This appartment is in a nice location, easy to travel to other tourist attractions. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The owner is supper friendly and Karen will help you in anyway possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed for two nights in Apartamento Boutique Providencia and it was great, Karen the person who takes care of the reservation was super nice and very service oriented. She arranged everything for us and was very helpful and sweet. It’s extremely well located with the metro stop just one minute away and there are many many restaurants just around the corner. There’s also a private parking which is secured and the apartment itself has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

La vista es espectacular. La calidad del departamento igual. Excelente.

No need to collect keys in another location which is a plus, apartment is very well located in Las Condes District, subway and a small mall is walking distance.

The apartment was newish. Great (amazing) view of the city.

Great wifi, splendid views from 21st floor, facilities in the apartment were extensive. Washing machine useful too. Safe, secure, clean and great location for cheap taxi to other locations. Daily housekeeping fantastic everyday except Sunday. Collect keys from reception, security desk.

Poor in speaking English. When ask for payed bill ,the anew was come back tomorrow for it and they forget about it . Not keeping record for payment . Which was disturbing the last day of my stay many was missing from there records and for it trying to charge extra from us . Thanks to front office manager dealing with situation she did not believe me for paying , I did found the first bill they gave me and I’m willing to share it with her.

The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to La Moneda and Paseo Bulnes, which was my reason for selecting.

Location was excellent. Breakfast restaurant was cold.

Central Position, the room was big, the resraurant good

the location is the best. Subway few steps from the hotel and Moneda palace to few blocks. Wonderful!

Unfortunately nothing was good, the restaurant was dirty, the staff was impolite and unfriendly, the curtains did not close the window and the room was lite up from street lights, the bathroom was shabby, I wanted to pay in cash and they said the did not have change and wanted a credit card, the only thing that worked was the locker.

Location. Close to night market with plenty of street food options. Room is clean and well designed with lots of shelves and hooks for bags and clothes for longer stays. Comfortable bed.

Location of the hostal – cool neighborhood, close to airport transportation. Good breakfast including fruits, cereal and whole-wheat bread. Hostal located in an historic mansion. Facilities including pool and ping pong table.

This hostel is in a classic old building. It has some really interesting rooms and excellent facilities – including a pool! They also have a great reception team.

Staff were really helpful. Beds were so comfy! Breakfast was amazing.

location was perfect for getting in late at night. Took the Aero Bus and walked several blocks to the hostel. Felt very safe as a single female since there were lots of young people out. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was yummy!

The location of the hostel is perfect. We took a bus from the airport that dropped us at the metro station Los Heroes, 5 minutes walking from the hostel. The area is quiet but safe, there is a little shop whit basic food just around the corner and a fancy italian restaurant right on the other side of the street. It is, anyway, just few minutes walking from the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they also organize activities for the guests, guided tours or pub crawls. The breakfast is included and is very good: coffee, tea, juice, milk, yoghurt and then fruit, cereals, bread jam and, on request, eggs The building itself is very nice, an old structure with colourful interiors. The kitchen is very big with everything you need, there are lounge areas, tv rooms, play rooms and a nice pathio with swimmingpool.

We stayed at Happy Hostel three times during transitions between Santiago and other destinations in Chile. The location is convenient, both for access to an inexpensive bus to the airport as well as for walks into downtown and nearby market areas. What stands out is the space -- an old mansion -- and how it’s been creatively converted into unusual and wonderful rooms. We had three different private rooms and each had its strengths and drawbacks. Breakfast was generous and on time in a light-filled room. Recreational and social space is ample. Staff at the desk was very helpful. Definitely good value for the money and overall an interesting stay.

The hostel is a beautiful, ancient house in the lively Barrio Brasil, just nearby station Los Heroes and also at walking distance from the center. Rooms are broad with high ceilings, handsomely furnished, comfortably heated. The bathroom is also wide enough. The lounge space is cosy, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard for summer. Rooms being at the rear, there is no noose from the street. The included breakfast is OK.

I only stayed one day but I will be back for sure.

Exceptionally Good Reception Staff. I arrived slightly early from Argentina and had no problem Checking into my room. The Reception Staff also assisted me obtain transportation from the Hotel to Santiago Airport when I checked out. Very Professional and Helpful Front Desk Staff. I would stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with tours and directions on the sub way, they might not understand English well but they go out of their way to make sure that ur request is sorted out , well done

The water remperature and flow were perfect for a good shower

Nice clean hotel with restaurant downstairs. The area we were told was dangerous and there was a large bus terminal next door. Rooms were quiet and clean fine for one night.
