We reserved for a double bed room, instead we got a room with 4 single, uncomfortable beds which took most of the room’s space. When I asked why to the guy at the reception, he told me that it was the same and was surprised by my request. I told him that I specifically reserved a double-bed room for my own reasons, and at that point he answered that it wasn’t ready and that I should have had to wait (at 10pm in the evening, having just arrived from the airport..) Bathroom was dirty, malfunctioning shower and broken curtain. Really disappointed, really unprofessional staff.

The manager was very helpful and all the employees .I will definitely will recommended to my friends and family thank so much for your really excellent services.

Good value comfortable room. Simple, but clean and cosy. Aircon kept room nice and warm in winter, but bathroom was still a little chilly.

Location – very near Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya

The hotel is totally new and very comfortable. It is located 50m from the very nice White Bridge which takes you directly to the center.

Excellent staff, really helpful and spoke English. Nice clean and quiet room and great breakfast brought to my room. Handy location near Kurskaya train station.

Perfect and very kind staff. You can prepare yourself cold food (plates are available), coffee and tea.

Well built apartment block. Quiet, decent location. Good metro and bus links. The cupboards and storage was excellent. A bit of attention to the furnishings would make it good. The manager, Nelson, was polite and informative and helpful. Very clean. Nice parquet flooring.

The husband and wife whose property this is are very welcoming and helpful. It is more of a homestay than a hotel. Ajay in particular booked a taxi for us in the early hours of the morning and had got up to make sure that it arrived and that we got it. He also gave us a lift to the Metro station on his way to work. His wife provided an excellent evening meal. The villa is in a good part of Delhi, albeit the exact address is quite difficult to find. It is close to the very pleasant Deer Park and within a 15 minute walk of Hauz Khas with its shops and restaurants.

The location was very good. It was a few minutes walk from the Metro station. The price is cheap. Simple breakfast was also provided to us – bread and butter and coffee – although it was not written in our original booking. There was also a 7-11 store nearby. The owner was very humble.

The location of this place isn’t too far from the BTS Phrom Phong (6-7 mins slow walk) once we figured out the shortcut through the back gate of CNC Residence onto Sukhumvit 33. There are many eateries and convenience stores along that stretch of road. Apartment was spacious and clean, gym well equipped, friendly staff etc. The bed wasn’t insanely hard but rather, a functional firm mattress. Worked for my friends and I (Don’t expect some plushy 5-star hotel standard bedding that you can just sink into)

Location was good and the apartment was easy to find.

Beautiful room with A/C and a luxurious bathroom. Awesome view from the terrace/garden. Very lovely "staff" (family) who answered all our questions and was very obliging. Nice breakfast selection of yogurt, muesli, croissants, bread rolls, ham, cheese, jam, honey, freshly pressed orange juice and tea and/or coffee. Depending on your driving skills, there’s always a place to park the car. Authentic Spanish restaurants only a 10-minute walk away.

Great location for sightseeing St Petersburg! The "1.5-person WWII" box-lift is very interesting, & it works fine!

Loved the area, lady on desk was very helpful, and had our room ready on arrival which was way before checking time. Theroom was well equipped, not that big but perfectly adequate, for Sydney the price was good value.

Great price and fantastic location. Good for socialising if you fancy it. Bar downstairs is a bit noisy, but quietens down from 11pm.

If you want to stay in a real traditional Kyoto wooden house, this is the place to be. From the living room you can enjoy views of the garden over your breakfast (a selection of various buns and pastries) and there is a very nice veranda where you can sit in the shade of the trees. The tatami rooms (with a/c) are cosy, spacious and well tended. The kitchen is lovely (and you can cook there if you want) and the showers are fine (but cold before you turn on the water). The sights in the northern part of the city (like the Golden Pavillion) are within easy walking distance of the guesthouse.

The staff were helpful and very responsive. The location was excellent – near everything. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the water, Picasso and other museums. I would stay there again.

Huge terraces for outdoor enjoyment. Roomy common areas inside. Friendly staff.. bright cheery well decorated interior. Cool solid quiet concrete building.

I had a lot of fun over there! The owner is super friendly and helpful, he can provide you a card for the metro, bus, etc if you need (so no need to buy one yourself! It’s good to know, I was not aware) The location is, in my opinion, really good too. Very close to some touristics area, especially the cultural ones (bukchon hanok village, palaces and temples). One step away from a metro station so very easy to reach. Safe area, no problem in hanging around in the middle of the night (like most part of the places in Seoul)

Good options for breakfast and the view from the restaurant was great.

Everything is Perfect. The best Bed And breakfast I have ever been! It is Directly in the Centre of Palermo! Very good Service, modern room, good breakfast And Valeria is a very pleasant host.

