The opening times for pool and gym are generous and welcome (till 23 hrs). The location with tram in front of house is very useful to get to metro or Jumeirah Beach. There is a supermarket (Carrefour) next door. For single travelers the 3rd floor is reserved and pool is on the 4th, so u can comfortably avoid elevator and walk, if you please. You also get a fresh towel everytime. There are lots of shady places at the pool throughout the day, and it is windy, so excellent to use even in the heat of Dubai.

Perfect, I had stayed in that hotel and wifi was horrible but they put new routers and solved connection problem..great hotel

The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast is perfect.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they called me before to know the arrival time and the guy gave me tips on how to get from the airport to the hotel and the prices for the bus and taxis.

The apartment was HUGE! Very high ceiling! Nicely fitted bathroom and kitchen.

The woman behind the counter is a saint. She is the kindest woman I have ever met. If you have a question she answers it and of she doesn’t know it then she finds out. She did our laundry and enjoyed having conversations with us. The food is amazing

The hotel is at Kyoto Station which is very convenient. The station itself and its surroundings are beautiful. It is the ideal location

Great hotel to stay in the heart of Rio. Breakfast was great and staff is really helpful. Pool is great as well.

HOTEL ALPS has a great location. Its a 10 minute walk to dotonburi and shinsaibashi. 5 mins walk to namba train station. It is also bordered by 2 convenience (Lawson and Family Mart) stores open 24 hrs. We were traveling with a two yr old who had a fever during the trip, was able to get thermometer and "cool fever" pads at 3am. The room even had a massage chair, which my wife and I happily used after a long day of exploring orsaka.

Great location, apartment teasonably well equipped with most essentials.

It was clean, staff at desk were polite and friendly.

The hotel is located nearby few frequent public transport stops, so you can use S-Bahn, U-Bahn or bus very easily. It was clean and quiet. Staff people were very kind.

Everything was simply brilliant! We had an economy class room on the second floor with street view. Very well isolated and quiet. Fantastic high ceilings. Great, comfortable room. High quality, thick blackout curtains. Great bathroom, spacious shower. Room service with very handy ordering – no need to call, go to the TV, choose what you want from the offered and it will be delivered to your room. Wonderful location, near the metro station. Large shopping mall. Restaurants, bars, cafes. Everything you need. Excellent, helpful staff. If we will return to St Petersburg, we will definitely stay here again.

It was a very well located, user friendly apartment – we really liked staying here.

La Sagrita for us was fabulous .Our room was beautiful and clean and the beds were very comfy . Every assistance was given to us by all the staff but especially the one night manager , he took rea lly great care to make sure we were safe and gave us some very handy tips whilst in Delhi. The hotel is in the residential section of Delhi and is under security after hours so safety was excellent . Theres quite a few things which are walking distance from the hotel too. The breakfast was yummy everyday and the evening meals we had there were just as nice. The main thing I liked was it was small and personalised not a huge place where your just a booking . Id definitely return .

Location great for the athletics and Olympic Park. Very quiet. Nice sized room. Some staff very good.

Great location. Close to my office in CBD, close to train station (went to hotel by taxi and went to airport from hotel after realizing how convenient and inexpensive this was), close to Darlinghurst and close to Chinatown. Probably the most spacious hotel I have ever stayed at ( about 50m2 ). Loved the spacious fridge, the microwave, and the wine opener/ wine glasses, and dishes/cutleries. Had a 50" tv in the living room and in the bed room! Provided bathrobe and slippers as requested. Stayed a week and got a late check out approved. From 10am to noon. Great as my flight was in the evening. Hot tub! Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

It was very secure; beds, pillows and linen were great; excellent air conditioning; great to have use of the washing machine; close to everything.

Location was excellent, and Netflix was a bonus.Host contact by phone was welcoming and helpful.

Room in new wing was comfortable and we had from 14th floor a view of the river (altho people in nearby tall buildings looked in on us from one side). Our advice is to go soon before more tall buildings block any view. We were disappointed because we had chosen the Morin hoping for a "french colonial" 1930’s experience but the two rooms shown to us in old wing were terrible (maybe because they were in our requested cheaper price range or because we requested separate beds). Even the old lobby/elevators are hard to find in the new layout. A few old photos but mostly tacky modern decoration and terrible paintings in public spaces. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Location fantastic. Airport Train ($17 one way) to Wynyard. Take Kent St exit. Hotel 100m south. Friendly welcome. Easy check in. Hotel has lift. Huge light airy room (we had #47). Double glazed windows. Air conditioning. Bedrooms are all off communal fully equipped kitchen (except no toaster for safety reasons), and dining, living area for that particular floor. FREE laundry and dryer use (need your own powder). Hair dryer. No noise problems from other visitors. Very easy access to showers/toilets. Rooms cleaned daily with new towels. Really pleased with the facilities overall.

I love them to behave us like family. Love kids and be nice to us. Close to everywhere if you know Delhi.

