Location (close to the beach), but it’s hard to get into the apartment, even when you know the adress, because there is no sign on the door. You have to call the manager by phone! If you know what you get (see my other comments), the price is quite good compared to other apartments in Sochi.

We liked everything, the location was great. The beach was very close, so was the supermarket. The apartment was very clean (the cleaning service was excellent!), the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. I have to say that we had the time of our lives and this apartment helped to make our vacation as best as possible.

Удобное расположение, домашняя обстановка. Уютненько) Все понравилось

Месторасположение хорошее на этом пожалуй плюсы закончились. Номер очень маленький, практически сняли комнату в коммуналке. В ванной комнате два человека даже не разойдутся. Фото к сожалению нет приложить, не хотелось забивать память фотоаппарата этим.

Первую часть отпуска мы провели в хорошем отеле, затем нашли эту уютную квартиру ,которая не только ничем не уступала, а наоборот оказалась даже более комфортабельной,красивее,светлее и современнее.в квартире производилась уборка и замена полотенец,а по приезде нас ждала вазочка со сладостями и чаем:) Стоит добавить,что нам повысили класс комфортности квартиры,чем тоже очень порадовали)

Понравилось буквально все! И расположение апартаментов, и чистота, убирали кстати каждый день! Полотенца меняли так же , каждый день! Все очень уютно и оригинально! Благодарю, хозяйку Анну за продуманные мелочи! До моря всего 5 минут хотьбы, рядом супермаркет Пеоекресток, а что ещё нужно для отдыха!? Если буквально все в шаговой доступности! Рекомендую всем!

Очень уютная комната со всем необходимым. Убирались и меняли полотенца каждый день. До пляжа рукой подать. Рядом круглосуточные Перекрёсток и Сбербанк. Нам все понравилось!

Близко к морю,в номере каждый день убирались,заменяли полотенца.Кухня хорошо оборудована,есть всё необходимое.

Понравился отдых! Проживали втроём с ребёнком 5 лет. Номер чистый, все удобства соответствуют цена – качество! Мы довольны!

Отличное место как для проживания вместе с семьей, так и для романтического отдыха. Квартира с совремейневшим дизайном, все совершено новое и чистое. Так как были с детьми попросили изменить время заезда, что изначально стало основой для нашего выбора. Отдельное спасибо администратору. Рекомендую!!!

абсолютно обо всем хозяин позаботился! наличие стиралки (!!!). современный красивый ремонт. мебель вся новая. кровать – супер. в кухне вся необходимая посуда. в ванной есть фен (нет нужды тащить свой). фото номеров на сайте – реальные!!! хозяин апартаментов очень отзывчив, во всем идет на встречу (за что ему огромное спасибо). минус – нет балкона. расстояние до моря – 2 остановки маршруткой, что первой линией ну никак не назовешь. но есть в этом и плюс- пешие прогулки через парк). новый дом вокруг ремонтные работы с 09-13 и с 15-18. но на то он и новый дом, чтоб в нем делали красоту)))

Отличные апартаменты, все что нужно, есть. Чисто, красиво. Хорошее расположение.

В начале думал, что "развод" очередной. Был приятно удивлён соотношением цена-качество. Чистота, порядок.Уровень 5 звёзд, и все реально, а цены адекватные. Как я понял, открылись не так давно. До моря близко, есть парковка. В общем супер! В следующий раз уже семьёй съездим, у них и приготовить можно и белье постирать. Уже всем друзьям порекомендовал, пока цены не подняли)). Вам спасибо.

Enjoyed our room with double beds. I like the spot in our balcony too. Breakfast is great. The water pressure is great. Location is very accessible to the shops and the lake. Wifi is fast too. Important thing that I like is the Staffs are very accommodating and helped me with my needs especially when my flight is still in the evening.

Location to the tube and did offer a breakfast. Room service available everyday

The unique decor is awesome. The bathrooms are well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful B&B in an gorgeous building. Great location, right in the center. We easily found parking on the other side of the street. Staff was very friendly, and even allowed us to check in early. The room was comfortable, and the large balcony offered a great view of the bustling street life, yet it was quiet during the night. I highly recommend it, it was a great experience!

