The hospitality from the hotel staff were excellent! Everyone from the bell boy, front staff to event the staff in the hallway would greet you and you know that you’re in good hands.

Modern rooms, comfortable beds, nice terrace and lounge, good breakfast, free parking on site, 24 hrs (!) reception, Good WiFi.

A great variety of Japanese and Western food, hot was hot and cold was cold. Eggs were hot! Rolls lovely. Room was clean and well kept. Location was fabulous, across the street from the station, so making connections on busses and different train lines was a breeze. The price was great too. Air conditioning system was the quietest I have ever had anywhere.

The entertainment staff were absolutely outstanding.

Very nice hotel friendly staff and great location and view and breakfast has variety off selection and quality of food I suggest that the hotel classify their rooms to direct river view rooms and side river view rooms and city view room that will make it easy to choose the view the customer like

Help offered by Customer service after hours was great. Even after I lost connection, I was texted directly on how retrieve the keys to the room.

Great location, only few meters from Subway, big and clean room and very comfortable bad

Apartment is big (including kitchen and bathroom) and well equipped. 5 minutes walk to old town and attractions.

The hotel has an excellent location, 2 min walk to Mariahilfestrasse, close to lot of shops and restaurants. A big + for this hotel is the parking because it is hard to find a parking place in the center of Vienna. The room was big, with nice furniture (in the spirit of old Vienna) and a big walking closet instead of a wardrobe. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The breakfast was good and varied.

I didn’t have the breKfast. The location was good, close to metro and large supermarket. I didn’t find too many places to eat. The staff spoke little English. The ones that did speak English did a very good job.

The host was very nice. Location of property was convenient to the metro station.

Close to Sumo and Skytree make sure you book your skytree ticket from reception will save a long wait. Most of the staff were lovely.

Night receptionist although could not speak English found someone to translate and very helpful as was booked in triple room and ended up charging me a single room rate !!!

Great location. View of the Ponte Vecchio and water was fabulous. So close to everything. Comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth – thanks to Bruna for her quick arrival.

Fantastic apartment, spacious and bright, very comfortable bed. Didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked. Rooftop terrace and pool were amazing. Staff were friendly, very helpful and flexible with check in/out. Location is perfect, short walk to metro with everything you need nearby. Highly recommended!

It was compact but everything you needed. I said for 3 nights but could very happily stayed longer. There were 4 bathrooms between 11 rooms and all on the same floor, and all immaculate . The shared kitchen was well equipped and again all immaculate. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows too. Location wise it was perfect. Very close to all the historic attractions and also the shopping mall’s and streets. Lots if great restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Managment was fantastic, from check in to check out. Will be back for sure.

Very friendly staff. Helped us to store luggage before check-in, they prepared for us map with restaurants and attractions in Porto. Apartment was clean, big, with two toilets and one bathroom. Easy to get from it to some point walking for about 30 mins (to river). Around a lot of parking lots for 13 euro/day. Definitely recommend this place to stay

Staffs are friendly and helpful, location is excellent, close to BTS and MRT. We are enjoyed street food around there.

The location is not bad! some people might like it because it’s few minutes away from the central train and metro station, for me I prefer being closer to city center! The rooms are big and clean. The staff are nice and talk good english.

Great location, immaculate rooms, friendly and attentive staff

The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was really comfortable and clean, I even took some ideas from the interior design of the apartment!! The shower was fabulous and it was great having the extra bathroom items like a toothbrush, razor etc. It was great having the option of air conditioning and there was plenty of extra towels, blankets etc if needed.

Centraly located hotel that allows you to visit the old part of Hanoi by foot. Hotel is located just beside the old Prison of Hanoi (worth visiting!). Very good breakfast. We could use the showers of the welness area in the evening after the visit of Hanoi, even after having checked out in the morning. Would come back again

The apartment was clean, less than 5 mins walk to the Duomo Di Milano, very spacious and modern; very sexy apartment! The shower is amazing! The staff member was very helpful as we notified a water leak very early on in our stay and he had a plumber come to fix the issue within 20 mins.

Breakfast great, lots of choices. Quiet and comfortable room. Staff very pleasant.

Nice hosts awesome house in a nice neighbourhood in Manizales only 5 minutes walk from the zona rosa restaurants and nightlife.

It was a lovely large apartment in a great location.

Location was great and we were provided a mobile phone to access maps, make calls and generally help us around the area. This was very helpful – we missed it in the other places we stayed.

