Small rooms but clean and everything one expects. The subway station to bring you to Shibuya is directly opposite.

I like all hotel staff’s behavior so kind and soft.

Location was very good next to the Higashi-Shinjuku Tokyo metro station (one stop away or a 15-20 min walk away from the Shinjuku Main Station), bathroom was small but functional and very clean, there were many food options nearby offering 24-hour service

just located next to the metro station; good security that you have to tap the room card twice to access your floor; i got a room with two sides of window which had very nice ventilation; quiet area with some eateries around

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Close to the subway and there’s a great Italian restaurant across the street.

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, good location, and close to a train station at a very affordable price.

So bad check in computer system. We need about 45mins can go in. I tried lots hotel before. That one is very bad record. My family have six people’s. Three rooms three time check in. Each around 10-13mins. I don’t know why???? System suppose is quick and easy handling. But that is not. For sure.

Very good location for cheap shopping in Tokyo. Dom Quixote discount shop located less than 10 min walk.

Location is ok if you don’t mind walking 15 mins to Shinjuku hub and the train line is convenient. Small rooms are fine, what you’d expect. Comfy.

Close to metro and JR, comfortable bed, clean, quiet. Family mart, 7 eleven, many eateries nearby

The room space is too small to open the 24 inch-luggages, not suitable for two people. Maybe one person is fine.

It was next to Nippori station – easy access from Narita airport.

The hotel is very clean. It has many compliments in the room – coffee, tea, hair and tooth brush, etc.

Everything was perfect except the pillows: they were practially two-dimensional (extremely flat). Apart from this cozy with a nice view, good price and great for an early train to Narita.

Most staff were helpful. Great location, next to Nippori Station, South Gate, east exit.

Great room, very comfortable. Check in and check out very easy.

Wish the pillows were not so flat… but the superb locations compensate the small room.

Perfect location for me. Right near Nippori station but still quiet. Great for Yamanote Line, Keisei Line (to and from Narita airport). Also great for fabric lovers (visit Nippori textile town).

I had a nice room and it was not too expensive.They provide a very big flatscreen TV in the room. It was in a very central location. Fourty-five minute walk, or 10 minute train ride from Akihabara. A couple minute walk from a JR rail stop. There are a lot of temples and shrines nearby, as well as the zoo.

I liked the things that the hotel offered, the boiler for the tea and coffee and the bathtubs with the shower products! The bed was also amazing!

Staff really nice, Appartment was nice and clean, The first one I couldn’t find any mold. Even looking for hiding places at the Bathroom! Shuttle to BTS station avalibal at any time free of charge.

Very spacious and comfortable especially for the price. Having a kitchen was convenient and all in all it was a superb place to stay.

Extreme comfort, big room (for Japan) and incredibly inexpensive. The bed and pillows were best of all places I stayed in the last 2 weeks, including much more expensive hotels.

Its a funky building in a lovely location with loads of space for Tokyo. Really well equipped room, good selection of english language TV channels. Yes Asakusa is a bit out of the way, it’s quiter and quainter than most parts of Tokyo but that’s part of it’s charm. The subway isn’t on the doorstep but its not far. Bang for buck, you really wont find much better. Do it.

Location is good, not too noisy but convenient enough, several subway lines nearby. Room is big and comfy, really a great deal at this price. Staff is nice. Definitely consider stay here again if I come to Tokyo again.

The location is great with many shopping and dining places around. Just 5 minutes walk form UENO Station. The hotel facilities are superb.

Spa and sauna were really great after a long sightseeing day. The hotel is also a couple of minutes from the big Ueno station, the Ueno park and the marketplace. There are many restaurants and malls around the place.

I like the location of the hotel. I also like the spa facilities which is on the second floor: the massage chairs, dressing rooms, the sauna, etc. The washroom in the hotel room is great. It is fully equipped with all essentials.

Very central location – only a stone’s throw away from everything. The staff were accommodating and the room had all the facilities we needed for our short stay.

The rooms were nicely decorated, and it was spacious. The amentities was very good, with shampoo, hairdryer and bath gel provided. Great smell of lemongrass in the hallways overall. There was also tea in the lobby, although we didn’t try.

Nice bedrooms , very good beds and pillows and a nice few from 14 th flloor. Staff very professionnal. Quiet location.

Nice, clean, staff is very kind. In the underground level there are a few shops and restaurants, including a supermarket.

The buffet was extensive and tasty. The staff were lovely and very helpful and spoke great English. The photos I have added were the view from our room and the sky tree from near the elevators on our 19th floor.

The location was good within walking distant of metro station. Some good restaurants nearby.

Nice clean hotel, super friendly staff. For some unfathomable reason, even though it was extremely hot & humid, the pool wasn’t opened for the ‘season’ until the day we left – couldn’t really get to the reasons why. It also seems that there are extra, very expensive charges to use the pool.

The location. It is away from busy Tokyo and at the same time offers easy access to Tokyo station. There is everything you need next to this hotel: taxis, restaurants, coffee shop, a 100 yens shop and a supermarket.

The staff were excellent especially Ms Kim of reception and Mae of restaurant. They went out of their way to assist me in my needs.

Frequently use Mercure hotels in the UK and this hotel lived up to all our expectations. Staff were lovely and reception really helpful. Breakfast was ok too for us westerner’s. location is great and so easy to walk around Ginza.

It was fine. Nothing stood out. It was clean. The rooms are small though.

The bed is so comfortable and room is much bigger than the average of Tokyo center’s. Elevator to B1 leads directly to subway station.

This property was conveniently located 10-15 min. walk to The Vatican. The accommodation were clean, comfortable and met our needs, We did need to carry our luggage up a dozen steps from the street level to reach a lift to take us to the second floor. The owners provided maps, breakfast, and assistance in securing taxis for various historical sites that we could not walk too, they also helped make reservations for transportation to the airport. We would stay here again.

Lounge area has full kitchen available, all free to use. Laundry is also available on site, the friendly staff will even guide you through if you are using the washer/dryer for the first time. The hotel is located in a very quiet and cute neighborhood, away from the buzz.

This place is awesome, but the best part of it is its staff, they are all great people and super helpful with everything we needed. We stayed at a private room and it was the best room we had in our whole stay in Japan (we stayed at 4 stars hotels, and those couldn’t even compare to HOTEL GRAPHY NEZU) the price was fair, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, they gave us bottled water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is new and super neat. I highly recommend this place.

Thelocation was very convenient for public transport ( and the Keisei skyliner airport express to Keisei Ueno)and it’s a nice, quiet safe area, with lots of shops and dining options nearby.the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I liked the cafe / bar downstairs and the outdoor terrace. Breakfast was delicious.The lounge area was really nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom, although compact was good.Enjoyed the ‘welcome drink’/s. I had a problem with my bathroom and the staff were very efficient to move me to another room. I appreciated their help. The wi fi. worked well. The room was surprisingly quiet.( which I liked) Close to Ueno Park which was a lovely cool urban oasis.

The location was excellent and in center of Firenze. The building was older, rooms large, and bed comfortable. Had beautiful old leaded stain glass windows in our room- fabulous. The staff was accommodating and printed our boarding passes very willingly. Missed breakfast as we slept in. Excellent place for the price. Clean