Отдыхали в конце сентября, замечательные апартаменты и хозяйка очень приятная! Спасибо большое за отдых! Мы обязательно вернёмся. Совсем недалеко есть супермаркеты, покушать очень бюджетно можно в Санатории Актёр! Рекомендую для отдыха с детьми. Нашей малышке 2 года, изначально напугались лестницей, но все преодолимо. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания.

Понравилось ВСЕ, жаль было мало времёни для отдыха, в другой раз приедем на более длинный срок.

единственное, что понравилось – ресторан Wine Galaxy в доме, но к самим апартаментам, к сожалению, это не имеет никакого отношения

Хозяйка, прекрасная женщина, все рассказала показала, спасибо! Если проблемы или вопросы – всегда на связи. Этаж был 3. Правда моря почти не видно (только если высунуться с балкона, то можно увидеть частичку, но шикарный вид вечером на соседний отель нам очень понравился. Все новое. Все классное. Территория охраняемая, свой пляж, само здание шикарное. Правда море с отбойниками и огромными камнями в воде, но это нам не мешало, наоборот нашли это забавным. Спускаться до пляжа и подниматься – удовольствие, для здоровья полезно.

Наличие собственного пляжа. Доступность бассейна для ребёнка.

Все очень понравилось! До моря около четырёх минут, собственный пляж с бесплатными зонтиками и лежаками. В апартаментах чисто, сделан отличный ремонт. Советую.

Clean convenient place, nice kitchen, good beds and shower. Supermarket downstairs, place is close to bus and train station. Wifi works good.

Очень хороший хостел, приятный персонал, небольшая комната на две кровати с тумбочками, есть кондиционер, чисто аккуратно неплохой ремонт, заранее позвонили и спросили когда мы приедем, можно платить по карте.

Отличное расположение, в 10 минутах от вокзала. Хороший Wi-Fi и наличие кондиционера в номере. На кухне есть все необходимое, если вы собираетесь готовить сами.

Понравилось все! Номер просторный, кондиционер отличный, кухня, место приема пищи- все очень даже комфортно, каждый день уборка в номере, вы ушли – пришли уже чисто), админ вообще молодец, все о чем просили все помогал, рассказывал, всегда выходил на связь . Были в этом городе первый раз, остались довольны на 5 + WF кстати бесплатный и очень хороший, вечером смотрели фильмы,

Great location, nice rooftop hot tub! Fair breakfast selection.

Hotel is half way between Takaracho and Hacchobori train stations. I was able to go direct to Narita Airport from Takaracho on the Asakusa line which is a much cheaper than taking Narita Express. The hotel is fairly new so the room was extremely clean and well appointed with huge TV.

It was very close to Ethiad Stadium for The SGP Speedway and able to catch up with friends & family also close to DFO & Restaurants

Good location near all city transport possibilities, bus, metro. Very nice and helpful owners. Speak polish. Very clean place.

This apartment is in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and is very convenient to public transport. It is modern and has all that you need for a comfortable stay. But best of all are hosts Roman and Magda whose hospitality really makes for a great overall stay in Krakow.

Extremely clean, cozy, friendly staff. Quite location.

The location was great for us, close enough to city to easily catch public transport or even use a bicycle as we had our own folding bikes in the car. Also only a few minutes (2 km) from lots of great (vegan) food places at nearby St Kilda. Place was clean and tidy with easy check in and parking within easy walk.

Very friendly – we were late arriving due to a long delay at airport but our driver was waiting and easy to find. Hotel staff were all very helpful even though it was 4am.

Отдыхали в конце октября. Очень тихо, спокойное место, номер отличный, на фото выглядит похуже, а в жизни вообще отлично. Есть все, что для жизни нужно! +отличная транспортная доступность

Отличное месторасположение. Шаговая доступность магазина Перекрёсток, остановки общественного транспорта, очень удобно, что не нужно пересекать железную дорогу или оживленные автомагистрали по пути на море. Мы были в октябре, и набережная нам показалась малолюдной и живописной с уютными кафе и небольшими магазинчиками. Питались в столовой на первом этаже пансионата Светлана – вкусно и недорого. Завтракали в номере, в котором есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи и комфортного времяпрепровождения. Очень здорово, что администрация пансионата с душой подходит к своей работе и старается сделать отдых гостей максимально приятным! Спасибо Вам за ваш труд!

