Friendly and comfortable hostel with big rooms. Good location near the metro station.

Nice environment and kind staff. Clean and comfortable bed.

It poured with rain when we were in Xian so it was wonderful to have the onsite café. Fabulous museli in a cup with fruit and yoghurt breakfast each morning!

The room was superbly clean and hotel-like room. Easy check in.

Staff were friendly and well used to foreign travellers. They can advise you on local sites and arrange tours at reasonable prices. Make very good coffee and have a range of food at their restaurant. They arrange daily activities in the evening which are fun to join into.

Most comfortable bed in China! Very nice Cafe / bar with lovely staff.

Rooms are nice. For the price, this is an amazing deal! Staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. The cafe/bar area looks very nice. There is a 7/11 supermarket close by and some local food places (as you exit turn right and walk for about 200m and you find a nice noodle place. Large noodle soup costs 10RMB and feeds two, unless you’re really hungry).

Staff were friendly and spoke quite good English, they were very helpful with travel advice. The food and drinks were good in the onsite café. We were allowed to leave our bags there when we went away for a night and they allowed us to use a room to shower in when we returned as we’d slept on the train.

The warm friendly service. Good barista style coffee. Clever use of space in mine very little room. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The pub next to the hostel Darkey Kelly! Best pub in Dublin! Super nice staff, great food, live music, not over priced!

The staff was really helpful and friendly, we had some special needs and they really helped us, they did everything in their hands to make our time there easier and enjoyable, they were just great. The facilities were nice and clean, the restaurant was very pleasent and the food was delicious and fresh.

Staff was really nice and helpful, they picked us up from the Railway Station when we arrived early in the morning. The room was fine, beds ok and I guess they also arrange free activities in Skybar which is nice (we didn’t participate in any).

Coffee at the bar is awesome! Breakfast was sufficent. Bar stuff was very nice and had good level of english. Offers special activities at night. Some of the reception staff speak only chinese. Great location in the city center. They also have english instructions printed explaining how to get to attractions.

You can get there easily from getting of the bus from the airport at the Longhai Hotel and walk 10-15 minutes from there. The hostel is quite modern and has a great rooftop bar. Perfect for my two night stay as everything in the center is in walking distance to it. I would come again

We extended our stay in Napoli Tree by 2 extra days because it was the perfect vibe and location for our holiday. The owners and staff were the stars of the stay! The breakfasts were amazing! The hotel as a whole was stunning, made to feel extremely welcome.

The location is quite good, but not perfect. 15 minutes walking from the station. Also not that convenient to all the attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice refurbished hotel. Rooms have been really nicely done and are very comfortable. Was a bonus having a bath and shower in this price range. Having the seperate bed for kids was also great.

Convenient location. Generous room size and nice deco.

Amazing staff. Clean hotel with a very modern decor. Bathrobes and slipper available made the stay that much more comfortable.

We could book the terracotta tour at the conceiege even at 8pm. The Decor is nice and there is a small mini bar at the lobby.

La decoración y el esfuerzo que hicieron por resolver nuestras dudas. Nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación por propia iniciativa la segunda vez, porque la que nos habían dado al principio no tenía puerta en el baño. Había una recepcionista que hablaba un poco de inglés que se portó con nosotros de maravilla resolviendo, fuera de horas laborales un problema posterior de hospedaje que tuvimos en el aeropuerto.

De kamer was heerlijk ruim, mooi stijlvol ingericht met een fijne open badkamer. In het centrum met veel openbaar vervoer om de hoek. De dame bij de toeristeninformatie in het hotel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

A cool property in the middle of Paris. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Very close to the Louve and Notre Dame. Shopping and Bistro’s all around. The pick up of the key was outstanding and the staff was warm and friendly as well as helpful.

Very well organized apartment from checking in to checking out. Clean, well maintained place with a nice washing machine hooked up as well. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores around the apt.

Very easy check-in procedure. Less than 5 minute walk to metro station with easy access to rest of city.

Room was big and comfortable. Pool and views are very nice. Amenities are great.

The people in the hotel really went out of their way to be super helpful with everything. The rooms are modern and clean and the breakfast is very tasty with lots of choice. The massage is good.

