Great location. Rooms are basic, but comfortable. Nice bathrooms.

24hr reception was a crucial factor in selecting this hotel over alternative choices particularly as our flight’s arrival was 10pm and most hotels’ receptions seemed to close at 10pm. One has to bear in mind the cost of the hotel when judging it. Our room (208) was spacious enough for our needs and was at the rear of the building, the bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water, though it took a while come through. The male reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was help-yourself to rolls, croissants etc with jams and meats and coffee or hot water to make tea; it also had a patio area. I would recommend this hotel as good value for money, easy access to/from airport via Metro to Bolhao. The area is not fantastic but there are a number of restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk. Situation is quite good for most of the city sights.

The bed was extremely comfortable Room was nice and relaxing

Clean and newly renovated room. Possibly to regulate heat. Quiet and well isolated, couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Wifi was working all the time. Possibly to get clean water in the breakfast/tv room and also to boil it. At walking distance from the city center.

Location to trains, museums, shops is perfect. Staff is very professional yet warm and welcoming.

Location, layout were excellent. The apartment was simple but covers all your needs

The staff were fiendly and helpful. The freshly brewed coffee there was really good. Location is GREAT- very close to the main attractions. Airport bus stop, subway – 1-3 mins away. Dunkin Donuts around the corner. You can use the washing machine for free. Clean towels, toilet paper by the reception counter for you to use. My friend and I are a huge fan of the pool and the spa. Nice combination. Another thing is that I made two separate bookings and only one of them booked the executive suite, but when I asked if we could stay in the same room for two nights, the receptionist kindly upgrade the room for us. We really appreciated that.

We loved the kitchen area and the large kitchen table.

The location is incredible with walking distance to Chunxi pedestrian shopping street and busy neighborhoods. Easy walk to subway and main avenues. The room was spacious and comfortable and a short walk tale you to restaurants and stores. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter street and I enjoyed being in the center of the city but in a quiet area.

The hotel is ideally located just in the middle of everything with steps away from all the major attractions and sights. The Hbf station is the main transport hub of the city – the location is very comfortable for travelling inside and out ot the city. The breakfast is just awesome with very good selection of cold and hot food. The rooms are big and modern. The stuff is very polite and helpful.

Marta was very responsive and caring host. We landed at 0:30am in Chopin airport so we needed a late check in. The location is easy to reach even with night bus. Instructions were clear. The lady at the gate was very helpful even at our late arrival (thanks!!). The apartment is as described. The Bed is comfortable and clean. Although it is by the main road it was quiet and we didn’t hear any car noise during our sleep. Marta also provided flexible arrangement to accommodate our check-out time.

We pick-up this location to be relatively easy to reach embassy. The bathroom was immaculately white, room clean, comfortable bed, good drapes to make the room darker.

Great customer service nothing was a problem, the room was great French tv and very strong wifi and breakfast was simple but all in all would strongly recommend as it was cheap for where it was located.

The apartment was a great size, nice decor and everything worked perfectly.Valentina was very helpful and kind when she checked us in and gave us lots of useful information with a friendly smile!

Once you get into the apartment, it is modern, well designed and spacious, though the hall had peeling paint on one of the walls. We were 3 adults, so the 2 bed rooms were more than adequate. The locality is middle class, clean and safe.There are 2 young men who live in an appartment in the floor above who act as caretakers and provide room service. These guys were kind and helpful and always willing to assist with a smile.

Location. 10 minute walk from downtown, 10 minute walk to valley entrances, and right next to supermarket Biedronka (opens at 7am). Walk out of front door to mountain views.

Nice bed, good kitchen facilities (liked having a kettle and toaster). Bathroom was nice.

The Ritz Carlton was worth every cent! A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were highly attentive. All the "little things" were well taken care of. Plenty of restaurants in and around and the western food was as good as the Japanese. Bathroom features two showers and a bath, with a tv built into the mirror in the vanity!!

By far the hardest and most unconfortable beds I have ever slept in. The cleaning was not very good, and we found a cockroach in the bathroom! Would NOT recommend this hotel and I don’t get the 4 stars.

The hotel was a great central base, easy access to everywhere. Room was very comfortable and airy, if slightly jaded in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, expensive but compared to some extortionate prices in local bars proved good value!

we liked the fact that the venue was within walking distance of the city and that coffee was close by

Nice and clean and nice and cold, since it was very hot outside. The beds were comfortable.

Nice hosts awesome house in a nice neighbourhood in Manizales only 5 minutes walk from the zona rosa restaurants and nightlife.

it was above my expectations … everything was perfect. check in and out was so smooth and easy, great location, shops, restaurants grocery stores everything you could ask for is within a short walking distance. 5 mins walking ( maybe less ) to Plaza Catalunya where you can find nice restaurants and bus tours … and walk down to La Rambla. The beach was on the other end of La Rambla but, we enjoyed walking to it every time, we didn’t feel the distance… and it wasn’t expensive to get a taxi to most of the attractions or the beach 9- 12 Eur. it was a good experience to stay at this property.

We were totally disappointed and frustrated with the unique exception of the location -close to public transport, stores and restaurants.

The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the acropolis. The staff were amazing. I’d stay again if the price was a little less.

Great location, short walk to many nice places to eat & good shopping locations also just out front door. Room was a little old, however was very clean. The buffet breakfast was very nice & eating area was pleasant. Family friendly.

The best thing was having an understanding and helpfull staff that arranged for us to get the room earlier than check in time , we were arriving from Barcelona after a looong flight and a strong jet lag. The room is comfortable and quiet, the location is great very close to the Tokyo central station
