Great location, big room and very relaxed atmosphere.

It was relatively close (10 minutes walk) to main streets and tourist places, including to an M3 stop. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a short walk from the city centre and also Mafiahilfer st. Breakfast is very tasty, staff is friendly, and wifi worked very well. I really like to fitness room and sauna possibility. We have a very nice stay and i would really recoomend this hotel.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work well. Beds were comfortable.

Very comfortable place to stay. Gym in the basement which is small yet sufficient with a treadmill, bike, weights, and mats. GREAT location! Cute area and downtown is a 10-15 minute walk. Parking is free on weekends on the street, so we didn’t have to worry about a parking space. Breakfast is included in the stay and is HUGE, delicious, and fresh! So many choices. The staff are what makes this hotel – everyone from reception to waiting staff were utterly charming and couldn’t do enough to help – they treated us like guests in their own home. The property is also spotlessly clean – its very well kept and looked after. The breakfasts were fantastic

I liked everything about in this hotel starting with the welcoming friendly and proffesional staff, the general decor which is rich and in good taste, the room on the 5th floor was spacious, there were two comfortable Queen beds in our room and we could open the window and not be disturbed by the noise of the city. The breakfast buffet was rich fresh and tasty. The hotel is located near Karlsplatz 3 minutes walk from the Underground and 10-15 minutes walk from St. Stephan Cathedral.

Bed extra comfy! Excellent pillow menu! Complimentary treats in bedroom was excellent and needed after travelling ! Staff very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by name on first encounter at hotel when checking in and also at breakfast by other members of the staffing team. A little touch that made me feel so welcome! And an excellent choice at breakfast!

This was our second stay at the Hotel since we stayed for ten days last year. As was the case last year we were met by friendly and very helpful staff members. The ambience of the Hotel is chic and warm. Breakfast is splendid. Our room was welcoming and cosy. Cleanliness was/is spotless. The Hotel is located strategically very near to the best visiting sights, museums and art galleries of Vienna. Looking forward to staying again at the Kaiserhof: this time for a longer stay. It is a tried and tested hotel which has not disappointed us.

very confortable & clean big room (good for family), perfect location – right near the metro & the city center, but in the quiet & beautiful quarter. Nice view from the top floor on the beautiful building inside the yard. Very tasty breakfast that I didn’t get bored for 6 days – big choice of very tasty yogurt and cereals, spreads-pates of different tastes, fruit, fried eggs, chees & sousages. Super friendly and helpful assistance for the city wonders & exhibitions from a gentlement on reception. Thank you very much. Will definitely stay there again, hope to bring there my family.

We had a very large studio room, which had a queen sized bed, dining table & chairs, a sofa, armchair & coffee table. There was a small well equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom. The hotel was in a very convenient location, only minutes from the underground transport and a great selection of bars and restaurants.

The breakfast buffet is great. The hotel is minutes from a subway station and a major tram line; it’s also an easy walking distance from the Ringstrasse and tourist attractions in the center of Vienna.

Nice breakfast, good location (just a couple minutes from U4 Roßauer Lände and Donaukanal), comfortable room.

It was a very modernized apartment in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere.

Not the the first time I stayed at Debo Apartments and as usual I was happy. Very good location, there are shops nearby, tram stop is just outside the hotel, metro (U-Bahn) station is just few minutes walk from there. The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and gym which are free for the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel. more or less modernised in a borderline scruffy area a short tram ride from the ring. The tram passes in front of the hotel so it easy to get into the centre of the city.

Very special kindness from All staff members from the first to the last minutes. I eate gluten free : At the breakfast I received fresh & hot buns 3 minutes later + a gluten free cookie. Very large variety of good quality foods on the buffet. We left the room but we could still let the car in the courtyard for a few more hours for free. Nice pool. Everything perfect. I enjoyed this hotel, good choice and much better than expected.

Location location location! Huge breakfast! Very nice rooms and with an imperial flair. Double pane windows, kept the noise out but it wasn’t really noisy anyway. Good air conditioning system. You step outside and are smack in the heart of Vienna. It’s a very well trafficked area with lots of turists in the area. We felt extremely safe as there were people alwYs around and with restaurants, open air bars, and the best selection of shopping I’ve seen anyware! St Stefans Cathredral is like 2 minutes away, Mozart’s home 5 and Figl Muller that 110 year old famous Weiner Schnitzel place less than 10. Awesome place to stay ! We only had 2 days in Vienna and can honestly say that this place was key to us maximizing our stay. One last tip, next to the cathedral you can also take the horse and carriage ride!

The personnel during breakfast were some of the nicest I’ve met – they couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent range of options at breakfast. The hotel could not have been more central and, despite that, the cost was very reasonable and the area was very quiet at night.

Everything I remember was just fine: courteous, accommodating, well-informed staff, cozy room with all the basics, excellent location for travelers, Viennese charm. The price was right for the level of services and facilities offered.

The original problem was solved swiftly and professionally. After that my stay was very good. Nice room, if not maybe a bit old-fashioned, but clean and well looked after. I would stay here again

Pretty apartment, great for couple, family or group of friends. Very clean, with all needed facilities, fresh fruits and tasty chocolates for welcoming the guests The apartment was near the center and near grocery stores. Everything was great! Before our arrival, we had a couple of questions for the owners and theirs response was instant. It proved the same when we came to the apartment. Simply said, Natalie & Rene who are managing this property are very friendly and very helpful couple. In perfect English, they presented us all the needed information about the city and the neighborhood – where the nearby good restaurants and groceries are. The apartment is spacious, very clean and cozy with all the necessary equipment. It had everything that people need for life (to the smallest detail). What was especially pleasant, there is free tea and coffee. Wi-fi run fast. All the pictures on the booking.com site are showing exactly how the apartment looks like. The location is 5 min walk to Wiener Prater, and some 20 min walk to Vienna’s 1st district – Innere Stadt. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed, perfect for the family with children and we can highly recommend it to anyone.
