Great location, very close to Metro line 3 that go to the Panda Base and also to line 1 + Bus terminal. The stuff was very helpfull

Amazing for the children. Lots to do with Halloween party and big fun brunch day. Fish restaurant was beautiful.

Breakfast was great – always had breakfast outside in the courtyard. Always not a problem assisting our needs.

I was able to get a last minute booking. And they were quick to get me set up.

The location. 10min tram ride to Alexanderplatz and a 10min tram ride to the S9 for the airport. And that is about it.

When you first check in, they provide you with superb breakfast and amenities. Really a wow factor. Even to the tiniest thing you can think of, like the electronic foam maker for coffee. Unit is in tip top condition, thanks to the amazing cleaner for the great job. Standard is even better than some 5 star hotels. Everything is new, with washing machine and most importantly with AC and lift (useful for Summer times)

It was very nice hotel, and very very nice staff and services.

The location was very convenient for the purpose of my trip.

The breakfasts were great. Staff were helpful and friendly and the beds were comfortable. The tram stopped right outside taking us in to the city in no time at all. Good restaurant just down the road.

We had rented 2 apartments for 10 people (6 adults, 2 seniors and 2 kids). Spacious apartments with big rooms. One on the ground floor had a patio with table, chairs and a swing. Located close to Firenze SMN train station, eateries, supermarkets and 1 km from all major attractions.

even it was one night but I really enjoyed staying at this hostel and special thanks to Paula which helped me and my friends in all question we asked and made check-in and out so easy

Over all total …very good hotel. Staff exellent. Rooms nice and big with many facilities. I have fan and AC in the room .addetional duvet. Small kitchen for each floor which is marvellous. Their breakfast was gorgeous.There is a tiny wsimming pool and SPA in the roof.my room wad in 1st floor so the view from the window is quite tough. From the restaurant , however ,it is nice.

The location is excellent. The room was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend.

Location and helpfulness of staff. Hotel has a list of tourist trips and takes care of the donkey work once you decide which excursion you like. They exchange currency at all hours in safe environment at a competitive rate. Staff never tired of our constant questions about location of this, that and the other.

Very good hostel in the heart of Odessa. In 5-10 min walking distance are the Potemkin stairs and Deribasovskaya street, center of entarertainment with a lot of excellent bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Staff is very friendly. Super match of quality and price. By the way, rooms like on the photo. Brand new furniture, a lot of space in shared rooms, and very clean. Single room is quite small but very cozy. Big comfortable beds. Fast Internet. Free tea and coffee. Clean kitchen, bath and toilet. i definitely recommend the place and will come next time here.

Host was pleasant and willingly assisted with luggage drop off at the apartment upon early arrival.

Location, location and again – location which is perfect! Rooms are really small (ideal for one person on business trip) but have all what is needed – large tv, bath robes, mini bar, normal European wallet and comfy bad. Free water and apples, friendly personnel. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect from the view to the staff. Breakfast in bed, beautiful bed and linen.

All Staff at The Sanyas Suite were absolutely delightful to deal with, our driver who picked us up from the airport was lovely we didn’t arrive until 10pm and then had to wait another hour and a half for our luggage but despite this when we walked out he was still there waiting for us, our host on arrival gave us 2 free drinks, we were upgraded to a bigger room and they also decorated the room for my partners birthday and gave us a free birthday cake. they came by every night to spray the room for mosquitos and all round just made sure we were taken care of, lovely villa with beautiful pool and close to everything. will definitely stay again.

Simple, clean, hotel ideal for a short stain Berlin. Very central location – 10 minute walk to Zoologische Garten Station and Ku’damm. Some great restaurants nearby (Hasir – Turkish, Elefant – German/Schnitzel are two that I liked). Wide breakfast selection. Great value for money considering the location.

Hotel NapoliMia is a lovely property right on Via Toledo in the historic district of Naples. It is beautifully decorated and has many amenities. It has an espresso bar in the lobby and free access to many snacks of pastries, cakes, tea, coffee and lemon water for guests. The room was spacious and had a beautifully appointed bathroom. Despite being on a pedestrian only very busy street, the room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and they served a delicious breakfast with many food selections. It is within a few steps of many restaurants, bars and shops. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel NapoliMia and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Room /halls / lobby all were pleasant … functional, yet pretty, hence had ‘personality’; knew from the moment we settled in our room we’d made a good selection for our first night in Berlin.

Very convenient location for train travellers. Clean, good wifi. Non-slip surface on the bath was very good. Quiet-ish.

Not as close to Museum district as I had hoped. Staff went out of their way to see that I had a breakfast before opening time in order to meet my flight schedule.

