The location and the view were amazing. Friendly staff.

The apartment was in an excellent location for touring the city. It had everything that was required for a lovely stay and very clean. The host was welcoming and provided all the information needed about tours and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and a very safe area.

The apartment is rather close to the city centre, it offers private parking and there is someone who is always on duty guarding the building entrance and watching the parking spots. Amarilis is actually located on the 5th floor of a building. It is practically an entire floor turned into an apart hotel but it offers a reception, lobby etc. The room itself was very clean and equipped with all necessary requirements. Bathroom very clean as well. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling for either business or pleasure as it has very good value for money.

The staff are smart and very helpful. I booked some rooms for my friends, and made some changes later because 72 hours visa free policy revised. It’s so complicated but they handled everything well. They reply the email quickly, almost 24/7. I asked them to arrange some transfers for us, and the services are good. They also arranged an excellent Chinese speaking guide for us in Hermitage museum. We do appreciate all these extra services. You should be proud of your staff. Thanks a lot!

The food is delivered to your room and is quite tasty. Not bad at all. It’s relaxing to be there. The staff was very flexible with check out time.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. I think we were fortunate in that, as a family of three, we probably had one of the biggest rooms. Beds were very comfortable, shower nice and hot and the breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic for us as we wanted to spend most of our time in the West End and that’s why we picked this hotel. I’ve certainly stayed in a lot smaller and a lot worse in London over the years so I was pretty happy.

The location and price were great and close to the centre.

Staff were friendly, helpful and chatty. When we saw the place from the outside; we were not impressed, but then drove into the car park and it was more pleasant. We then opened the door to our room and were shocked. It was great with a small lounge/kitchen area.

During my 11 days stay in Morocco i’ve changed 5 riads and riad Karam was the best one. The stuff was very kind, room was very clean and internet was working perfectly. For me it was not difficult to find because I was staying in riad few meters away and I knew neighborhood, but for the people who are coming here first time it can be difficult to find.

The room was perfect and the air con was a blessing. Patrizio was very helpful and was only ever a phone call away. The temperature reached 36 but patrizio made sure there was always plenty of water in our fridge. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel location is very convenient and close to the main train station of Bucharest . There is a metro stop there. Directly outside the hotel is the Airport bus stop as well as bus services into the City Centre. The room was very clean and secure. It is possible to buy breakfast or meals and drinks at the next door cafe. There was mini market shop opposite the hotel. Outside the train station are many taxis but be sure to check fare rates. 1.39 lei per klm is the norm. The RATB bus kiosks sells day passes and tickets at very good rates. I had to check out very early so the receptionist gave me an early morning 4am call and arranged a taxi for me.

I like the front desk girls. They’re very nice and helpful!I also like the cleaning ladies. They are nice and did a great job!

The location is incredible with walking distance to Chunxi pedestrian shopping street and busy neighborhoods. Easy walk to subway and main avenues. The room was spacious and comfortable and a short walk tale you to restaurants and stores. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter street and I enjoyed being in the center of the city but in a quiet area.

Location and staff were great. The hotel was tastefully presented.

Climate of this place is special, really helpful people. Nice place to visit, it is not very far from city center, if you travel by bus the bus station is under hotel and bus is every 10 minutes. We arrived past midnight and there was a convenience store within the hotel. Plus factor – it was very near Tokyo Big Sight where we were headed the next day. Airport Shuttle service was very convenient. Very near tokyo Bay.

I stayed in a single room. It was very clean. Quite spacious. Everything worked: TV, AC, shower, toilets.. Breakfast was ok. Good value for money.

The on site parking was quite big, there was additional parking around 200 m from the house.

The bed is extra comfortable, I love the swimming pool.

It’s near train station which is easy to commute. The staffs are very kind although some staffs cannot speak English.

Location for my needs were absolutely perfect. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff on reception very good nothing to much trouble.

The location is amazing (if you want to go to Disneyland). They provide shuttle to disneyland and back to the hotel. They also provide shuttle from the hotel to nearest train station (kangxin highway station) and airport. The room was huge and very comfort. It’s really valued for your money.

Great value for a cheap price. The hotel is modern, clean, and well managed and has a friendly and very helpful staff. The staff also speaks great English so language won’t be a barrier here. The location could be better but everything else compensates for that.

The attention of the receptionists, clean room and the cost, although it is cheap, the room is very good, it has everything you need to spend the night.

It was great experience! I work myself in hotel business and can tell it was very nice to stay there. I felt welcome. The room was of a good size, it had shower box and bathroom, was not noisy. The reception did some print out for me, called taxi when needed and when i had to leave early in the morning offered me an early breakfast. Definetely will come back!

Location was brilliant Key pad to gain access so no sharing keys as there was a group of 4.

The automatically check-in was really easy, but you have to remember to save some battery for accessing your information.
