Месторасположения решает все – самый центр и берег моря, 2 минуты до морпорта. Мирзо приятный, встретил в аэропорту, действительно старался, чтобы все понравилось. Квартира чистая, приятный ремонт, все новое. Есть набор посуды, полотенец достаточно.

Конечно достоинством данного ЖК, является его месторасположение. Я уже останавливалась ранее в ЖК Версаль, только в других апартаментах. Поэтому выбрала данный объект размещения исключительно из-за месторасположения.

Аппартаменты просторные, море в 3-5 минутах ходьбы, бассейн на крыше с шикарным видом, соотношение цена/качество просто отличное!

Бассейн на крыше и вид на город- просто великолепно! Месторасположение- просто шикарное: самый центр.

Рассположение. Прилегающая территория. Бассейн. Персонал (Администратор). Отзывчивая хозяйка.

Приветливые хозяева, чистая уютная квартира, обставленная со вкусом Вид из окна на порт и на море Оборудованная кухня Балкон Близость к центру – идти до набережной примерно 3-5 минут, до ресторанов и кафе – не больше 15 минут

Очень уютно и невероятно чисто, как сразу после ремонта.

Большая, чистая квартира. Вид из окна на порт, море. Хорошее месторасположение, близко до остановок общественного транспорта, до набережной, до ресторанов. Рядом есть продуктовый супермаркет. Хороший сигнал wi-fi.

Чистая квартира, новая удобная мебель, хорошая сантехника. Окна выходят в тихий, зелёный дворик. Расположение отличное – порт 3 минуты пешком, остановки 5 минут, вокзал 20 минут неспешным шагом. Хозяин пошёл на встречу с продлением номера и предложил оставить вещи.

We liked the location and the staff were realy friendly. They tried to help in many ways.

The room was lovely and spacious, nice seating area in the bedroom and lovely high ceilings. Staff were nice, although could have been more helpful tellings us about the pool in advance. Really great location.

Есть один маленький минус – последние 2 дня отсутствовала горячая вода. как нам объяснили – котельная не справляется с объемом. Летом может это не так ощущается, а осенью – ощутили. В этот отель хочется вернуться снова. Спасибо за условия отдыха!

Расположение действительно не плохое, хотя есть НО, о которых ниже. И большинство персонала действительно доброжелательно, хотя если доведётся пересечься с меньшинством, их редкостное хамство испортит Вам всё впечатление от их коллег. Ресторан хороший без всяких НО.

Ценакачество. Все понравилось, в доме тепло, уютно. Хозяева отлично встретили, разместили. В доме есть все необходимое. Обязательно приедем еще.

Номера точно такие же как и фотографии, все чисто, сделано со вкусом. Персонал вежливый, особенно хочется отметить владельцев дома, они были заботливы и любезны. Из минусов то, что на третьем этаже вай-фай уже не ловит, и вытяжки в ванной комнате плохо работают, мы так поняли, что везде, а во всем остальном все отлично. До моря пешком минут 10 точно и подниматься нужно в горку, в жару, это не самое легкое занятие, имейте это ввиду. Но за такую стоимость можно понять и наличие расстояния.

Новый ремонт, удобная уютная веранда, гостеприимные радушные хозяева, наличие кухни, пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Новая мебель, симпатичный интерьер. Панорамное остекление производит двоякое впечатление- очень красиво, потрясающий рассвет, но в то же время ты на виду у всех соседей.

Ремонт и помещения свежие, на кухне есть все необходимое, лояльное отношение к раннему заезду.

Уютный номер, все как на фото. Встретили, заселили, на все вопросы подсказали, очень приятный и заботливый персонал. Расположение не доставило неудобств, рядом ходит автобус, на котором можно доехать до места назначения.

В номере была стиральная машинка, сушилка для белья, э/чайник, микроволновка, плитка для готовки, вай-фай, телевизор, холодильник, кровать, диван( раскладывающийся) и ещё доп. Кровать, кухонная мебель, красивый вид из окна. На первом этаже столовая, очень удобно! Парковка для машин рядом с корпусом.

Набор необходимой бытовой техники в номере полностью удовлетворил. Это для нас важно. И не надо никуда идти.

Расположение Joy Apartments – рядом большой круглосуточный магазин, дендрарий, цирк, остановка общественного транспорта. Пологий спуск к морю и не далеко идти. Ненавязчивый и в то же время отзывчивый персонал. Хоть и древняя и не внушающая доверия электроплитка, но все таки можно готовить самим. С балкона в холле видно немного море. Может у кого даже из номера видно.