The room was Japanese-size postage-stamp but that was expected. The hotel is newish, neat and clean; laundry facility easy to use, 7-11 store on the ground floor with direct access. We love the robot concierge Pepper:) The room design was clever, everything in the right, needed place (small fridge, safety box, USB plugs, heated toilet, good shower pressure). Fantastic mattress and pillow (they were even willing to sell us one). Free wifi and a small basic gym (we did not use it). A pleasant, upscale neighborhood close to the Diet, frequented by business people and politicians, younger crowd. Nice shopping, restaurants & jazz clubs around. 2 subway stations within 5-10 minute walk. Narita airport bus goes to ANA Intercontinental hotel, then it’s a short 10-min taxi ride. I would stay there again!

The location was extremely convenient, close to the train station and shops. The room was nice, with all I needed for my short stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also great food. Daily shuttle bus to major JR stations in the morning and afternoon.

The decor was lovely. The place is very well put together and maintained. Bed in the dorm was quite comfortable as well. Location is excellent. Super close to Kyoto station. Great located hostel, about a 5 minute walk from the metro station (hongik university, line 2 from memory) and a short walk (maybe 10 – 15 min??? You get used to walking everywhere in korea it’s hard to say!) to Main strip of street/s in Hongdae. Owner Brian and his wife Jina are super nice and helpful with maps and tips on where to eat and things to do in the area. Stayed in female dorm which was comfortable with nice modern /clean bathroom. Not a party hostel (quite after 11pm) but the other travelers staying were appy to have a chat and friendly and open to hanging out etc Breakfast was nice and easy from 8 to 11 (toast, condiments, cereal, brewed or instant coffee etc).

The rooms were perfect in size and layout. All the devices were well equipped and thought out. Staff are really helpful and speak very good English. They anticipated our needs before we even needed them! Highly highly recommend!

The area is beautiful , everything in the hotel is impecable and of good design. The people are very friendly and eager to help. They make you feel welcomed. The room was huge and incredibly comfortable.

Very friendly staff, the receptionist helped us with our heavy bags, have us tips for dining and offered us blankets when we went out for a smoke.

The staff at reception are polite and can communicate well. They are really helpful in giving direction and explanation. The location of the hotel near some good eatery place is also convenient. The water pressure for the shower head is really good.

Clean, comfortable bed, shower water pressure very good, good location. Family room very big.

The mother and daughter team (Paola and her daughter) were absolutely wonderful. They couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful rooms, wonderful home-cooked breakfast, spotless clean, and super comfy beds. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Trastevere and only meters to a taxi stand.

I felt at home and the onwer was very kind and helpfull.

Good location, not too far from old city. Good price in middle of the summer season. Big + for parking, closed, very safe especially for motorcycles.

The hotel is okey for a short stay, has all the needed facilities.

Check in was so easy. We received a map of the area and recommendations for where to eat. It seemed like a safe, residential area.

The price is the main selling point here, it’s a great value for the money they are asking. The staff is pretty accommodating and even those who don’t speak much English went out of their way to help us during our five-day stay. The double room was also spacious and had useful furniture.

Room was huge; breakfasts were delicious & varied; hosts, Godwin & Wimmo were very welcoming.

Small room but functional. Everything was clean and tidy. New towels, etc daily which is too extravagant to our mind. Very well located and friendly.

Well appointed hotel with very Viennese decor – it was like living in a mozart chocolate box, very quaint and totally appropriate for this wonderful historic city. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the beds were comfy.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The shower had a rain-soaker style head and plenty of hot water -- once it got going. It took just a couple of minutes for the hot water to start. There were plenty of towels -- big, clean, and soft. We ordered room service: Chaufa de Pollo (chicken fried rice) and it was plenty for the two of us. It was hot and delicious!

Excellent Location next to West Lake and near to all facilities including restaurants. Person at concierge desk was very good, he guided us a lot.

The room is suitable for 2 family. Host provide us enough amenities for us to stay.

Amazing journey, wonderful apartment, staff super kind. Really a good choice.

For Tokyo, it’s still a good choice. Even it is old fashion, everything is clean and the room as well as the bath room convenient and all you need is provided. The calm (next to the big train station) is a good point, other hotels around are much more noisy. The staff speaks English, another good point.

I liked the breakfast. Rooms are very nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is very good.

shower was extremely powerful and bathroom was stunning. Unfortunately the light bulb in the shaving mirror didn’t work and as with most busy hotels the lifts / elevator are in constant use and can be a tad frustrating waiting around. Luck of the draw I guess.

Great location (as long as you don’t need to park a vehicle) to walk and enjoy attractions. Very near public transportation. Nice studio apt. Very helpful management.

Location is perfect, when you want to visit in Gdansk and Sopot. If you want to stay near restaurants and bars, choose another hotel. When you want to stay in peaceful and comfort hotel, choose Arkon Park! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, expect coffee machine was slow.

The apartment was clean, spacious and very well appointed. It was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was ample. We were able to hire bikes from reception to get around Berlin. The apartment was well located to the Railway station, the Reichstag and the theatre district, along with restaurants.
