The breakfast is delicious and the bed is unexpectedly comfortable, we had a good sleep throughout the whole journey. The owner / staff here are all very friendly and helpful.

This apartment was perfect! It was exactly as pictured. It was in a great location. We stayed in many places during our month long trip to Europe, and this was definitely one of our favorite. It is a little small, but perfect for a couple or a family with one child. It was very nice and clean, had beautiful tall windows, and had a nice kitchen with good amenities. We LOVED it and would rent again if visiting Paris.

The owners are super helpful & honest guys. Don’t forget to take their tips about city. Place is very central to the city centre. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Staff are super friendly, facilities more than adequate, can recommend to anyone travelling to Barca. Short walk from city centre, lovely markets, sagrada familia etc do not miss out on this place!!!!

good location , close bell and drum bell . close train station very convenience.

Good centrally located hotel. Ideal for our needs.

The dressing gowns which weren’t mentioned on the site. The fresh coffee though could do with two machines. The ambience. Fresh fruit. The boiled eggs and yoghurt. We ate in the Muslim quarter and the food museum in cultural square which were both amazing.

The hotel is in a central, still during the night calm, part of the city. The subway system make it easy to reach different parts of the city.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows are soft. Breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the muslim quarter and Xi’an city wall! And very friendly and helpful stuff.

In general, the hotel is comfortable and it has an excellent location. The staff is very nice but few people do not speak English. However, they do the best to help and the communication is much better than in any other hotel.

Value for money accommodation, neat, clean and right smack in the middle of town and close to major sights like the Bell/Drum Tower and the City Wall. Service staff were polite and helpful. There are 2 metro stations about 7 minutes walk away and a 10 to 15-minute stroll takes you to local food haven Muslim Street. There are malls all around so no lack of food options – but if you’re not used to the local breakfast choices in Xi’an (Peppery Soup, Porridge, all sorts of spicy chinese noodles), do consider their affordable buffet breakfast spread for western breakfast options. Cars and taxis can enter the drop-off area at the hotel, but buses and bigger vehicles might find it a challenge to park and wait at this busy street. There is a fire station just across the road where we were asked to wait for our tour bus – on the day we signed up for a local tour package.

The room is spacious and clean. Good location – very close to the Muslim Street and the Great Mosque which is just 10mins walk from the hotel. I would recommend Muslim guests to stay here cos’ it is easy to find all "Halal" food at Muslim Street.

Concierge staff very polite and helpful however sum had limited understanding of English

The location is center to go anywhere around Barcelona. Neighborhood looked safe.

The location was excellent with public transport right outside door. Many facilities closeby for eating, Staff helpful and obliging. Good spot to explore Barcelona from.

Everything was great except the attitude of one of the youngest staff in the hotel we requested hot milk to drink our coffee and he said , it’s like this with arrogance, we reported the issue to the other staff and they said that’s unacceptable, the other staff were professionals . We like the location the calm the cleanliness and the breakfast but unfortunately we have to have our breakfast with cold coffee , because the staff refused to help heat the milk . It was the first time as a world traveler I had cold coffee in breakfast, and for me breakfast is not a breakfast without warm coffee .

Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety each day and convenient near bts skytrain.

Close proximity to subway station. Many value for money food choices nearby hotel. Room looks very new. Amenities in room are good (phone charger with different connectors is a plus!)

It’s clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff (when present) is friendly and helpful. The view from the roof is nice.

Very nice atmosphere, traditional buiksing. Located at a good spot, close to the metro.

I loved everything about this hostel: the style, deco, staff, cleaniness, location, etc. The common areas are very cosy. There is a nice a terrace a on the rooftop which is lovely too. The shared bathrooms and toilets are super clean and the water is hot. I wish I could have stayed longer at this hostel.

I think it’s wonderful that they offered to pick us up at Xi’an Railway Station, even though we arrived very early in the morning. Liuhaosu was there with a sign with my name on it, and she took us to the Hostel. The property is super conveniently located, right next to the southern part of the Wall. There are a lot of bus stops close by, and the metro stop is a short walk away. Drum and Bell Towers are also close by, but you have to walk a little bit more. And the Muslim Quarter is like a 30 min walk away. They offer three kinds of breakfast in the morning, for a very convenient price. And there are also plenty of restaurants nearby, although all in Chinese and no English menu, or English speaking waiters. But I also think it’s fun to go in and try something without knowing what it is you’re ordering! Everything was delicious, by the way!

Really nice hostel and nearby wall. Beds are soft, welcome change, also they provide breakfast and a nice bar.

Manager really take care of his customer and if any problem, he would solve it immediately.

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel is located right at the southern gate of the old city wall and most highlights within Xian are reachable by foot. Rooms are clean and nice, (AC included). Bathrooms are modern and have a separated shower (which seems to be unusual in China).

