This property is fantastic. the room ,breakfast., staff and facilities are all wonderful. We were really taken care of during our stay in this beautiful hotel

The neighborhood is cool – not really touristy which was a plus, but still close to everything.

Good location, nice surrounding block, good restaurant ( rather expensive in comparison with others in the city), nice brand new interior, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.

The hotel staff is extremely kind and well meaning. There could be more coordination between staff shift changes so that the information shared across staff and there is a more polished front desk approach. That said, the front desk staff was willing to address all concerns in a very friendly manner. The ease of access to the property was excellent. I love the hotel decor and comfort. I am in love with the 5th floor rooms with skylights. It felt so open and the bathroom was great. I was at home immediately. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and shops, only about 4 blocks away from the metro.

The apartment is very well located! It’s a good option for a couples of days. The maid was friendly despite of doesn’t speak english

The apartment is beautiful and in a very good position. The lady who welcomes the guest is very friendly. The position of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city, and very close to some of the most beautiful landmarks of St. Petersburg. A pleasant surprise.

Sadly the only positive was the location. It is very close to most of the major attractions.

The manager and the maid are very helpful despite we have difficulty in communication.

Nice area close to main monuments and museums. Room looks like in the pictures with all kind of conveniences. Wifi works very well. Very recommendable.

an added bonus was the help and info provided by Dmitri who was available at all times

The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Towels and a room-clean were provided half-way through our stay. Dmitry was very helpful throughout – he assisted with visa documentation, ensured someone was there to greet us on arrival, booked a taxi for our departure, and was very responsive to our queries. The location is stunning – right by Nevsky Prospect near the cathedral and other attractions, walking distance to the Hermitage, and Market Place (great food) right underneath the apartment. This apartment is the go-to place to stay for St Petersburg.

The location was perfect. Everything you need is around the corner. No need to rent a car or use public transport as everything is walking distance from this place

Staffs at this Hostel are very nice, friendly and helpful. The place is clean, spacious area and comfortable. It’s not really far from Hogdae for shopping and 5 minutes to subway and Airport Limusine Bus Stop. Around hostel has many restaurants and near by minimarts. And I also love breakfast.

Really good apartment with 4 bathroom, perfect for friends and located in the main street of St.Petersburgo.

Alles toll! Die Gastgeberin hat uns am Tag der Einreise direkt am Haustür empfangen. Sie war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG, ist geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, drei Badezimmern und noch einer Toilette extra. Eine große Küche verfügt über alles, was man sich wünschen kann, sogar Öl, Salz und Tee. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Rubinstein-Straße befinden sich mehrere Restaraunts, Bars usw. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, oder auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Hier werden Sie einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit einer großen Familie haben.

Понравилось всё! Отличный приём менеджером Ириной. Большой плюс – поздний выезд (у нас поезд был в 16.10), до этого времени находились в квартире. Квартира находится в шаговой доступности от Невского, все достопримечательности и кафешки рядом, окна выходят во двор, очень тихо.Квартира большая, светлая и чистая, всё необходимое для проживания имеется(апартаменты с 1 спальней).Нас было 4 человека, двое из которых дети. Не первый год отдыхаем в Питере и обязательно приедем ещё! Огромное спасибо!

Очень просторная светлая квартира , с высокими потолками , с двумя сан.узлами ,кухней с необходимой техникой ,утварью и обеденной зоной, гостинной для совместного отдыха , спальней с удобной кроватью . Отличное расположение 15 минут пешком до Московского вокзала и 2 мин. до Аничкова моста , а там рукой подать до центра со всеми достопримечательностями. Рекомендую .

位置很好，起居饮食都很方便，离地铁站需步行8-10分钟，离公交车站仅需步行1-2分钟，所以我们游览冬宫等景点都是搭公交出行，非常方便。房东很友好，到达时在大楼底下接我们，离开时也帮忙叫出租车。卧室和洗手间都很大，楼层也高，住得挺舒服的。总的来说，值得推荐！

It is a delightful, charming and cosy little hotel. It is slightly of the beaten track and hidden in a courtyard, but I found it despite walking the entire distance from the main train station down Nevsky road. What an awesome experience along the way on a wonderful Friday evening.. It is all I needed for overnight accommodation and at an affordable rate. St Petersburg "rocks"……I will certainly stay there again given half a chance to visit.

It is a renovated building. Very cousy, pretty and clean.

The hotel is 20 mins walk to the Hermitage and 10 mins to the island on the peninsula. There is a security gate entrance so the hotel is safe and there is no street noise. It is also in a nice district. It is hard to find but off a main street and near a couple of restaurants which was great as I arrived late. The Italian restaurant across the road was good and there is a nice little German/ Russian beer cellar nearby. My room had a comfy double bed, decent pillows and good wifi. It was a small room with a good shower, no fridge or heater. The staff were friendly and some spoke English. They helped me up the stair with my heavy suitcase. Coffee, water and tea are available and you have the use of a kitchen and fridges.

I liked the location, it was inside a courtyard with a fob access on the key it was very safe and convenient.

The breakfast is good and can taste many kind of the coffee. the room is perfect.the reception is helpful.

The property picture they have shown in the site will mislead the customer as the photo shown is for the whole building where as the Hotel is only a small part of it. This is really misguiding.

Great location and view from window, comfortable bed

A very nice hotel, not too far a walk from Nevsky Prospekt although the area isn’t always that nice to walk through. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very nice although the duvet was a size too small. Very much as described on Booking.com. I’d recommend staying here.

It was very easy to park a car in front of the hotel. Check in was very quick, at the entrance security checks everyone who enters the building. The room was very clean and neat – You could tell that almost everything was new. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. Breakfast was quite good, even champagne and wine was available. Very helpful and friendly staff. Water tanks are also provided in common areas.

Magnificent view on Griboedova embankment and roofs. Exceptional location. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to the city center. Large room. Fantastic window view to the Griboedov embankment. Take the room with large arch-style window at 6 floor. It’s Ideal for wine drinking and enjoying of S.Petersburg picturesque views. The staff was kind and friendly! Thanks!

Amazing place, comfortable, freshly renovated, artsy look! Location is great (Rubinstein is the bar street), but no noise. Lots of restaurants around, some of main sights are in walking distance.

Amazing attention to detail and beautiful design throughout which is a great effort – a lot of thought and love has gone into the design of the rooms its great. Everything was has been thought about in the apartment to make for a fantastic stay! There is fresh towels everyday (and a clean up), there is kitchen equipment, lovely showers, very comfortable beds, tv, space and incredible location. I would highly recommend.

We booked the triple studio as it is larger and had a view to the street, I had my morning coffee sitting on the window and watching the city waking up – The street has a rich vitiate of cafes, burger restaurants, Irish pubs, Italian, Cuban, Mexican, sea food, Chinese places to eat and the popular Chain Teremok, serving Russian food has many outlets nearby! Very safe and interesting place, where the cool Peter’s crowd gathers, elegantly dressed. The studio has a fully fit kitchen, tea and coffee is provided, so are toiletries and most importantly drinking water, slippers and a robe:) to relax after long day at the galleries and palaces. We were really impressed by the staff’s punctuality and genuine kindness!
