The breakfast provide Nespresso and it impressed me, but only on the ground floor. Call a Taxi is very convenient and it always arrived in 5 minutes.

Very well located guest house. In max 10 minutes you can reach Freedom square, as well as Sulphur Baths, lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

The view was gorgeous and it was centrally located to many major Bangkok attractions

Very friendly staff who helped us with information about trams and taxis. Good breakfast with plenty of cereals, rolls, coffee etc.

The hotel is in s good neighbourhood. Rooms are nice.

Nice location near Vondelpark. Easy to walk in to the town center and close to a bus line that goes to the airport. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The water pressure was strong and the temperature got as hot as I wanted it.

The most helpful host you could wish for! The facilities are like in a hotel, the kindness and helpfullness is even 10 times better! The best place we stayed in during our trip in Thailand. You even get a small breakfast: toast, Nespresso coffee, milk, tea and fresh fruit! The location is very quiet, and not far away from all tourist must sees. Just take the boat to the other side of the river for only 3 Baht!

Giuseppe, our host was GREAT and helped us will everything – where to eat and what sights we must see. His uncle, Giuseppe, even gave us an Italian lesson!

Hotel is always exellent and cheap for old city.staff- helpfull and good anough wifi.

Family room was fine for a couple nights. Beds were comfy, balcony was great. Staff was friendly.

I had very nice stay in Prague, all the staff was very friendly. Lobby bar is opened 24hrs and Wifi works in the room so you can work there. The room is very spacious and quite. Everything clean with nice design. Will come back !

– The location is very close to all transportation especially the tram. – It is a very lively area. – Tours shops are around the area to organize daily trips and visits to everywhere. – Aya Sophia and other historical places are 15-20 minutes walk away.

It was old style. And practical for what we needed for a nights sleep on a city break. Cat was a nice surprise when arrived for an animal lover..

Amazing gem hidden away amongst the atmospheric back streets of Palermo- full of character and charm: passing the front door was like stepping onto a film set! Wonderful owner and guests- we only stayed for one night but have already determined to return to Palermo and the Porta di Castro in the very near future.

The Buddha Bar Hotel in Budapest has a great Lebanese restaurant, very nice spa facilities and an amazing bathtub / shower if you opt for any of the suites – which I would highly recommend as the price difference isn’t that off-putting.

There should be somebody to welcome the quest in front of the property always , not at the back . The police gave me a fine within the time I double parked and checked the property with my reservation.

Not much. This was the worst hotel that we stayed in India.

This is a boutique hotel with the emphasis on BOUTIQUE. Loved the airy atmosphere in the lobby, coupled with old art and books and modern glass panels . Loved the location. Loved the excellent service of EVERY staff person. Loved the zen feel of the bedroom- the muted soft colors. Loved the cleanliness. Had excellent dinner, snack and the buffet breakfast. Milos and Nikola at the front desk were delightful.

Comfortable bed, but very low to the floor. Alessandro and Francesca wonderful, friendly, gracious. Breakfast super! Location fabulous.

Excellent value for money as this was a budget range modern hotel. My room was large, airy, very clean and large stylish bathroom, good sized shower. The bed was comfy and decent bed linens. The staff were very helpful with excellent understanding of English. The budget price is reflected in the location, as it is not in the central hub of the old town, but is on a tram route with two trams stopping just down the road from the hotel (about two stops from the main rail station and the modern centre of town) . There is a computer with internet connection available for guests to use which was much appreciated as this helped me search and plan activities during my stay. The hotel will also provide a kettle in your room if you ask for it and there is a supermarket and bakery around the corner for stocking up on light snacks.

I have had an excellent stay at the Fairmont in Istanbul. It was easy to reach by car. Stunning, modern designed in the heart of Istanbul. You can look over the entire city and to the Bosporus. Wide ranged breakfast buffet and in the Sunday Brunch is a must! Super friendly staff, they all spoke English and even German! Will definitely return!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was so spacious, comfortable beds, aircon in every room. Nice pool. Lovely staff.The roomservice food was delicious and good value. A brilliant market street about 700m away where there is lots of good food stalls. We frequented those set off the road on a verandah with a row of picnic benches. Amazing noodles. 200m to skytrain in the other direction.

Starting with check-in, Natalia provided fantastic service, and introduction to the property, and great recommendations. The design of the 12 rooms are very unique, all two story units. The beds are very comfortable and the location is fantastic for getting out to explore. One of our rooms had a street side balcony that was unique too. Natalia was a true hospitality professional, helping with small changes and arranging to meet some last minute travel requirements for our group. Don’t miss hanging out on the rooftop!