Amazing place. Joe was a superb host, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. He even drove us down to the beach – Very knowledgable of the area and excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious, very clean, comrftable with beautiful decor, good wifi and air-conditioning. The property was well located with easy access to the beaches and town via buses. Also parking spaces at the property and supermarkets located nearby. My partner and I would definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more highly. Thank-you so much Joe and Michelle for a wonderful time.

Staff were fantastic and the hotel had an excellent feel about it.

The staff was very cooperative, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the in room facilities were good.

The beer garden is perfect. But its on the making, so they should specify that! 8am workers were making so much noise! The place is clean and rooms tidy. Still, everything is under construction. Its going to be a really cool place but not yet. The tree in the middle is awesome and super cosy.

Short drive to downtown. Close to grocery and pharmacy. Front desk was helpful.

Very comfortable beds, great value hotel with a pool on the 17th floor. Due to the hotel having opened very recently meant everything looked great, clean and fresh. Very close to metro station, 5 min walk away. Also a separate male and female sauna/steam

Room was spacious and modern. Bathroom is clean and modern. Receptionist was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. Very close to Milano Central Station.

Rooms are clean, new. International electrical outlets. Decent buffet breakfast included.

The room size, cleanliness, bathroom and friendly staff is really good.

Great area for bars and restaurants, very close to Moulin Rouge, and not too far from the centre.

The Sukosol was an excellent choice for us, service was excellent, the free upgrade was appreciated, the pool was an added bonus

The cleaning staff were terrific , nothing was too much trouble and Leo was super friendly and settled us in.

I liked the design of the room I liked cleaning workers

The rooms are large but toilet is in separate room then bathroom! There is no vent in the WC therefore it’s terrible to be inside. The bed was comfortable and the shades keep the roomdark during night. Bathroom was newly renovated but is a boat type of shower. Old carpet and old walls. Location is quite far walking to the center especially when you are about to come back after all say walking. Parking is horrible. I had big SUV and was absolutely a nightmare to go inside the garage and go out.

The room was very comfortable and very good breakfast

Good for people looking for somewhere comfortable and cheap. Stayed in a four person room for one night which was pretty cramped but well spaced for two single beds on the second night. Breakfast was really yummy, a really good selection of foods for the price. We stopped in Athens on the way to Santorini and this hotel was well located to have a quick look around Athens before heading off.

The shower and bathroom facilities were great along with the complimentary beers, which my husband appreciated, and the daily newspapers.

Very clean, excellent location and lovely staff. The hotel is brilliant – just over the road from the station and on the bus route. There is also a food court in the basement which is useful and you get a discount on going up the tower.

Friendly employees and modern technonoly used (the key card). The hostel is actually located in a very crownded street full of bars and food restaurants so I was really enjoying the asmostphere there. And the room is very clean as well

The room itself is good. The food is amazing (room service)

Friendly stuff, excellent location right next to La Rambla, safe to walk at night, cleaned rooms every day.

All of staff are kind. A bunk bed is so comfortable.

Room we’re good size, good balcony with nice view, parking was easy, complimentary bus pass was good.

The welcoming staircase and foyer when you walked in, immediately made you feel welcome. Stefano was excellent regarding any questions and was v.helpful helping with the ferry service to Aeolian Islands.. The beautiful box of assorted pastries fresh from the bakery for b/fast was fantastic, and the laundry service was v.prompt, beautifully pressed, and v.reasonably priced , would recommend.

Convenient location, in walking distance to the most interesting sights in Palermo. Very tasty sweet organic breakfast. Helpfull staff.

The only appealing attribute to this hotel is its location being right next to the convention center.

Staff were friendly and accommodating – they ensured that breakfast was ready early to accommodate our early start, and even offered to pack it up to go. Our favourite hotel of the 4 places we stayed in Hanoi on this trip.

the room was great! big bed nice shower and electrical outputs that had japanese, european and usb inputs!!! The staff was wonderful and help with transportation, they even sent us a pdf explaining how to get to the hotel with photos. I highly recomend this hotel.

The location is so convenient to access, we can go to anywhere and come back easily. The staff were very nice, we got a very warm welcome from them. We went with our little boy and they upgraded our room to be bigger, although the separated beds made us uncomfortable when sleeping.

Hotel is slightly decentralized, in a residential neighborhood but within easy distance of the center by bus or subway . Discreet and helpful staff. Functional room, small bathroom according to the most modest standards in the Nordic countries.

All the ‘amenities’ in the room are first class, my view from the second floor was good and I particularly liked the shower which surprised me with its instant control of temperature and its strength flow.

The staff were absolutely stellar. I had left clothing in our room and didn’t notice until we had arrived at our next destination. They arranged to have it waiting for me at our hotel near Athens airport at the end of the week. Exceptional. Thank You Lorena and Aggeliki for a wonderful stay, and going the extra mile in getting my shirts back to me.

There was a lady staff who spoke good English. She was very friendly and service-oriented. She exceeded our expectation by explaining about the city and booking the Alcazar tickets. Hotels need staff like her.
