The hotel is at a central location, quite near to the central station and the buses to Mondlin airport.The tram stop is just in 50m from the hotel.The staff very friendly with helpful instructions.The last day we woke up at 5.30 in order to leave to Mondlin airport by bus at 6.55.We didn’t have time for breakfast so,not only did they prepare full lunchboxes for us, but also a coffee pot was waiting for us at the reception at 5.30 !(upon our request).By the way, the breakfast was perfect ! It was a lovely stay, without any problem at all.

Room was small and a bit outdated but clean enough. Rate was cheap and with breakfast included (although was simple and the same everyday). Informed receptionist about our check-out at 5:30am the following day and breakfast packs were prepared for us before leaving. Staff were friendly and helpful. WIFI worked well.

They had an ample buffet for breakfast. (It had a large choice of food – both cold and hot.) A main restaurant with a bar was also available which was a decent place to eat. A comfortable stay for a few days lay over for transportation arrangements. Rail and bus station within walking distance. The airport and international bus station is a short taxi drive away – they had a shuttle.

The room was very spacious! The bathroom area is separated from the bedroom area. Shower had great pressure and hot water. Wifi worked great. Breakfast had lots of options and was included in the price. Gorgeous views of Sarajevo and the surrounding mountains.

The hotel is convenient for access to/from the main bus station (800 metres ). Old town easily accessible by #3 tram. Some car parking available. Reasonably good buffet breakfast. Spacious room with all the usual features. Have to pre-order if you want dinner. Helpful staff ordered a pizza delivery for me as I arrived late.

Very good breakfast! Not far away from center of Sarajevo (2.5 – 3 Euro by Taxi).

What I liked about staying in hotel Italia was their friendly staff and the hotel’s quite peaceful atmosphere.

Staff is nice, room was clean and very big, breakfast is the best.

Their breakfast was gorgeous.There is a tiny wsimming pool and SPA in the roof.my room wad in 1st floor so the view from the window is quite tough. From the restaurant , however ,it is nice.

First of all, the location is excellent! You are just in the middle of the Old Town, and all cafes and shops and everything is just a 2 min away. The hotel staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, quite tasty, but not a lot of choices of food.

The bed was far too hard and the bar next door to the hotel played disco music until 1:00am.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Old Town. Situated overlooking the river. So close to the rebuilt town Hall. Absolutely perfect in every way.

In a great location within the old city. Parking underneath the hotel, wifi and breakfast included in price. Very close to a range of good restaurants. Staff friendly and very helpful.

We arrived late at Friday evening after long drive from Ljubljana airport. They gave us a room that has no view but the receptionist promised to move us in the morning. Next day after breakfast, her colleague, Ms. Alma, transferred us to a room with amazing view. On Saturday, my wife asked for laundry service to press her maxi dress and the lady on charge did the service almost on no time with reasonable cost. At the evening while it was raining we asked for a taxi to take us to a wedding party at another hotel few minutes away but the hotel provided us a free transportation by their car.

I loved having a banya on site! The breakfast was good, beds were soft and cozy, and staff was generally friendly and helpful. The location was phenomenal: steps from VDNKh park and the metro, in a nice quiet region with all the amenities. I would stay here again!

The airport transfer was arranged by the property and was very easy. We were met on our arrival at the taxi and shown to our apartment. There was a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Shopping is easy as there is a lovely huge mall across the street. The washing machine and dryer were appreciated.

This new apartment exceeded our expectations and they were very high based on the positive reviews here. It is a real architectural wonder – small but spacious with plenty of daylight, boutique but functional, which means beauty and comfort at the same time. Its modern design never failed to impress… but we also enjoyed comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, cleanliness and security at a high level. Moreover, this gem of apartment is located almost in the main shopping street Ermou and near the main square of Athens – Syntagma, where airport metro and buses arrive. Dimitris was a very nice and generous host. We missed nothing during our short stay because we had everything (enough towels, soaps, shower gels etc., even toothbrushes, bottled water, juice and wine!). He even had a small gift for our daughter! Efharisto poli!

The breakfast was superb! The restaurant staff was very nice.

In general the hotel is v.good according to the location ,the staffs are greats , comfort bed ,v.good wifi internet .

