Silvana was excellent. Very chatty and provided all information about the property and surrounding area. Sea view from the apartment windows is amazing. All facilities good. Nice touches like bowl of grapes and home made wine. Only a couple of blocks away from the old city area and easy walk.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with a very nice location. The owner lives downstairs so the key handover so very easy. The host Silvana is really nice person and has a very good taste. The furnishing the deco are nicely chosen. Oh, should not forget, they have a very nice coffee machine with wonderful coffees. I am actually thinking of I should also buy one at my own home. The apartment definitely worthes the money. The whole staying is very pleasant.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a day trip to Hvar and spend time in Split. Our host Silvana was helpful in finding a parking spot for our car and welcomed us with homemade liquor. The apartment itself is even nicer than it looks like on the pictures and has everything one needs for a short stay in Split. Silvana obviously cares a lot about her visitor’s comfort and we very much enjoyed staying in the apartment, which has a beautiful view over the harbour. The location is very close to the city centre and harbour, so ideal for day trips to Hvar.

Very comfortable place. Great host. Views are amazing!

The apartment is pretty close to Split´s old town, just a few minutes walk. The view from the window is great, it is possible to see the port and the Adriatic see. The apartment has everything that could be needed. Silvana and Zlatko are excellent hosts, very kind and gave us pretty good advices about where to go, where to eat.. The stay couldn’t have been better

Lovely breakfast a great variety. Staff were always willing to help with anything.

It’s on the western side of the town, which we loved. Small wine bars, restaurants, lovely relaxed atmosphere, near where the locals live. Very helpful staff (Katya).

The Location was fabulous! The Bathroom was clean and the shower was big with great water pressure. The security was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Bedrooms were modern. Bathroom was very clean and shower was immense. Air-con worked very well. Staff were friendly and knowledgable about Split. Location is fab right in the centre of the old town so convenient for evening dinner and drinks. Wifi is fast. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so not ideal for people with walking difficulties.

The staff were wonderful, the building majestic, the design fresh and sleek, coffee in room was great and bed very comfortable.

The room looks exactly as advertised, and is spacious and beautifully decorated in an historic old building on a small street. This is a comfortable boutique hotel in Old Town Split, within walking distance of any amenity a tourist could need. Bed and Atmosphere’s Katya was the most wonderful host, helping us with anything we needed and supplying us with lots of information. We strongly recommend it.

Very warm welcome. Central location but quiet in the room.

Pleasant staff, decent enough interior, breakfast room, clean and modern bathroom.

Everything was really great! Danijela is a very kind host. I arrived early in the morning and I could arrange my arrival time via booking.com messaging / WhatsApp. I could leave my luggage in the house until the room was finished. She explained to me what I can do in Split and where I can find everything and gave me a town map. Here English is excellent. The room is pretty new and nice furnished. For me the most important was, that it was outstanding clean!!! There was really nothing missing in the room. There was a basket with banana, apples and oranges, orange juice, mineral water, great tasting Croatian chocolate, etc.. From the apartment it is only a few minutes walk to the old town. It was also very silent, so to have a good sleep. At the end of my stay Danijela drove me to the bus station and gave me a Croatian liqueur as present. I felt like being at a friend.

Very nice owner, helped us to find parking place and also introduced us to Split. Made us feel welcome Location is very good.

The room was very nice, so clean and had everything you need. The location is very nice, it’s only in 5min walking distance from the old town where you have bars and restaurants and all that. The host was very nice and helpful.

An air conditioned room with a super comfortable bed! the avialbe space is used brilliantly in order to fit everything you need to stay comfortable in this accommodation.

I liked the location a lot, it’s a perfect spot where I found a free parking easily with easy access to everything you need. And the owner was really helpful in providing us informations about the area.

Host was fabulous I arrived to juice in the fridge and fruit in the fruit bowl! Couldn’t have asked for more it’s a great location and excellent apartment with comfy beds and great facilities! I was travelling alone and felt very safe and comfortable.

The location was perfect especially the great views of the sea and old town! Lovely to sit out in the evening on the balcony and watch the sunset and so easy to get to everything.

Excellent location. To be honest if you are thinking of hiring a car you won’t need one for the first 2-3 days. We arranged for a taxi transfer through the property owner. Driver was waiting for us with a name board. Property owner greeted us on arrival. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

The location was excellent. I travelled with my partner and 30 year old son. The apartment had three bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen/diner, one bathroom and a little balcony with a sensational view where you could see over the rooftops to the harbour. We sat here at night with a wine and some nibbles before going out for the evening. You are just a few metres away from everything here, restaurants, bars, markets, the Riva, etc, it is very central and close to everything. Yes I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Like they say, location is the key thing and it was perfect. Everything was very close and with small children is was very convenient. That appartment was perfect for us (4 adults and children aged 7 and 1 ) and everything was there what we needed and more. Magda and her family were very helpful and we got different recommendations for restaurants and activities. This was our first trip to Croatia and Split and we already miss it

I stayed first time in Split, this lovely and amazing city, with full of history, buildings, bars, restaurants and lot of another places to see. I feel in love on the first sight. We booked our apartment directly in heart of Split – old town, perfect location just few metres from Dioklecian palace and old town, with balcony view on panorama of Split. Great location with amazing views from bedroom and balcony and a light filled apartment. Beds very comfortable and plenty of space. Magda very helpful before and during stay. Being able to sit on the balcony for breakfast and evening drinks, watching people climb the bell tower made our stay very special.

