building is just beautiful – it was a bit like time travelling, with the botanical garden and other nice historical buildings right next to the hotel.

great staff. Very kind. Breakfast was nice, bed comfortable and it’s really clean. They even got me a room before check-in, because we were a bit early. I also got all the necessary tourist information to start my trip around Zagreb.

Location is amazing, being located in the very heart of the city. All the museums are walking distance. The location is in the main market, do you can walk down and enjoy anytime. Host was also very helpful and accomodating.

The location was spot on and very central, the apartment was walking distance to every major attractions in the city. The hosts was very friendly and helpful – the room was nice and cool when we got in which was fabulous because it was boiling outside! It was a really nice touch.

Comfy bed. Excellent owner. Clean. Cold mini-fridge. Stovetop burners. Free fruit and chocolate at check-in. Fantastic location – seriously excellent. Safe. Great wifi and air conditioner.

The MKR Family Room is in a fantastic location in Zagreb. There is a public parking garage that isn’t too expensive less than a 10 minute walk away. (The actual apartment is in a pedestrian zone.) Great bakeries, restaurants, shops, and everything you could need is all within walking distance, and you are in easy proximity to the tram. We loved our stay here. We actually booked a second night. Upon arrival, we were provided cold water and fruits/chocolate. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. The wifi is good, bed was comfy, and air conditioner worked well.

Good location and clean. With all the utensils for cooking. The host prepared some sweets and fruits as welcome gifts. She was very kind assisting me to take the heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs.

The facilities available in the apartment were excellent , the host included little extras such as chocolates and water which made it very welcoming. Very clean and modern facilities.

Location was great, beds were comfy. and the shower was amazing

Nice place / excellent location, easy to reach; coffee with extra smiles from the staff.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about DU-NA Rooms! I would have stayed more than one day if I could and I am definitely going there again. Kind staff, exceptionally clean and tidy rooms with spacious bathroom, cozy bed, TV, even some snacks on the desk to greet you. Tasty coffee in the large ground floor bar (half the price till 9 AM!!) and a bakery with goodies from heaven just a few meters away from the establishment. Quiet and peaceful surroundings with only a short drive to downtown. True value for your money – highly recommended!!

The room was very well equipped. I had everything I needed and more Some free snacks and free coffee is a good idea.

Location is great if you come by car because of the parking (a hassle if you stay in the centre). Comfortable enough, great price, good services nearby (pharmacy, supermarket, great bakery)

The staff was very helpful, smiling and good company, The Room was very very clean and tidy, And they have some gifts for the guests (cofee and tea tickets for the cafe part, water and chips in the room)

Free coffee vouchers for the bar downstairs, staff friendly, not too far from number 9 tram (5 min walk), small shop across the road, bigger shop within 5 minutes, if you are looking for food R&B food (house of ribs) is amazing and not far!!! Try it (you may need to book a table)

The personal was super helpful and friendly. The Hotel has clean and confortable bedrooms. From the bus main station is really easy to arrive to the Hotel and by taking tram 6 you arrive to the city center in 7-10 min.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is basic with a decent location that makes it easy to get to the airport and downtown. Downtown is in walking distance for those who are a bit adventurous. With the exception of the carpets, this place was clean and had a friendly staff.

Very close to main bus station it only take few minutes walk for airport shuttle and travel domestic (Plitvice lakes, Zadar, etc) or outside of Croatia(such as Slovenija, Hungary, Italy, Germany) Also close to supermarket Tommy, Kozrum and bakery. Trams (No.6) are very close by to access center of town and only 5 mins durations.

The desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and provided all the information we asked for during our stay. The attached cafe had decent prices and was very convenient for our one night stay. There is also a bakery nearby.

Close to the main bus station, the tram stopped just outside the hotel and it was a ten minutes ride to Zagreb city center – tramticket almost free.

The host really went to extra lengths to accommodate us. He met us very early to let us in and stow our bags and could not have been friendlier. He also did everything he could to have our room ready earlier than normal. The lounge was excellent for giving us a place to freshen up amd relax (our red eye flight arrived at 7:20 AM and check in is not until the afternoon). The rooms were awesome and clean. The location is great. All together an excellent hotel and an exceptional manager. The smoking lounge is chill and Nieuwmarkt square is an excellent home base. Walk from Centraal Station was not bad, but you may want to consider a cab only if you have heavy bags. Book this place!
