The breakfast that was provided was the best I have ever had while travelling! There are so many options and each one comes with a fruit buffet. They are quick and flexible! They also woke up when I arrived at 2 am after getting in late from a delayed flight. I felt very safe and secure!

Great location, right in the main area of Florence. Staff were welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good.

Really spacious and clean 3bdrm Premier unit. Super pleasant front desk staff named Henry was so helpful and kind, great job! Good location near restaurants.

Very central, just a stone’s throw from the Opera and Rynok Square. You can’t get better than this in this part of Lviv for this price. Room was big and there was a tv. For those who complains about room size, choose a bigger room.

The manager was very hospitable and accomodating. His hospitality compensated for any small discomforts. It was raining and they aranged the hotel van to detour for me especially so I could attend a meeting. They would also emphasize to take hotel umbrellas to keep us dry during rains, and prevent us from spoiling our own umbrellas.

The staff was nice and the room was very clean! Also, the Aloha Cafe right next door is amazing and the staff there is great!

Our room was fine – no view but enough space to be comfortable in for our short stay, the shower was hot and breakfast included. Especially liked the attached cafe/bar though which was well used by the public and better value than nearby restaurants. Main plaza was 100 metres away.

Peaceful sorroundings as near the jogging area at the river

The rooms were nice and clean, with very comfortable beds and the best shower we had in Italy. The staff were also really helpful and were happy to book us an airport shuttle early in the morning. Nice and close to the metro as well.

A very stylish converted factory. Location great for access to u-ban, trams and city, but not a smart part of town. The hotel is chic and really quiet, has a great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Perfect location and super friendly staff. Quick morning snacks to take with you or enjoy, coffee or tea all day, and great room.

Great place perfectly situated in centre of city close to all tourist attractions and cool restaurants by walking distance. Beds and laundry were perfect, very clean! The apartment is perfectly well located, clean and comfortable. We loved it and I would reccomend it!

Perfect location in eixample. Well furnished apartment – kitchen with oven, dishwasher toaster blender etc. Cozy Heater and AC available

The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet.

Everything was good. The hotel is near to city center,metro and train station.

Beautifully renovated apartment with new appliances with added bonus of Nespresso machine. Extremely clean and very comfortable bed. Close enough to all the main attractions, but be prepared to do some walking!

Location was near shops and restaurants so was convenient. Room was modern and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony Staff knowledgeable and helped with touristy questions. The hotel also offered a car rental service which we took advantage of but be aware that the agreement was only in Turkish.

It was so nice having the breakfast served on our own terrasse.

The location was great, close to everything in the historic quarter, including the Metro service too. The room was a good size, clean, and decent size. WiFi very good. The manager was fantastically helpful, he was very friendly and provided guidance for food, historic buildings & for getting around. On checkout I didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but he made sure I got a homemade pastry. Really very happy to recommend for anyone traveling alone or as a couple/group.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well located for easy walks to major sites, nice restaurants and supermarkets. Tours also picked you up from this location rather than asking you to meet somewhere else.

Simply but really nice room with balcony and beautiful view. The whole house was very nice and it had good athmosphere. A little bit far from the centre, but its not a disadvantage because the house is in a beautiful area with quite streets and the shop is really close.

This place brings me more feeling of home than a hotel. Everything I need is there: kitchen to make my own breakfast, a washing machine to do laundry after trip to Sapa. The room is really big, double size of the room I had in the Old Quarter. The bed was very comfy, I was told that they made the bed with 5 layers like in a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend TU House to stay in Hanoi

Beautiful riad, simply stunning! The room and beds were comfortable and spacious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be, even ensuring that someone was awake at 3am to prepare a small breakfast of juice coffee and pastries for me before I had to leave for my early flight out of Marrakech that morning and even walked me to my taxi. Amazing and so thoughtful!

This is a new hostel so dorms are comfortable, very clean and well decorated! Great breakfast! Awesome staff! Great shower! Loved being there!! Will certainly come back!

The close proximity to museums,the port and promenade.The bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was very good.

The hotel room was homely and comfy. The breakfast was really good with a wide choice for everyone. The pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room where exceptional and the changing rooms where extremely clean. The gym was also an added bonus, great fro gym lovers.

Very quiet and spacious. The host, Sagar Upadhyay is very helpful. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The staff were amazing. I’d requested an early check in but 4hours after I arrived, my room was still unavailable and so the hotel bumped me up to a suite that was available. The hotel was simply gorgeous and I will definately stay there again.

The place is in a walking distance go the West Lake (or you can rent a bike). Some of the staff can speak English, and all are happy to help you. I stayed in a female dorm which was OK for that money in Hangzhou.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was simple, but fresh eggs were provided, which could be prepared by yourself. Hotel is in good area, but quite complicated to find, although provided information was helpful. Be prepare before you come. Close to metro station, but you need to climb up little (or down to station).

I always love that it’s conveniently licated near the train station and 2 malls with 2 different kind of dollar stores. Inalso love the fact that there are limousine bus services directly to the hotel.

Brand new facility with very warm Japanese hospitality. Owners are very helpful that brought our luggage into room by introducing the facility. Room is quite big comparing the Japanese standard. Even though showers and toilets are common, they were totally clean and no need to wait. 2 options of breakfast offered which is prepared freshly in front of you.