The location of this apartment was fantastic for wandering around Split, and was close to supermarkets, markets and restaurants. The property is very oldy-worldy and has a wonderful ambience to it. This suited our taste perfectly. The owners are lovely people who could not do enough for us. Thank you!

We loved everything. Milana was a wonderful and kind woman. The appartment was amazing. Views, location, clean. It had more then we expected.

A true warm welcome. My mum and I were made to feel like family/friends and not just guests. The apartment has everything you need and more. Can’t fault any of it.

Milana is a great host. She waited our late flight with a pleasure. She provided all the information we need and made it easier for us to move around. The apartment has all the facilities you might need, well located, and clean. I absolutely recommend this property.

Clean, comfortable well furnished and equipped with all you need.

Apartment had a lovely view and was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to self cater. It had extra towels and other extras. Fabulous place to stay and Host was very helpful.

We found the hotel sort of unique. We had a couple of different rooms and found them okay. Had no problem with the air conditioner. Breakfast had a good selection – even fresh fruit and yoghurt. Good location – had no complaints. Good service at breakfast and the outside bar. They also kept our luggage for us a couple of days while we went to Mostar.

The location was absolutely perfect; right on the main seafront and about 150m from the old town. The whole building had real character. Very kind and helpful staff.

The hotel is close to the seafront and is also close to all the sights of the Old City. It looks lovely from the outside.

I am coming to Split for ages, and this is definitely the best location ever. The hotel is in a beautiful old building with high ceilings, original windows and has it’s own charm. The rooms are very spacious and bright. The breakfast is served outside on a little piazza that is surrounded by a building in a c shape (where hotel is placed) and you can see the sea. If you want modern, new, soulless hotel, don’t stay here. But if you want to travel into past and experience the whole Split as you should, I would definitely recommend!!

The location was great. It was at the end of the Riva & next to the Old Town. So it was very easy & near enough to walk around especially at night when the Riva comes alive. There was parking available in front of the hotel for a small fee. However it is really worth paying especially since we saw a car towed away early next morning for illegal parking.

Very friendly staff, excellent location in the heart of split. Great restaurants nearby. Nice room and great breakfast. Will come back again.

The location of the hostel and the very comfortable beds were the added value of this hostel, along with the cleanliness and the wonderful design bar/resto just downstairs on the lovely square. I booked last minute and had no expectations, but was very positively surprised. Great value for money!

The location of the hostel is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area.

This was more like a hotel than a hostel although I had booked a single en-suite room so don’t know what the dorms were like. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and new towels provided. Toiletries were provided in the shower room. There were bedside lights and charging points. The on site bar and restaurant was great.

Cubby beds give you lots of privacy with curtains and additional shelving area. Lovely to have fresh towels delivered everyday! Really helpful staff who provided great ideas and information for our stay in Split!

Accommodation with an original design, pleasant, clean and comfortable. Helpful and discreet staff. Situated near to the historic center and tourist area. Open 24h / 7 which allowed us to arrive after midnight. There is a terrace outside the door which is very pleasant on hot summer evenings. We are very pleased with it and recommend it to our friends.

I liked the layout of the rooms. Had your own private booths and there were lockers that felt secure big enough for your backpack/case. Also, the sink, toilet and shower room were private to the room so that was very good.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to so many of Edmonton’s attractions in the downtown area.

Staff were very friendly, we dealt with Tonjika, she took the time to tell us about surrounding places to eat and drink. The room was very modern and beautiful.

Good location close to the old town. Parking available.

An excellent place to stay for a couple of days in Split. Not too far from the port, at a walking distance, with all the necessary amenities at your disposal. Cozy, large, well equipped and a very helpful host. Katarina was there for us for anything we needed and also give us useful advice about what to visit and what to avoid and also on the best places to eat

Cleanliness. location. The host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

The apartment or room A was gorgeous the added bonus of the kitchen with the necessities left over was perfect. The room and bathroom were so clean! It is literally the best shower we had all holiday and it does not leak what so ever. The location is walking distance and the staff members are so on the ball and helpful. Tonika and Katarina are almost constantly on line and able to be contacted 24-7 they are always ready to assist and Katarina gave us awesome knowledge when we checked in of beaches, restaurants and sights to see. She also told us by drawing the easiest way to walk to these locations. Don’t go to the local sandy beach it’s not great! They even allowed us to keep our keys for main building longer as we had a later flight they try to accommodate everyone. When back in split I will stay again and I would truly recommend to all.

We rent the apartment. The facilities were new as picture shows and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and the bed very comfortable. The host was very friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. She gave us valuable tips regarding places to see , restaurants , bike rental and she also find for us a laundry self service facility being the apt not equipped with a washing machine.

Lovely host Tonicka helped us with great restaurant suggestions and drove us to the mall. She was so lovely. Great location! Close to the old town and short walk to ferry! Beautiful city!

The location was absolutely brilliant. We arrived late and the staff helped us organise a late night dinner and a few drinks. Perfect start to the perfect trip
