The very spacious room and the breakfast. The attention also very good and the location of the hotel

Location in front of the subway station is very easy. Rooms very clean. Breakfast good. Double windows keep any noise outside. Bathrooms clean, good towels and good sheets in the bed. Internet ok!

The apartment is located in a good location. Has a comfy bed a small kitchen and a superb wi-fi. The host was very welcoming and allowed an early check-in free of charge.

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice additional facilities like swimming pool. Defenitely would recommend a restaurant where you can order local wines and dishes. For that standard it was really cheap. 5 minutes walk from Bus station, 15 to the beach and maybe 20 to old city centre. I would recommend that place for longer stay.

Very well-designed interrior, which makes you feel at home. It doesn’t look like a template hotel room with white bed sheets. Very nice and welcoming staff, beautiful home-made breakfasts make your stay an unforgettable experience.

The location is the only saving grace of this property.

The flat is located near the center, it’s very elegant, with much style. The owner was very kind.

The apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities that we needed, including coffee pods and condiments. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom very spacious. Located well, close to restaurants and cafes and within walking distance of the Duomo and the Galleria and most other attractions in Milan. We were met on time at the property and given a thorough handover.

So close to metro! Loved the snacks and free drinks. Great place.

Everything. The bed comfort, staff, breakfast was amazing

The room is very spacious and comfortable, breakfast included, complete and varied and the service very good.

Beautiful Japanese style accommodation that is new, spotlessly clean,close to transport and gives you a sense of what it would be like to live in Japan. Portable wifi was great, host was very friendly and helpful and drove us to train. Washing facilities great. Couldn’t ask for more. 10/10

The efficiency and friendliness of the reception staff

the location was perfect. There were so many activities that we can do no matter the weather. And the rooms facilities was easy to use and perfect! Easy access to so many restaurants and malls.

The location was excellent! A walking distance from both Potsdamer Platz and from the Zoo. The hotel, and the room in particular, were very clean, and the room was very spacious.

On arrival, we got an upgrade to a suite, which was great. Lots of space, very comfortable bed and living room area. Staff was very friendly during our stay. Breakfast was varied and with enough choice to not get bored after some days. We used the room service one night and the food was good the delivery was very quick. All in all, a great stay.

The room is wonderful, and everything I wanted.The service is brilliant. The staff are very helpful.

The staff were really welcoming and great, incredibly polite, friendly and attentive. The tea on arrival was nice, it made us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived. And the baths have a view over the city!

A fantastic boutique-style hotel in Marrakech. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who helped with restaurant and day trip bookings. Lovely swimming pool and nice bedrooms.

Very comfortable room. Hotel is close to Old Town. Really good for walk next to Vistula River and then to Wawel Castle.

Great location in the historical heart of Warsaw, 7 minutes walk to Barbican, good and useful technology (I stayed for 8 nights, so I got to use the microwave oven, the washing machine and the vacuum cleaner), lots of nice restaurants nearby, 2 grocery stores at the end of the street. I loved the small vase of lilies of the valley, flavoring the apartment at my arrival.

The best thing about the hotel its staff, is extremely friendly, helping in whatever it takes. Breakfast very varied and of quality, every morning if you ask they prepare a coffee, orange juice and fried eggs. Large rooms with air conditioning. The perfect location to get to the center of St Petersburg walking. Of the best hotels we have been to.

Only bad point is the breakfast, its terrible, not much choice and poor quality.

Alberto, team member number 9 was particularly helpful. Surprised he is still a trainee!!

The air con was amazing, it had the tonnage to cool a nice sized apartment yet was fitted to a hotel room. The shower was nice. The bed was soft yet supportive. The staff checked to make sure I was ok. The staff spoke English with a cadence of an American.

The location was great for us as we arrived by train with bags, stayed one night and returned on the airport bus. It is also close to the vaporetto at Ferrovia, so easy to access the sights via the Grande Canal. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Loved our stay in this district because it was away from the main tourist area.

Fantastic hosts. Very happy to help out in every way…showing local spots to eat, tourist hot spots etc. rooms were quite large and very clean.

First off, the place was very clan and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Overall the place is in a good location, about a 7 min walk from the metro (its up hill so be ready to get a small workout). We booked the four person room with private bathroom which was a plus but there was no much space in the room so if you have lots of bags be ready to feel cramped a bit.

Perfect position in the city centre, friendly staff, great international atmosphere

The beaches were beautiful and clean, the staff was polite and spoke every morning, there wasn’t a housekeeper, staff that didn’t say hola every morning.

Everything in Marriott was excellent as expected. Bedroom was clean and tidy, made me feel really comfortable and had a very pleasant sleep.

The stay was not just a comfortable stay it was an experience.

The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent. However, if you have a lot of luggage, consider taking a taxi to the hotel because it is a solid walk from public transport. Their sister hotel allows access to their lovely rooftop bar in another area of town. It was very, very hot in Rome while were there and the working AC in the room was marvelous!

They messed up our booking and shifted to a next door hotel for a couple of nights. But upgraded us to their best room for remainibg nights and offered free airport transfer. The other hotel was also ok. Overall an oustsnding experience except for the booking mess up which they more than made up for. The staff was all very friendly and always willing to help with a smile on their faces. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location near Metro station & within walking distance of the San siro. Lovely breakfast selection. Nice clean rooms.

Convenience for us to the venues were required at Bulleen and Greensborough.

We had to leave at 3.30am. They made us breakfast.

Large spacious study room (it was huge). Room was more like studio apartment with kitchenette, dining table and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bed and sheeting was excellent also. I also enjoyed the T2 collection of teas on offer. Nice quality. Great location, near train station, botanic gardens and rush cutters (all a short walk away).

Although the hotel is in a safe and quiet area it is far from the 3star hotel it claims to be. My room was very run down with holes in the windows and doors and peeling tiles on the floor. I’m sure you can find better.

All of the hotel’s staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop deck was wonderful and an added plus, especially at night. Terrific location.

Small Airport hotel, 3min walk from Atakoy Metro Station M1, great for business trip. Very helpful and friendly stuff. In the live neighborhood You can find a lot of shops, fast food, restaurant. Few metro stations from Atakoy is a big shopping mall Axis. Good wifi, very nice sleeping on big mattress. I was behind street, so noise was not that big problem, but I suppose those once who is in front of highway can have problem with noise. Although, if you are there only for tourism you should think of some closer location to the city. You have at least 40 minutes with train to city center stations, and if you want to go to Taksim you shoud change train.

Very communicative personnel. Location is really excellent : u have only 10-15 min to the old downtown where u can have nice dinner/fun. Also, only 5 min is a grocery store. Safe neighbour.

i love the surrounding which is quiet and keep on privacy

Great room, spacious enough for three people, clean and easy to access.

nice quiet room with all the amenities you need- bed, tv, kettle, desk, air con, bathroom, towels. The towels were changed which was good and they were nice and soft! The staff were helpful enough and good value for money. Close enough to city centre for nights out and close to a metro for day trips.

The bed was really comfortable (not the hard that is standard for cheap hotels in Thailand), the air-con worked well and the place was just really cute and clean. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The old man who worked there was very kind. It’s a short walk to a 7-11, street food and really nice restaurants. We found a gem near by to the accommodation, where you sit above the street with your feet dangling and the price for seafood was really cheap. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I go to Chiang Mai.
