The front desk staff was great. The room was spotless and had turn of the century charm. It’s a quaint hotel in a fabulous location. I am definitely staying there again!!

The receptionist Harald is an absolute must to get to know. Perfect customer service and highly motivated.

The location is fantastic. On Opernring, in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. The champagne at breakfast is also a nice touch, as was the free bottle of water in the room (always welcome). The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience better.

Very central location, big room, big shower. You can park the car up to 15 minutes in front of the hotel to check-in and unload the luggage, and then you’re directed to Kaertner Strasses (Opera House) garage at special rate 24 EUR/day. Close by foot, a little bit complicated to reach by car.

Excellent location , subway just next door, everything we need to visit the city easily.

This is a fairly standard ‘conference’ style hotel.But the staff are very helpful and great to deal with.I only ate breakfast there but it was very good with an excellent choice.This was the only hotel I stayed in in Brazil that provided tea/coffee facilities in the room and complimentary bottled water.

The location was excellent and the facilities were good. It was very easy to access the apartment. The layout was good and it was comfortable to live in.

Apartment was really nice, key pick-up really easy with provided codes to entrance and key box. We needed that because of late arrival. Bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped and tidy. Everything very clean.

Check-in using key box was great- did not have to worry about meeting hosts on time. Host was very responsive to email. Excellent location in 2nd district, a very short walk to city center. Apartment was perfect size, huge windows, lots of light!

Easy to find, easy to check in and to communicate with the host. Has good location close to the supermarket, market as well as multiple restaurants just 5 minutes away. At the same time it is located in a quite neighbourhood, so no extra noise from outside. There is a luggage room and one can ask for a key, so the check out at 10am does not sound too scary any more:)

Super-fast access to the place once you’re given the door and key pickup codes – impressive considering no human interaction! Location is in a nice quiet but central part of Vienna, with a straightforward 15 minute-ish walk to Stephansplatz. We arrived at the apartment from the hauptbahnhof via Taborstraße metro which is close enough (1 change at Praterstern). There are a good quantity of small restaurants and cafes nearby with reasonable enough prices. The apartment itself is a reasonable sized studio with all the facilities you would need for a short stay (even a dishwasher). Price vs. quality was pretty good considering the central location.

The location is great. Near the city center. You can virtually walk to the city center. Shops, stores, public transport, the Cathedral is all walking distance from the property. I wish I stayed longer.

Super clean,great location 8 min by walking to metro station, possible to reach the centre by walking, apartment well equipped, key delivery very easy. Markets,restaurants, all kond of services close by. Staff was kind and really helpful.

The location was Great and above all the staff were Amazing!! Mr Mega always at our Service with his Happy Smile ready to accomodate. The Best way to get to Destinations when needed, go The "Mega" Way!!! Also Danny? Black hair and Glasses on Service Duty outside. You are a Delight to have around. Staff going out of their way to Satisfy and make Guests feel right at home.

Good location, near railway, underground parking, near shopping area. Public transport just across the street. Wiener Stadthalle 200 meters away. Easy to find on Gurtell street not far away from downtown and museums.

The room is standard yet equipped with everything you might need. Wonderful beds. Our room faced the ateium that is why it was very quite and we managed to have a good rest, especially since the beds were comfortable. Amazing breakfast made of fresh high-quality food supplies, spacious breakfast area. Spotless professional cleaning. Great staff at the reception!

Parking was easy. Rooms are space and clean, well furnished.

It is a nice hotel located very close to the Westbanhoff (railway station). The bus from airport has a stop at Westbanhoff – it is very convinient. The hotel is not far from the old sity center – only 20 min by walk. Also there is a shopping mall and many restorants around. Vienna is a beautiful town. It is my dream to arrive here with my family in the future.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Suggested us an excellent restaurant near the hotel, explained where are the best locations for sightseeing, the easiest way to use the public transport and even held our baggage a few hours outside of the booked period. The breakfast was great! The room was clean as well as the whole facility.

Nice breakfast selection, helpful staff, quiet neighborhood, easy bus connection to Stephansplatz or subway to anywhere else. of course it is not a fancy place, but if you want fancy, you will need to pay more. Everything is clean and functional, therefore I rate it excellent value for money

Location – less than 5 minutes walk from nearest metro stop (Schottenring), which takes you to city center and other favorite locations in no time.

