Great staff and great location. Definitely a must place to stay if you’re in a budget. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. If you have a car, they have very limited parking space but it was very convenient because it was right in front of the inn. Will book again.

Location is very comfortable, 20 meters to metro station and then 10 min to the Duomo. Staff was extremely helpful, with additional questions from our side on the phone, and then in place.

The hosts were good about our flight delay. Good location & easy to get too & from airport

Excellent location, in the energetic heart of the city, and still surprisingly quiet inside. We had a spacious room with a big bed, which we loved. Convenient to always have access to free water, coffee, tea and fresh fruit.

Nice city view in a serviced apartment. Good amenities in general.

The room was large and the heated tiles in the bathroom were so nice after a cold day out.

Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous, and we felt very welcome and at home with them. The rooms are lovely, as is the general atmosphere of the riad, which is beautiful. We especially liked the Scheherazade room with the bath tub! The location is central but very quiet. Breakfast was great – we are both vegetarian and I can’t eat gluten, and we both got plenty of delicious food. Overall, Riad Thycas was a perfect place to stay for our three separate nights in Marrakech.

i like the bed, very comfy. The bathroom, kitchen are very clean.

The hotel was near cafes and the tramway, so access to the center of town was relatively easy. The room had a balcony and the air conditioning worked when needed. Stayed only 2 nights. The first receptionist was not too friendly but the second one was.

Right next to the central line which was very handy for getting in and out of the city. Breakfast was really good.

the bed was very comfy the view of the river was a sheer delight having 4 lifts you never had to wait

Excellent location, nice kitchen facilities, helpful staff specially Mr. Nazif (i am vegeterian and he was offering me special menu to feel confident), initially our room was in noisy section however he was so kind to change it to the quite section.

Crazy good location. Staff friendly and dorms comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. Nice chill out areas and good breakfast.

The location is great, near the train station, close to center. The room is very big and clean. The breakfast and coffee were super good! I totally recommend this place!

The space was amazing and key location, 10 seconds from Tooting Bec station and really lovely host.

Good location, in front of the beach, with view to the sea. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Two blocks from the hotel a street ( Olegario Maciel) with many options of bars and restaurants. Bathroom with windows and also view to the sea. Good restaurant, tasty food.

We had a deluxe room on the fifth floor which was great for a business trip as a desk and seating area were separate from the bedroom. There was also a decent sea view. And the location is wonderful, just steps from Rue Antibes and the Boulevard but quiet enough not to impact your stay.

Clean room, good ac and fan. Location close to the market with street food, clothes, restarants etc. Very Friendly staff (but there is an agenda in it).

Unfortunately this hotel ruined our wonderful trip. There was nothing we can say we liked about it!!!!

The hosts were very friendly. But make sure you know some Spanish otherwise you may have problems. Location is perfect. Center of town in upscale area. The price is hard to beat!

Me.Maten was an outstanding employee he was very professional he greeted everyone with a smile and nice comment he worked so hard made everyone enjoy their breakfast. we went to the Denny’s and the food was excellent

Staff at the reception desk were great at the Lion Premium hotel they made it easy for us to visit Budapest organizing with a smile every excursion we needed to be organized. The hotel is cosy and easy to stroll by the city as it is in the heart of the market as well as the Danube. The people of Budapest are very friendly and the public transport tourist friendly. The restaurants are great but street food is much better.

Around the corner, respectively across the road, from Madrid most famous museums; located in a lively neighbourhood so that you can easily relax with a glass of wine & tapas for your after-culture; at walking distance from Madrid’s other main sightseeing spots. The best? Well, the very friendly manager and employees, who easily adjusted to my last-minute reservation and request for additional nights. Basic but practical & clean room and bathroom looking on a narrow internal backyard and thus very quiet.

The apartment was in a good location for visiting Porto. It was next to the Porto Cathedral, close to Sao Bento train station, the Metro, the Douro river and there were lots of cafes/restaurants nearby.

We stayed at two other Axel properties inBerlin. They are great places

Staff were very professional and friendly, eager to help in any instance and very thorough. Room was very clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was tasty too.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I have been to several hotels all over the world and this hotel is definitely one of my favorite. Rooms are always cleaned. Housekeeping keeps room clean and organized whenever we are out. The staff are all very friendly as well. Breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of foods. Location is very close to shopping malls. Me and my wife really enjoyed staying here.