В целом отличное расположение, рядом есть хорошие магазины, не далеко до моря.

Чистота и уют. Шаговая доступность пляжей, магазинов, экскурсионных бюро и т.д. Много зелени. Вид на море и сад. Отличная столовая на 1 этаже. Пляжи бесплатные: чистые, с охраной, спасателями,душем и т.д. Самое сердце Сочи.

Месторасположение,наличие необходимой бытовой техники.

Очень хорошее расположение гостиницы в центре г.Сочи,близко к пляжу.Приятным сюрпризом был диванчик на балконе и хороший вид из окна.Администратор очень быстро реагировал на любые просьбы.Спасибо за отдых.

Место хорошее. Останавливались с сыном в апартаментах уже второй раз. Квартира чистая, светлая, уютная, фотографии соответствуют. До пляжа ходили прогулочным шагом минут десять по набережной. Рядом большое количество магазинов, хорошее кафе. Евгений (хозяин) как всегда был радушен и реагировал незамедлительно на все наши просьбы. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Не первый раз в Сочи. В этом году решили пожить сначала на Роза Хуторе, потом поехали в Олимп парк, Адлер и на Мамайку в Сочи. Вообщей сложности за последние 3 года мы в Сочи провели около 100 дней и есть что и с чем сравнивать. Много моря поставим на почетное первое место! Минусов тут не нашли совсем. Хочется отметить идеальную чистоту! Такое ощущение, что готовились к комиссии санэпиднадоза. ))) Хозяин купил новую посуду, мы сами распоковывали ее. Постоянно интересовался, все ли у нас в порядке. Мы действительно не видели такого нигде! Сервис на высоте! Дом новый. Свой дворик. До пляжи шли минут 7-8 пешком по набережной. Набережная просто шикарная! Плюсом мамайки можно отметить спокойствие. Тут нет суеты, как в самом центре. Пляжи тут нам понравились больше всего. Еще плюс, что тут нет комаров. В Адлере, Олимпийском парке нас поели они)) В следующий раз приедем только в Много Моря! Спасибо вам и успехов!

Clean, nice room Great view! They even have umbrellas on reception, you can use it

The buffet meals provided were fantastic including themed dinners! The location to the beaches was fantastic with just a short walk needed. However, I prefer sand to "river rock" but welcome to Sochi! The hotel was centrally located to many shops and bus routes as well as the main boardwalk. The concierge in the lobby was helpful and friendly and, after checking some of the kiosks on the street, priced well. Workout room had some free weights and a combo-machine as well as the common cardio equipment. The staff was friendly and patient with an English speaker!

Range of food available at breakfast was fantastic and focused on fresh local fruit and vegetables. Lots of towels so you can take one with you to the beach, and good drying facilities (i.e. clothes rack on the balcony). Reception books taxis for you. Nice to stay in hotel a little removed from the theme park like beach front area. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate a non Russian speaker.

The room was great, it was modern, clean and all the amenities worked exactly as they should. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of a high quality. We opted for breakfast and the selection of hot and cold dishes was fantastic. Check-in and check-out was quick and professional. Overall: great value for money.

Nice sea and city view from a balcony, but a bit noisy when the door is open. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Not far from the sea.

Отличное месторасположение, все основные места города в пешей доступности. Мегаотзывчивый персонал. Некоторые туристы в отзывах особый акцент делают на трудности подъема к отелю, но будьте позитивнее – в сторону моря подъем становится наоборот крутым спуском, что с лихвой нейтрализует этот недостаток.

Довольно таки близко к морю. Не навязчивость и отзывчивость персонала.

Жили в студии. Все очень даже понравилось. На ресепшене администратор дежурит круглосуточно. Кровати мягкие, до пляжа не очень далеко. Все чисто, чайник был новый.

Номер чистый,вся техника на кухне современная, плита,холодильник,стиральная машина,телевизор,микроволновка. Так же есть гладильная доска,сушка,напольные весы,фен. Номер очень большой на три человека ( квартира)

The best thing was the bathtub. The under-the-roof room was quite big but the usable space was much smaller because of the sharply sloping ceiling. The courtyard-facing room was quiet although a loud neighbor would make the atmosphere noisy. It was comparatively inexpensive. Management is attentive and requests are handled properly.

