We liked staying in an original old building in Florence complete with painted ceilings. Breakfasts were excellent, large choice and very nicely presented, top quality. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Continental breakfast was a amazing spread of many choices. Room nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Requests granted and 24 hour safe atmosphere. Close to historical sites, transportation right out the front door, S-bahn down the side walk and M1 and M5 in the street. Great location.

The location of this B&B is fantastic only 5 minutes walk to St Marks Square. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The owner Cynthia was very friendly and helpful. Some rooms have four poster beds.

Very comfortable bed. May provide a small vacuum for us to use in case we need to use it.

This was not our original choice for accommodations for our trip to Dubrovnik, but it ended up to be perfect for us (our airbnb had overbooked their apartment). The location was ideal for us as it was a 20 min walk to and from the Old Town, The town is hilly, so wear good shoes and be aware that what goes down must come up. The parking is right close to the hotel but not very many spots. The bell man was very helpful in parking the car into the smallest and last spot. We were very appreciative. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it did not disappoint; so many options for all types.

The location is phenomenal – in the heart of the city. Staff were also friendly and spoke fantastic English.

Proximity to Metro and bakery next door. Security very good.

Extremely impressed with staff and facility -- Had a special request – we were arriving early by train / public transport – from country -- arrive around 1100 hrs to hotel -- celebrating special birthday – attending matinee musical , required somewhere to shower and change --premises very helpful , assisted with having our room available and ready early. Very impressed and so grateful , it made our stay in the hotel and Melbourne overnight very enjoyable and memorable. Adding to that -- a small cake platter with birthday wishes .

There was not much that really impressed me in this hotel.

The check in procedure was hassle free. It seemed like all the staff members were professionals as all of them behaved so well, they know how to treat the guests and deal with them with smiling faces.

The suite I stayed in was probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Every detail considered.

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful place – everything was neat and clean – we had another visit soon

I selected this place because it was so close to the CAT and I had to carry my boxed bike to the station for a flight home after a tour. I am sure the proximity to the station and the low price is the only reason this hotel stays in business. Breakfast was okay, if a little late, the rooms are dated and very basic but spacious and fine for what you pay.

Breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly ready to help. The food is increadable, all options available, Chinese Food, Continental Breakfast, fruits, etc. The hotel facilities are great, nice swiming pool, massage SPA, the rooms are great with a desk to work. With ATM inside, shops and restaurants.

Everything was fine. The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, but is there is a direct connection by bus (about 20 minutes). The room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast tasty… Really nothing to complain about.

Very suitable for honey moon couple, and the room is super beautiful and comfortable, 10mins walk to asiatique

We have stayed here several times now & it has always been excellent so we keep going back. Being able to arrange early access/late checkout is great. Quality linen & bath towels, good bed. Staff friendly & attentive. Close to Lot 10, the Pavilion, hop-on hop-off bus, railway stop. It never disappoints us.

Very clean, easy to reach with public transportation. Enough for just staying overnight and for exploring the city.

The room is big enough. The hotel is in 30 min walking from the old town, and is on the shopping street Serrano (however, try Gran Via as it has more and bigger shopping centers with the same or greater assortment).

This is a great hotel for families with little kids, my kids loved the lights in the room.

I liked that the accommodations were much different then regular hotels. Meaning the floors that were part of the hotel were managed by staff 24/7 and they were attentive to our needs at whatever time we needed. Great view. Very clean and cozy room. Also the mandatory breakfast included was delivered to our bedroom before 11:30 am at whatever time we needed it to be since there was no breakfast lounge. As long as we choose from the options 20 minutes before OR the night before. We loved it!!!! And when visiting family we will choose this place again. It felt like our apartment with maintenance and service of course.

The location is excellent. Close to coffee shops restaurants and the Metro.

It is a nice hostel and the staff was respectful , They were very friendly with me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did everything to make us feel like their most important guests. Perfect location, you can walk from the hotel entrance to the metro/subway station entrance without getting wet on a rainy day (about 10 meters in between)

It has such character!! It made my heart happy to stay there!

The property is 1 min walking from the Metro station Corvetto. It is located on the 1st floor of a business building, so make sure not to miss the building- there are little signs indicated the Hotel. The wifi is good, very clean and nice place.

The family-run accommodation is simple, but very clean and well-maintained. It’s in the centre of the town, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants/bars etc. The hosts were extremely pleasant and really went out of their way to make our stay with them a delightful and memorable experience.

