The location was central, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and confortable and despite overlooking the Plaza there was not too much noise.

The location was great 2 min walk from the metro and 2 min to the famous jino pizza. The place was clean very chic well designed and very convenient. We had a kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast. Also downstairs there Is a super market so we bought food for breakfast. All the 5 rooms were booked but everyone was so quiet so it was perfect.

We liked location and parking , apartmant firat provided by them was disaster then when we told them it wasnt wat we booked they told us to wait with two kids from 12 till 15 a clock even when we heard on phone they asked when we were coming we told them at 12 they told peefect so we expected apartments to be ready , if nothing else because we were with boy and baby ! Two black hair receptionist were very plesent and nice but when we first arived there were two blond receptionist compleat disaster very unplesent ! Overall maybe we would give all 10 score but a place like that doesnt desirve that kind of receptionist in front desk ! Extreamly unplesent!

The location near the train station. The lobby is modern and front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice; good selection. All is very clean.

It is an excellent hotel, excellent value for money and excellent position. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and on my return to Naples I would go there again for sure.

I like the staff there they are very nice and helpful

I’m satisfied with comfortable bed and kind owner.Main owner is good at English. Convenience store is located on same building with hotel. It was really easy to buy some food such as beer, snacks and so on. Many local restaurants and cafes are around hotel so it was easy to feel local atmosphere than Hoan Kiem. Room was clean. There was no bugs. And hot water and cool one, both of them come out. Water pressure was not bad also.AC and fan opetate well. If you wanna feel local atmosphere, I suggest Nice Hotel

Stayed her over the weekend as had weekend work meetings. Great location as only a five minutes walk from Earl’s court tube station. Also, close to many restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful and had a quick check-in with no problems. Got located in a lower ground room. Wifi was excellent and fast which is unusual for most hotels and very helpful with no phone signal (in a lower ground room). Room is not spacious but a modern and clean room. Comfortable bed and very good ensuite shower room. There was a desk in the room which was particularly helpful for me. I would recommend booking with breakfast as breakfast was good with some varieties and helpful staff. I asked for an iron and ironing board when I booked and they were already placed in my room prior to my arrival which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be around Earl’s Court.

It was very nice and comfy hotel. Room was every day perfectly clean including towels and vanity equipment. Hotel is surrounded by old Beijing hutongs, which might not be for everybody, cause you can smell street food but otherwise you can experience real China. Also very close to subway so you can get easily anywhere.

Great location . Within 100m of the cathedral . Quiet , pedestrian street . Room was spotless . Bed was very comfortable . Good WiFi. Helpful staff , booked a cab at 6am for us without any fuss. No frills , excellent value for money .

The bed was big and comfy. Most of the staff were nice to us. The one I really appreciate from them was that I could use the shower facility in the evening even though I have already checked out in the morning (my flight is at night so I had the afternoon and evening to spend and I decided to go to the beach).

Solid value in a good location. The breakfast choices were excellent. Nice large bathroom. Very quiet. Liked the neighborhood for walking with good eating options. I stayed in another Vienna hotel during this time frame, giving a good comparison, and Erzherzog Rainer was by far a better value.

Service is poor. Cheat you out of your money. Will never go back there again.

Great position not far from the Place de la Concorde. Down a side street so not many cars/lorries passing overnight. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops within 2 blocks. Room was fully air conditioned and quiet. Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions or requests. Buffet breakfast was also excellent with fresh food each day.

Front desk employee at Check-in was excellent. Very nice with an upbeat personality.

In general terms the service is nice, and the restaurant staff is good. The situation is not bad, so you can get to city center more or less fast

location was great. Very quiet and secluded for Seminyak yet very close to everything. Beautiful pool and bedroom was nice and cool thanks to aircon. Good selection of movies to choose from and a cleaner comes each afternoon if you need. Lisa the host was amazing, brought my partner cakes because it was her birthday and also dropped us off at the airport on the way home. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Nice clean hotel very close to many restaurants. Easy to get to from incheon airport just one bus ride with a 5 minute walk. Yeoksam subway is just 7 minute walk.it’s safe to walk around at night and is a very clean neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again.

The bed is extra comfy. Rooms in general are very comfortable even though a bit tiny.

`We had a room at the front yet the sound proofing on the windows/doors overlooking the Plaza was excellent so it was never very noisy. The staff were really helpful, the location is amazing and my friend and I will definitely be back and will recommend onward too!

Lovely atmospheric place, right in the heart of Candelaria yet very quiet. Useful to have fridge, utensils etc.

The house was so clean, and had a really cool concept. I liked that it was in a safe neighborhood and you will really be able to interact with the locals and see their way of life.There are a lot, of good coffee shops and really good places to eat. If you want to know where to eat, drink or have fun, just ask receptionists.

The hotel is approx 20 minutes walk from the major sites – Hermitage, St Isaacs Cathedral etc – but an interesting walk past the Majinsky Theatre ( 7/8 minutes walk) and the Yusupov Palace. Nice breakfast and good standard of cleanliness and comfort in the rooms. However what really makes this hotel exceptional is the people who work there – front desk, concierge, catering etc. They could not have been more helpful.Prefer this hotel over many of the 5* chain hotels in St Petersburg – more than happy to book again should we return.

The facility is good, near the metro station yangtan (line -3/6) staffs are guest-friendly, well-furnished big rooms, outside noise-free, lots of movies(english also). A good hotel for a family!

The staff was very tentative from room service to valet two special needs! Igor met all of our needs and was very comical, actually a little relief when you’re from a foreign country it kind of put me at ease.

The buidling and the park and forest outside are great.

ok, it’s ibis budget, so it provides basic amenities, but in this hotel they are very good. staff is extremely nice, smiling – thank you guys for making our stay comfortable.

Fancy and new apartment close to the metro station and the Corvin Plaza shopping mall. It’s very well furnished with all the facilities needed (kitchen, micro-wave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, satellite TV, air-conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, hair drier, iron). The staff is well prepared and efficient.
