Warm reception, very Austrian with good restaurant and a wonderful panoramic terrace for the summer time. Comfortable if simple rooms. Clean and cosy.

at the beginning i was doubtful while checking-in my wife had a bad impression. the next day, she changed her opinion 180 degrees. every passing day of my 9 days in the hotel, i found new benefits of the hotel’s location. the staff were very cooperative and friendly specifically with my kids. tamer, bahi and omar were the most.

The staff who name is Giorgia is a friendly and helpful. She gave us some tips about the city centre. She speaks English very well. The building is a historic place with high ceiling. The furnitures are quite new. The location is good. The rooms are spacious.

Absolutely no complaints about the accommodation. Breakfast choices were excellent and the hotel is perfectly places for local dining and shops and also for the trains and buses for a little further afield.

Easy access to the center since the hotel located near by and next to metro station and tram station. Airport shuttle available for 24 hours with mini van and yellow taxi. The food option at lounge relatively small but it was good for light breakfast and evening snacks. Hotel swimming pool was good enough to keep you active during your stay unfortunately the hotel did not have gym. All staff at the lounge were great. They were friendly and very attentive.

Really cool hotel – great restaurant and foyer bar where I sat and listened to the visiting Euro DJ. Great tunes. Amazingly helpful staff too.

Villa very good. Bedroom comfortable with good air conditioner and very good bathroom. Living space is open air facing the pool and was spacious the only negative is the lounge furniture which is uncomfortable, very deep flat cushioned sofas with lots of tiny pillows, not very back friendly. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The area was quiet and the villa was quite pleasant. There is a massage chair downstairs so that was a bonus, and free breakfast and coffee in the morning. They are very helpful.

Great location and spotless and comfortable. Great coffee for free and so clean. 5 minute walk to the arena and 15 minutes to the station.

Very good costumer service, everyone in the hotel is very helpful. They even upgraded our room. The system they are using to get your car out of the garage is a bad one. I understand that some people could walk away without paying through the garage but you cannot block people out and send them to reception to get a clearance form. Whatif it’s an emergency!? But other than that the stay was nice overall. Very nice bath/ shower. Heather inside the shower needs reparation. Terrasse was amazing and even the breakfast buffet was descent.

Collecting the property keys can be problematic if you just want to turn up. We were lucky as we were early and someone else was collecting keys at the time we arrived. It is not like a hotel where you can arrive and leave luggage at anytime. You must know the time you are arriving or you can call and wait downstairs for someone to meet you. You need to travel with your phone for this. The process was good beside this and the room was in an incredible location.

Located over a pub and near a really good restaurant. Close to the airport and easy to get a taxi right outside.

Top notch guest house. Feels like your own apartment in the middle of Seoul. Staff are friendly, location is great and the room is very clean and modern.

Great location and staff were friendly, rooms were basic but reflect cheap price. There was a good range for breakfast which was included in price and on the last day we were leaving early so staff gave the children biscuits and milk to take with them. Beds were very comfy and lots of extra pillows and covers.

There is no heat and on a cold southern night only one blanket in the room. Also the linens did not stay on the bed because they were too small for the bed.

Helpful, English speaking and nice stuff at the check-in. Lady at the counter gave us some tips about Bucharest and even wrote down some Romanian words. Room was kind of basic but clean. Wi-Fi worked just fine.

The breakfast is great, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The coco-mat beds are very comfortable and the green, residential area of Athens is very quiet; perfect’s for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is beautifully styled, very comfortable and right in the heart of San Polo. The Rialto Market is literally next door!! Overall it was good, staff, food was very good

Filippo was a great host who met us at the apartment when we arrived, he had kindly arranged our transfers from Fiumicino and it was the best tranfers we’ve had. The unit is big and has a lift, the lift however small was great when you have luggage/baby and stroller to bring up/down. The location was fantastic and hearing St Peter’s bells was truly amazing. There is a pastry shop across the road, supermarket 3 mins walk and restaurants/coffee shops 2 mins walk. The bus stop is only 2 streets away and newspaper shop to buy tickets close to apartment. We have a 14 month old baby and the apartment was safe forher. Wifi was great but the best thing was the view from the balcony (pic attached). Filippo recommended restaurants nearby and the food was fabulous. We walked to the Vatican daily and it was only 6-7 mins. We were very impressed by this apartment and will definitely stay here next time in Rome.