This place is cheap and comfortable enough and the staff were good.

Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was given and it was decent. Clean room and nice bed. Good air conditioning.

The hotel it is wonderfully placed on an island. There is a boat every hour until midnight that takes you to the port, very conveniently for other activities on the mainland. Breakfast was excellent and so was our buffet dinner. The island is connected to a another island via a small path, excellent for walks, also both islands are scattered with sun beds and parasols.

Friendly and very helpful staff were always able to give in-depth responses to my travel-related questions … the rooms are very big, comfortable, and moderately quiet …

New property and staff were friendly. Big rooms and neat. Most importantly, the hotel management did not charge me penalty for cancellation at a short notice due to personal flight change program and the management waived it off. I really liked that gesture and give a Thums Up for good service.

The staff were great very helpful and kind. Breakfast was the standard Moroccan affair Mint tea, juice, coffee, msammen,bread, honey,jam & cheese. It’s not far from the square just walk to the cyber park on your quite close. Bed linen was nice and fresh.

This boutique hotel was extremely well-appointed. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room was extremely clean. We loved all the snacks they provided and the continental breakfast was delicious as well. The best part of this property is Sandro, who provided the best service. We asked him to please make a restaurant reservation for us and also a shuttle reservation for the morning of departure. Everything was perfect and ready for us. We also had a portable wifi device mailed to us at the hotel, and it was waiting for us in the room when we arrived. The price was reasonable as well, and a very good value. The location was perfect, close to everything, especially shopping! It was about a 7 minute walk to the Metro. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

This could so easily be the best hotel in Chiang Mai but I fear the owner has given up on this hotel. Great location, good size rooms with a good view of the river and iron bridge. Pool was fine but a little dirty. Staff were polite and attentive. The breakfast was not buffet…………lack of customers but was sufficient. I think time for the owner to either sell this place or start taking an interest in it. Rooms were reasonably clean but a very old TV had only 1 good channel and that was in Thai.

Minimal Hostel exceeded my expectations. Anne, the owner, was there everyday for several hours and was always pleasant to chat with. She gave us some excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood Minimal is in had tons of good, inexpensive restaurants to choose from and easy access to multiple kinds of public transportation. It was rarely more than 20-25 minutes to get to other areas of interest in Berlin via public transportation. The private room we booked was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean.

Very small room and the view from room was terrible No space in room to store even two suitcases Bathroom was good and staff was helpful

Whole hotel was brilliant – service, room, facilities. Dash restaurant quite fantastic. Icing on the cake was how the hotel & staff treated us once they realised we were on our honeymoon – thank you for an amazing stay.

Beautiful luxury room with a balcony. The hotel is situated in the center of Amsterdam in one of the beste area’s, walking distance from Leidse square and The Pieter Cornelis Hoofdstraat. The staff was very friendly. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink in. The afternoon. We were verry happy with the large bath and one of comfiest beds ever.

The girl on reception was amazing, very friendly and helpful. She happily printed my boarding pass and was great with giving me directions. Air conditioning very effective TV channels available in English. Good internet speed. Cheap airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the street.

Location was excellent, bedding was clean, bathroom was cleaned daily, staff was informative and held our cases on our last day

Everything was fantastic! The location is ideal – especially if you want to throughout Seoul. David even went out of his way to meet us to make sure we knew where everything was. He provided us with a complimentary gift as well. The place is super cute with lots of storage. I will definitely book here again!

The room was quiet and clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff (even gave us great advice on best laundromat to use – just around the corner), good location (close to Santa Maria Novella train station). Excellent and clean facilities. Make sure to ask for the "cafe normale" or mocca – Italians drink this rather than americano or latte when having breakfast at home. Leave the Capuccino for a coffee place.

Excellent Bed, Bathroom and TV. Coffee machine and supplied Coffee etc. is excellent in the shared Kitchen.

I am probably the completely wrong demographic for this place (grumpy old 55 yr old from the UK), but I loved the hotel. Room design is great, simple chic and well thought out. Good wifi etc. It’s like staying upstairs in a huge sophisticated night club – seems to be for rich Korean kids, I never went ! I have stayed at other old fashioned Korean hotels and they are useless. Sure you can hear the thud of the club downstairs a bit, but if you can live with that its minor distraction. I’d surely stay again. Efficient and fair polite check in and out.

Excellent location, very close to all the tourist attractions and the train station. The staff was nice and there’s a receptionist at the desk 24 hours a day. Really nice breakfast with hot and cold drinks, hard boiled or scrambled eggs, cheeses, meat, and baked goods.
