I liked the convenience of Concierge in the hotel. We had very limited time in Amsterdam (16 hours) and he made suggestions which allowed for us to make the most of our time.

Just the view from the pool otherwise nothing else

This was a very nice riad, a little bit far from the square, but we left early in the morning and we come back in our room at night, so it wasn’t big of a deal. Have somebody wait for you the first time you arrive in Marrakech, because you’ll never find this riad by yourself. After that you’ll count 3 rightst and 1 left and you;ll be ok

Great location. In leafy suburbs close to amenities but very peaceful. Guest house owner is always pleasant, attentive and welcoming.

The breakfast choice was good, decor of the place was so cute, having laundry done was huge bonus, can’t beat local.

A lovely comfortable bed with quite a sizeable bathroom. There are 2 bottles of free water, and toothbrushes and soap etc etc. The staff were friendly although they didn’t speak much English. About a two minute walk to the My Dinh bus station so I’d recommend staying if you’re bussing somewhere the next day!

The rooms were very clean,the staff are very friendly and helpful, the showers are clean, the was cleaned every day, also the actual location of the hotel is perfect for getting trams. The tram ride to the city centre is only 10 to 15 minutes. There is a wonderful market very close by and lovely restaurants, which are much cheaper than the city.

All staff, ambiance, service, accomodation and everything which is very good… They arrange my husband birthday so perfect with romantic stay as well.. They treat us very well, it was wonderfull experience we ever had, thanks dear..

If you want to feel like a king then you should go to Gratitude Hotel. Real friendly and helpful staff.

Walking distance to all mayor landmarks,shops, restaurants and transportations

The bed was comfy, great help from staff who had limited English. The hotel was within short walking distance to the main shopping district but located in an area which was not all hustle and bustle. The room was compact but had good facilities. Family-mart downstairs (convenience store) which came in really handy with food for times when you didn’t want to go out to eat, with a young child. Microwave there to heat up a wide variety of meals available to purchase, also there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel, so no need to walk to the shopping district for food. Great snack stall round the corner selling takoyaki, okonomyaki, yakisoba all day and night for when peckish. We took the train from the airport to Nankai Namba station and it only took 7 mins to walk to the hotel. There is a closer subway stop near the hotel which is a 2-3 min walk.

Good breakfest, very nice and kind staff, clean bed

Lovely spot close to the main sights. Staff provided great tips on food & flamenco literally steps away.

It was an excellent location, near tons of restaurant, which were open till late. Underground its just less then 5 min by foot ( Akasaka & Akasaka-mitsuke . 7 eleven next to the hotel, but if you just walk across the street there is the family mart supermarket which is cheaper. The hotel provided a free onsen, which was really Nice after a long day of sightseeing. Room was not big but comfortable enough for two even with two large suitcases. Overall it was a really pleasent stay and defitnitly Will come back to this hotel the next time i visit Tokyo.

Well, that’s the best accomodation for budget travellers in Ikebukuro. Two minutes away from the metro and train station, great acceptance and services. The room was small but much convenient. That was like smart design where everything is on its right place. Tasty breakfast.

Superb palazzo in central Venice. Staff could not have been more helpful

The staff were very helpful. We were initially given a smoking room by mistake, & when we mentioned this, we were immediately and without complaint moved to a very nice, non-smoking room. Our room (& the one before) had a direct view to KL Tower. Also breakfast buffet was nice, with brewed coffee, hot milk and a variety of food for many varying tastes. Location is great – many shops, restaurants & public transport nearby.

Was really impressed with the staff, facilities, cleanness, breakfast. Big and comfort room, balcony. Free bus will deliver you to the town or to the beech. For three star hotel this one is just exceptional.

The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to major attractions. The room was big and fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens changed daily. The vanity products were pretty nice. The breakfast is great. The view on the terrace is beautiful.

The location is good. It’s close to Sacre Coeur, metro, and some nice restaurants. The staff was willing to help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms, a bit small but OK.

It was very convenient to Paddington making several kinds of transportation very easy. Nice neighborhood for walking and eating.

The apartment was fantastic, location is amazing, very modern and minanilistic, perfect for a weekend! You have bats and restaurants, the river boulevard, kopernicus center.. all on your door step. It’s a 10 minute walk to the old town. You can hire the city bikes round the corner and explore the wonderful parks within 10 minutes ride. Highly recommended

My mum and I had an amazing time in Paris. We were overwhelmed with the room and balcony we had. This is our second visit to this hotel and we hope to return again next year. We had a lovely room, the best yet, with a balcony that I had requested! The lady at reception when we arrived on the Monday was so very helpful and welcoming. They are really nice staff and it is our favourite hotel in Paris. We thank them for helping to make our trip to Paris so memorably. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Notre Dame and the Seine and many other places of interest.

– perfect location, in the heart of the old town, all sights in walking distance – clean and cosy room in beautiful building – feeling of security – host was kind to allow earlier check-in

The hotel is in a great spot location wise for all the attractions in Istanbul. We were able to comfortably walk everywhere. The rooms were nice, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Our room was quiet and the shower was good. The hotel was excellent value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Compact but clean, efficient and tidy room. Perfect if you spend your days out and about.

The apartment is in the center. You can find everything / shops, restaurants/ just some minutes from it. It was well equipped and clean.

Location is perfect. The owner is very helpful. Room is very clean and also very comfy.

Pur trip in the Philippines ended with a 2 night stay again in Manil and The Raffles Makati was the perfect place to end the trip. We initially booked a 60 sq metre Junior Suite but was upgraded free of charge to a 120 sq metre massive suite. My daughter made me promise that the next time we are in Manila, we will stay at the Raffles Makati. The proximity to the airport is good and the hotel is located within walking distance of 4 shopping malls.

Beds very comfortable food excellent. caters for Kosher consumer clientele which can be very difficult. For jewish customer this is the only place in prague with kosher kitchen to high standard. Staff very polite and helpful

The rooms is equipped with an iPad for info, a small fridge and a kettle. Room with vending machines where you can buy drinks, snacks and noodles. They have a complementary shuttle bus to Disney Land.

Nice location! it’s in city center. Of course it’s coffee home hostel, so free coffee was nice. Water pressure of shower was perfect!! The best reason why I recommend this hostel is smile and hospitality of staffs! They are so warm!! thanks Lisa and Andrii!

The Metropolitan room was spacious and comfortable. This is my second time to the hotel and I loved it even more. Dinner at Nahm superb and service excellent as before.

We found it to be clean, comfortable and meet all the requirements of a business hotel. Small with excellent amenities, I rented a hair iron free of charge and they have a list of other stuff to rent, even a face steamer! Friendly staff, impressive lobby, breakfast voucher to the Pronto cafe – very basic small limited breakfast but good start to the day. Location great as mentioned.

Everything about the apartment was amazing. It really exceeded our expectations. One of the musts that my husband asked for in a place to stay was an A/C and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with a great smile, felt very welcomed. The location of the apartment was also excellent, very close to the metro and in a barrio where every corner you turn there is something to do.

The property was walking distance from the exhibition center and was very comfortable to find. Clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Even a departmental store nearby. Overall nice experience. Would recommend strongly !!

The bedroom was very clean, bathroom was super cute and the bed was super comfy !!!
