Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

Great location, very close to Juilius-Leber Brucke with shops and nice local restaurants so close. The room was large with comfy beds and the bathrooms, even though they were shared, were in excellent condition and very clean.

There were a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The pink building is cool. Staff made good effort with breakfast

I was impressed by the Mexican restaurant. I didn’t know it was going to be Ladies Night, but was happily receiving three free delicious drinks. Unfortuntaley I didn’t like the beef ribs I had ordered, but the waitress was very kind. I was offered something else from the menu, and in the end she didn’t let me pay for the meal. How service-minded is that!!

Jacuzzi on rooftop was amazing. Room very spacious

The location is excellent. Cleanliness and comfort are also very good. There is a famous sandwich stall right next to the hotel, this is not a western style sandwich. Would worth the try.

Very friendly and helpful stuff.Provides additional informal about the area.

The reception was warm and friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is exceptionately varied and delicious! The bathroom is small, but very nice, including a great shower. The location is within walking distance of all the sights of Florence.

I liked that it was clean, basic hotel but clean and in a good area!

Modern and enough space (but might depend on the room)

Clean, stylish and staff are super nice. The traditional style setup is much better. Breakfast’s portion is huge, you can easily treat it as brunch.

A very good hotel close to the airport in a quiet residential area. We felt well kept.

Everything perfect except for noise the street. It is ok because the place is just next to the Duomo cathedral, center of the town.

Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

The property was conveniently situated on all counts, very close to good restaurants, close (5 to 10 minute walk) to the beach, and 3km from the old town. If you don’t enjoy walking along the shoreline to reach the old town there is a bus stop within 200 metres of the property will get you there in 5 minutes. The owners, Ana and Leo were brilliant, always ready to help with assistance and information without being intrusive. They also provided us with fresh salad and strawberries from their garden!

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms.

Proper layout of the property, clean, awesome and amazing interiors.

Location, location and location excellent service; a special greeting to Mrs. claudia

The staff were second to none, very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the breakfast was very good.

I was invited as if i were old friend. After 3 days we felt as if we were leaving home

I liked the location, cleanliness, and the staff. The staff was more than what I expected. I have never been to a hotel with such a friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was smiling and offering his best.

Comfy room and the location really grew on me lots of little local restaurants and convenience stores nearby and very close to train stations

30 minute walk to the beach and central to attractions.

The location was perfect The room was cleanThe staff are very nice

Staff extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. Location of the hotel was great.

It’s a love hotel, so it’s set up for staying in rather than going out…big bed, teeth-rattling vibrator, a massage chair and an epic jacuzzi bathroom with built in TV for high-pitched pixellated Japanese porn. What more could you want? The minibar has lube if you’re stuck…the 7/11 up the road has everything else.

Buena Actitud de Servicio, Personal dispuesto a resolver requerimientos. Excelente ubicacion en Barrio Tranquilo y cerca de todo en San Isidro y Miraflores.

Please, do not stay at this property. Worst experience ever. Do not be tricked by nice pictures. It looks nothing like that in reality. Everything is broken, dirty and beds are full of bedbugs who bite you. Dont even consider this options. The hosts are the worst ones to ever exist as well because they simply don’t care about horrible services and conditions.

Very good location, and nice service. The breakfast was quite tasty.

The place is squeaky clean and the staff are so accommodating.

Location is near Ratchapruek royal park and night safari with easy to go in town.

New property and staff were friendly. Big rooms and neat. Most importantly, the hotel management did not charge me penalty for cancellation at a short notice due to personal flight change program and the management waived it off. I really liked that gesture and give a Thums Up for good service.

Great breakfast and very big room. My room had a view to the statue of Christ! The dinner I ordered was very good. Also, the staff was so friendly.

They have a beautiful roof terrace and the bedrooms were really clean and nice.

Staff were excellent , Silvia was most helpful in advising on where to go and bus numbers and time tables

I really like the view and how comfortable the bed was.

Very clean. Location. One of the staff members a middle aged man with white hair was lovely. The rest of the staff were quite terrible.

