Amazing rooms with very nice equipment and beds. I can highly recommend this hotel after having seen many 5 star hotels all over the world

The staff at Residence Retezova could not be more helpful in giving recommendations and taking care of us. The location could not be better – away from the busyness of the square but right around the corner. We stayed one night in the Paris room, which was nice, and one night in London which was amazing. The a/c worked great. The showers were a little small, but there is also a tub with a sprayer. Going upstairs you must walk up half a flight of stairs to the elevator, and then another half flight at the top if in London or Paris. We drove to the hotel which is not recommended- it is terrifying at the last part close to the hotel. But if you brave it out they do have a valet service park your car for you.

We booked 2 apartments. The apartments seem to be newly decorated and had a modern style.

great location, very good view from my room and helpful staff. everything was very good

Helpful staff, apartments have really good facilities and are very clean.

Big and cosy apartment.. Perfect for families… Nicely decored and clean. Front desk staff was friendly although they have not spoken english so well.

The staff was extremely helpful and escorted us to the bus station by a cute golf car

Perfect – good stay, very nice hosts, we could drop our luggage at 11am & got our keys at 13u.

The room was even better than the pictures, it was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and spacious room. Good shower, all the little extras like a flannel, beauty kit in the bathroom and teas were appreciated, the staff were on hand and helpful whether I needed a vegan meal, taxi or a travel adapter. Slept comfortably. I was here for a concert so it was very close to my location, however subway is good and taxis were surprisingly reasonable when I wanted to get food elsewhere. Lighting was very good.

It was clean, roomy and comfortable. Unique location down a alley way that had a market every morning. Also included breakfast.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Pretty little garden area and breakfast room

The place was very strategic, it is a walking distance to everywhere, like central market, masjid jamek, china town, changkat, alor road, pavilion, timesquare and etc.

Great apartment. Kitchen and loft bed. Would make for a terrific family stay.

Great location! About 20 meters from Plaza Mayor. Nice to get breakfast in our room with no extra cost! You can choose if you want breakfast in the breakfast hall or in your room. We opted for the latter, so have no idea what the first looks like. We were allowed to keep our room until the afternoon for a small fee. This made our day a lot easier.

Nice breakfast, super nice staff, everyone is friendly.

I like the location and receptionist are also very nice and helpful. The apartment is very nice and you can find everything in it even a small well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is also very spacious. There is a city tour bus station nearby. You can take it and go for city tour. You have to change line of bus to return but it’s very easy and mentioned in the map provided by bus operators. Finding a taxi is a bit difficult as most of the taxis are on call, so it’s better to coordinate with reception for taxi. Beach is also 10-13 minutes walk. For halal food customers there is a small cafe which is near to apartment which serves doner kebabs, sandwiches etc etc.

Everything was ok just was expecting a little fridge in the room would be excellent. If I booked next time will take one with kitchen so can get the fridge 😊

The location is very convenient, 100m from the tram stop, near to bars, restaurants, museum square, coffee shops.

A very good hotel, just 400 meters away from Arena di Verona! Private free parking with restricted access, very helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, so was the bathroom. Wifi good, and the breakfast was very nice. Greatly recommend!

The room was comfortable with lots of closet space. Common areas were quite beautiful. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Even though our room was not ready when we arrived in the afternoon, they made us feel at home in the music room and we were able to order drinks. Loved the canary singing in the music room. Room was pretty soundproof. Liked having a small balcony and could open the doors in both the bedroom and bathroom.

It was comfortable with all the necessary accommodations and more.

Lovely setting and decor in the hotel. Pool and spa facilities available. Good selection at breakfast buffet and order from kitchen option available. Quite isolated on the island, nice and relaxing!

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking from the Metro, the room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was very tasty.

It’ s cozy, clean, stuff and location are great!

We chose the executive floor. There the staff and their service were excellent, the king-size bed extremely comfortable, and the room well designed. The provision of a complimentary breakfast and snacks were alone worth between $100 and $200 over the duration of our stay: and the executive dining room was private, refined, and enjoyed a great view of the Olympic "Bird’s Nest" arena and the park in the foreground. In the main hotel, the restaurant menus had many photographs: this was an essential benefit for ordering from staff who spoke no english. I would emphasize that all staff throughout the hotel were very polite and helpful; and when a translator was essential, they found one for me, for which I am grateful.

Excellent place to stay in Hanoi. Right in the Old Quarter. Fantastic location. Very helpful/friendly staff. Clean environment.

I would say that this property has the most beautiful views in Bali. You cannot ask for anything more than a private infinity pool with the most spectacular natural views of Ubud, Bali! The hosts Nyoman, Madi, and Jaya are amazing! We got hopelessly lost in a rice paddy field, I texted Jaya with our location and he found us and picked us up! Nyoman personally organized various tours for us and whoever was our driver on a particular day, waited for us to finish our sightseeing, dining, shopping, etc. throughout the day! Madi made us delicious breakfast every morning at whatever time we wanted him to! There are beautiful golden orange fish at the entrance of the villa that seemed to like to eat Ritz salty crackers more than bread, granola, or anything else! The room on each floor is extremely spacious! They even offer a massage room with two beds! I could not have asked for a better place or stay or better drivers to travel with! It’s worth every penny!

Convenient location, easy to get too. Breakfast included was excellent. Had a great nites stay. Had stayed there twice before.

Katarina Pakic was great and did a very good job of showing us the apt., and telling us all about Vienna and some restaurants and museums nearby.

The bed was comfortable and they had english speaking channels available

Excellent location close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, and close to many nice restaurants and bars. It’s a very good choice for a few days in Berlin.

Staff is kind and helpful. He helped me to figure out my route to airport for midnight. Bathrooms are nice in the room with body wash and shampoo. Mall right beside with supermarket, bakery etc.

Outstanding hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was one of the nicest and most luxurious we have seen. Our room was.on the 6th floor with a baloney facing the river and the view was spectacular. Classic Italian beauty and luxury. The position of the hotel is perfect to reach the city centre on foot. The room was very clean and staff has been always available to provide services and hints about city.

Hotel has a great location! Close everywhere! Awesome!!! Rooms were clean and cosy. People there were kind. Friendly atmoshpere. That was a good choice that we took such a small hotel – not a huge resort.

This accommodation is simple but comfortable. Great central location, good breakfast with excellent coffee. Both the room and the bathroom was spacious and we had a nice view over the roof of Pantheon.

The breakfast was fined despite being dislocated for renovation. The location was very good.

Hotel was on the edge of a beautiful Park. Staff able to provide everything you need, bicycle hire, canal trip tickets etc.
