The hotel is pure five star luxury. Buffet breakfast options were spectacular with a mix of local and western delicacy options. Our room was the Disney-themed family room – which ‘wow-ed’ our children aged 12 and 9! They were huge rooms! It felt very special staying there and walking around the foyer amongst the shops and the bonus onsite pharmacy/grocery store was useful!

It was such a nice stay, the hotel is extremely cosy and the atmosphere is wonderful especially for families. We met the friendliest, most helpful staff during our stay and would like to give special thanks to the wonderful people in the concierge : Euler, Ugur, and Cenk.

Luxury location close to everything one may need: public transport, grocery store, bakery, tourist attraction places, big and small shopping places. Also very quiet apartments with windows facing very pretty inner courtyard.

Great location. The Beijing subway is excellent and will take you anywhere, but it’s actually possible to walk to several of the main sights from the hotel. Nice bar downstairs. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Attentive cleaners. I was sick and stayed in the room one day. They called to make sure I didn’t need the room cleaning that day, and then the next day came in and cleaned when I made it out for a couple of hours.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The market and stores just around the corner were great to visit for fresh fruit and bread and pastry each morning.

For the price we paid, I thought it was very good value. Great location, as I needed to be close to the train station, which is only a short walk away. The room was good and of adequate size for two.

A/C and Heating so temperature is not an issue!

Comfy bed with extra pillows. Nice clean, big towels, with daily make up of room. Aircon and fans are great.

Good water pressure, but no vent in bathroom so it stayed damp my whole stay floors wet Also! Food was great…Vincent, Stanta Barbara, CA

The staff and the couple that run it are very nice.

Kyoto is a City that leaves an impression on the Soul. This Hotel is a perfect place to stay to expedite that effect. Perfectly placed for transport links and to enable one to go about the City on foot. The Hotel is centrally located, but just far enough away to afford a little breathing space – with some of the Cities best Restaurants also located in the neighbourhood. The Spa, located on the top floor of the Hotel, is well worth the small additional cost. In short – I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Position between city centre and train station, tram stop outside hotel all very convenient for movement around Vienna, accommodation was clean, comfortable and roomy. Basic but well positioned. Would use accommodation again.

The breakfast was delicious. The omelette they made for us was super tasty. The staff were charming.

Large beautiful apartment in the centre of Madrid. The host, Roberto is very nice and helpful.

Parents stayed there for their visa interview and they loved the location and proximity to metro. Arranged for good vegetarian breakfast.

G ood value – a cheap stay in Balmain. Only minus for me was outside access via narrow door and steps. Breakfast was a quick help yourself – good, cheap and okay unless you want classy options.

We liked the apartments a lot, it was spacious with modern furnishes.