Arrived tired from a long journey to this wonderful little hotel in a beautiful location in Prague. Being central to the city, it was actually really quiet at night thankfully. Room was a little cramped but, didn’t take away from delightful stay here. I travel to Prague annually and will definitely return here.

The apartment is very close to both the Earls Court and Gloucester Rd underground stations. Lots of dining options nearby and big supermarket. The room is warm and quiet with double glazed windows. Excellent value for money. Lovely hosts.

The place is very quiet, in a good area, close to garden, plaza mall and several restaurants and banks. The hotel is very neat and the breakfast is very delicious.

Location – great. Personnel – friendly and helpful. Elevator – quaint. Very clean. Thanks for the room service!

the location is PERFECT! You can rent bikes at the Hotel.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff could not have been anymore nice or helpful. They were really welcoming to everyone

Very clean, spacious, great value for money. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The curtains didn’t let in even a sliver of light. You could sleep until noon if you wanted to. Bed was very comfy. The room was sparkly clean. Good use of space: the desk was located at the window so you work in light and can look out. The shower was awesome. The pool is lovely and long if you like to do lengths.

Friendly, comfortable local hotel in a superb location.

The shower and bathroom facilities were great along with the complimentary beers, which my husband appreciated, and the daily newspapers.

Great food, very comfortable beds, very clean, allowd dogs

The ‘owner’ of the apartment has gone to a lot of trouble to make it work and he is almost there.

The lady at reception I cant remember her name but she was an angel. I had no clean clothes and while she washed my clothes one night and i sat around in my pjs, she dried a pair of pants for me BY HAND with a hair dryer so that I would have some clean clothes for the morning. I never asked or expected this from anyone. I was blown away with the staff. they really want to help you have a great stay. with their food recommendations to helping with train tickets to your next destination. The bed was so nice and comfy that i was sad i only stayed one night. the have amazing coffee in a machine for a very small price or you can use the free tea or coffee in the kitchen. It looks like it is far from the centre but its only 3 stops on the train. super easy

Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

Nothing was good on this property comparing to all hotels i have stayed.

Nice staff, fun location. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel if you are there over the weekend.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Great breakfasts. Very lovely pool. The staff is extremely kind. The cleanest place I’ve stayed in Bali. We arrived a bit late and couldn’t find nobody at first so we walked the whole property, after a couple of minutes the old lady from the shop at the entrance appeared and helped us out. Great place. My favorite from this trip so far.

We had a great time staying at The Ritz, the staff are all very nice and friendly and speaks very good English. The bellboy Onishi who brought us to our room was very engaging & informative, even remembered us when we met him 2 days after :). We will surely stay here again when we go back to Osaka. Loved the smart Japanese toilet, if you’ve been you know what i mean ! 👍😊

Staff were very friendly. Good english as well. good value for money.

I had the small single room upstairs for a few nights, low price and it had a bed and a desk (all I needed) so the value was good. Wouldn’t stay for much longer periods of time as you need to duck and squeeze your way up.

Great staff with a special welcome in our room for our 50th anniversary. This place is full of character and sits in a prime location. Lovely breakfast room and food selection.

I think the lady El is was wonderful she helped two people that had never been in Florence have a great time

Staff tried to solve all questions in timely and accurate manner

Good location, 3 minutes from the U3 subway line, spacious apartment, fully and nicely furnished, balcony with a view to a small square, nice and responding landlady.

The staff were more than helpful and having a very relaxed with a professional attitude

Everything was perfect .. location..service provided..cleanliness..owner of the property

I loved everything about this place! The view from my room was directly to the garden which was utterly beautiful, the room was comfortable and with a big bathroom, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and while having the breakfast in the garden you could enjoy the company of the hotel’s ginger cat.

Very close to the airport, calm and quite area & comfy beds. The taxi had a bit of difficulties in finding the address, we called the at the accommodation and they were very helpful and explained us how to get there. Basically the entrance to the accommodation is done through the street Str. Codrii Cosminului, not on the Alea Teisani, which is the official address of the place.

