Great location, nice big modern rooms, friendly, helpful staff

The location was by far the best thing about the hotel. 5 minute walk up the hill and your at the Metro Station! Good exercise too.

Great situation just next to the station. It was also ideal to leave our luggage when we arrived in the morning and till late in the evening. The futons were comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the experience of being in a Japanese style hotel.

Appropriate accomodation for a couple on a short stay. Well equiped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

The staff very professional and courteous, showing us to our room, holding our luggage while we went exploring after checkout time on the day we were leaving, and even driving us back to the bus station in a golf cart. The hotel room itself was very nicely appointed and the bathroom was especially nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Split.

– The staffs were really nice and helpful. – The location is convenient too, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the station depend on your speed lol. There are many bars around so even at night you can hear music from outside. You may not like that if

The staff was great and very helpful in providing information.

I particularly liked the staff, they ensured I got the highest floor as requested and also upgraded my booking to a family suite

Very spacious and comfortable room in a efficient location close to the city and the airport. Very good breakfast.

Great value for money in an accessible part of downtown. MRT station about 250m away, walk to the park, and the highway entrance further down Rama 4 for airport transfers. Rooms are nice and spacious.

I just liked everything, this B&B was better fitted than hotels I stayed in the past!!. Plus the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had.

Super aardig personeel.. fijne koelkast met drinken dat ook echt goed koud werd!

Staff was nice the room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Property was clean modern and in a good location.

Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

The staff was very polite and helpful. The decoration was minimal and pleasant.

The location was excellent. Parking on location. The breakfast was very good and at a great price point.

Good location, very clean room and spacious bathroom.

Good facilities… for a comfortable accessible price, in a good place… the facility was good.In case I return to Bogota, I would stay there again.

Good location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable

Literally nothing. The staff were slimey and rude.

The availability of a common terrace, BBQ and washer and dryer for all the guests. A dishwasher in our own apartment. The location where everything in Porto is near of a walking distance (you can also use the Trindade subway station nearby) and the quietness of the apartment.

Location….ambience….Victor was super friendly and easy going. Helped us out so much regarding my car…. Airport is literally 10 min in 5am traffic

Fantastic property finished to the highest standard- inspirational

Great location at fair price. Walking distance from the main part of the Old Town. Simply on the edge of Zagreb’s heart. Tiny flat, but just enough for 1 person. Always a nice touch to get towels and toiletries. The host is extremely communicative & helpful – recommending stuff to see around and not being mad at me with not having cash during check-in (I forgot to withdraw from ATM) and not even being bothered to collect it during my stay. I left the money on the table when leaving. Great to have AC in the room – helps tremendously when you cannot open the window (noisy street). This is called top notch service & trust! I’d stay there again (as long as I could choose the flat facing backyard :P).

Jennifer met us on time and was very helpful with information. Apartment was very spacious, light and airy.

Family suites is too big for me and my parents , i didnt even the second bedroom , arrival day i called hotel three times , no one ansered the phone , quite upset about that . In general , its okay , but will choose other hotel next time

The hotel is near to PWTC where we visited the KLIBF and near to lrt.

Clean hotel with spacious room & comfortable beds.

The boat was beautiful and, because they moved locations last minute, the staff gave us free drinks upon arrival and an upgrade to a suite. It was a nice gesture for the inconvenience.

Near to metro station and close to city attractions. Chic, modern, minimalist design. Safe refuge from the neighbourhood. Bed was comfortable.

Very central ,, easy to get around from there ,,, Rachel there was just beautiful and very helpful and gentle ,, thanks Rachel

Apartments are modern in design and very comfortable. The bathrooms are really clean and modern. The cafes and restaurants in the area are super. Try Combi Coffee, Bar Gueda. Location wise, it is only a fifteen minute walk to down town. The hosts are warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Great location, situated in Sukhumvit 26 which is easily walking to BTS station and Emporium & Emquartier Shopping Complex.

Excellent staff. Super Clean hostel, family friendly. I am happy to stay there again. Thanks!

