So clean, perfect location for sightseeing ,close to train station,walking distance to bars restaurants and shopping malls .Hotel is in the middle of the main street in St Petersburg budget stay in great location. The entrance is through an arch from Nevsky Prospect looks a bit tatty but don’t be put off hotel is good

Very clean hotel and rooms. The location was excellent for eating out in the evenings – so many bars and restaurants on Nevskiy Prospekt. The wifi in the rooms was very good. The room had a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and slippers. Good location for walking to the main sights – about 15-20 min walk to Kazan Cathedral and Christ the Saviour. A bit further down the road to get to the Hermitage museum. Very close to a metro station (Mayokoskaya – 45 rubles for a metro trip) and most buses that stop in front of the hotel go straight down the road to the main sights and cost 40 rubles each.

Доброго времени суток, путешественники! Отельчик очень уютный, милый. Персонал приятный, доброжелательный. Особенно понравился подогреваемый пол в ванной комнате и туалете. Актуально. Белоснежное белье, белоснежные полотенца. Предоставлен гель для душа, шампунь. Тапочек нету. Есть кухня, чай, кофе, сахар и сушки – входят в стоимость:) Есть вся посуда. Можно заказать завтрак – приготовят при Вас. Отличная парковка для авто, закрытая во дворе.

Очень хороший отель в плане соотношения цена/качество.

Wonderful selection of breakfast food Russian, through to full English and Continental. No restictions on hot dishes. Superb.

Comfortable spacious room which was very quiet so we could leave the window open at night. The Hotel is off the road in a private square. Staff were helpful with ballet bookings and very pleasant to deal with. We can’t comment on breakfast as because it was expensive we decided to have out. Recommend The Market Place on Nevski. It’s in a very central location about 15mins from the Winter Palace. Plenty of small supermarkets nearbye

The room was really comfortable. Facilities in the room was really good. The manager even left us a kind note thanking us for our stay and gave us a nice little fridge magnet. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the major places to visit and for many restaurants and cafe/bars. Also very convenient for the Nevsky Prospekt – the main street in the city. The hotel bed was extremely comfortable. The wifi was consistent and reliable.

The view, the location, the staff at the beach was amazing. The staff in the reception area was nice.

Bed and pillows are comfortable Functional kitchen with normal fridge and built-in cooking plate. Furniture is brand new and same as on the photos Elevators – two of them Belgian pub in the same building

I traveled with my friends.all of things was perfect. But toilet paper, soap,shampoo,wast basket were not.cleaning room wasnot every day and was just after check out.and we pay 500 ruble for each room.by the way,it’s far from metro

The appartment was very big and cosy – much better decorated than on the pictures. Eventhough outside it was -18 inside it was nice and warm. Kitchen had plenty of new pots, pans, knifes, set for 6 of cups, plates (small, medium, big and deep) and cutlery. There were also all the necessary kitchen tools. Internet was fast, sofa comfortable to relax in front of the tv, bed comfortable. Two airco’s both in the bedroom and the living room. Beautiful view, nice location if you have a car with a parking. Shopping center with a super market and restaurants in just downstairs. Staff very helpful.

Очень чистые апартаменты, приятно находиться в них. Волшебная кровать, на которой спал как младенец. Приятно удивило наличие всей необходимой техники. Жаль моя командировка была на один день.

Понравилась чистота везде! Новая техника, мебель! Тишина . Отзывчивый персонал. Рядом есть окей, можно все необходимое купить. До метро минут 10-15 пешком.

Комната очень большая – это плюс, но телевизор смотреть неудобно, т.к. расположен далеко от кровати. Кровать – большая, но состоит из двух матрасов – это минус. Техника присуствует в полном объеме. Паркинг – просто песня, хоть и платный. Расположение удачное.

Чистота, современный дизайн, приветливый персонал, рядом супермаркет окей и около остановки общ транспорта перекресток 24ч. Готовили сами на мини кухне – оч удобно и экономно. Вся быт техника дорогая и качественная фирм bosh , electrolux , сантехника тоже дорогая фирмы am.pm. , качественная постель и мебель. Апартаменты в новом доме, на 1эт ресторан, хороший бар, фитнесс, магазинчики. От моск. вокзала доехали на геттакси за 280₽ . Есть возмжность до заселения оставить багаж на стойке ресепшн бесплатно ( мы этим воспользовались). После утомительных экскурсий не нужно было тащиться по нескончаемым питерским лестницам как в отелях в центре города – в апарт отеле 2 современных скоростных лифта.

Staff were brilliant and very helpfuf, arranged our transfer to and from the airport. The room was lovely, great size and nice and cosy. Loved the little added extras of slippers and toothbrushes etc. Breakfast was also great, gave us an opportunity to try some Russian breakfasts. Location was also brilliant, all the main sights to see in walking distance and in a great area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again.

Lovely staff and the perfect location if you are arriving from Moscow by train. Only a few steps away from the subway station and we had all our breakfasts at Obed Buffet, a three minute walk away. Big room and had everything you need.