My mom and me really loved it here. The apartment has all the nevessary facilities like washing machine, stove, iron, hair dryer, AC and even heating. It looked very cozy too. The beach is within 5 min walk. The eateries and supermarkets are very close too. I could definitely recommend the place for family vacation. The staff was super friendly and polite. Нам очень понравилось в Светлане. Номер был устный, обстановка абсолютно домашняя. У нас было все для удобного отдыха: стиральная машинка, утюг, плита, холодильник, кондиционер. Понравилось вежливое и дружелюбное обслуживание. Светлана в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, разных столовых и супермаркета. Мы с удовольствием приедем ещё раз!

Новая исправная сантехника, наличие сплит-системы. И очень отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки по системе шведский стол, есть из чего выбрать, хотя ассортимент не сильно разнообразен. Расположен пансионат прямо на пляже: вышел на улицу – и вот уже перед тобой море.

В море прям в плавках из номера, рядом.. Шведский стол на завтрак.

Потрясающий вид из окна, море: его шум, закаты прямо в номере, отличный светлый новый номер, прекрасно организовано питание, вкусно и очень демократичные цены. Всем спасибо!

Просто шикарный вид с балконов, персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый , не смотря на то, что мы заселялись в 4 часа ночи нас встретили очень хорошо)) ну и стоит отметить очень хорошие завтраки 😊

рядом с морем засыпаешь под звуки волн, хорошие завтраки! дружелюбный персонал. по запросу предоставили все для стирки. за 5 дней проживания поменяли белье 1 раз. рекомендую.

Тишина, небыло навязчивого сервиса. Расположение – непосредственно на берегу моря. Чистота в номерах безупречная. В кафе отличная еда, очень вкусный земляничный чай и вишневый штрудель.

Море видно из номера. Сытные и недорогие завтраки/обеды/ужины.Так же рядом есть кафе с отличным шашлыком)) Дружелюбный персонал. Рядом автобусная остановка.

Отель расположен прямо на берегу моря, с собственным пляжом. Весь отель полностью был обновлён и все номера новые, чистые и комфортные. Хороший завтрак, действительно большой выбор блюд: два вида каш, омлет, запеканка творожная, блины, несколько видов йогурта, фруктовый салат , нарезка сыров и колбас, чай, кофе, сладости. Приветливый персонал. Адрес в букинге указан не верно, по этой улице надо ехать до упора вниз.

Очень удачное местоположение, зеленый район, рядом море, набережная,столовая, супермаркет, автобусная остановка. Дружелюбные хозяева, чистое белье, уютные комнаты, летняя кухня, где можно посидеть, выпить чаю или покушать.

Всё очень понравилось . Обязательно ещё сюда приеду

Каждый год приезжаю сюда . Отличное расположение , море через дорогу . Это самое лучшее место для отдыха . Огромный плюс это наличие парковки . В Сочи это редкость . Интернет ловил на всей территории отеля замечательно . Душ и туалет на этаж один но это не было проблемой . Если что можно на другом этаже пойти . Очень чисто как в номере так и в душе , туалете и во дворе . Горничная постоянно убирает . За эту цену точно лучше отель не найти . Ну если только на горе где нибудь )

Мы останавливаемся в "Вилле Светлане" третий год подряд. Месторасположение шикарное, центр Сочи, рядом парк с тренажерами (турник и т.д.), до моря рукой подать. Отзывчивые, добродушные хозяева, в шаговой доступности продуктовые супермаркеты. Отличное соотношение цена-качество!

Отельчик хорошо расположен в центральной части Сочи, близость недорогих (по местным меркам) кафе и "Перекресток", первая линия от моря (отделённая 2-х полосной дорогой), закрытый дворик на несколько машин с летней кухней, мангалом, беседкой.

Свой закрытый дворик, где можно запарковать машину, летняя кухня со всем необходимым. Хороший вид на море. Милые дружелюбные хозяева. Есть немного зелени, территория замощена, так что чисто и безопасно – на воротах сидит собака-сторож. Черноморская улица находится над самой набережной, каких-то массовых скоплений людей тут нет, что неплохо.