The hotel staff was nice enough to upgrade my room for free as they ran out of rooms of my type. They added two bottles of free drinking water everyday, even if I had not finished mine, from my experience this rarely happens in China. Good view from the room as well and rather spacious.

Good value for money, friendly staff, great location and comfy rooms.

Good Twin bed room at corner. Closed restaurant, seven eleven, family mart and noodle. Shinjuku station about 11mnt. Recomment to stay here. Choose non smoking floor.

great breakfast, helpful staff, very close to airport

The decoration of the rooms is trendy. Everything is very clean and new. The bathrooms are spacious and very modern. We had a very nice weekend there!

Clean, cozy, quiet, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff, very conveniently located – 100 m from the Vasil’ostrovskaya metro station, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops in the near vicinity – pedestrian area on the 6-th and 7-th Lines (Linia) of the Vasilyevski Ostrov.

We had to leave a day early. At the checkout the staff insisted that we got a refund for the day we wouldn’t be staying at the hotel, even though we didn’t even ask for it. They were very kind.

Location, room comfort, breakfast quality, personnel are all great. I recommend this hotel. Balcony and window view also are nice

Staff very friendly and the hostel is located right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter- very convenient.

they need to clean the benches in the dining room where you get tea and coffee, very dirty

Place is nice, clean and comfortable. The check in is very nice and not complicated process everything automazied. Location is good in few minutes you can visit center and all interesting things in Budapest.

Excellent service, very friendly and patient host, private parking space, great location.

A bit far from town .. currently there is a construction next to the property. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Great location, underground parking, helpful staff, good breakfast….and the price was excellent

The location was fairly central, walking distance to all the attractions, next to a nice park.

We loved your peppermint tea, the Best in the worl

Normally I stay somewhere a fraction of the price of Sri Pat, so this was very much an expensive stay for me. Despite this, the guesthouse justifies the extra cost. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and all spoke very good English. The room was very comfortable, with a good amount of space for 2 humans. Showers had great pressure and hot water all day. We never got down to the pool as we didn’t spend much time actually at the guesthouse, but my friends who used it seemed happy.

late check-out without additional costFriendly staff

Great location, central to attractions and with a bus stop immediately outside lobby. Room very clean and comfortable, staff very welcoming and friendly and tried their best not to laugh at my German! Breakfast excellent with great variety of hot and cold foods.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location . Owner was very helpful ..hope to return soon

Nice hotel all good except that rooms are somewhat small. Excellent location.

The rooms were perfect. Beautiful view from our room. We booked an extra night and upgraded our stay because we loved it so much. Although there wasn’t much close to the hotel, you could ring reception and they’d have a taxi waiting outside for you whenever you wanted. We really enjoyed the spa and wellness facility.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Due the fact that i had no idea about all these and booking online was reallyy awsome. THANKS TO booking.com and DOMUS SPANGA FRATTINA

Good breakfest, Specialy for vegetarians/vegans. Very sorted.Good pizza restaurant nearby.Good staff support for any needs!

Location, walking distance to bus stop and metro. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Nice restaurant around the area.

Fresh fruit and chocolates in the apartment. Host made us coffee when we arrived!

Super Location – in the middle of Medina – close to the souks and to the big place! Very engaged and nice staff – the tried everything to feel good there and warned us about some circumstances at Ramadan. From the rooftop you had an amazing sight and the style of the riad was beautiful! A little hint – also from the staff! – take your own taxi from and to the airport (70DH) and don’t take the possibility of getting checked one by the riad – it’s cheaper.

Perfect in every sense. Host was very attentive and helpful. Very well located and very comfortable. Perfect for couples.

All in all a nice and quiet hotel, nothing fancy, but has all that you need. Breakfast was a bit poor, perhaps I was just late though.

Not your standard boring hotel – which was fantastic it was fun private and very comfortable. The bed was probably the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Japan plus the room is huge. There’s a spa with a telly that’s big enough for two and they even have hair curling wand and straightener. The staff were very helpful and friendly and communication was easy as most new some English. Plus it is right near a train station that you can catch to explore. Plenty of places to eat nearby ! Wish we had hotels like this in Australia!!!