Staff were courteous and allowed for early check-in. Clean room with basic facilities available. Near to metro station and KL Hop-on free bus tour.

Host was waiting for our arrival as arranged. Very thorough explanation of unit and locale. Frederic went above and beyond by dropping us to railway station on our departure. Much appreciated.

A huge kitchen with a stove and washmashines. No lobby, you just get password for your room by email. Parking.

great location – about 10 mins walk to the city centre so slightly away from the crowds but we had restaurants and supermarket 2 mins walk. This was a really lovely, clean and modern flat with all our needs catered for. Michel was a fab host – although we never met in person he was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and via text. would definitely recommend!

Great boutique hotel if you want something different from the usual big brand hotels. This is just off the busy shopping Huaihai Road but tucked away in a quiet corner surrounded by decent small cafes and bars. Rooms are decorated well and are large.

Great neighborhood, near public transit, shops and restaurants.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff were accomodating, friendly and helpful.

The room was bigger than expected! much bigger than Residence Hotel. I love the size of the room. Very comfortable stay with my family. Bed is wide compared to other hotels. And goose down duvet was very fluffy.

Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of the tourist district. Located at the end of Bui Vien meant we had a lot of shops, spas and bars within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly and always up for a chat. Breakfast was sufficient. Loved the communal balcony looking over the street.

Very sweet host named Gloria! Nice rural setting in Boquia, just of the main road to Salento. Family size cabanas!

Great breakfast, small but very clean and comfortable room. And Sofia was super friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for the city trip.

We liked it a lot! The location is perfect, the train station is just across the street and the tram stops right in front of the apartments. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed with my husband, my two children and my parents. There are lots of places were you can buy food nearby and also good restaurants.

I cant recommend this hotel enough, it was the perfect location, staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us to book all our excursions. I rarely like to return to anywhere twice but we will definitely be going back!

Very convenient and comfort was average, nothing special but okay. Bed was comfy enough, shower was good. Central location to public transport, shopping centre, cinemas and within short walk/ride to postcard places like Sugarloaf, Santa Teresa, Corcovado (Christ statue). Fairly good value.

The sauna was great and the rooms were so comfortable and clean. Every staff member acknowledged us when we walked by.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Common area with free snacks and a laundry room are nice extras. Overall nice and good value for money.

Clean, comfortable and large room for hotels in Japan. Very friendly and professional staff at front desk. Bell captain was also very helpful in helping us arranging ta-q-bin service to send our luggage to hotel in Tokyo. Very convenient location right in Namba, short walk to Dotonbori where all the food and shopping are located.

The only good thing is that it’s near the center.

Good location. Good wifi. Very clean. Staff very helpful.

The manager Houssain is very nice, he speaks english and he is very helpful. He made tea for us when we arrived and he came to pick us up close by. The Riad is very close to the "Bazar street", and 15 min walk to Jamaa el Fna nevertheless it’s so quite and peacefull which is just great!. The room was clean and very nice with AC, bathroom with towels and confortable bed. We didn’t tried breakfast because we woke up too late. I really recommend this riad for single couple or friends.

Suite layout with seperate living room so my kid did not have to bother others for watching tv. Lots of USBs for charging is a great thing!

Plenty of space for three. Kitchen/dining in a separate room. Quiet street. 24 hour Grocery store on corner. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Close to transportation.

We stayed here two nights. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice room and good pressure shower. A lovely courtyard to hang out in outside.

The location is not far from the airport and it is near a subway station. Price was discounted that time and it was a good deal. Also, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a mall near the hotel and a 24-hour convenience store.

I liked the fact there were lockers in the room, there was free wifi (although it didn’t reach the bedroom, only the lobby and roof terrace), the free breakfast and the friendly staff.

The room was very nice and clean, the bed comfortable. The staff at the reception was responsive. I could choose between two rooms available. And, of course, the location is just great – close to metro and only 5-7 min. walk to the Red Sq.

Spacious simple but functioning apartment, rooms ca 6 metres high ! Enough with cups and plates and spoons etc. The noisy Street didn’t bother our sleep at all , on the contrary . Only one night there was noise in an apartment next to us for a little while. Good location, very friendly host who answered all our questions by email immediately. The airport bus 100E rides 100m from the apartment every half an hour. The possibility to store luggage in a nearby shop.