They offer fantastic service, a safe in the luxorious (climate controlled) room with a very comfortable bed and an amazing spa area with adjacent training area with spinning cycles and such. They also offer secure parking under the hotel. The breakfast buffé is absolutely superb and won’t leave anyone wanting for more. Local cuisine, a mix of prepared foods, tasty fruits, big selection of cheese and bread, coffee of all sorts and much more.

The staff was very helpful. Went beyond And more to please my stay. Especially the taxi in house driver. And front desks staff. Good team work.

I had a nice stay in Bristol hotel , it felt like 5 Stars hotel, too comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is superb (if you don’t know Sarajevo just Google it, as it can be hard to find the tiny street). The accommodation is clean and fairly luxurious. The price is fabulous! I have stayed in literally dozens of places in Sarajevo over the years. This one is the best value near the old town. Breakfast not included, but there are many cafes very close by to explore. The host is available in person daily and by email or phone anytime (and speaks English).

The room is big & nice, bed is very comfortable. Whenever you need something, Amar would try to fulfill. We had some problems with booking bus tickets online, he went to buy tickets for us at bus station, really appreciated! We had Wifi problem one night, he fixed it quickly. Location is great, just 5 mins walk to old town. More importantly, we don’t need to climb staircase to reach his place. There is a mini market and a historical restaurant nearby. Definitely recommended!

The rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. It came with a fridge which was nice. The bed was large and very cosy, the blanket was also very big and comfortable. Amar was a very good host, he would contact me through email asking if I needed anything, and if so would provide it right away.

We had a lovely stay at guesthouse Toplik. The owner was the kindest person ever and help us with everythink we needed. Rooms were clean, thous was charming and it had a perfect position. 2 minutes walk to the old town, and a quiet end street.

Very good contact with the owner. Good and very nice little rooms. Not too much and certainly not too less. It was very comfortable to sleep there and it’s very good situated. Restaurants, bars, and all kind of places are just close by the apartments. We didn’t use it, but there is a little kitchen place, nice bathroom and shower, good beds and everything is quite new

Djani and Emir are the best host you could have. They are extremely nice. The apartments are located in the main street of Sarajevo in a pedestrian area. Our stay was just perfect!

The apartments are located on an important street, near the main attractions, with lots of commercial stores and means of public transport. The group provides free bottles of natural water to the guest. Alisa waited for us until 10.30pm and we are very grateful to her for that. She also helped us to move from the apartment I was booked on the first floor to the other on the second. The room on the second floor was comfortable and new (modern).

Apart from all these problems related to the Apartment itself, Alisa was the kindest and most helpful person ever. Even though we did not know when to arrive to Sarajevo, she waited for us in the apartment. We had a very early bus to Belgrade and she woke at 5 in the morning to arrange a taxi for us. We really appreciate her help.

Our hostess was so welcoming! The apartment was very Central and exceptionally clean. We had a fabulous time in Sarajevo thanks to the comfort and convenience of this apartment . 😄

Near to the bazaar and the center of attraction. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Have lift.

Family owned hotel with a nice (love) story and a lot of focus on the guests experience. Close to the old town but with a hike back, which could be beneficial for burning that extra calories gained at the Sarajevo’s excellent fast food joints ;). Excellent coffee choice and the breakfast menu is simply amazing, don’t you dare miss it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Aziza! Many of the staff are members of the family who owns the property and are so helpful and welcoming. They gave us great tips, called taxis for us, etc. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful (including fresh baked goods from their family bakery which is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The location was perfect for us but the walk back from the old town is up a big hill so it may not be ideal for everyone.

In a totally new and very comfortable hotel, you do not feel as a guest, but as a friend! Thanks Ismal and Haris! Highly recommended! I will come back again!

Small, yet very comfortable boutique hotel in the old town of Sarajevo. Most attractions within walking distance. Incredibly helpful and competent staff took care of any need such as restaurant recommendation, taxi service and airport shuttle. Spacious and nicely furnished rooms, good breakfast. Parking service.

Most helpful and friendly staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. They provided free transportation to and from the airport, and booked all of my tours for me. The breakfast was good and the location was superb.