Exellent hotel with new rooms. Perfect locaton: less then 5 minutes from Moscow rail way station and metro station. Very helpfull staff.

Hotel location is very convenient just beside the train station and metro. The hotel room is clean and interior design is modern. The hotel provides 24 hour Nespresso and tea, you can help yourself to have a tea and coffee at any time. The staff are very helpful and they tried their best to help with my question. The breakfast is also a big plus.

Hotel located right on Vosstaniya square. A perfect place to start your journey in St.Petersburg. It is all there, 2 metro lines (red and green), huge "Galeria" mall, Moskovskaya railway station and of course Nevskiy St. We had improved room which indeed looked somewhat luxury and felt clean and fresh. You wont see often offers with balcony in Petersburg, this one however had nice cozy balcony with nice light. Not a stunning view or something yet it is still huge plus for me. Again unlike thousands of value offers in Petersburg this one wont scare everything out of you on your way to reception and overall it is easy to get there.

The hotel was very very clean, we had in the room slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. They made clean in the room every day. Also they gave us bottles of water as many as we wanted. The breakfast was pretty good, not too varied but enough for us, eggs, some vegetables, croissants, etc. and a very good coffee. Near the hotel are several restaurants, shops and a canteen that is opened 24 h and serves a very good Russian borsch. The staff is very friendly, they helped us every time that we asked and they speak English, that is rare for St. Petersburg. Is located 3 km from the Heritage, at 100 meters of the main boulevard Nevsky Prospect, so the the walk to the downtown can be very pleasant

Excellent central location on Nevski prospect and just opposite the Moscow train station. Staff is very friebdly and helpfull, breakfast is rich and very good, coffee and water are available 24h.Romm is nice, comfortable snd quiet.

Situated in the heart of St. Petersburg, a bit hard to find, as it is not a real Hotle wiith a loby and reastaurant, we would call this a garni-hotel, Clean and comfortable place to be, although at the first sight comming at the door, your first thought is to turn and look for an other place.The surprise is inside.

All the staffs are really warm hearted.We really like the hotel it’s big warm convenient and nice.Thanks the handsome sir show us the way to the airport very clearly ! Best wishes

El desayuno es buenísimo, así como la atención en la recepción.

В холле на ресепшене внимательное отношение персонала, в частности в день отъезда не представилась возможность позавтракать. Был приятно удивлен, когда девушка с именем Asiia сказала, что вам собран завтрак в дорогу. Супер. Отдельно стоит отметить вежливое отношение обслуживающего персонала в ресторане гостиницы. Если придешь за пять минут до закрытия ресторана не скажут "все мы закрываемся" наоборот несмотря на усталость к концу рабочего дня максимально открыты. Приготовят по вашей просьбе подождут пока вы поедите. Удивительно, что иной персонал, который обслуживает гостиницу был также приветлив. До заезда в номер и после выезда можно воспользоваться камерой хранения (бесплатно). Остановки городского транспорта рядом. В целом просто комфортно в данной гостинице себя чувствуешь. Спасибо.

Das Hotel liegt in einem abwechslungsreichen Bezirk, fussläufig zur Metro. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Ich musste um 6 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen und da ist die Rezeptionistin extra aufgestanden, um mich ohne Frühstück nicht auf den Weg zu schicken. Genauso wäre es wohl auch um 4 Uhr gewesen. The hotel is centrally located in a beautiful area near St. Isaac’s. My room looked on the courtyard so it was very quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was fast (I arrived around midnight). The room was clean and everything necessary was in place. I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed my stay. I would book it again.

Nice small hotel in the heart of the city. 10-15 minutes from the Nevsky street, Dvorcovay ploschad, Hermitazh and many other attraction you must see. Nice breakfast. OK should be a little more choices, especially for guests who need low sugar meal. Stuff is friendly, speaking english and very polite. If you needs are not very high that is a choice for you.

Mia, our host gave us excellent reception and pointers where to move and find interesting places around town. Location of the place is perfect, with lots of diners, bars, shops and touristic attractions all around. Although the apartment is on fourth floor as advertised didn’t have any trouble with steps. It’s clean with lots of space and light. It has all necessary appliances and more. Loved to find a blender in the kitchen. Perfect for seasonal strawberry shakes or smoothies.

The location of this hotel is very convenient , close to Metro Green and Red line. Also, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around, so it’s pretty easy and kind of safe to walk a long the street at night. The breakfast is also nice and the first lady we met was very nice and ready for help even she cannot speak English.

My compliments to the staff and the hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. Metro Mayakovskaya is literary few steps away. Thanks to this priximity to metro a managed to catch train in a situation when taxi got stacked in traffic jam. A lot of cafes and shops nearby. A bit difficult to find. For those who arrive to the hotel for the first time: do not hesitate and walk into the door with big sign ПОЧТА. When inside, make some steps and you will find an elevator on your right side. The elevator is small, but it is there and works. Breakfast is not a buffet, but possble to choose between several options.