Близко от музеев, театров, концертных залов! И море- совсем рядом!!!

Первая линия у моря. Отличное расположение. При такой цене и таком расположении всё остальное не так уж и важно.

Отличное расположение рядом с набережной – это единственнный плюс.

Отличное расположение: 5 мин. до моря, недалеко автобусная остановка на центральной улице, откуда ходят маршрутки в пригород; напротив круглосуточный минимаркет, аптека. Просторный, чистый, удобный и уютный номер. Достаточно полотенец, ванных принадлежностей, посуды. Все в отличном состоянии. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Удобный матрас, хорошее постельное белье. Приятная горничная. За время нашего проживания нам дважды меняли полотенца и один раз постельное белье.

Караоке клуб абсолютно не мешал!Все в шаговой доступности-море,парки,аптека,транспорт,магазин,кафе и рестораны на любой вкус в огромном количестве.Всем знакомым только "8 небо"!Идеальное место для идеального отдыха!

Очень хорошие чистые укомплектованные аппартаменты с прекрасным персоналом. Гостеприимные и радушные люди, всегда готовые помочь. Расположение превосходное, всё, что необходимо, можно найти в шаговой доступности, включая пляж, естественно. Если любите ходить, то спокойно можно прогулочным шагом дойти до парка Ривьера или Дендрария.

Очень радушный прием! Просторный чистый номер со всем необходимым. Шикарное месторасположение. Мы остались довольны.

Апартаменты находятся очень близко от пляжа. Пять минут пешком, и вот оно – море! Рядом парк. Улица вся утопает в зелени. Тихо, только по вечерам любители караоке начинали свое веселье. Но нам эти концерты не мешали засыпать. В апартаментах есть вся посуда, чтобы самим приготовить на кухне еду и подать на стол! Нет желания готовить, заказывайте пиццу и разогревайте в микроволновке! А можно сходить в ближайшие рестораны или кафе и отведать уху, хинкали, шашлыки, плов и т.д. Жалко, что нет кофемашины и фильтра для воды…Но это, наверное, уже капризы))) Утюг и гладильная доска в свободном доступе находятся в небольшом закутке рядом со служебным помещением. Хороший Wi-Fi. Спасибо большое Оксане за внимание и заботу!!!

Отличный светлый номер. С чайником , микроволновой, столом и большим шкафом. Хорошая уборка, ненавязчиво – приходишь а там все убрано. Рядом с морем -5 минут. Напротив небольшой магазин. Рядом центр. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Плоский тв. Очень понравилось

Очень чистые и комфортные номера со своей мини-кухней и ванной комнатой. Вежливый персонал. Подходит для проживания с ребенком. До моря 5-7 минут пешком (близко). Рядом парк развлечений и дендрарий. Никто не курит и не пьет в открытую.

Душевные хозяева, достаточно удобное расположение, отличное соотношение цены и качества!

Цена и отношение людей. Помогли организовать трансфер.

Хозяева невероятно приятные, добрые и душевные люди) жить там было одно удовольствие) Во дворе растёт хурма, киви, инжир, за окном чистый воздух и в доме живет прелестный котёнок Боня)

Очень приветливые и добродушный хозяева! Шикарная кухня с печью и мангалом, и главная прелесть этого места- возможность пообщаться с другими гостями за одним столом. Очень понравилось соотношение цена/качество!

Очень понравилось отношение к гостям. Встретили, как родных) По пути из аэропорта показали Сочи, рассказали, куда сходить и как добраться. Угостили барбарисом и инжиром из сада, предложили чай и кофе. Номер чистый, телевизор, интернет. На первом этаже общая открытая кухня, есть большой стол, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, плита, мангал. Дом расположен в частном секторе, в тихом районе, нет шума машин. До центра Сочи 10-15 минут на маршрутке, до остановки 5 минут. Большое спасибо Артему и его родителям)

The room is spacious and the location is approximately 10 minutes from the metro. Also, local retail centres are a stone throw away. There is the Chuansha commercial area just downstairs. There is free airport shuttle and the ride is just 15 minutes to Pudong airport.