The whole experience was fantastic. We booked the Mark and Henry Apartments and they were disgraceful, dirty, we could never had stayed there. We cancel that booking after seeing the apartment. It was not what was shown on your site. We then chose The Sofitel and Omg it was a fabulous experience. They even upgraded us to a suite. Will definately book a Sofitel hotel when we next travel. And that is frequent.

Club level was excellent and the staff very friendly,polite and helpful.

They had the option to choose any style of pillow you like.

I like the bedding, the bathrobe and the spaciousness of the bathroom plus the complimentary mineral water bottles provided. Breakfast spread is good. Love the fresh juices prepared each morning.

Stayed here before several years ago and it was great and was not disappointed this time everything worked well. Hotel arranged excellent trip to Terracotta warriors.

The staff helped us in making many restaurant reservations. Without them, it would be a big challenge for us to book those local restaurants.

Service attitude of a particular staff ( zhang Hao) there was excellent.

The staff, particularly one young woman and I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, was very accommodating when I asked help booking an early taxi to the train station and having an additional room card since there were 3 in the room. The area is very good and if you’re not very good at finding your way, the big chunk of city wall acts as a very good landmark. There’s also plenty of convenient shops/restaurants nearby and has easy access to some sites and also shopping districts. The Hostel also provides lots of recommendations for tours around the city and things to do.

Well located for bars and Muslim quarter, helpful staff and written directions to local attractions very helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

One staff who was there deserves special mention. His name was Zhang Hao. He was there on day shift everyday I was there and gave a 5* service. Friendly and sincere greeting to giving us tips on where to go and on the last day of our stay helping us dry our wet shoes, to bringing them in to the store while we we were out and getting bath towels ready for us so that when we returned from our outing they were there for us to have our shower before boarding our flight home.

Location and great value for money…..great for leisure travellers

I really enjoyed the location of our hostel, really in the heart of the city. The restaurants and bars were just around the corner and the transport to all the sights that we wanted to see very reachable. The room was clean and supplied with the most important – beds, air condition, kettle and toilet paper in the bathroom

Very nice rooms, very friendly staff. cafeteria on premises, excellent breakfast buffet, two blocks from Metro station.

The hotel experience in general was quite good. Public transportation is not far away with some great places to visit close by too. The room was really nicely set out with all one would expect and the room safe was handy too. It is not a laptop safe though and too small to allow for this. There was one gentleman working on the last night I was there who was super helpful and he provided top notch customer service, unlike the rest of the reception staff I liaised with over the course of my three days there. This gentleman even came knocking on my door upstairs for the wake up call since there seemed to be a problem with the phones. He then called me a taxi at the last minute then said he would come alert me when it got there. Had it not been for this one member of staff at the end, I would have rated this stay down a notch for customer service.

Really nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Simple but nice breakfast in the common area. Due to late arrival we had auto checkin – it worked extremely well. We felt warmly welcomed!

Location was great. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Sharmaji is just under this hotel. There are at least 4 other Indian restaurants within walking distance. USD can be exchanged nearby very easily also.

The staff there are very nice and friendly, they even helped me with printing the ticket which I really need. The place is cozy and comfortable.

The bathroom was almost like my heaven! Marbled and wonderful vanity with great lighting. The pillows and bed were just so fluffy and comfortable, staff were very accomoding and the wide varieties of food for the buffet.

Awesome place! Such a fun and unique hostel. Staff was helpful and gave tips on what to do for my first time in Berlin. Great location and hip area. Berlin Wall is right there too! Great views from all over the hostel and especially loved the view from my room. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive otherwise I would’ve stayed longer!! Loved it!! Absolutely coming back.

Totally beyond expectation! It hides in a quiet street but easy to find. We booked a family suite, which is a big surprise. The decorate is chic and the room is clean. Everything is just perfect. Recommend it!!!

Studio room included cooking facilities. Lovely balcony and view. Quiet, but close to all major activities.

Loccation near the wonderful neighborhood of Pranzlauer , great to go into the city , great for goingout rooms decoration is tasteful but bathroom was very basic