The hostel was convenient and close to the Kintetsu-Nara station. It was very clean, the room was spacious and fully furnished. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and I was overall impressed with the experience. I wanted to check in early or leave my luggage with the front desk, and they were very helpful. We were able to check in late in the evening. They have tea and coffee on the house. Our room was spatious and had air conditioning. It is ok for 1-2 nights stay if just passing by Bucharest.

The apartments were spacious with a very nice view. There was Manager, sorry forgetting his name but he wore glasses and was from Egypt, he was very friendly and even helped load our luggage into the taxi. Never before have i seen a senior Manager at a hotel/serviced apartment do this, i do know that this was not part of his job scope but the fact that the gentleman did this was most impressive for me.

Location was great. Transfer service was great and receptionist extremely helpful.

Good and clean rooms, bed with curtains and you have your own fan. The whole room have A/C. Breakfast could be improved with a bigger portion and more options than bread. Toilet is fresh and clean often. Perfect place just outside old quarter!

Good service, Good location, a handy phone was provided with internet access and local and international calls to some countries free of charge.

Very nice friendly staff, they will assist you very promptly with the questions/needs you have. Excellent location, safe and close to popular places in Miraflores. Good breakfast too.

Room atmosphere is so relaxing and spectacular with excellent location at a traditional area. The staff is very helpful.

Lovely yoga room, big swimming pool, helpful staff

Our flight from Singapore landed ahead of its ETA and in contrast to last year when it took us over 2 hours to clear immigration/customs we were through in 15 minutes. This meant that we presented at the hotel about 90 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. To our surprise our room was ready and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. The hotel is easily accessible by an approx. 200 metre aerobridge from the airport terminal. All of the staff with whom we had dealings were friendly.

This hotel provides basic accommodation for someone looking to be in Prague’s district 9. It is a five minute walk to the metro, the O2 arena, and adjacent an shopping mall. The area is quite safe and the local restaurants are priced for the locals, not tourists.

Breakfast was good, pool was nice, restaurant was good.

Very much liked the studio apartment! It was clean, without much extraneous stuff in it, just the basics – cook top, small fridge, flat screen tv. And the bathroom was modern with new fixtures, shower, sink… Also, it is on a busy street and the double paned windows helped ameliorate the noise. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a book on restaurant/cafes that we used to great success!

The staff were super accommodating for both my partner and I (partner arrived a night early). They organised flowers, champagne and car. Superb location and an amazing setting.

The location of the hotel is right next to the metro station, which is the best part. The staff is good.

Everything! The hosts were very helpfull, the breakfast was amazing, we had everything we needed! The appartement was very clean and everything you need was there (washing machine, hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, ironer, etc). You also can get two keys. The hotel were you have to pick up your keys is just across the street and there you also ger your breakfast

To be honest The hotel was terrible,When we arrived I waited 2hr as they only had one worker checking in people,Then they gave me the wrong room it was small for us considering I booked a family room. Then when they gave me the right one it was not clean as guests had left that room as we arrived. Extended further.

Very Simple Hostel. Good for a few days if you dont mind too much about the simple equipment. Very good Location vry Close to a central Underground Station.

The localisation of the Visitel is perfect. Right between the Platou and City Centre

Beautiful riad – a little haven amidst the busy Medina laneways. Boutique in nature, only a few rooms which made for a very relaxing and peaceful retreat. Our room was beautiful – absolutely deluxe in terms of bedroom furnishings and bathroom. We had an early departure from the airport and the staff were kind enough to arrange for an early breakfast for us.

Ok it’s a good enough hotel, the one thing that is great is the room size, it was massive. The beds were good, and it’s in busy part of the city.

We were positively surprised that we got a bungalow, because I assumed it was simply a double room with a terrace. Fast check-in key-code to open the door.

The staff were very helpful and the location served mhy purpose of the visit.

Very confortable bed with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Room also had coffee making facilities, and we were given free water each day. Concierge were very friendly and so were the receptionist staff – except for one who was less helpful. I had to request twice for her to contact housekeeping to find out when our room would be ready.

Room facilities, breakfast included and nice price

It was almost next door to the supermarket and not far from the Prado. Lots of cafes etc just a minute or two away from the apartment.

It was a nice hotel in a great location and the staff is accommodating for English for sure. It was very clean and organized.

The hotel is so quiet and relaxing, very clean and staff very professional. I felt very safe