I do not know black tea, and it is so hot. And there is a woman worker and she has good english skill. I want to take a picture with her but I can’t. So sad

As an Australian English only speaker to find helpful English speaking staff who gave extra time to help and offer assistance and advice made my stay and increased my enjoyment. When viewing hotels on booking.com there frequently is the statement , "we speak your language". Which often means they can say Hello and they then may reach for a smart phone . But here the staff were fluent and willing and helpful.

The staff speaks good English and they were helpful. Within 10-20 minutes walking distance you can find bars and restaurants and the South gate. There is a laundry machine (no dryer).

The rooms were clean enough and the beds comfortable. The host was very endeavoured. He cared about our further trip and gave us some advice (in English). Storing our luggage after we had checked out was no problem.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! He took a lot of time to explain all the tourist attractions and how to get there. This made it so easy to move around the city on public transport. We also liked the neighbourhood, as there were many small restaurants and shops nearby.

The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure awesome!!!

The bright, air-conditioned Alcam Rizal apartment is located in a quiet pedestrian street at the top of Passeig de Gracia Avenue. It offers free Wi-Fi and a private balcony.

Very basic and seemed quite expensive, considering breakfast wasn’t included. However, I guess the value was OK for Toyko. The location was really good – almost everything we wanted to see was either within walking distance or very quick to get to from the closest station (Shin Okubo).

Room was huge, very family friendly, staff was also very polite, location was great as major fast food chains were very near, public transport including metro is at walking distance. Over all stay was great

It is a really nice place with lovely girls working there. Helpful and always friendly. The wifi is working great. Rooms and bath are clean. Pay a little extra for your own room- it is worth it. Took a private room with private bath. Hostel is a great location in terms of following: 1. If u arrive at xi’an north train station, it’s a direct train to the nearest station, and then a bus ride, hoping off at the next station. So it’s really easy to arrive at the station 2. Lots and lots of local eateries around the hostel – no worries of finding food. Most importantly, they are authentic local traditional food. 3. Real easy to get to the terra-cotta warriors as well – the main reason why we visit xi’An. Just walk out of the hostel take a bus to terminus station, and another bus to terra-cotta. Real deal. 4. Also near the fortified wall. The hostel staffs are kind and so helpful. They provide lots of information about xi An, helping you to get around easily. Service is great. There’s washing machine in the hostel.

The recepcionist was very kind. She helps us a lot. She gives us some useful tips.

The location is very good, just 1km from the Bell Tower. Also the Hostel has a nice rooftop terrace with a nice view.

The bed was wonderfully soft, best night sleep in China. The staff were so helpful in guiding us around the city and recommending the best routes to all the main attractions. The hostel was really clean and bright. Would reccommend anyone staying in Xi’an to stay here!

WE Loved! This place was like feeling home out side home. The rooms and nice and clean. We had a problem with the AC and they solved the same day and told us sorry 100 times… love how customer orientated are!

A very warm welcome, front of House were superb, ensuring our stay in Marrakech was easy and memorable. All staff were attentive, the setting was sublime, the rooms very comfortable and eating the delicious food on the roof terrace was spectacular.

The ambience of the property and the Chinese restaurant. Location is ideal for those who want to spend time walking to ancient city walls and Beilin Museum.

The location is great. Right outside of the hotel you can find a number of bus stops as well as the subway station. There are also big department stores around the facility, which provide restaurants, coffee shops, and good size food court. We got to stay at a room which is on the wing facing the South Ring Road, so we’ve got the view of the ancient city wall and gate. When it gets dark, the whole wall is lighted. The view is magnificent. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. The huge option covers Continental, Chinese, and Japanese foods. It’s often hard to make your choice -:)

The view overlooking the city walls was fabulous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Spoke very good English. The location was good, easy to get around.

The only hotel I have stayed that have larger than king size bed. Very good for family with young children. Excellent!

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, great taste of breakfast, clean environment, excellent toilet…

The staff were fantastic (with the exception of the surly check in guy on arrival). I loved the outdoor garden at the back of the hotel, great to wander around and peaceful. Room service had a good range and was efficient. Comfy bed.

The room was fine and the Hotel itself is large and has the associated range of fascilities. There is a pool and the Yi Cafe is nice with a good range of food.

The staff at this hotel were the most friendly and helpful. The location is good, only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which then connects you with the city. In the room, the bed is huge and you could want for nothing – just ask and it was supplied! Would highly recommend this hotel as among the best we’ve ever stayed in.

Mike Zhang and Angel were both wonderful! Very professional and helpful. Mike went out of his way to help us with our needs, even packing us lunches on the day we left. The hotel was clean, classy, and elegant. The spa was relaxing and the sauna was perfect after a busy day walking.The gym was better than any hotel I’ve stayed at and the breakfast, which was included in our stay was over the top!
