Nice staff.. Good storage facility in basement for big shopping. Kitchenette facilities. Good location

The bed head and the shower lit up and changed colour – Great fun and very quirky! There was a fabulous massage chair in the hall which I had fun with as I had a bad back from all the walking on this holiday.

Very helpful staff, good buffet breakfast and omelet bar.

My second stay here. This time, we were there for the Tour de France final. The location near Champs Elysees was excellent for that. Also good metro access to multiple lines. The room itself was very big by Paris standards, and very well appointed. Nice breakfast. Great selection of restaurants close by and bars too (recommend Harry’s bar for cocktails). I came in on train to Gare de Lyon. A very easy cab ride from there to hotel.

Great room and bathroom, comfortable bed, all amenities present, property has only two levels which is awesome.

Location is just perfect, few meters from Plaza Molina metro and just 3 stops to the center.

It is a really nice place. Very nice staff that help you with everything you may need. Is also very confortable and close to the sea. We will repeat if we come back again to seminyak!

Beautiful grounds! Nice little pool. Lots of little hikes to do. The honesty bar was a nice touch. And if course, all the free coffee you can drink!

The room hat 2 bathrooms and was very very spacious. It was everything you could ask for and a lil’ extra on top. Breakfast was very nice at a very big table where you could eat together with other guests (and felt like a meal at grandmas). Overall very impressed and very satisfied. We loved location of the apartment and beautiful antique design rooms

I thought the staff was the best part of our experience staying the property. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast so we did not have a chance to give any feedback on that. The room was a fair size and all was clean and in good condition. Unfortunately the lift was not working and that would need to be fixed. All in all – I am happy with our stay and when I come back to Delhi – I’d definitely come back to this property. Thanks guys!!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is exactly as the photos on the page show.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, I was travelling with my sister who broke her wrist the day after we arrived. The manager called a taxi for us to go to hospital and helped out with paperwork. He hotel was clean and comfortable, cannot fault it.

From the moment we stepped into the Riad we felt relaxed. All the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. It was super clean, food was delicious and in a great location. Recommended!

Sociable hostel with nice staff. Location about 10 minutes walk from an underground station. The whole place needs a deep clean though and the drains in the showers were clogged and didn’t smell too good.

Very friendly and professional staff, superb location for sightseeing in Palermo. Breakfast was excellent and all in all we would thoroughly recommend this B and B. We would definitely stay again.

Delicious breakfast pastries and prosecco. About 10 mins walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Grand old hotel in style and decor but very comfortable. All good, nice and quiet location, recently renovated apartment (not a problem, but you can’t cook – fridge and kettle available though!) Lovely outside terrace Few steps sassy from the beach

I took a standard room with a bathroom. The room was very calm, the bed was comfortable. It was very clean there. The staff was polite and smiling. The most important is a perfect location. The tramway was facing the hotel and the metro is in 5 minuts by tramway.

Friendly staff. The hotel is in a minute walk from Duke’s monument and 5 mins away from Deribasivska Str. Please note the hotel’s name is Vorontsovsky when you will be looking for it. Clean room, pretty quite street so you can open the window for a night. Your car can stay just in front of the hotel’s gate.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Great for staying and preparing for the hike up the Tatra Mountains.

The staff were extremely friendly and great fun! Whenever we entered the hotel they gave us their time and we had a good laugh! Farmers bread was great! Restaurant staff also lovely!

Just simply adequate for everything, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and location.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a prime location. I stay when visiting the Opera House, which is a 2 – 3 minute walk away. And things like the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery are a 5 – 10 minute walk away too, so I was able to take in the (wonderful) Cezanne exhibition at the NPG. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

The host was amazing, very helpful and flexible to accommodate our needs. The apartment was really nice, clean and modern, excellent location! We could walk absolutely everywhere and the neighborhood is really cool and lively full of wonderful restaurants and bars. Good value for money, definitely recommend!!!

The courtesy shuttle to the Railway Station. Staff generally courteous but unfortunately spoke little English. You need to have more English speaking staff.

The location of the hotel was good everything was good to be honest.

The personal at the reception was reacting promptly to any request and tried to accommodate accordingly. They seemed very interested to fullfil each request. The room was big. Water cocker, instant coffee and tee available in room.

Hotel is more than enough, bit tricky to get if want to go by public transport. Strongly recommend Uber. Breakfast very good. Wide choice for vegetarians.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine ! Very nice neighbourhood and close to shops and restaurants.

The apartment was very clean and practical. All the amenities were present as well as good internet service. The residential area is quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the underground transit. It has the feel of a second home!

Extremely convenient when visiting the Disney parks. All you need to do is get the monorail pass, and get off at the Resort station. There’s a complimentary bus to take you to the hotel (or walk, as we once did as it is literally next to the monorail station). The rooms could use rennovating, but for the price, it was a fantastic deal. Well worth it!

The apartment is quite large. It is suitable for couples. It’s a nice apartment.

The books make this place enchanting! It also has beautiful views of the Kamo River (Kamogawa) and Gion. It is an excellent place to stay as it is close to restaurants, shops, and popular temples. The staff are also kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel for people travelling alone as there are friendly guests and a vast array of books to enjoy.

The room is nicely designed, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is very good.

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful also in the breakfast area. Once I forgot an item and they made sure that the person I sent to collect it will receive it. They take into account my preferences and do their most to give me a room in accordance.