Fantastic location, armed guard out of the hotel (that control the car during the night) , excellent breakfast.

Staff member was always polite. I must recognize that.

Excelent hotel. Clean, big room. Good breakfast. Great location. Nice staff. Good value for money.

The excellent location. Nice desighn. Verry friendly and smile staff.

Typical italian breakfast, host was very friendly and helpful, visit was pleasantly.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They spoke English & had lots of information about local transportation & the local tourist sites.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful

The location of the hotel was great and especially the whole hotel complex was beautiful. It is like in a park full of trees, bushes, flowers. Hotel was very clean.

The staff were very attentive, in particular, Vy, Vu, Duy and Q. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to all that is to see and do in Sai Gon. Some very good restaurant in the area, as well as plenty of coffee shops and a movie theatre. The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps the breakfast needs a slight upgrade on choices.

The location was excellent – close to restaurants and the Miraflores boardwalk

A best value hotel in Tokyo! Staffs are very friendly, location is great which is only 5 minutes walk to metro station. It locates in the Korean community which means there are a lot of Korean restaurant nearby. The room is big enough for 2 person and super clean.

Liked huge bed and very comfortable Closeness to everything.Plenty of everything for everyone

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. We were able to comfortably walk to the Acropolis in just minutes, beautiful views and great restaurants footsteps away. Tony was amazing! Gave us great tips and provided us with a map tagged with great spots!

Tasteful interior design, wonderful breakfast, warm service teams.

Great Location (by far the best in Vienna), very close to the shops and famous attractions, quiet appartment, great for families with kids, reasonable price.

The accommodation was extremely clean and well located. Staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Super comfy big bunk beds with privacy screens and your own outlet and lamp. Amazing breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

I liked the option of having breakfast brought to your room it was extra helpful for those mornings when you just wanted to stay in bed just that little bit longer. The location was also amazing we didn’t realise just how close to everything we were until we arrived and had a walk around.

Good location – close to a lot of restaurants and points of interest. Comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Also received breakfast in our room every morning at a time that suited us. Very good place to stay for a few days. Room service was offered on a daily basis. Check-out was very easy.

was very quiet with a beautiful pool. Friendly staff helped us out. Coffee and food could be better / more options but there are a lot of food places around. I would love to see a fruit salad added to their menu!

Extremely convenient location – the hotel is between Shimbashi and Shiodome Station, and connected to a number of different subway lines. I’ve been staying here for my Tokyo trips the last two years, and always love my stay here.

Wi-fi in room was great and for the price this is a great place to stay. Location is brilliant as it is only a 10 min walk from Roppongi. Akasaka station is close enough as well

The best hotel staff – polite, pleasant, attentive.

The rooms are really nice, beds are really comfortable and the hotel is nice

Very friendly staff, good choice of breakfast / lunch / dinner / drinks at the bar, chilling atmosphere, very good location

The bed clean and comfortable, the view from the room afforded the Mt Fuji in the distance, the generous provision of tea and coffee, mineral water in the room awaited me. The staff was friendly, polite and keen to help me some tricky requests. Can recommend to anyone who knows what "value" means.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance to everything

We loved everything very friendly and professional

very good accomodation in Whistler with easy access to many touristic places

I spent 5 wonderful days in Barcelona and I will definitely recommend! This is an amazing -full of life and things to do city! I choose Bird house for my stay, because I traveled alone and would like to have a place which is near the center and not very expensive. The accommodation is more than great-first of all because the airbus stop and the metro station Urgell are just 2 minutes away from the hostel. My flight lent around 10 p.m and as I was visiting the city for a very first time I needed a place which can find very easy. I was in a dormitory room with 8 beds, but the curtains protected my privacy and for me was very comfortable. We had a nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV.The hostel is 10 minutes away from La Rambla street . The staff was helpful and friendly!

The host met with us on arrival and explained all the necessary details. Showed us all the attractions and restaurants on a map

Massive beautiful room, friendly staff and fantastic location. Breakfast was delicious and very good value for the area.
