Good service, Good location, a handy phone was provided with internet access and local and international calls to some countries free of charge.

Very nice friendly staff, they will assist you very promptly with the questions/needs you have. Excellent location, safe and close to popular places in Miraflores. Good breakfast too.

Room atmosphere is so relaxing and spectacular with excellent location at a traditional area. The staff is very helpful.

Lovely yoga room, big swimming pool, helpful staff

Our flight from Singapore landed ahead of its ETA and in contrast to last year when it took us over 2 hours to clear immigration/customs we were through in 15 minutes. This meant that we presented at the hotel about 90 minutes before the scheduled check-in time. To our surprise our room was ready and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. The hotel is easily accessible by an approx. 200 metre aerobridge from the airport terminal. All of the staff with whom we had dealings were friendly.

This hotel provides basic accommodation for someone looking to be in Prague’s district 9. It is a five minute walk to the metro, the O2 arena, and adjacent an shopping mall. The area is quite safe and the local restaurants are priced for the locals, not tourists.

Breakfast was good, pool was nice, restaurant was good.

Very much liked the studio apartment! It was clean, without much extraneous stuff in it, just the basics – cook top, small fridge, flat screen tv. And the bathroom was modern with new fixtures, shower, sink… Also, it is on a busy street and the double paned windows helped ameliorate the noise. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a book on restaurant/cafes that we used to great success!

The staff were super accommodating for both my partner and I (partner arrived a night early). They organised flowers, champagne and car. Superb location and an amazing setting.

The location of the hotel is right next to the metro station, which is the best part. The staff is good.

Everything! The hosts were very helpfull, the breakfast was amazing, we had everything we needed! The appartement was very clean and everything you need was there (washing machine, hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, ironer, etc). You also can get two keys. The hotel were you have to pick up your keys is just across the street and there you also ger your breakfast

To be honest The hotel was terrible,When we arrived I waited 2hr as they only had one worker checking in people,Then they gave me the wrong room it was small for us considering I booked a family room. Then when they gave me the right one it was not clean as guests had left that room as we arrived. Extended further.

The localisation of the Visitel is perfect. Right between the Platou and City Centre

Beautiful riad – a little haven amidst the busy Medina laneways. Boutique in nature, only a few rooms which made for a very relaxing and peaceful retreat. Our room was beautiful – absolutely deluxe in terms of bedroom furnishings and bathroom. We had an early departure from the airport and the staff were kind enough to arrange for an early breakfast for us.

Ok it’s a good enough hotel, the one thing that is great is the room size, it was massive. The beds were good, and it’s in busy part of the city.

We were positively surprised that we got a bungalow, because I assumed it was simply a double room with a terrace. Fast check-in key-code to open the door.

The staff were very helpful and the location served mhy purpose of the visit.

Very confortable bed with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Room also had coffee making facilities, and we were given free water each day. Concierge were very friendly and so were the receptionist staff – except for one who was less helpful. I had to request twice for her to contact housekeeping to find out when our room would be ready.

Room facilities, breakfast included and nice price

It was almost next door to the supermarket and not far from the Prado. Lots of cafes etc just a minute or two away from the apartment.

It was a nice hotel in a great location and the staff is accommodating for English for sure. It was very clean and organized.

The hotel is so quiet and relaxing, very clean and staff very professional. I felt very safe

Way above expectation. Food at the hotel restaurant was really good and inexpensive. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were first rate. Incredible value.

We liked the deluxe room washing machine. And restaurant. Happy with location generally however the complimentary Tuk Tuk was never used as it was in repair. Also the Soi 41 is very dark at night and the hotel is further down so street lighting should be provided for guests as they come from BTS. The bar should be available in the evening for guest to relax. However breakfast was very good choice and service.

Place was great. Across the street from the Del and the beach. Near all restaurants.

Loved the service, clean and manicured property, and the rooms were nice. Food was very good and everyone was friendly. Privilege Room – Enjoyed the private eating area and beach area. Also, access to some of the top shelf liquor was nice. The wildlife on the property is amazing. The pool layouts are great. (1) pool just for relaxing and another pool where volleyball and activities are going with a swim up bar.

The place is amazing, it was like a palace. The furniture, the linings, the plattery were all so really beautiful… We were upgraded to a suit, so we got even more value for the money we paid. For a 4 bedroom apartment it was very spacious, very modern and comfortable. All facilities were easy to use and we were providing with all amenities that we needed. The air conditioning system had made a huge difference to the stay we had, also making it easier to sleep. Overall a very nice stay.

A nice hotel very near Paddington Station. Clean. Modern capsule bathroom, which was very clean. Good value for the money.

It was an excellent stay. Near to airport and Staff are all accommodating.

Location of the place is amazing. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very good equpted: TV, safety box, Air conditioning(thank you!!!!). Bathrooms are always clean and tidy. Great place! Will recommend it!

Dinner was amazing, and the buffet breakfast was all you could want. When we went to check out, a tonne of people were at Reception checking in, so a kind staff member checked they had our credit card details and let us skip the wait. We’d definitely stay there again.

Parking was very easy and convenient. Staff was very helpful and always around. Very good price for being located in the middle of LA.

Not Recommending, it has very poor infrastructure and lacks basic facilities like proper water supply. Stay only if you have run out of other options.

Spacious and clean apartment. Four bedrooms – two bathrooms. Decent size kitchen. Comfortable beds. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Location was good.

The property was very central and was a large space for 7 girls. We all slept very comfortably

it has had a make over in the last year, so the room was definitely better. and the food was much better.

Free DYI laundry. Onsite cafe. Use of communal fridge. Nearby restaurants – would be good if they spoke more English. 15 minute walk to metro. Buses are closer but I find them harder to use.

Room is cosy, bright and nicely decorated. Staff are welcoming and kind. The location is great, right next to attractions and a metro station. Just don’t forget the code of the gate or you may be locked out.

The linen is amazing and the size of the rooms – simply HUGE!!!Staff was very friendly – way better than those in Jasper.

I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodation; new, centrally located (right by the Arena), very clean (and I mean spotless), spacious, large bed, and a balcony. I arrived at around 10pm, and was welcomed by the owner, Jean Micheal, who was really helpful with recommending places to go in the City; making the 20 EUR late check in charge a little more acceptable! The coffee machine and snacks were a nice addition too, as well as complimentary bottles of water.

The price was excellent and really cheap, the location near the U-Bahn is the real strong point of this hotel. Seemed to be clean, ideal if you just have to sleep
