The room and the hotel were great with a great view.

A wonderful place to stay! Accommodations were comfortable. Location is steps away from Universitat subway station. Close to La Rambla.

Budget hotel with good location between Umeda and Namba. Unclean room though. Filthy and when I looked under the bed I found a thick (I mean very thick) layer of dust on the carpet. Disgusting!

The bed room and sitting room lent itself to capabiity to complete work in reasonable comfort. Breakfast was good and set one up for the day. Staff friendly but as I didn’t speak spanish their resistence to english was not a problem.

Decent location, heat work great, breakfast staff were lovey!

I like the staff services in the hotel , specially I want to thank Mr. Alfredo he did a good job and helped me , the way he deal with me was wonderful,, I wish him al the best and success

I LOVED everything about this property – from the friendliness and kindness of Anna, to the value for the money, to obviously the outstanding terrace on the top floor of the building, to the sunrise and sunset views (the Parthenon and the whole city during day and night), to the outstanding modern facilities and decor, to the location, to the taxi/tour guide she recommended. It was absolutely wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. I’m still pinching myself that we were able to book it and enjoy it.

Property location is good. The room was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Nice little oasis in the middle of the old town. Just great and a nice swimming pool rounds the day perfectly up.

Perfect location, only 1 minute from Buckingham Palace. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Arrived too early to check-in but staff offered to hold luggage, not only until the urgent room clean was carried out, but when I returned to check-in later my bags were already waiting in the room.

We were given a great sized room in a quiet part of the hotel. We had our daughter with us and the room had plenty of space for her to play. We were provided with a good quality cot bed at no extra cost. En suite was a good size with a bath and good pressure on the shower. Good state of repair all round.

Great location. Having all the buses stop right out front was a big help. Great price compared to some of the other places.

Sooo amazing, the hospitality was great. They weren’t that used to vacation guests since it’s more bussiness guests they accomodate but they did everything for us that we had a wonderful holiday!

Excellent room, I booked a club room which gave access to a really pleasant quiet lounge for breakfast, and also complimentary drinks and nibbles for a few hours each evening.

Great location. Very modern, well designed property. Had a great very cozy, homely, comfy feel to the place. Only 6 rooms so it felt very private. Room was excellent. I think kingfisher was the best room in the house, which had a very nice little balcony with the ocean view and also mountain view. bathroom was very spacious. Bed was very comfy. Would love to be back here again.

We really liked the Location. Antonio is very professional host, gave us all information about the place and about places to visit in Madrid.

Nora was very friendly, waiting for us when we had trouble with the car, explaining everything to us very patiently! The appartment was perfect, very clean, with tea, coffee, it is located in the city centre just next to a tram station. There is a parking nearby, shops, a cafe, and of course the whole of Budapest. We were very sad to leave and will be coming back soon!

Very clean rooms that are big and so comfortable. The hotel is extremely central, close to the city hall and Ho Chi Minh museum. The breakfast buffet is quite abundant, when available. A variety of dishes, of which multiple vegetarian friendly.

Very nice rooms – design and ergonomics are exactly the right ones. Location is great – 5-7 min by foot to the Moskovskiy train station, 3 minutes to Nevskiy prospect.

The entire location gave off a special vibe that’s completely different from a normal hotel. Kaiseki dinner was really good, staff was very friendly. They kept our bags for us after check out.

Nice and cozy apartment with comfortable and useful furnishing and pleasant decor. Super clean and neat! Everything looked new and tidy! No bad smells. The towels and bedsheets were clean and new, as well as the kitchenware. Located in the very centre of the city. There is plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops and a metro station nearby

The neighbourhood in which the property was situated was great with lots of shoes, bars and cafes and a stones throw away from a metro station.

Fantastic staffs who are willing to help, very professional. The property is very cute old Amsterdam building, but room facilities are refurbished. The stairs are steep but the feeling is just so cozy and pretty. Had a very nice time!

The room was actually a nice studio apartment with a kitchen and a shower room.

Friendly staff, large room, alot more than i exspected for the price.