The staff is polite and helpfull. The room is large with lots of nice furniture, minibar, tv. The bathroom is a little bit too small, but the hot shower is good, also towels. Very good breakfast. The hotel is very clean. There are some nice restaurants close to the hotel. The metro station and tram station are close, no more than 10 minutes walking. Location was very close to conference venue, room was very spacious

I liked breakfast, friendly staff and the location of the hotel. Very close to public transport, supermarkets and nice restaurants

The bathroom was great, it had a real tub, which was nice after being so used to smaller European showers. It’s small and quiet, so it’s relaxing to come back to after a full day out. Breakfast was good, they had the normal bread and meats and cheese, but there was also yogurt and granola and cereal, so it was a bit more vegetarian friendly.

It is a good hotel for short stay, good transport connections, fast internet. The breakfast was good.

Everything was really good. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The public transport is very close to the hotel and easy to reach the city center.

Good location nearby main train station, just a 15 min walk. Pretty far from city centre (40-50 min walk), but only 15-20 min with car/Uber. Room was huge! We were able to check-in already around 1 pm, almost an hour before regular check-in. Breakfast and it’s variety were very good. Great value for money! And receptionist was very polite and friendly.

The rooms were spacious and they were furnished as per modern taste. While the building is apparently old it does not seem so at any point. There is a bus stop exactly infront of the hotel which makes it very convenient.

The breakfast was good, varied selection of bread and cheese. The location was good as well, about 10minutes walk from Wien hauptbahnhoff or just a stop on the subway (keplerplatz).

Good place to stay especially if you are coming by train to Wien Hbf. The place is walking distance from there. Located closed to shopping area. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The room was big and clean, the bathroom was new, clean and well-lit. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel, very easy to go into other part of the city. Also a walking distance to city-tram and to the Main Train Station.

The bathroom was most impressive. First of all, it had an extra door to the toilet, which is very useful when you travel not alone. But the most unexpected thing was a separate infra-red cabin! We really enjoyed warming up there after a chilly autumn day outside. The location is good (3 min walk from a metro station, 10 min from a train station to go to the airport), the area didn’t look too safe though. The staff is friendly, but not more than germans (sorry, austrians) could be. The breakfast choice is acceptable (no fried eggs/sausages at all).

Very spacey room and bathroom, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Great value for money.

Location was perfect and public transport was at stones throw. Very easy to get into metro and reach the city centre in 15 mins. Room was very large and oozes out luxury.

Excellent spot in Vienna in walking distance to St. Stephens Cathedral and all of the shops. This was perfect for our group of 6 people. Had a smart tv with you Tube channels to watch American programming and news. Everything was wonderful. We didn’t use the kitchen, but if we were to stay in Vienna for a week, this would definitely be the place to go. The owners communicated with us as we arrived.

Amazing apartment in excellent location with a tram stop two minutes away, walking distance to many shops, bars, cafes, the museum quarter, and the market, and an u bahn stop just 8-10 minutes away. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautiful, and secure with all the amenities, and Marta was lovely and helpful upon arrival and check out.

Having a fully furnished apartment which included an 8kg washing machine and internet made our stay very comfortable.

The apartment location is just superb. Very close to trams, U-Bahn stations, lots of good restaurants and just 5 minutes walk to Mariahilfer Strasse, one of the most popular street with lots of shops and restaurant in Vienna. The apartment itself is huge, very clean and has everything you need from a home away from home. The host is very helpful and communicating with her is smooth and fast. We really appreciate it particularly since this is our first trip to Wien. We recommend this place to stay for a family or a group of 4 or 5 people. Great place.

The apartment hotel is so neat and classy. It has a large dining table and nice kitchen. Big cozy sala and TV. Best is the auto washing machine bec owner even provided for basic necessities like laundry soap. Great for big group.

Amazing apartment in a great area of Vienna. We were 7 people and it was enough room for everybody. The women from the apartment service was helpful and provided even an extra room for our luggage the next day (as we visited Vienna) The tram is near by (Line 49) with which you can get to the city center (or Volkstheater metro station) To the metro (Stadthalle, Neubaugasse) you have to walk about 15 minutes. Mariahilferstraße is close (shopping) and also other shops are close. We really enjoyed it there.

Easy access close to Santo Dumont airpot. Staff is well trained and kind.

Easy Access to all your business trip. People working at hotel are very nice and very respectable. The hotel is very clean.

The location was excellent inside a mall, with metro station in a short walking distance. The room was spacious & clean. The staff were helpful & welcoming. There is a laundry room on 7th floor where we could do our laundry.

The 8th district is a lovely area of Vienna – some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk, a very quiet and non-touristy area and yet it’s only a short, pleasant walk into the centre.