I like the fact that Sunnyhill Guesthouse is located not to far from the subway station. The facilities are quite new and the staff are so welcome and helpful.

The location was perfect. Eduardo, the manager was very kind and helpful.

Wi-Fi is fast and stable, the signal is strong all over the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped. A bed was very comfortable and large. Despite location in the center of the city, it was extremely quiet. But it depends on neighbors probably, because one of the windows is directed at the inner yard that amplifies sounds. While I was there – no noises whatsoever. The location where you return keys is nearby.

The location is good, not far from Cambridge even walking, the room was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly

The view from the room window is breathtaking. We can see pretty much the whole shore and the iron bridge, which is wonderful despite is all the millions of reais that have been embezzled in the past 20 years in attempts to make it usable again.

Extremely comfortable apartments in great location. Staff is kind and responsive. Easy to get around by walking, taxi, public transportation. The building felt very safe and the apartments are beautiful, new, clean, spacious, and with all the appliances we needed. We had a wonderful time staying at Niceto Flats. I’ll be recommending it to friends and will stay there again next time we visit!

Used to be the Amalfi Executive Suites. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was a complete change from the last time. The rooms were very nice and clean. Also this time round they had all the amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator and toiletries. Well done at least they paid attention to the criticism and made the right changes. Well done 👍🏻 Great Value for your money.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the shutters on the floor to ceiling windows were lovely enabling you to allow as much light or view in as you wanted. The amenities in the room were great especially the washing/dryer machine. After a long trip it was nice to get some laundry done.

The ability to sit outside with a drink although the traffic is rather noisy. Staff very helpful with minimum of fuss checking in. Breakfast box provided if leaving before breakfast. Location central for Athens.

Great location, excellent buffet breakfast, good prices, friendly staff. But like much of Brazil -- motorcycles zipping between lanes on the crowded highways, pedestrians dodging cars while crossing streets against red lights -- insufficient attention to safety. The hotel has sprinklings everywhere and double, self-closing, fire doors between the stairwells and guest corridors. But the fire doors are held open by hook-and-eye latches! To protect yourself you should close the fire doors on your floor. To protect others you should complain to management.

Good location for the travelers: 5 min walk from the railway station. At the same time, no noise at all. The stay is safe and quite. It took 40 min to walk to the city centre (Duomo), that was no problem for us to walk, but if you prefer you can take a bus. Friendly personal at reception. My family has got early check-in (2 hours early), that was absolutely perfect for us. We booked 2 rooms.Both had AC. Comfortable beds, shower. Enough place for 2 people in the room. Perfect place to sleep. At our arrival, the rooms were very clean. Good breakfast. Fast wifi. We travel a lot, so can compare the hotels. Highly recommend to others, especially if you have limited time in Milan and need a hotel close to Milan Central. Price was rather good for rooms with AC (outdoor it was really hot) and breakfast included.

Location was perfect, not in the middle of everything but near to public transportation, very convenient, quiet, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast full of options. A delicious coffee machine set in the room was a perfect touch, also tea was available and fresh apples were set at the lobby. I think this hotel is a perfect value for money.

Comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Very good root beer too! Clean and tidy, quiet location.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of great restaurants.

It happens sometimes that everything is just perfect, this is one of those few cases. The owner runs his own B&B and he runs it perfect. It is nice, clean, comfortable and nicely located in a party area. But what really sticks out is his attitude towards guests. I really felt that I am a guest, whose comfort and satisfaction is important for the owner. He was also very helpful with me leaving my luggage there for few days.

the staff were fabulous! I kept asking questions and they kept patiently answering. The location is great! could walk to meet friends at San Marco and to the Rialto bridge and many other locations. Tons of options – including a cappuccino machine – in the included breakfast!

Loved the Zanzibar Riad. Pascal, the calm owner gave us a perfect introduction to Marrakech, it’s nice places as well as its dangers. He was kind and helpful with any question We had. And when my dad got sick pascal and the staff was glad to help us out with hot milk with honey and marrocan tea;) all in all. Great choice for staying in Marrakech!
