It is an old palazzo. Very scenic. In Autumn-Winter you get the real Venice feeling (Aqua alta…..) :). High value for money.

The apartment was very clean, and had everything that we asked for. The cleaners did not do he best job in the world, but whenever I had a question regarding anything, the apartment people were very efficient in dealing with it. They also sorted out the taxi from the airport, which was a great help too.

The is a pleasant general atmosphere in this hotel and it is very well located downtown Bucharest.

The property was a in a great location. It was rather quiet for a metro location. The bed was comfortable. Refrigerator.

Nice, complete rooms in a quiet and relaxt place. Fresh water in the fridge and facilities for making tea. Nice helpfull and interested hosts!

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C worked very well. Location good in terms of close to 5th avenue and restaurants. Closed garage, very helpful since we had a rental car.

The location and the price are perfect. The apartment was clean with the nice bathroom. The distance to public parking was just 50 m (50-60 hr per day, free on Saturday and Sunday).

Staff was there when I needed them and the place was very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the spacious room, with all the amenities of a hotel (toothbrush, shower cap, etc). Overall a great experience.

staffs were friendly and helpful, the first-day breakfast was free of charge and very delicious. luggage-room was available and we left our luggage there after checkout. bathroom was clean, facilitated with hot water.

I liked everything about it. First of all: location. Few minutes from Spanish steps, it was very easy to find property. If you are coming from Termini, dont bother taking metro. Just take cab (cost is 7 eur). Property is new, so everything is nice and clean. We where upgraded to bigger room and we loved it. WiFi is great (in the evening I was able to stream a movie and watch). Staff is super nice and helpful. Location really won me over as it was so HOT in August, so it was easy to come back to room, take shower, cool off, change and go back to city again. I do recommend!!

Very nice hotel, lovely room, we paid extra for a superior room, very comfortable bed and pillows, tea & coffemaking facilities in the room which also had a fridge, nice bathroom with a good powerful shower, the pool area was lovely, pool bigger than I thought, good changing room facilities with communal and private changing areas, a very nice piano bar which had a lovely ambience in the lobby although no one on the piano while we were there which was a shame, the staff in the bar were very nice indeed.

Jack (Concierge) was amazing to assist us with our plans! Breakfast great value – overall service outstanding!

Quiet neighborhood , friendly helpful staff , rather good comfortable beds and an adequate breakfast.

Cozy modern big apartment within all the needed kitchen equipment, love a big comfortable bed. Excellent location, metro station n a bus stop is very close to the apartment. La Sagrada familia is just in two bus stops from the hotel. Would be nice to come back one day

The staff are so friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Close to beach, promenade, and many restaurants nearby. Emma was super sweet and helpful. She explained everything about the apartment and restaurants close by. She told us about the restaurant in front of the apartment, Restaurant Madonna to give us a 10% because we were guests of the apartment. If you get the chance to dine at Restaurant Madonna, the food is EXCELLENT and prices are very affordable and portions are generous. It is family owned and staff have superb customer service! Will recommend to other guests and if we return, we will be sure to stay here again!

I simply love how the place was designed. the ambience is so calming. just outside my room is a small corridor overlooking the old Hanoi it makes you feel one with the place.

The Ritz Carlton was worth every cent! A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were highly attentive. All the "little things" were well taken care of. Plenty of restaurants in and around and the western food was as good as the Japanese. Bathroom features two showers and a bath, with a tv built into the mirror in the vanity!!

Breakfast is simple but good. We were there for the Marathon so location was perfect. It is very close to River Plate stadium. But in case you re there for tourism, this is far from the main attractions. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

All the vegetation and location. Friendly staff at check in.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. It was great having a rooftop terrace to relax and hang out on every night. I liked everything about this hostel but the the best part about it was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The studio after a complete renovation. Description and photos are fully consistent, its two level apartment, really comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Good location, just few minutes walk from the metro that lead to the center… you can’t go wrong! and you also can walk to the center if you don’t fancy public transport. The walk in shower has good pressure and hot water. Lovely decor and clean bed linen made it a comfortable stay. I felt very welcome in St.Petersburg and knew that if we had any problems, we could get some help from the hosts.

Beautiful, modern hotel with bright, spacious rooms. Excellent location for tourist attractions such as Reichstag and Brandenburger Tor. Area surrounding the hotel was quite commercial and more suited for families, however, transport to other parts for the city was within a very short walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel was great and worth the money as it offered many different food choices including non dairy milks. The Scandinavian design of the hotel was gorgeous and our room was very comfortable and clean.

Large spacious study room (it was huge). Room was more like studio apartment with kitchenette, dining table and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bed and sheeting was excellent also. I also enjoyed the T2 collection of teas on offer. Nice quality. Great location, near train station, botanic gardens and rush cutters (all a short walk away).

The lhotel location was good – at the main walking street in old down. Very friendly service and nice, clean facilities.

New, clean, great staff, great service, lovely breakfast.

Breakfast is really good and they gave us enough time to have our breakfast.

The decor of the apartment was soothing and modern. The view of the street gave a feel of being in the heart of the city yet away from the noise. The host was very pleasant and well-informed. She gave us wonderful advice on fine-tuning our tourist visits in and around Seville.

Bed was comfy the staff was great, They went out of there way to help me print some documents. Love staying here and will be back

There was a large amount of outside space with this apartment. The location is very quiet, but not that far from restaurants and such like. There are nearby shops and bars. The place was very clean. Facilities were very good, and there were enough towels etc. Room was large with different areas, but it is a studio not an apartment. We were left to our own devices during the stay which suited us, but other people might want fresh towels and a cleaning service, especially on a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
