The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in front of Obelisco, which was very friendly. The Calle Florida is 5 blocks away, as it is the Colon Theatre. The hotel is overall clean, but a bit outdated.

Staff are really kind and they help us to store our lugagge while our romm was ready.

Top tier hostel! Awesome bar on the ground level with Tv’s. Across the hall there’s always people to play pool and beer a beer with.

A nice little inn located in the heart of Milan. Close to almost everything! The staff behind the counter was friendly and very helpful! The restrooms are a bit small (Barely made it into the shower!), but we found the place a very nice respite. There is some night noise from the local restaurants on the weekend, but we were able to sleep just fine. We did not have the breakfast there, so I cannot say if it was good or worth the Euros. But we would stay here again if and when we visit Milan.

The location is excellent and close to all amenities.

The house is beautifully renovated and my room and the facilities were modern, clean and otherwise excellent. It was all extremely quiet – other guests and the hosts were unseen in my visit (other than on check-in) and it almost felt like I had the building to myself. It was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable and quiet place after a series of big days in Melbourne. I did not use them but there are excellent lounge and kitchen facilities available for guests’ use. It is usefully close to the entertainments in St Kilda but far enough to avoid the crowds and congestion. The hosts provided extremely comprehensive emails on the house rules, regs and procedures plus travel tips and sight-seeing advice.

Clean central appartment. They make up the room every day! Coffe, tea, water were at their places every morning. I booked the appartment for my parents, but my little son could sleep on a sofa whenever he wanted, for free. The sofa fitted three people, I guess)). Thanks to Pedro, he was very welcoming. Above the expectations!

Great value when you need accomodation near airport it was maybe 150m from it! Manila is not nice city, but this area and condo with swimming polo was really great.

The staffs went all the way to help when my family accidentally left some momentos behind. They posted the items back FOC from Korea to my home country. It was a very much appreciated effort given that the momentos left behind were what my son bought as souvenier from Korea. Kudos Hamilton Hotel

Was most impressed that the receptionist reduced the price of my stay when he discovered I was travelling alone – he could easily have charged the rate I had agreed to pay online, so hats off to him for honesty. My room looked out over the quiet side street so was very quiet; was even able to sit working for an hour or so with the windows open without external noise distracting me. The room was beautifully presented and the power shower was fab! (As were the organic mint toilet products!) And there is a fantastic reason to re-visit this hotel – the bar offers 40 different kinds of gin!

Super friendly family owns this place. Good shops and restaurants of Kangnam that open til late are all nearby, so it’s is a good place to have a leisurely vacation. Having a washing machine was helpful, too.

Clarification – Restaurant is run separately (thou property has minimal offer for breakfast and snacks. Breakfast v v basic – not great). restaurant and bar of same name next door – exceptional. No real extras or welcome anything. 2 bottle of water in bar and they charged if you enjoyed one!

Rooms are very comforable. Breakfast is great. People is very kind.

Perfect location and good value for a price. Descriptions and reviews are fair, you will get exactly what you expect.

Best location in Istanbul. The hotel is in the old part of the city, but everything is new inside the hotel the room was comfortable and it worth more than what we paid in my opinion when I compare it with other hotels we stayed in Turkey on this trip.

The place was very quiet and has a good location to the Yamanote line. You are also within walking distance of the Sugamo shopping district. I was only sorry I could not stay there again when I was back in Tokyo.

Francesco and Olga were a pleasure to deal with helpful tips on what to do in Florence. The location of the apartment was perfect.

Great location. Might be a bit creepy as the whole quarter smells like weed, but you can easily get to all sightseeing spots by foot or by bus.

The flat is very well located in the centre of Toronto with a nice view.

The room was really nice, with new furniture. Very clean. The reception was open 24hours/day. Very nice stuff. Only the room was quite small – but you are living in city center… and as Madrid is a beautifull city, you wont stay in your hotelroom anyway ;-)) they cleaned the room every day, after you left the key at the reception… the area is also perfect – really close to Sol, etc…

This was a fabulous 3 bedroom apartment! We stayed with another couple and everyone had their own space and bathroom. Stefania was very responsive to emails, was flexible regarding our arrival time, picking up the keys was easy (be sure to follow her directions), and we were given excellent tips about the area. It was over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed and the air conditioning kept the apartment a good temperature. The location was fabulous as it was a 10-15 minute walk from the Vatican and a 60-70 minute walk from the colosseum. Of course, the subway is just a 5-10 minute walk. This apartment is a good sleeping apartment. It was quiet at night, despite its location, and the shades kept the room dark and cool. We would absolutely stay here again! Everything, especially Stefania, was top quality!

