Wonderful upgrade, superb bed sheets, super firm bed, spacious and mostly very quiet.

Location excellent- 5 min walk from bus /taxi drop off. In the centre of town, close to old harbour – just off main street of Dubrovnik.

Beds very comfortable , rooms very quiet and spotlessly clean . Managers wine hour a lovely touch and very much enjoyed. Hotel had a lovely ambience and all staff very helpful . Would definitely recommend to friends.

The breakfast was very good, the location regarding the quality / price was excellent, it is close to the T zone and pink zone, I will stay at this hotel again 9/10.

The check in process and sorting out of luggage when we left was very efficient, and staff were welcoming. The room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities to make it a pleasant stay. The bed, especially, was great and gave a good night’s sleep.

The location of the hotel is great. 5 mins walk to the train station, 10 mins walk to the Old Town and promenade. It is right on the main shopping street. The triple room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was very good plenty to choose from.

The hotel was very modern, The selection of food for breakfast was fantastic and the complimentary use of roof terrace with free drinks was excellent, it was a beautiful area to relax and view the sight

The room was incredibly large, actually there was 2 big rooms with many beds and equipment. The S bahn is about 12 minutes walking (within a shortcut road which goes next to the train rail). The building is a little bit old but it’s very comfortable. Staff are great and the place is comfortable in general.

Great space and location and was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel is a solid 3 star hotel with a 5 star location. I can’t praise the location high enough. The street is trendy with so many cafes and bars and beautiful walks to major sights, and it was quiet in my room at night. The rooms are adequately made for the price. The room was clean.

Loved my room with sea view. While its on the busy street and centrally located, the apartment is nicely tucked away in the inner end of the city. Daniele stayed in touch from the moment i booked and made the whole check in process very simple. I even got to leave my luggage after checkout to see more of the city.

Fantastic staff, excellent location and comfortable rooms. The host made me feel very welcome and was always glad to help with any questions I had. The hostel is right across the street from the iconic Sebilj fountain in the Old Town, and a short walk from many restaurants, bars and iconic buildings. Definitely look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sarajevo!

Staff are so helpful and kind. beds are clean and comfortable, location is very good; only if you don’t need car parking. you can go to Eiffel tower walking

The location is very good. It’s next to the channel and it’s close to many view sights. The house is a traditional Dutch house.

It is close to the Tegel Airport. And there are shops not so far away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe

I loved that Lake Vouliagmeni was so close. It’s an absolute must stop if in Athens. The customer service was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast was much better than I expected. There were great restaurants walking distance from our hotel. Grabbing a cab to The city center is easy. There’s also a beautiful beach only a couple of blocks from the hotel.

We loved the apartment and the location, walking distance to everything for sightseeing, and everything amenities-wise just was literally around the corner. We thought it was great value for the money, and were very pleased with everything including the agency that runs it.

The location is very convenient to both Porto and Gaia being right on the river. The patio was a bonus. The beds were comfortable.

Location is brilliant just behind the bazzar and old town, it was atomic clean and I would say welcoming and helpful staff is a highlight

Excellent location, very convenient for sightseeing in Naples and surrounds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast delicious, especially the almond cake. Rooms spacious and comfortable, we had the executive suite, which was excellent for a family of 4.

Clean bathroom, clean toilet, clean sheets, clean ground. This is what I liked.

There wasn’t anything to complain. Only drawback might be, that the apartment was situated on the ground floor which I never like in big cities. There is no breakfast here however there are lovely bakeries around where you can have a wonderful breakfast to go or in the bakery itself. Public Transport who is taking you through Berlin Mitte right into the centre is in walking distance and you are in one of the most popular quarters of Berlin – Prenz’lberg.

Free bread and coffee for breakfast, beer in the evening and located in the central part of Kyoto…what is there not to like? Love that the bed rises up automatically to wake you up at your designated time too, without the need for noisy alarms.

Breakfast was really good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable

Like the beds n pillows, the toiletries. Buffet dinner is good. Gym equipment is in good conditions. Attentive frontline staff. Nice scenery.

JianLuca is fantastic. He was helpful and his welcome cappuccino after flying all night upon arrival, a true delight. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and within an easy walk of all the attractions in Ancient Rome. We would be happy to go back

Expensive, but excellent apartment right next to the Tower of London.

Great support from staff, good breakfast, good location.

The service was very excellent and helpful in every way. I asked for her help to get my expensive sunglasses back I left at the other resort. Next day I got it back by the express mail. Very grateful!

Great appartment, clean, mordern en spacecious. On the down Side we were not told how the boiler for hot water worked, so we had little warm water. Beside that, we were very staisfied with oure stay.

I’ve found "home" in Moscow. All what I need when travelling abroad is really a nice room where I look forward to return at the end of the day and Skakovaya hotel is exactly that. This was second time that I stayed there – it was extremly pleasant how reception staff treated me… starting fron "nice to see you again" to providing free bottle of water and also handling payment issues we had… people who work there and cosy, spacious, clean rooms really do make a difference. I chose this hotel even if there were other options closer to where I spend my time during the day. Honestly, being a frequent traveller – even the small things they provide – you have even a toothbrush set, which you most probably will not use, but it’s so nice to see that they think about guests- just in case something is missing- it’s there. Many of even well known brand hotels simply don’t do that.

Can’t fault the accommodation – Room was great with all the facilities required, modern and comfortable, warm welcome from staff and well noise protected from the bar.

All the staff I encountered were very warm and most helpful. Right from the young Porter who took in my luggage (Mohammed?)to the front officers (Erdal? and the lady on the evening shift)housekeepers (Sekiye and her companion) I was very well cared for. In fact pampered. There is also a relaxing room and a good gym with an interesting bridge linking one wing of the facility to the other. And you should try their Turkish tea,too.