Location was perfect. Right in the Middle of where it’s at! 1 minute walk through the narrow alleyways and you are in jema el fnaa. If you follow the instructions on the website it’s easy to find. There are endless socialising spaces all across the roof tops. Its amazing. I had no issue making friends there. Also there’s a fantastic restaurant (makes better tagine than the restaurants on the street) the staff are so friendly. There’s a pool in the middle which is a hostel rarity. Best hostel I’ve ever been to. Il be back.

The hotel is in a nice location. Restaurants and shops were in a walking distance. What I mostly liked about the hotel was the staff, they were so polite and attentive to the guests. I do recommend this hotel especially for couples.

Interior design, really comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast

The staff was rude and they didn’t bother to check the booking but charged us more the doubled price. They gave us 2 adults 2 children three single beds. One of them three was folding worst bed on this earth. They don’t have a facility to earn a bottle of milk for a child which shows they are starving for money and want to con the people. The snacks they were offering was low quality and 800 times expensive. If I didn’t have a children with me I would never spend a minute with this environment. They have a bar and dancing floor and this hotel is not good for families as they were more brothel than a hotel. I am very disappointed with this visit and they said we don’t care where you booked. My sincere suggestion to booking .com is to stay away from these type of hotels. They are a stigma on your name but not able to do some good.

Location 100%, we did our shopping as it was our main purpose of coming to Melbourne. ample restaurants. SeaLife is around the corner.

1) Locaion is a key plus, only 2 min walk to subway station. I had absolutely everything that I need from decent-sized supermarket downstairs the Henderson mall near the hotel. A lot of fast food eateries (KFC. MacD and some Chinese ones) 2) Stuff is friendly and helpful, I requested an early check-in in advance because of my early flight and was booked in at 8 AM. The location was great, only 3 stops to the centre of town. We booked two apartments for 2 nights, as part of a hen party. The apartments were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a long girly weekend.

Clean, top design, friendly but mind if you are visiting the city for a few days the location is outside the city in a famous recreational area. Takes at least 30 mins to get to the center, only taxis at night

Close to all city centre attractions. Correct price.

Dude, you have to stay there to realize why MCD needs to raze the hotel down.

Suppose it is a 5* hotel but breakfast was a 3* like. Internet was DEAD SLOW. Most of the staff only spoke BASIC English if not at all. ABove is not acceptable in a 5* and 200 dollars/night hotel.

A spectacular palace in the very heart of London, just steps away from the Trafalgar, Bukingham and Piccadilly. Absolutely gorgeous interiors, replete with contemporary art exhibits, on rotation. The staff is not just responsive and polite, but anticipatory of client’s needs. The rooms (we changed two -- the first one lacked light for our particular needs, but was not dark by any means) were cozy, done in velvet and Art Deco furniture, with a French touch with toile wall dressing and contemporary art. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were Hermes. Just a lovely, cocooned, and pampered feeling. A Nespresso machine in every room was an added luxury. Just delightful!!

The hotel is very comfortable, modern and beautiful with all facilities and amenities you need. Pool, lobby, bowling hall, garden and large & fantastic rooms. Even if you do not go to the city, you can experience a great day and night in the hotel. Good deal of money and a currency exchange machine that is so much needed in a city like Prague. The hotel is exactly next to the train station and a few stops/minutes to the city center (very close). I recommend it strongly specially in a city like Prague that quality and level of 4-5 stars hotels is lower than other countries.

the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant in general was excellent .generally very clean and close to the airport.

Super experience , room and other privilege were fully acceptation. privacy and security were perfect. all above friendly behaves and understood everything easily.

Breakfast too repetitive, need frequent different menu. More dust bin to throw trash especially at the reception area and at the elevators.

They were very gente, kind and polite with the best service attitude.

Close to the old city centre and major beaches – just take local buses as metro stations are far from the hotel. Very great buffet breakfast, AC was great and the free shuttle for Kite Beach was helpful.

The parking facilities are good and it is next to the shopping mall and the metro station.

The location of is pretty good and I would recommend people to stay because of the location.

The apartment is do great: cozy, a full stuff of dishes, coffee machine, big sofa and bad, perfect location.

Good location. Staff is friendly. Hotel is quite modern.

Fifth floor rooms are nicely redone. Try to stay on five not three see below. Close to Firenze central RR station and to Duomo and many other sites. Walk from train down narrow street with luggage can be challenge during rush hour.

I had requested for non smoking rooms ( two) and the whole floor was stinking of cigarette. I complained to the reception but nothing was done. I asked for both the rooms adjacent to each other but they were not! If you are not able to fulfill our request then why ask. Highly disappointed specially because of the smoking bit.

Quality service; top notch bathroom. Quiet location.

Perfect location next to Atocha station. Literally could walk to the tapas area and easy access to the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Very wide range of buffet food at breakfast including Chinese, European, Japanese and Korean. Wide range of bathroom items which helped as our luggage was left behind in Vietnam and took a day to catch up.

The location was good. The property was clean and comfortable.

We had a room with a park view, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is only 10 min from Dom Muang airport so easily (and really cheap) to access by cab.

The Location of the hotel is strategic, so close to the metro station, you can walk 20 min to cevaher mall, many shops around for shopping, one metro station to taksim square