El hotel esta muy cerca de una estacion de metro, a menos de una cuadra, lo cual te ayuda a moverte por la ciudad sin problema. El personal es muy amable, te tratan de ayudar en todo… siendo que no hablan mucho ingles. La limpieza es perfecta, todos los dias te limpian la habitacion, cambiando sabanas si lo requieres, toallas, etc.

Close to station, easy to find. Double room small but cozy.

We were looked after extremely well during our stay. Daria was extremely helpful when our outbound flight was delayed and we had lots of great holiday advice during our stay. The room and property were beautifully presented – modern and well equipped. Very comfortable. Ideal place for a short break, within easy walk of centre, but with some great local restaurants

Location was good a room larger than expected considering we are in Paris.

The location to the city was good. Loved the set out of the apartment and the building it was in. Easy journey from the airport.

Location good 5 mins from clock tower. Super clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is quite and good.

We contacted that in advance to say we would arrive early by overnight train and leave early the next day which they agreed to. The guy on reception however didn’t know about this and was difficult. Eventually we got a room which had dirty sheets on and was unpleasant. The owner was fine and agreed a reduced rate but i would not recommend staying here despite decent location. Incidentally, i got the sheets changed 3 times but the final set weren’t much better than the others. Yuk.

I strongly recommend the place. Very quiet, comfortable and well equipped place.

Quite nice hotel, fairly roomy rooms with excellent beds, fancy decoration and complete set of amenities. Breakfast is good and includes eggs, sausages, muffins and a selection of breads. Location is next door to the Cerro Santa Lucia, the Bellas Artes Museum and the Lastarria neighborhood, meaning that there is plenty to do on foot. For a few dollars more than a hostel, definitely this is great value for the money.

Excellent location, near shopping centres, transport, supermarkets and the Lumpini Park. Very polite and helpful staff, from reception to room service. Very comfortable bed, which I really appreciated as I was spending a lot of time in the room recovering from an operation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping my room clean and tidy. There were plenty of good quality toiletries, tea and coffee every day. Concierge were always very helpful arranging taxis etc. Hotel spa was excellent, again very friendly welcoming service and good variety of services. Breakfast was fantastic, a great selection of all types of pastries, juices, fruit, vegetables, Asian food etc. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Extreme cleanliness, exceptionally functional for an ultra modern design in this price range

The staffs are really helpful. The bed is comfortable.There also have a lot of space to relax. All guests are really friendly.

Great location and superb customer service! Nice touch on the folder with advice on local places for breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast had many choices, the hotel was nicely decorated. It’s close to the public transport

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe and the hotel was very security conscious which is very reassuring. The location was great. Close walking distance to Arc De Triomphe and many lovely restaurants. Also the hop on/hop off bus was easily located at the Arc. The bus is highly recommended as a great way to get around.

Superb location, close to underground and tram. Newer building (the hotel is in the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Beautiful view from the breakfast room (5th floor). Clean room. Breakfast: fine croissants, good coffee machine.

Conveniently located in Tokyo’s Yanaka neighborhood (close to subway and Yamanote line). This is a brand new apartment that is classy with nice amenities. It is super clean. The owner is adorable, discreet and helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

Good location close to Central station offering a good standard of accommodation. Good size room.

Its one of the best locations in Bogota. Especially if you wanna check out the night life.

I don’t know how they could but even though washrooms are type is shared, it was so clean.

Our stay at Riad Chameleon was amazing. Tony kept in touch with us before our arrival and during our stay, we got recommendations regarding what to visit and what we should do. The room was really nice and we enjoyed cooling off on the swimming pool. It felt like we were home away from our home. Breakfast was super nice, made by Abdul’s mother. We definitely want go back to Marrakech (since there is a lot left to see) and we are definitely booking Riad Chameleon again. We couldnt have asked for warmer hosts, whom made us feel as part of the house.

Good room size, comfortable pillows, water pressure was great. Pool and hot tub were also wonderful.

The room are cozy and has a reasonable space to move. The service and their crews are awesome and friendly.
