Good location but very noisy garbage pick right In front and returants empting garbage Into bins late at night.Also a smell of sewer when Entering the building and some times in hallway .

The hotel was across the road from Ueno station and five minutes from the park with the zoo and museum. The room had good extras such as hair straighteners and a really good hairdryer. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Elegant, spacious room and soft pillows. I felt comfortable and safe in he beautiful Prenzlauer district.

King sized bed was wonderful! The staff and airport shuttle were excellent.

Nice hotel walking distance from Kyoto Station, quite good location for sightseeing.

Friendly staff and perfect location if you have something to do to an embassy nearby. There are quite a few embassies within walking distance in that area.

Quick and courteous check in and check out by friendly staff, despite the persistent, rude interruptions of a sub-continental gentleman who obviously never learned how to behave in a queue. The hotel has an excellent location close to tailors, shops, the metro, bars and nightlife.

Breakfast was very rich and delicious. There were so much options including pancakes 😍 Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and cheerful all the time. The idea of the design concept was interesting and we really enjoyed the terrace!

we stayed in red planet amorsolo for 3 times and enjoy our staying very much. the place is great, 15 min walking distance from the mall and the rooms are very clean, wifi is excellent in very floor and the rooms are not that big but very clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful it was tucked away on quiet side Street but right on a smaaa canal…ask for a canal view! Nice lunens. Good Size room.

The hotel is located in the city center walking distance to all places we need to see, Room was clean and huge for 5 of us, bed is big can fit 4 adult LOL, Family mart next door. Friendly staff Miss Julia arranged everything for us, we arrived 7 am she arranged an early check in and early check out (checked out 4 AM) and the night shift guy he was very helpful. Breakfast was good spring rolls my daughter loved it, my son loved the cold cuts . Definitely we are going back to this hotel. Oh I almost forgot it take 5 minutes walk to the Ben than street food all the food you want with live music and beers lots n lots of beers

Easily accessible location and beautiful interior. We had a room with a canal view. It was just amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel! And it was no problem to store my luggage there before I checked in. It’s very convenient to find as well since it’s quite close to the station. Great location for central Osaka. I would stay here again.

Very nice and beautiful apartment! Clean, well maintained! Very personal welcome. The facilities to prepare full dinners are a bit minimal, but all the other facilities in the apartment are perfect!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in by a mile. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, good-humoured and helpful. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay happy and went out of their way to recommend restaurants and things to see, show us to our destinations, ring and walk us to the taxi, etc. The breakfast was wonderful. The spa treatments we had were outstanding. We felt totally comfortable and at home. This sounds like a review which is too good to be true, but we were overwhelmed by every aspect of our stay at the riad.

The staff was attentive, the facilities were clean and available.

The shower design is a little wired, and all the water scattered everywhere when we took the shower.

Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quite a way on the train from the airport but not a problem. No staff there on arrival but called and was given a code for the door so no problems there. Within walking distance of vibrant bars and restaurants.

The staff was exceptional. Spoke GREAT English and they answered all of our questions, primarily, how to reach the subway from the hotel. We loved the option of buying the three day subway pass directly from the hotel front desk. That was very helpful and we used them exclusively for our travel around Tokyo.

Liked the kitchen the space in room and the moveable tv staff were very pleasant

Ideal location, right next to a major subway station, surrounded by restaurants and bars (cross the large road in front of the hotel, and check out the smaller roads behind the large road on the other side). Clean and comfortable rooms.

Rooms clean and porters very helpful. Complimentary water on first night was a nice touch. Food in the restaurant was very affordable and tasty. Very good location for the metro and supermarket.

Location was perfect, if a little tricky to find as the road on Google maps bears no relation to where it actually is! To find – head up Ribeira on the right hand side towards a pedestrian access heading north from the river, take the alley on the right just before the ice cream shop then turn right at the top of the stairs, then left after the old house.

The staff, especially the front porter, who spoke fluent English, was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast staff were excellent which certainly made the excellent view, all the better.

My friend Cynthia and I loved this riad! Everything from the room, the delicious food (loved the aubergine!), the superb service and kindness from Youssef and his team was beyond amazing! As we departed, Youssef gave us some spices that were far better quality than any we smelled at the souks – it was a great surprise! After a long journey that started in Casablanca to Chefchaouen to Fes to the Sahara Desert, this was by far our favorite stay! It was warm, inviting and the attention to detail was spot on. We would definitely recommend this to couples, families and friends – you won’t be disappointed!

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to StPancras station and Russel Square station. A shopping mall and two supermarkets nearby to buy food and drinks.

The rooms were very well spaced and well maintained. The bed was particularly comfortable.

The property was close to the metro station and the restaurants in the hotel were reasonably priced.

Hotel was new and clean, bathrooms were spacious, pool area was nice, kids loved water slide (reason we booked).

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere – it looks great and the staff are very nice and very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is immediately next to the beautiful Lazienkowski Park which you can spend all day walking round and admiring. I believe there are buses nearby to the old town but I did manage a LONG walk from the university to the hotel by walking through a series of parks.

Everything was spot on really enjoyed our stay I come with my husband and 2 little boys ages 4 & 7 they really enjoyed themselves the entertainment was amazing the staff were really friendly so was the manager definitely will be visiting again

It was cute, it was small but if you need a place to just sleep it’s perfect. The bed was comfy too

Clean,friendly, good location for shops & not far from Douro waterfront.

Place near Sagrada Familia, large appartment with two bathrooms, dishwasher and terrace.

The staff does not speak any English but is extremely friendly. The facilities are acceptably clean. You can walk to all sites and the price is very convenient.

Location was excellent and staff were very friendly and professional.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed nice and big and comfy. Decent sized shower and good water pressure. Fridge in room handy. Free water provided every day.