The location is strategic. Near the Sanjo station and also bus stop. It is walking distance to Gion, Pontoncho and also other shopping destination. Nearby has lots of restaurants to try.

Clean. Staff more than helpfull. While the room is up 3 flights of stairs it is clearly stated on the booking site and the staff are more than happy to assist with luggage. Large comfortable bed. Would book again.

My room was clean, a good size, and nicely arranged. The staff were nice enough, and the location was an 8 minute walk south to Main Bazaar Road, and had a local feel. This provided me with ample opportunities to sample food and local sugar cane juice provided by the neighbourhood vendors, and I was happy to purchase their services to put my tourist money in the hands of the locals who need it. The staff let me extend my check out time, and kept my bags until I was ready to depart from Delhi. Finally, to get between New Delhi station and metro, I took a shared tuk tuk, which usually costs around 10 rupees. This was the easiest way to get over the chaotic bridge between the station and the hotel.

Bathroom was super clean and large for Europe. Furniture was comfortable. Windows opened for air/ventilation. Very modern feel. Easy walk to restaurants. Checked in with Yelina and she was great. My luggage was lost, and Yelina called airport baggage claim on my behalf several times, until it arrived. As an English speaker, I was happy that everyone in the office spoke great English. Apartment had everything I needed. Will stay there again.

This B&B has some old Venice patina. It is in a great location just down the waterfront from St Marco’s square with views of San Giorgio island and Santa Marie de Salute, and easy access to water transportation. There is a friendly, responsive and helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful with multiple items to select. Had a nice stay and would stay here again when in Venice.

Harper’s House was a lovely place to stay – cool, airy, comfortable rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Well located in Cape Town, with various bars and restaurants nearby.

It’s in a good location, the night market is just around the corner. It has a big swimming pool and the staff were helpful.

from the lobby to the rooms, everything are good. Neat,hygiene and in working order.

Rooms are really big and comfortable and the hotel is not far from Ubud market as well as from the monkey forest! The stuff was really friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed! We had a nice balkony with pool view and the pool is also really good!

Food, restaurant, true all inclusive since you can find something to eat up to midnight. Staff at the restaurant wished me happy birthday with a cake and bottle of champagne, which was sweet of them. Great terrace in the room. Nice territory of the hotel, not big though. Absolutely beautiful view! Overall experience is pleasant, but i would not recommend this place for the comfortable one week holiday.

It’s priced fairly for what you get the aircon works well and the wifi is excellent. Good hot water (after 5mins running the shower) bathroom isn’t smelly like some hotels in bali.

The owner of the apartment Veronica is extremely nice and helpful! We really appreciate a lot! If we come back to Rome, we will stay in the same apartment!

This accommodation was dreadful. I was asked for payment up front before I saw the rooms. the bathrooms were extremely smelly & full of flies, there was a constant stench of sewage. To make matters worse the owner started shouting at me when I asked for a different room for my friend Mary Foley as her room was the worst. We had paid the money upfront as requested & so we had to stay there. One evening, on returning to my room there was a mouse in my room which ran out under the huge gap on bottom of the door.

I liked the cozy environment and feel. The rooms are big and the hotel has good facilities. The location is good for relaxation and business tours but not so great for leisure.

Perfect location between Nelson and the hot springs. Great host and excellent price for what is offered.

Near enough to night market. Room was clean. Check in simple, hotel actually let us check in a bit early which was appreciated.

The hotel was rated 4 star hotel in your site but, its about 2 star or even less. I could not bring my friends to visit me because of the condition of the hotel. Seats at the reception looking really bad and old. The entire hotel is full of unpleasant air fresher, that was not nice at all. The staff were pleasant, very messed up internet system that kept cutting off and i kept calling to complain. They have a small gym but no instructor. The hotel looks really fine form your site but physically, that’s not the look. It is old and needs refurbishing.

Beds in superior double were so comfortable. Location near airport and metro station.

I accidentally cancelled the stay at this place and asked the management to retract the cancellation. The manager called me up the next day and offered me the apartment again without any additional costs! The apartment is clean and comfortable and i strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to come to kyoto. It is very near to kyoto mrt and even nearer to kujo station.

Room was excellant. Clean, staff very nice. Breakfast was great. Good value.
