Only good thing about this property is the swimming pool and breakfast, washroom is filthy

Our stay was super lovely. The house and room are quality and pool is really refreshing. Staff are helpful & facilities are well stocked. The location is a good waking distance from some great places to eat but out of the normal canggu busy town. For a quiet stay would def recommend

Loved the swimming pool as it was user friendly for our 20month old grand children. Also liked the massage table on the premises.

The pool was lovely and the family rooms were great as parents and kids can be in separate quarters. Gardens were nice too and we loved the location.

I Like the atmosphere of the Room and the view outside the Lime Restaurants

Great location, easy to get around n lots of nice restaurants nearby!

It is strategically located right smack close to all the restaurants. Easy access from airport and to seminyak and kuta.

The swimming pool was great and the restaurant area was very good for socialising as it had a pool table. The staff were super friendly and they helped us contact another venue we had booked as part of our trip.

easy access to anywhere but is always traffic in front of favehotel. nice big pool and a lot of seating area around the pool. i love how they have balcony not like other favehotels branch. they also have evening tea here. 24hrs circle k n atm just next door. staff are helpful. air cond is good.

I like the restaurant hot chocolate . And the staff is very friendly with guests…

Rooms were comfortable, was upgraded to a room overlooking the pool. Our AC broke and was quickly moved to another room. The pool area was great. Big pool, clean and beer available at a reasonable price. Staff were always on call to help out with anything.

The location is within a 15 minute walk from Seminyak Square and right opposite Barbacoa restaurant. Had geat restaurants nearby

The probably most valuable thing was a mobile phone that they provided free of charge which I could take with me to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was great.

The options of food room service was very useful. Easy to order a pool fence and was a good quality one. Quite spacious living area and rooms.

Office staff were amazing. Cleaning ladies were lovely. Candles placed around pool every night were beautiful. Location great.

Very private but close enough to the centre of Seminyak not to be a problem. The service provided, breakfast, housekeeping and garden/pool maintenance was spectacular. A special shout out to Komag who cooked us a fantastic breakfast every morning and looked after us so well.

Our stay was so relaxing. The bedrooms were super comfortable and quiet. Everything was beautifully maintained for our entire stay. We loved the location. The layout was perfect for a group or friends or large family. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I felt very safe and secure after dark.

The location of these Villa’s is perfect. 5 Minutes to Seminyak Square, 10 minutes to KuDeTa (left) and 15 minutes to the back side of Seminyak (right). Either direction also gets you to the beach. Simply fantastic service. Nothing was an issue for the Kembali team. Wether it was booking transport or a restaurant nothing was a problem. Every morning the villa was cleaned, pruned and made to look like we had just arrived. Really good service.

The swimming was very amazing and the bed was very confortable. The team members was very kind and helpful.

Room apart from bathroom tile scum build up and flaky paint on some walls were very clean. Pool also very clean. Some staff struggled with english making requests difficult, but overall staff were very helpful and courteous.

the villas are in a perfect location the villa was perfect quite large with everything you need could not ask for more the staff from the reception to the guy who cleaned the pool were all excellent could not ask for better staff we will be visiting club villas again

Each villa surrounded by a high wall offers complete privacy; its garden and pool provide tranquility and are beautiful. The TV in the bedroom, which has multiple channels in different languages, is an added luxury.

The pool was great. And the restaurant on the terrace that serves breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect for our requirements. We spent 3 days here and greeted by the warmest of people and friendly staff!

Staff were absolutely fantastic and were very accommodating. Hotel just looks a little tired and requires a lick of paint and some TLC. The rooms were clean but the cracks and cream (stained) bath just didn’t look great. The location is ideal with a short and cheap taxi drive into the centre. Have stayed in nicer accommodation for the same money but for what you pay its not too bad. Hopefully the management have a some love and attention planned in to the rooms and exterior. There is also a laundrette very close by which is 65p per KG so also ideal if you are away for more than a week.

Very quiet location. Food has improved with crispy duck excellent. Staff efficient and friendly.

We stayed here as we had a family wedding in one of the many villas on the same road. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast/restaurant was ok but not on par with resorts near the beach.

Some staff did try hard to be helpful. And always smiley, even though with limited English.

I like the access, easy to reach to seminyak and canggu. The property used to be good but now it needs a bit renovation here and there. The access to the pool is easy from my room and it cleans.

