The owner and the staff were were really nice and seeet! The pool area and location are really cool. The prices of food and drinks are very cheap compared to the outside shops and hotels. The apartment was huge. Two big bedrooms with two massive bathrooms. Remainder of the apartment was also extremely large and luxurious. Views were stunning all round.

The design of the lobby and interior structure of the hotel itself creates a welcoming ambience. The pool and buffet are excellent though the latter is $30.00 (in hindsight, a room including breakfast may have been better). My room was at the lowest end in terms of cost so not much of a view but the room felt clean (vacuumed) and secure.

Location close to everything but train station location is never a beuatiful place

Comparatively to Western rates, I thought the hotel was good value for money. The pool is great (especially after a hot day) with amazing views. The gym has your bare essentials to get somewhat of a workout in, if wanted. The other great thing about the hotel is its location. It is in an area full of restaurants and bars – ideal. Hotel was always great with communication as I booked airport transfers and utilized their laundry services. Breakfast had a decent mixed spread. I think for dinner, the food is meant to be good, but we mis-ordered. We always enjoyed cocktails every afternoon at the restaurant as well – which was nice.

Just awesome and the friendliest staff I have met in Korea. Especially the manager who gave us extra time in the buffet restaurant at breakfast

Room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with A/C and sink in the room.

The staff was extraordinary helpful and friendly. The open bar also great.

I loved the suite upgrade l received , the bed was so firm l used two doonas to soften the mattress so l could sleep , out of the five restaurants offered only one was open and l was the only guest the food being bearly interesting . The Thai massage was fabulous

The staff were friendly and helpful from the receptionists to staff I met in the hallway/elevator. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was great, within walking distance of the trains and Westfield, and the food festival in the square which was AWESOME! I didn’t have coffee at the Mantra so can’t comment on that.

I stayed in BC Family Homestay-Hanoi’s Heart 3 nights. They are really friendly. My room was so clean and quiet. The breakfast I ordered was very tasty. They has everything a traveler need: bus tickets, tours, airport pick-up and drop-off, laundry, cafe on the first floor… So don’t be worry about any thing, I highly recommend it for you.

The location is great. Next to shopping malls, the bazaar, the food stall.

The location is good which near to BTS and MRT. The rooms are big and clean

The apartment was very centrally located and very easy to find. The hosts were very helpful and were easily contacted for a queries. The apartment was very modern, clean and well maintained. The stairwell was always kept air conditioned which was a blessing when you had to climb to the top. Despite being in the centre of the city it was also quite peaceful and we weren’t troubled with any loud noise at night. The shower was fantastic!

The rooms are really comfortable and the beds were huge!

Excellent traditional hotel. Staff flawless in execution. Rooms luxurious but small (however they made this very clear when offering me a room with a canal view rather than a larger one without a view). Good value on a relative basis to other 5 star hotels close to St Marks but still expensive- it is Venice after all.

This hotel is my favorite hotel of all time, and I’ve traveled a lot! A little remote in terms of walking, but the hotel provides free shuttle service to downtown Ubud. The hotel has stunning views, two beautiful pools, and the most friendly and accommodating staff ever. I recommend this hotel! They also have a spa that is by a natural river – amazing way to relax as you get a massage and listen to the river. The hotel restaurant serves great food and you can even eat in a private gazebo.

Everything. This apartment had everything we needed. Location was great, the host was kind and always there to help and parking was free and nearby.

Suite was beautiful, well located – a bit noisy in the early morning hours if you have window open, but the hotel can’t help that I think

The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walking from the subway Shinsaibashi exit 7. The convenient store 7-eleven just in front of the hotel. Price was very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and included many choices.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, room was a very good size & having a fridge was good. Bathroom was ok but hardly any vanity space, heated towel rails a nice bonus. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choices both hot & cold. There were 2 lifts & we never had to wait long – only really big enough for 6 or 2 people with luggage. We organised a private day tour through the hotel & it was excellent.

Great hotel, very nice room and balcony. The only issue is that there is no breakfast buffet. Breakfast starts at 8h30 and is at an extra charge. However, everything else is great.

We loved the large room and convenience of the hotel. We used the Tempanyaki restaurant and loved it.

I loved the whole space, it was very welcoming and comfortable.

Overall a great getaway hotel with all the facilities needed for a relaxing experience. The beach side bar and restaurant was also very appealing and had good fare.

The decor was fabulous. We especially liked the bathroom and shower.

The hotel is a nice old building, probably from the 30s that still preserves a lot of its style (and problems) It is not ideal for resting but it is very cool from an artistic/architectural point of view. They have a very nice old elevator as well.

Fantastic modern apartment, very spacious. A lot of space for the money.

Local resturants, close subway, supermarket and big shopping is near by. Maccas and kfc a few minutes away. Can get dinner for 2 of us for 20 rnb but you need to walk down the back streets. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved being a short walk away from Kuromon market and Dotonburi. As a tourist, our Japan Rail Passes includes the Osaka Loop but once you get to Osaka you realize how useless that loop line is as how much you need to rely on public subway lines. As a result, being close to most of the sites on foot really helps with the budget travel. Also, the staff really insists on providing new towels, coffee/tea and other amenities to make the stay just that much more comfortable. The staff also helped us with making restaurant reservations when we couldn’t figure it out, and we’re ever grateful for their help.

The location was excellent for our touring purposes. Staff was very helpful and the room was lovely. We had a balcony which was a plus for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was surprising to us that such a lovely hotel was located in the neighborhood it was.

If you’re just staying a couple of days, this hotel is value for money. The room we had seemed recently renovated. The facilities are very basic though – best not to expect anything but a comfortable bed in a private room.

Overall is a good experience. The property is clean, and there are enough neighborhoods restaurants and bars to explore.

Located walking distance from the highly recommended Temple of Heaven and Pearl Market, in a quiet street. Closest subway is 15 min walking distance. Full of restaurants very close, including KFC and Starbucks. The room is quite basic but enough. SO, a good place to spend a couple of nights. The hotel owns a food store which is very convenient and useful.

It’s really cheap and close to the city center.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The little street is full of nice local warungs and is just around the corner from the main street if you want to get yourself some Bule food. I was very pleased with my stay here.

Excellent clean and very well organized hotel with very helpful staff and perfectly comfortable clean and well appointed rooms. The location is 100% perfect for business in the locality and especially for Exhibitions at the adjacent Convention Centre, and there are two metro lines (very easy to use in English language) within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. However, if you need to visit other city locations, consider staying closer to your work, because transport in the city is slow because of the city size and because of the busy rush hour traffic. The room was cold and had no working heating system at all, it was the end of October. Upon request I was supplied with a 2 Kw electric heater which I kept on 24 hours a day.

The owner welcommed us very nicely. The room was warm and with a nice view. The place is in the heart of Palermo. We got all the neccessary information and recommendations from the owner. Breakfast was amazing.

the twin room was hotel-like rooms, with aircondition and tv and complementary water and slippers. Upstairs there is a very nice hipsterish cafe with good coffee and cakes and nice view on Bai Ta Si temple.
