Very helpful information sheet before our visit. Knowledgeable and efficient receptionist. Good selection for breakfast. Convenient for inner city transport network.

The location was great The staff are so so welcoming and friendly The room size is excellent

Catalina who was in charge to the reception desk, and everyhting else, made us feel at home.

Free wifi never worked. Bad maintenence of everything. TV never worked either. Too many employees at the reception, no well defined roles and they are very slow.

Delicious breakfast pastries and prosecco. About 10 mins walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Grand old hotel in style and decor but very comfortable. Staff were all very warm and friendly. A great place to explore from, go out early to see the sites in the quiet and cool for a mindful start to the day!

All was super. New, clean appartments, modern design. Great central location but very quit rooms. Kind and helpful receptionist. Fresh and tasty bread every morning.

Handily situated for getting out and about in Manila. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and tidy.

Since our flight arrived in the middle of the morning, the host allowed us to make an early check in. He also replies very quickly. The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, i.e, a lot of things walking distance.

The guy was waiting for us at time arranged and kept waiting until we arrived and we were 1/2 late.

A great room very close to the old town but not in it. My room was big with it’s own bathroom and aircon. The share kitchen was good with fridge and a washing machine and roomy. There was a lovely outside area with table,chairs and a nice garden. Once checked in I was given alot of informtion on town and even a glass of wine to enjoy. Would happily recommend this place.

Architecturally extremely interesting house, inside the rooms are delicately reminding us of the luxury of historical interiors, modern facilities with a hint to the past. Good location, two metro-stations nearby, very quiet, close to Nevsky prospect and walking distance from several shops and restaurants. But most of all I wish to express my gratitude and good words to the staff at the reception – thank you, ladies, you did make my stay special, at every step I felt welcome and taken good care of! Heartily recommended, and I’ll stay there every time from now on when I need to stay in St Petersburg. Good salads for breakfast, tea and coffee and biscuits 24/7!

Luigi was very helpful sending us a picture of the entrance as it could have been quite hard to find. Was very clean and a modern B&B. Worked off our pizzas having to walk up all the stairs.

The villa with private pool was very cute! Pretty big pool too. The staff was sweet, brought us by golf cart to our room with our bags. We had the honeymoon package with a meal in the villa which was amazing and well done, flowers everywhere and candles with a personal waiter. Breakfast is ok.

Great spot within the city – close to the metro and lively at night. The apartment is tucked in the centre of the building with two light-wells so has no views, but this felt comfortable to escape to in the hot weather.

Hotel Manzoni located on a quiet street in the heart of the Milan fashion district is one of the finest small boutique hotels in Milan offering every service a traveler might need. The rooms include a large walking closet, alcove desk and large bathroom with all the modern amenities. The beds were especially comfortable with a choice of feather or firm foam pillows. The public rooms are tastefully appointed and the small dining room extremely comfortable for dinner or breakfast. The kitchen turns out fine seasonal Lombard cooking and the wine list is approachable cost wise. Front desk, housekeeping and doorman all friendly and helpful. Several fine restaurants and house museums within a block or two and the Duomo is just a short walk away. Strolling past all the top designer shop windows made walking a treat. A metro stop nearby on Via Monte Napoleone carries you anywhere in the city.

The room is spacious. The standing shower is the main reason I chose the hotel.

The rooms were very new and clean Not too far from airport which was ideal

Room brightly lighted, clean and bed was comfortable.

Clean and friendly accommodation; good location, close to Shin-Osaka station.

The girl that welcomed us was very kind with us. Our apartment was very big and quiet. Very close to Stare Maisto (about 15 minutes walking). A big supermarket and a couple of bars are right by there.

The staff were very friendly and the location is easy for the airport and close to but not in the main tourist areas of Verona.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had lovely touches like home made delicious cake – lemon and a chocolate with walnuts !

Well located modern hotel in good part of Santiago, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast included and fantastic mountain views from the dining and bar area. Supermarket & several restaurants in adjacent complex.

ClinkNoord is quite an amazing facility. It’s more of a well-run factory than a hostel. It’s vast, clean and it seems they have thought of everything. The room I’ve been to had to separate sections – one with beds and the other with lockers and showers. This is very smart and allows better sleep. Location is simply perfect. Out of the city center, but a short walking (+ free ferry ride) distance from it.

The breakfast counter are amazing. Dedicated chef to cook your food from eggs, to waffles and etc. Extremely good location if you are travelling to other destinations via trains or even subway. It is located extremely near the local subway and a McDonalds. The location is a winner. We took Haruka Express from Kansai Airport to Shin Osaka station and later on to Kyoto. Easy breeze.

Stayed for 4 days. The balcony room is the best one.. Very comfortable and very nice looking. Its very close to parks and the city.

There is everything you need (full equipped kitchen, washing machine), nice clean room and beautiful view from the roof on the N-soul tower and US base. All this in the center of the city. With no more than 100 metre on metro station.

Large size apartment. Great location. Modern living room and bathroom. Fridge, freezer etc.

I only stayed one night here. The staff were efficient, friendly and professional. My room was on the 9th floor and was a superbly designed apartment with small kitchen, good bathroom with large shower cubicle and a small balcony with washing machine off the bathroom. There was a lovely table and two chairs as well as iron, ironing board, large TV and extension lead whoch could take any plug types. The wifi was excellent as each room has its own router. The breakfast had plenty of western and local choices, though the food could have been kept hotter. Good to be able to make your own waffles! The apartments are to the left of the most northerly exit of the underground shopping area. There were plenty of convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants and eateries nearby. The Guangzhou Bookstore had an entrance in the mall opposite the apartments. Check-out was easy.

