Really comfortable and cosy stay in freezing cold Berlin. Great value for money and a great location for all the sights. Kitchen is well equipped and supermarkets and shops close by.

Very close to train station, shopping malls and eating area

Property is located about 10- 15 mins ( by foot ) to the Main train and bus station. Shops , restaurants are nearby. Apartment is big and it is newly renovated. Very quiet area. There is a door in between the room and dining area and kitchen which is good. kitchen with utensils, fridge ,kettle, heater ,aircon ,hair dryer provided. Strong wifi ,good shower.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Danny and Bruno were excellent, very helpful, no request was too much, always cheerful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable ane enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is 100 out of 100 points. It is the left side of the exit 3 of Hibiya line Kedenmacho station. Tokyo, Ginza, Shinjuku, Disneyland, etc. are easily accessible by train. The bathroom in the room is small, but there is a clean hot spring on the 11th floor. The hot spring water is very soft and there is also an open-air bath and sauna room. April 2017 hotel policy changed. Children over 4 years old are required to add a breakfast fee of 800 yen per night, and an additional 1,000 yen in the room rate. The breakfast cost is affordable. Because there are many menus, and the food is neat and delicious. Please add breakfast! You can eat ramen free from 9:00 to 11:00 in the evening. It was a very delicious and enjoyable experience. I will visit again next time.

Apartment size was good with 2 children and basic amenities were there but I expected a higher standard for what we paid.

Nice, slient and very clean. Room was small, but we been there only one night. Personal was bery friendly and homely. Breakfest was huge. I love this place.

The staff were fiendly and helpful. The freshly brewed coffee there was really good. Location is GREAT- very close to the main attractions. Airport bus stop, subway – 1-3 mins away. My friend and I are a huge fan of the pool and the spa. Nice combination. Another thing is that I made two separate bookings and only one of them booked the executive suite, but when I asked if we could stay in the same room for two nights, the receptionist kindly upgrade the room for us. We really appreciated that.

We loved the kitchen area and the large kitchen table.

The location is incredible with walking distance to Chunxi pedestrian shopping street and busy neighborhoods. Easy walk to subway and main avenues. The room was spacious and comfortable and a short walk tale you to restaurants and stores. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter street and I enjoyed being in the center of the city but in a quiet area.

The hotel is ideally located just in the middle of everything with steps away from all the major attractions and sights. The Hbf station is the main transport hub of the city – the location is very comfortable for travelling inside and out ot the city. The breakfast is just awesome with very good selection of cold and hot food. The rooms are big and modern. The stuff is very polite and helpful.

This apartment was really big and comfortable. Everything was clean and work properly. We even had hair-drier, which was not mentioned in the facilities. It is located in the beautiful place with mountain view and really close to the center of the town. The staff was nice, and even allowed us to check-in earlier.

liked the set up of the bathroom thats separated with the fully automated toilet and the lavatory outside. Location is perfect if you want to be in Ginza. the rooms are bigger than the usual tokyo hotels.

Had a beautiful mountain view. Close to one of the ski slopes, traveled with car, so also the other slopes were at reasonable travel distance, had nice parking.

The breakfast buffet was really nice and people very friendly. Nice Restaurants in the area.

The receptionist was amazing. She was super helpful and polite. Location is great right in the heart of the Old Town.

Very friendly family who made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is located in the middle of the City and this is really excellent; the room was really big and very nice furnished.

The hosts at the centre collection point were very friendly! We got there 2 hours before we could check in but they let us check in early at no extra cost! The apartment was fantastic, enough room for 4 people and facilities were great! Hair dryer, over, microwave, grill, towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, miniature soaps, tea, coffee etc. All there! Very nice appretment would love to live there myself!

Breathtaking hotel with beautiful Cafe and Reception area, really unique and exclusive. All the modern comforts of a beautifully maintained historical building. Also were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite last minute.

each room had a mobile phone with info on the city. included were internet use and phone calls. great for finding good local cafe’s/restaurants etc. Close to the old town.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were excellent. The room was a little on the small side and we couldn’t get the tv to work. I would note that the stairs are steep. We were on the top floor, excellent views but did not like the climb, however in fairness we were warned. If I were to stay again I would ask for a first floor room.

The female receptionist and younger male receptionist (sat night) were incredibly accommodating and friendly!

The breakfast was super delicious! The owners were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and they were there to help us in and make sure we had everything we needed. The next day they held our bags while we went for a walk around town before leaving. Property is really pretty, bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was basic and clean.

Modern, clean room, both girls working at reception are genuinely friendly, kitchen available to use. Very cheap and tasty food just beside the hotel (20k dong for any dish), where many students eat. The reception is actually a coin laundry, so that’s what you have to look for on arrival. And last but not least, they won’t try to sell you overpriced tours, bus tickets and everything you don’t need, so it is perfect for independent travelers who like to organize their own trip. We were glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Saigon

Location is good, not too noisy but convenient enough, several subway lines nearby. Room is big and comfy, really a great deal at this price. Staff is nice. Definitely consider stay here again if I come to Tokyo again.

Cute guesthouse, quiet location, still near one of the main roads of Ubud. Walkable from the center of the town. Breakfast is ok-ish. We got a few fruits from the owner, that was nice.

The location is easir to reach and direct people. The beds were confortable i can say. The movement up and down the hotel was swift and easy with the smooth lift. It was also nice to be able to make one self a cup of tea or hot water even late in the night. That was great!