Администратор очень своебразный и веселый человек. В номерах все супер, правда кондиционер вроде слабовато дул. Случайно разбил стакан), все рассказал и 100 руб. штрафу уплачено как положено. Рекомендую

Отдыхали в июле 2017года. В гостинице уютно, чисто, комфортно. Есть холодильник, фен, сейф. Очень хороший бассейн с теплой водой и красивой подсветкой. Правда оплачивается отдельно. Рядом с гостиницей есть магазины Магнит и Пятерочка, рынок. До пляжа идти минут 20.

Отличное расположение, рядом множество магазинов, кафе, остановка. До центральной набережной Сочи 300 метров. Встретил хозяин все объяснил, показал и был постоянно на связи. Номер чистый и есть все необходимое. Обязательно приеду еще!

В Сочи мало отелей и апартаментов , где есть парковки . А здесь все очень удобно – в центре города и охраняемая парковка рядом со входом . Вокруг здания много зелени- очень красиво . Номер чистый и уютный. Нас быстро заселили . Хозяин все рассказал , где что находиться . Обязательно приедем еще !

The location was very good, it was easy to find a good food in the neighborhood. The apartment was nice and clean, one room was a good size with queen/twin bed. The pool on the roof is nice to swim in. The keys were left in the reception of the building, so it was very easy to "check in".

Close to Dubai airport Terminal 2 if your flight is arriving there. Good ambiance. Good restaurants and Sports bar. Very friendly staff including reservations.

Good public bath. Great view. The room is very very big.

Great front desk staff. Breakfast was awesome. Easy shuttle set up and pick up from airport. Just a few blocks from tram stop taking you straight to city center.

A very nice hotel that was actually a good price given its London. The location was excellent – just a block from St James’s Park Tube station and two blocks from Westminster Abbey. Breakfast was free and pretty good.

The ladies on the reception were really nice, everything was clean, bed was comfortable. They made a registration on migration office for us.

Прекрасный вид с открытой веранды на крыше отеля. Отличное место для отдыха, романтического ужина и приятного времяпровождения в любую погоду. Отзывчивый, дружелюбный персонал.

Доброжелательный персонал. Чистота в номере. Наличие террасы с бассейном. С крыши открывается красивый вид. Кому нужно на пляж: от гостиницы ходит бесплатый комфортабельный микроавтобус до парка Ривьера и Морского порта. Можно пройти на пляж соседнего санатория, но за деньги. Нам очень понравился бассейн, хотелось отдохнуть от жары и моря. Завтраки не шведские, но очень сытно. Можно пообедать и поужинать при отеле. Есть балкон с сушилкой для белья, стол и стулья. Наш номер выходил окнами во внутренний дворик, с видом на соседние отели. Но это никак не раздражало. Все такие же отдыхающие. Можно выходить на балкон в купальнике:)))

Всё понравилось! Чистый номер,белоснежное белье,вкусный завтрак.Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый.Если приедем снова в Сочи,Поселимся в Эль отель.Большая терасса с видом на море,жили в номере на 5 этаже,балкон большой с видом на море,джакузи,кондиционеры в спальне и гостинной,два телевизора,чайник,микроволновка,большой холодильник,фен,стиральная машина,сушилка на балконе. Бассейн с лежаками. Рядом магазин и терминал киви.В нескольких шагах пятёрочка.

Море достаточно близко. Правда возвращаться в гору тяжеловато, но каждые 15 минут ходит автобус и едет он до санатория Радуга, приходилось возвращаться, чтобы добраться до отеля, но это лучше, чем идти в гору. Уборка в отеле на 5! Мыли даже балконы. Мы оставляли горничной перед уходом из номера денюшки, вроде чаевых, она не поняла и не взяла;) Очень понравилось, что в номере есть балкон, хоть и вид с него на соседние отели и соседние балконы. На каждом этаже стоит гладильная доска и утюг. Лично для меня это важно. Помимо не очень чистых дивана и кресла, сам номер достаточно чистый, полотенца и постельное на 5. В номере есть сушилка, очень нужная вещь, если ты вернулся с пляжа. Также выдают пляжные полотенца, но об этом нужно попросить администратора. В нашем номере было 2 телевизора, не включали ни один). Бесплатный вай-фай нормально тянул.

Хороший отельчик. Все чисто и опрятно. В номере все работает. Отличная душевая кабина. Проход к морю через территорию соседнего санатория, но пропуска выдают. Все очень приветливые. Отличный завтрак. Есть небольшой, но чистый бассейн.