The location is very good, close to the central market and other several supermarkets and main shopping street. The hostel is very quiet you feel as if only you stay in the hostel even though there are many other people. The kitchen is always clean and quite equipped except there is no sharp knife.

Very nice and big appartement. You got everything you needed. Air condition, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine worked pretty good for us. The best thing is the location. It’s situated about 5 minutes from the bus station and about 15 minutes to the inner city, f.e. To the cathedral. Supermarkets and dozens of restaurants were also nearby.

Very good food in the restaurant and in the area as well. Nice area and good, clean comfortable rooms (studio). Crew in the hotel was nice and helpful. Great location for hiking and winter sports, but a bit difficult to do programs when the weather is bad – especially with kids. Wonderful mountains around.

Extra comfy bed, fabulous spa (pool, saunas jacuzzi were great) great room service and helpful staff all round.

Bed was so comfortable. Room and all b&b was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good.

We didn’t realize there were strict office hours for check-in but we were able to leave our luggage inside and when we returned, we were given heaps of information about what to see and do. Also bus tickets were purchased online and printed for us. Most helpful. Room at top of the stairs had interesting roof line making it unusual.

Everything was perfect at the riad, and the staff went out of their way to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible, so thank you very much. The place itself is an oasis of calm, beautifully quiet, clean and comfortable, and only a short walk from the main square. Highly recommended.

Our room was a fantastic size for three people. The location was amazing.

1. Perfect location for a traveller having long transit at dubai airport. Within 2 km. Cheaper rate per night compared with snoozecube or luxury hotel inside the dubai airport. You sure can save a lot. 2. Feels like 3 – 4 stars accomodation with low price. Definitely worth paying for. 3. Warm hospitality, friendly staff especially the chauffer Mr.Ibrahim from mumbai 4. Very near to mosque for muslim traveller, and big shopping complex in Deira town.

The location was good, but on saturday night we coudn’t sleep, becasue of the noisy people and firing on the road.

The location is great (2 minutes far away from Theatre of Opera ). Room space is good. Furniture is good. It is clean. Staff is friendly.

We like the super good selections of the breakfast in raintree cafe, service from the staff is perfect, especially Mr. Som of the concierge team, he helped us plan for our day trip to the floating market and train station market, and continue to check on us to make sure we are in good hands . Close to everything, we enjoyed the Gothic Quater very much

The owner Ryoji is extremely friendly and helpful. As the apartment is located quite a distance away from Nippori JR station, and lugging our trolley bags along the slopes can be very tiring in the high summer heat, Ryoji simply offered to send us to the JR station in his car and even parked his car on the side and waited with us to flag down a taxi so as to help us load the baggage into the taxi. He also said he would love to drive us to the Haneda airport if we had told him earlier. The Yanaka district where the apartment is located has very charming architecture and a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The people in this neighborhood are extremely friendly too. We would highly recommend Kotobuki Sou for a small family with kids or a group of friends who don’t mind sharing a traditional Japanese tatami room, and are passionate about exploring historical districts in Tokyo by foot.

Nice space and complimentary cafe / croissant. The environment makes you safe and convenient. It’s a confitable hotel.

I liked that there was a changing room and a sink in the room itself. The bed was made when I was out. The shared toilet outside the room was clean and had a hair dryer. They have a locker outside too.

Everything was better than we expected. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, large bathroom, very nice breakfast, lovely staff. Location was perfect, we were really close to all the places we were planning to visit. Would recommend!

Friendly staff and small balcony to my room just enough for some fresh air

Very good welcome and wonderful site with a breathtaking view.

Large room with kitchen and fridge – good for people who want to coock their own meals. Location near park and no far from Arena Lviv stadium where we had a conference.

Enclosure for the shower will be great. Location is superb. For those like to party late over the weekend, this is a great place. Maybe noisy at certain times for some.

The apartment located in the city center but it was very quiet. It was clean and includes everything that needed for comfortable life. I would stay there next time.

I read the negative reviews and hesitated to book it, but i didn’t find anything wrong with it. I stayed at the ninth floor, maybe other floors have the problems listed in the negative reviews. My room/floor was impeccable. Staff speaks good English.

The location is great – it is located in the park and it’s perfect if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to beach or to historical center of Odessa. With many hotels in other locations in Odessa you would either be staying closer to beach but then taking transport to the center or you would stay in the center but then you would definitely need transport to the beach. With this hotel you are in the middle of both spots and everything is almost in a walking distance. Everything is very spacious in this hotel – the hallways, the rooms. Ceiling is very high.

This is my second visit to madrid and to the same hotel, amazing location and staff and really close to metro stations don’t waste your time … BOOK IT !

Excellent value for money and short walk to bus station and main square . Very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The room I booked was Japanese style which is really really awesome. Room is huge and comfortable. Hotel lounge area is comfortable and equipped with Apple computers with free wifi. Awesome location as there are convenient shops around the hotel and 1- 2 minutes walking distance to subway. Quite near to famous tourist area- Tian Zi Fang and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Helpful hotel staff.
