Held our daughter’s wedding at the hotel. Beautiful setting! Very organised and efficient events manager. Guests were very well looked after. Restaurant staff very helpful and pleasant. Hotel grounds beautifully kept. "Culinarium" food was very high quality. Very good value for money.

The location of this hostel is excellent. It is in Miraflores and the cleanest and safest part of the city. It is a family run place run by Angelo the owner and his daughter Penny. Both have been extremely welcoming and helpful and attentive to every detailed needs of the traveller. They have helped with my stay in Lima and onwards travel arrangements. Really felt at home here. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Lima again.

The staff is excellent and very helpful and kind. To share a instance, I was leaving very early ( before 0800, the breakfast start time) to Sinanai and Brasov. Seeing, I haven’t packed anything, Bogdan quickly prepared and packed me a quick breakfast for the trip. Really appreciate his kindness.

This could be a beautiful apartment. Its well situated on one of the main streets and within walking distance of most of the key sites, good restaurants, bars etc. See my negatives for why my holiday was thoroughly spoilt. Bed was comfortable and it was not noisy.

Rooms has many extras from heated seat in Bathroom to TV in the mirror to mini-bar to fast easy Wifi.

the location was close to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor yet the noise level was minimal.

There is a super market in 5 min walk location, we can get food easily and cook in the kitchen. The apartment is very comfortable and warm.

Perfect location, in walking distance of everthing. The room was big, very clean and quiet.

People make first impression. This was very true for Hotel Katelya. We arrived very early before our check-in time. The front desk staff Samet met us on arrival and made us as comfortable as possible in the reception area. Then came the wonder girl Maya, and between the two of them, they managed to have a room for us 4 hours before the usual check-in time and for this we are very grateful. The duty manager was always at hand to ensure your comfortable stay. The room, beds and cleanliness top quality and the breakfast just great! Fantastic location, by a quite side street with some local shops and restaurants at stone throw…only 5 mins to the centre, the Blue Mosque and all the other attractions and museums, Including Topkapi. This boutique hotel and it’s team can put to shame some of the bigger hotels! Thank you team Katelya for making our family holiday so wonderful.

Our room did not have a kitchen but they offered to use their kitchen. They also had 2 water coolers and a free coffee machine for the guests! Super

– the deluxe room nice and BIG!it is like a small house only for you with room+bathroom + private terrace – the family who run the homestay is so kind and helpful (the housband took us to the hospital when we got ill) – the house is full of plant, birds cages and small Temple, very nice and colorful atmospheare – perfect location near the main Ubud Streets but far from the traffic

Such a lovely hotel. I loved the location! Sandwiched in between two very Parisian streets St Dominique & Rue De Grenelle both lined with local cafes, book shops and even a fruit and veg market. I felt a true local in this are with the Eiffel Tower Looming over me Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Great central location, spacious room (10/12 bed), really friendly & helpful staff, free pancakes(!), and the cleanest hostel kitchen we’ve worked in so far.

Everything. We were treated like royalty and accommodated for my mobility disability.

The staff were amazing, from Reception to Housekeeping to Security. The apartment was spaceous and it had everything I needed, including lots of cupboard space. Nice big windows that let in the sun to provide a comfortable warm stay on the cold days we had during my stay. It is also conveniently situated close to the V&A Waterfront, , the Convention Centre and the new Chris Barnard Memorial Hospital. I felt very safe there, even returning late in the evenings from the hospital after the last visiting hours.

View from the balcony was extraordinary. All the pictures we saw on Booking.com we’re true to the apartment. We came prepared for the shower room reading the reviews about the metal flooring so we brought shower shoes – it wasn’t a problem. I also read previous reviews about the blinds not working. All the blinds did work and they were all black out, we had no trouble sleeping. I would recommend walking 15-20 minutes out to eat where there are plenty of good restaurants. The apartment is based around all high end designer shops so it felt like an upmarket safe neighbourhood.

Very comfortable for travel in Tokyo. Nearby Shinjuku but calm area. Good for relaxing as well as work in the hotel.

Great location and very nice apartment. My second time staying at this location.

