Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quite a way on the train from the airport but not a problem. No staff there on arrival but called and was given a code for the door so no problems there. Within walking distance of vibrant bars and restaurants.

The staff was exceptional. Spoke GREAT English and they answered all of our questions, primarily, how to reach the subway from the hotel. We loved the option of buying the three day subway pass directly from the hotel front desk. That was very helpful and we used them exclusively for our travel around Tokyo.

Liked the kitchen the space in room and the moveable tv staff were very pleasant

Ideal location, right next to a major subway station, surrounded by restaurants and bars (cross the large road in front of the hotel, and check out the smaller roads behind the large road on the other side). Clean and comfortable rooms.

The suite was very large and the staff were so accommodating, in fact couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend as long as you are okay with stairs (3rd floor)

Water pressure in the shower was very bad. that could use improvement.

Rooms clean and porters very helpful. Complimentary water on first night was a nice touch. Food in the restaurant was very affordable and tasty. Very good location for the metro and supermarket.

Location was perfect, if a little tricky to find as the road on Google maps bears no relation to where it actually is! To find – head up Ribeira on the right hand side towards a pedestrian access heading north from the river, take the alley on the right just before the ice cream shop then turn right at the top of the stairs, then left after the old house.

– very good location – near the metro station, not too far from the centre and a 15 -minute bus ride to the ocean, – a big room, – a kettle in the room

The staff, especially the front porter, who spoke fluent English, was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast staff were excellent which certainly made the excellent view, all the better.

My friend Cynthia and I loved this riad! Everything from the room, the delicious food (loved the aubergine!), the superb service and kindness from Youssef and his team was beyond amazing! As we departed, Youssef gave us some spices that were far better quality than any we smelled at the souks – it was a great surprise! After a long journey that started in Casablanca to Chefchaouen to Fes to the Sahara Desert, this was by far our favorite stay! It was warm, inviting and the attention to detail was spot on. We would definitely recommend this to couples, families and friends – you won’t be disappointed!

Staff were very friendly, provided yes and biscuits on arrival. Room was spacious and fitted all needs. Air con was in good working order.

Like the bedding and breakfast. Space is huge for one person. Location is great which is closed to beach and shopping area by walk. Metro is just in front of the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel in upscale housing community. About 5 minute drive to the mall and 15mins to good beaches. I would recommend cabify or mytaxi app. I used cabify, it was about 6-8euros to almost everywhere. Maybe 12 euros to beach or las ramblas.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to StPancras station and Russel Square station. A shopping mall and two supermarkets nearby to buy food and drinks.

The rooms were very well spaced and well maintained. The bed was particularly comfortable.

Great location near the Rathaus and metro/ tram station. You can go to the main attraction by foot. Great breakfast, coffee and drinks available for free anytime. Great hotel. Highly Recommend!

The property was close to the metro station and the restaurants in the hotel were reasonably priced.

Hotel was new and clean, bathrooms were spacious, pool area was nice, kids loved water slide (reason we booked).

This hotel has a lovely atmosphere – it looks great and the staff are very nice and very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is immediately next to the beautiful Lazienkowski Park which you can spend all day walking round and admiring. I believe there are buses nearby to the old town but I did manage a LONG walk from the university to the hotel by walking through a series of parks.

Everything was spot on really enjoyed our stay I come with my husband and 2 little boys ages 4 & 7 they really enjoyed themselves the entertainment was amazing the staff were really friendly so was the manager definitely will be visiting again

It was cute, it was small but if you need a place to just sleep it’s perfect. The bed was comfy too

Clean,friendly, good location for shops & not far from Douro waterfront.

Place near Sagrada Familia, large appartment with two bathrooms, dishwasher and terrace.

The staff does not speak any English but is extremely friendly. The facilities are acceptably clean. You can walk to all sites and the price is very convenient.

Good location in centre of Lima. Value for money was fine.

spacious room, bigger than the standard single or even double room. room price was very reasonable. interesting location, but far from the main tourist sites. close to otopeni airport, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. tram line number 5 leads directly to unirii square at the center of city, but its quite slow. if you need faster transportation go for the bus or a taxi.

You can be in the center of the town very easy and fast !

The location is excellent, it is very close to old city center and also about 6-7 minutes walk to the metro station Piata Unirii. Breakfast was very good with many options you could choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very impressed. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. They checked us in an hour early and bumped us up to a queen room (we booked a double room). Room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed. Bathroom has a shower in the bath and bidet toilet. Nice vanity area to get ready at. Even on the 4th floor we had a nice view. Fantastic location. Value for money. Will be back!

The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning, essential for hot and humid summer weather. The location is far enough from the center in order to be quiet while still at walking distance. Breakfast was OK although not extremely varied. Looks fancy.

This was one of my best stays ever! The hotel is conveniently located and very clean and cozy. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I truly felt like more than a guest during my stay. They make you feel like family! Plus the breakfast is great!

Louis is fantastic and welcoming host. Very clean. Easy walk to everything

All rest facilities were good. Courteous staff, clean room and the price was just amazing. Is a good and recommended place to stay.

The staff were so helpful – and even helped us to book a car when our rental car provider let us down at short notice. The property is very clean, close to town (15 mins walk) and the host provided us with plenty of information. The room we booked was also much larger than we expected.

Nice location, very clean, good breakfast. Hotel and service are absolutely fine.

They are really kind and the place is really clean. And it’s close to the yoga studio I used to go.

The room was immaculately clean and fabously comfy. Breakfast was appetising and the spa services were equally great.

Die Zimmer waren sehr nett eingerichtet. Personal sehr aufmerksam.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, with a mezzanine and jacuzzi bath. Our 15 month old baby girl got great fun from climbing the stairs to the mezzanine! The breakfast, in a nearby restaurant, was also lovely. The location is excellent, literally seconds from Piazza della Republica and minutes from Ponte Vecchio.

The location was very nice, close to almost all places of interest, very friendly staff, we checked in early and checked out late without any extra charges and the staff was very helpful and efficient.

very clean, good service, nice small restaurant which makes simple foods without too much of spices, room service done everday, good lounge. Though we checked out they kept the luggage safely for few hours while we have gone shopping. overall good value for money and good for business stay.

I loved the hotel design. Super modern and comfortable. Great bar and spa areas.

Very strategic location. Close enough to must-visit places and transport stops (airport limo bus, city bus, and subway, etc.) but not within the busy district itself. The beds were comfortable, the toilets were clean and well-provisioned with soaps and tissue. The coffee, bread, jam, and ramyun were free-flowing. This is a great place for backpackers, couples, families and even groups of friends visiting Seoul. The wifi connection and brochures aided the visitors to plan their trips and itineraries better. The guys who manned the booths were nice and conversant enough in English to make transactions faster. They also give helpful tips in getting around.