Viktor was excellent. He did all his best to increase the leisure and comfort in apartment and in a moment of difficulty he ran to please the issue. It’s location is tucked away from the hordes of tourists, and sub par restaurants. You have a lot of great restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was there’s no subway stops close. That’s not the hotel’s fault though.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They always went out of their way to help with directions, translation and transport. It was great when asking how to get somewhere that they asked if we wanted to get ourselves there via public transport rather than just showing us tour options and taxis. Very close to the metro and lots of bars and restaurants.

Fresh omelettes in the morning. Spacious room. Good shower.

This is an absolutely unique apartment right in the old town, next to my favorite Virmenska church. Probably, it will not work for those who like it modern and spacious, but for me and my friend it felt absolutely splendid there – in the 16-17th century building with its unique design and atmosphere. Quiet and super comfy beds. Thanks a lot to our friendly hosts!!! Everything was impeccable.

The location was great for us and also the footy oval across the road for kids.

Scrambled eggs were often runny. The toaster does not toast due to broken elements. Bacon was delicious and the fresh fruit salad was very good. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed. The buffet needs an automatic citrus juicer. Pastry selections were quite good.

The hotel was pretty much as expected. The rooms were a little too small, and rather dark. However it was clean and tidy and served its purpose as we spent most of the time outside. I liked that it was easy and relatively quick to get into the centre by either foot, bus or taxi. I did not think that I would need a washing service but having spent time visiting elephants to laundromat located right opposite the hotel was excellent, and only cost about 50p to do our washing. There was even room to hang my laundry out in the cleaners area.

My husband was disappointed to hear that the only rooms with a river view are the suites but as one was available he agreed to upgrade for Euros 50 per night. The suite was very spacious with all sorts of electronic gadgetry (electric curtain controls etc), a sitting area and a small balcony overlooking the river and helipad. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The food in the attractive restaurant was very good at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel organised a taxi for us on the night when we were eating at a nearby restaurant. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the city centre but buses and trams also travel along the route. The car park is underneath the hotel, costs Euro 10 per night and has buzzer entry.

this hotel was comfort, located in good location close to Mariahif (so many shops and restaurants) and also close to Metro station. very kind staff and free coffee anytime. small rooms, but very clean and comfort.

The buffet breakfast was great! My niece loved the pool and water slide!

Paola is a charming hostess and makes you feel at home. The bedroom was extra large, suite-like size and breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect, as I had a meeting 100m from there. The surroundings looked very nice, but being there for business and arriving late in the evening, I couldn’t really take advantage of it.

We wanted a comfortable quiet middle budget hotel near the St Petersburg documentation centre. We got everything we wanted.

The best hotel with excellent comford, food and very smiley, proffesional and kind staff, made us feel more than welcome. The best hotel we have visited in Belgrade and we can’t wait to visit it again!

The furniture in the apartment was top-notch. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The apartment has all the modern amenities one may need for a comfortable stay. Amenities included in the apartment were all high quality and included a washing machine, a big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, electric kettle, coffee maker etc. 2 decent sized balconies with views of Downtown Dubai high-rise buildings. Very good location; a Spinney’s within 5 minutes walking distance and Dubai Mall about 10 mins. Check-in was smooth and the staff are friendly and willing to assist with anything.

the room was excellent and spacious. The hotel was like a city palace.

Superb hospitality, superb breakfast, there were three different style rooms (metal, wood or water), we choosed water as it looked like a cave, but as the weather in Bangkok was at that time rainy and grey, the room was maybe too dark. Good saunas ja beautiful swimming pool area. Reliable, good and cheap transport to the main attractions and airport.