Location was fantastic as was the apartment. The host really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Don’t usually feel the need to leave a review but on this occasion highly deserved and if you are looking for a nice safe place to stay whilst in Malaga, this would be it! Apartment was cleaned to a really good standard and had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable

Very Happy with Apartment great facilities and location for our trip. It was clean very convenient to the Show Ground for us and public transport was straight out the front. There was a Petrol station just beside for any beverages or food if needed. Would stay there again was very happy with our choice Thank you

Plenty of space in the bedroom (room 4007 executive rooms with access to the club room although didn’t use it) going over a bit this hotel, needs a refurb (some work going on in reception so may be happening) but overall, given it’s great location, very good, would probably stop there again. Staff were very good all around.

The little custard tarts at breakfast; to die for.

Staff were cheerful and the hotel itself was very nice. My room was a little small compared to other hotels for similar prices, but it was clean and had a decent mini-bar, free fruit/water, and chocolates on the pillows!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location. Valet parking an added bonus in the snow.

The room is larger than expected. Bed is reasonably comfortable. There is a flat screen TV. The hotel is really well placed to visit all the sites. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Charles bridge is a couple of minutes walk away and the astronomical clock about 6 minutes.

Breakfast was really delicious!!! Staff always was kind and gentil. And it was pretty easy to get to Syntagma Square by bus (only 10 minutes away)!

The location and our host Alexandra was excellent- she gave us a map and all sorts of useful info! The apartment was great – very roomy and quiet with a fully equipped kitchen and a sweet little balcony. Fast Wifi, clean and secure.

Staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. Facilities were brilliant and other hostel stayers totally respectful.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and the washing machine/dryer worked well since I stayed for a week. The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. You can easily access Oosterpark, the street market, trams, and trains to any and all parts of Centraal and AMS.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I guess it was ok for the price. The look of the hostel is nice. The location is really good.

It was extremely easy to pickup the keys. The apartment was as advertised. Edith was very accommodating. The location of the Central Passage Apartments was outstanding. We were close to several metros, the new airport 100E bus, hundreds of restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist sites. The VII district is very popular and we were in the middle of it.

Quaint hotel combining modern conveniences with old world atmosphere. It feels like staying in a classic Viennese hotel from the late 19th / early 20th century, but with modern accoutrements. Staff were very friendly and speak perfect English. I did notice many Russians staying at the hotel, more than English speaking guests. Great public transit options, as tram and metro are both within a block. More of a neighborhood than tourist feel, with little shops and restaurants nearby.

Richard was an amazing host! The room was beautiful and perfect for our needs for the holiday. When we arrived, Richard gave us a map of Rome and highlighted what he thought to be the best sites to see, best places to eat and best places to drink. Without him we would have struggled to see everything we needed to and have a good time in three short days! Would recommend Vatican Vanity 100 times over. Very close to the metro, and the free breakfast is perfect!

We arrived early and the hotel allowed us to check in at 11am rather than 3pm which was great. Overall hotel was great no major issues at all and would recommend

Children particularly liked buffet choice at meal times. Breakfast omelettes were good. Pool and plants and trees surrounding was main plus point of hotel.

The customer service was nice. Everything done remotely. The location is in proper distance from crowded spots.

Extremely quiet location. Reasonable distance to centre (30 minutes walk or 10 minute walk to a metro / tram stop). Very friendly and helpful ‘host’. Good sized room. Bars, restaurants and shops all in 5 minute walk.

Very quiet area and extremely comfortable bed! Had a very good sleep.

Our stay at Hotel V was an amazing one. We stayed in the basement rooms, my first expectation from other reviews was that this would be really small. To my surprise the room was quite spacious for it’s size and had all the necessities and was exceptionally clean and the cleaning was done daily at the same time so it was easy for us not to be there. On another note the staff was super nice and extremely helpful, especially the guys working at the reception (especially to the lady who booked an Indian take out for us ). Breakfast was good with the small croissants being the best and would recommend, eggs and bread where warm and fresh. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was outstanding, good breakfast. Shuttle to Disney was convenient.

We got our room on the 6th floor, really clean and refurbished room, had everything we needed.