2 minute walk from the JR station, easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful. I requested a smoking room, but the room was clean and did not smell of cigarette at all when I entered. In room facilities are more than sufficient, and all worked well. There is even a washing machine that can be used free of charge, and a bar installed in the bathroom useful for hanging up the washing. Well-catered for for those who plan to stay in Tokyo for a week or so to explore the city. Room size was decent (perhaps it may feel small-ish to those who are not familiar with standard Japanese hotel rooms), and despite being situated in a busy area, soundproofing was quite effective. The decent-sized desk with a good chair was excellent for doing some work, while a small corner seating with a coffee table provided a space to sit back for a quiet break. Free coffee in the reception was a bonus.

The location was exactly what we needed, the price was fair, and the room was quiet

The entire staff we had the pleasure to interact with were great and very helpful.

Apartments are in perfect condition--absolutely immaculate. Staff are sincerely obliging, without exception.

Value for money. There is a mini fridge in the room, which is good because I need to chill medicines.

Great location. Best views in town. All food can be organised and of good quality. Great dinners. The owner is also a hiking guide – able to organise Mountain excursion and mule rides. Able to organise transfer. Great all round service.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and supportive.

Nice location, comfortable studio, perfectly suitable for a family of four.

The hotel was pretty much as expected. The rooms were a little too small, and rather dark. However it was clean and tidy and served its purpose as we spent most of the time outside. I liked that it was easy and relatively quick to get into the centre by either foot, bus or taxi. I did not think that I would need a washing service but having spent time visiting elephants to laundromat located right opposite the hotel was excellent, and only cost about 50p to do our washing. There was even room to hang my laundry out in the cleaners area.

This was my second visit to this hotel, in five years. I stayed separately from my friends (from USA) because I liked the decor and the service as well as the situation within the city. My expectations were not disappointed; and I received lots of helpful advice at the hotel. They also upgraded me to a room which was pleasantly quiet, within the busy city.

Beautiful, quiet hotel in a lovely part of Florence. There is a bus stop right out the front. Restaurant was great & reasonably priced.

Great location, overlooking the Alcazar. Spacious room and great air conditioning which was a real plus in the heat. Loved everything about the apartment.

Did not have nothing to eat there is no restaurant

I loved the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to all the places i needed go (dubai mall metro airport shikh zaid .. )it was the most wonderful stay I’ve ever had

Spacious rooms, large bathroom. The room is equipped with a kitchen. Free parking.

British guy and his awesome Thai girlfriend run the place and do a great job. Best value I have had in Chiang Mai by far.

Nice location, right in front of Sorbonne, safe and nice area. Really liked the window.

Bar is open 24 hours – great if you suffer from jetlag In walking distance to all important sights

This was a large room with all the amenities we required. The availabllity if reasonably secure parking in a courtyard for an additional fee was great.

Lovely staff ! Very welcoming, also easy going with our (big) dog ! Definitely recommend

The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help with any problem

Very good hostel in cheap price. I just stayed for 1 night before going to Cat Ba island. So friendly staff. They are also helpful too. They arranged a bus ticket to Cat Ba island and bus to Laos as well. I extent my stay 1 more night by mailing them before going to Laos.

It was a nice hotel for the price paid, maybe better English from the staff would have been.nicer

The staff were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and caring. The leisure facilities were clean and quiet. The breakfast can only be described as awesome. Great location, near the subway and a lovely park with a beautiful temple

Staff were superb. Immaculately clean throughout. Fantastic amenities.

Fantastic location. Good modern rooms. WiFi is good. Variety at breakfast, especially for international guest, is very good. I want to recommend that they have more than one chef at the omelette/fried eggs station. The row is long and waiting time 10 minutes. Good value for money. Guest relations is very good.

The public bath was in really good condition and very clean the men got to use it for 20 hours a day and the women got to use it

Front Office agents are helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are at comfort.

This is my 3rd time staying at this lovely place and each time I leave more impressed! The rooms are lovely, the food excellent, and that pool is glorious!!