Perfectly located in a central position but away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. The host, Lisa, is wonderful and kind. She made sure our stay was fabulous and easy to manage. Room service was on a different level of awesome. We always came back to an impeccable and clean villa. The location is also incredible. It’s great for couples or families or even those who want to go out and enjoy the nightlife of Seminyak but come back to a retreat in the heart of the city where it’s quiet and peaceful. Lisa was great. She picked us up from the airport and was immediately available when needed. Example: some workers are carrying out construction works next door. Lisa ensured that the workwrs would only start at 10.00 am. She was actually present herself to ensure that they would not start earlier.

location was great. Very quiet and secluded for Seminyak yet very close to everything. Beautiful pool and bedroom was nice and cool thanks to aircon. Good selection of movies to choose from and a cleaner comes each afternoon if you need. Lisa the host was amazing, brought my partner cakes because it was her birthday and also dropped us off at the airport on the way home. Definitely recommend. 10/10

The villa was awesome. So private and secluded yet close to everything. It was clean and modern with fast wifi and little things like fresh fruit and flowers gave it a really nice personal touch. It was very comfortable and fits any budget. The manager Lisa was unbelievable. She made us feel so welcome and was always available for what ever we needed. When we left Sammy Villa to return to Perth, I left my phone in the taxi at the airport. I thought there is no way I will ever see it again as I boarded my plane. Lisa was all over it and by the time I had touched down in Perth, had located my phone and arranged for it to be sent back to me express. Just unreal the effort this woman will go to.

I love the layout and the decor of the villa. They have floaties to rent and there was a hammock by the pool which was nice and comfy. Also got to try the floating breakfast which was cool. The location was close to seminyak square and the beach but sometimes traffic would make it longer. It’s far enough from the square though to have peace and quiet in our villa. Another perk was having a couples massage in our room with 20% off from a spa that they partnered with. The staff was amazing and very friendly and accommodating. They even sent us home with a mug (with logo of the villa) plus a picture of us in the room that they printed out for us. They really go the extra mile with their swan and elephant shaped towels in our room and happy anniversary spelled with flower petals. They also organized shuttles for us to the beach and to the airport. Thanks again Dewi, Winda and Tia for what feels like VIP treatment although i know you treat all your guests like that.

The service was above and beyond. The team there sincerely assist you in everything.

Great & very helpful staff, especially Ms Winda. Handy central yet hidden away location. Very comfortable bed. Nice bed side lamps. Good double sun lounger & umbrella. Nice pool. Good air conditioning in bedroom.

Loved this villa! So modern and pretty and the perfect size for a couple. The bed was huge and soo comfortable. Good aircon and wifi great too. The whole length of the villa gets pool views, even the huge tub in the bathroom. The hosts were so helpful and very sweet.

They have a quiet comfy room. Close to beach and centre both, each 10 minutes on foot. They also have free shuttle service to some locations at specified hours. Excellent staff and lovely rabbits around!

The staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly.

The most wonderful and comfortable bed, breakfast in the room daily was magic (try the smoothie bowl). The lunch and dinner menu at the Villa was also exceptional. We had an amazing time at Aleva Villa’s. The staff are the most lovely people i have ever come across (Especially Tia and Wynda) Thankyou both for always greeting us with a warm smile and for all our lovely and funny conversations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aleva and would love to return in the future to see all those smiling faces again Oh and can’t forget the gorgeous Villa pet bunnies! Love Jenna & Sean xx

The staff were very attentive and service was great. No request was too much trouble and they took a personal interest in everyone. The villa very modern and spacious. There were lovely little touches like a photo given to us at the end and a mug.

The service is superb! From checking in, to the little dinner setup (surprise for my partner), and not forgetting the free birthday cake for my partner when we checked out! They took care of our needs, down to the minute details(they know my partner is a fan of frangipanis and had them scattered around the bathroom) and we felt like royalties:)

Staff was incredible and the location was great – just outside the old city.

Exceptionally well equipped villa. Excellent location, close to everything but very quiet and peaceful in grounds. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Staff were very helpful.

Helpfull staff and issues were addressed immediately (broken airco repaired). Location close to busy street, but quite in a backstreet. The accomodation was real nice.

We loved the welcoming staff who were always so obliging and made sure we had everything we required during our stay. We will miss their smiling faces and our conversations! The cleanliness was top notch and the bed was one of the best for comfort. The pool and surrounds were peaceful and inviting.
