The location is pretty decent regardless of the reason for your coming to Cracow. The flat is well kept and spacious, could easily accomodate 4 people. The kitchen is equipped in all necessary utensils, there are bars, shops and restaurants in a very close proximity and the Main Square is app. one quarter of walking.

I like the kitchen, it’s spacious and has almost everything we need.

Staff was amazing. Great central location with plenty of great sights easily walkable.

Breakfast was fansatic. Comfy bed. Hotel was easy to find travelled by train Rome Termini Hotel was on your right 2 min walk from station was fanatastic

The check in was quick and friendly, the rooms were big and clean, aircon was good , bathroom was big and great shower. Balcony was a good size overlooking the gardens which are beautiful. Pool is huge with good swim up bar, staff are awesome . Spa is great , we had plenty of massages there. Breakfast is good with fresh eggs , pancakes and a good selection of hot food. The Blu water cafe is fantastic with a good selection of food and drinks. The hotel is right next to the beach where there are plenty of activities going on, day and night . The beach road is access to some fantastic restaurants, including , Coccoon, Double six .I travelled with a party of 6 adults and 2 children and we all would return to the Puri Saron.

Complimentary breakfast was nice for the cost of the room.

Niyazi (English speaker) and Ameer were very kind and helpful and polite. The room was very nice, clean and warm and quite comfortable. Would have stayed longer if it was a little cheaper as we were on a budget. However we enjoyed our stay there and it was worth the money. Abit of a walk to the nearest metro station however we got use to it (maybe a 12 minute walk)? Nevertheless I am reviewing the hotel ans I found it to be very good and the staff were friendly and polite. Thank you all. Would recommend.

Truly an oasis in the concrete chaos of this wonderful city! Great staff and beautiful territory with a nice pool.

The location is excellent. The room had everything I needed, although it was quite small. Very quiet at night, which was nice. Lovely vista as you enter – the lavender garden smells beautiful.

The owner is really helpful, this apartment is new on booking.com and new in general, they are really trying to make it perfect. So let the owners know if you need something. Well decorated, good space. Even though moscow was really hot we did not need the air conditioned at night, even with windows closed (we had to keep them closed because it is in the ground floor with some, not much, street noise)

Great value and close to the airport without any noise.

Staff was amazing and helpful. The room with the toilet and the one with the sink and shower were very small. Hard to close the door when on the toilet. But the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Very clean, daily cleaning service, pleasant staff. Very good value for money. Lots of pubs nearby serving traditional Czech food, and several bars within a short walking distance. Close to public transport but also a good walk ( 15-20min) along a large road into town (uphill on the way back) – we ended up doing this everyday instead of taking public transport as there were lots of nice cafes and beautiful old buildings along the way.

Value for money excellent. Hassan is really very kind, friendly and give many useful suggestions and reccomendations. The Riad is nice and very quite and the rooms have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent! Walking distance to the main square (10 minutes). Highly reccomended!!

The breakfast in the room was absolutely excellent, the bed is extremely comfortable, we got upgraded to a deluxe suit which was amazingly beautiful and super spacious, the staff was excellent and so friendly… i could not havr asked for a better stay!

Excellent value for money, I seriously doubt you’ll find this quality for this price in Guangzhou. The room was clean, comfortable, with all the base amenities. Nice bed and good AC. The staff was efficient and they have a English speaking member (not great but enough to keep basic communication).

Very good value for 60 euro. One double bed and 2 single beds to our family of 4 in room nr 5. I could park the car for free in the hotel parking. There were ac in the room, small but new bathroom. We could reach city center in 5 min with car.

Location is perfect for a couple of days In the shopping district.

The Balkonis is very nice, clean and friendly. The hostel location in San Antoni is absolutely perfect, not too touristy with lots of good shops and restaurants and a genuine Spanish/Catalan culture. It is very easy to get to from the airport using the Aerobus. You can walk into the centre of Barcelona, and there is also a Metro very close by. Oscar, Marianne and Anna (and other staff) at the Balkonis were absolutely great – so helpful and friendly (and multi-lingual!)

Awesome family spot. The price was awesome during the week. We travel lots and like this place, plan to stay again for sure.

I had an amazing 3 week trip in Vietnam and to finish here was my highlight. The staff were caring, kind and super friendly and made my 3 night stay unforgettable. Personally i would like to thank Ms Hoa the receptionist who took time to go the the extra Mile and take time in her own time to show me around Saigon and certain landmarks, she is an asset to the hotel, caring, friendly and always happy and on that basis and the hotel itself I would highly recommend whilst in Saigon. Below is a picture of me and the manager sharing good times.

One bedroom apartments were a very good size. Loved the kitchen appliances (Miele products) and great location.

This was a great place and location. It was a bit on the expensive side but again quite nice with a friendly staff. We ate the breakfast buffet which was quite extensive and quite expensive. I would stay there again just not during a prime time.

I was enchanted with the location. Of the 5 hotels that we stayed at on this trip, this one had the largest room. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of hot and cold food as well as coffee, milk and juices. The view from our room was lovely.

Very nice appartment , all info given before arrival , everything OK

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, calm area but still just next to the Souk. It was possible to use the fridge and the kitchen as well, to heat up water for some medicine. Secure parking.

This was my third stay at the Palo Santo over a two-week visit to Argentina on business. It was great to get back there. The front desk (Max and others) as usual dealt with all queries super-efficiently and were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just great. I travel a great deal, for both business and leisure, and it is very rare to have an experience like this, anywhere. Cheaper rate than other places- was a decent place just to sleep for 2 nights.

I really was happy to be there, even though it was just for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The bed was fantastic. I slept very well. I had to go somewhere in the morning, so I just left my bags and returned when I was ready.

The location is very good, close enough to the centre and to the metro station. Staff is very helpful and they kept our luggage for several hours before check-in and after check-out.
