The place is near Thanon Khao San and an ‘A4’ bus stop. The room is clean but a water heater in my room does not work.

The hotel is very well located, two blocks from the main square.It is very clean.

Checked in very early – around 11am. Was upgraded to an executive room free of charge, and they gave us complimentary breakfasts.

Most friendly staff we ever witnessed, awesome breakfast, view of the akropolis from roof terasse

The location of the place is very good, only few stops from the old town. Breakfast is worth the money. Internet is fast and working all the time. There is a restaurant working the whole day in the hotel working till quite late. Just next to the hotel there is a grocery store and sushi restaurant.

A serene haven in bustling Napoli. Great staff, great breakfast and a perfect afternoon by the cooling pool on a hot day. It’s perfect for getting to the best bits of the city. The museum is 5 mins walk and just around the corner you are at the top end of via dei tribunali; so life couldn’t be easier. Perhaps I’ll retire and take a suite on a permanent basis.

We were on the 5th floor and our room was wonderful, we had our own terrace which made it extra special. if you can pay the extra for the larger rooms I would say it is really worth it. The rooftop bar area was very pretty and if it had bee summer eve it would have been perfect. We were there in Nov so not so warm but still very nice

The rooftop bar and pool area was lovely and views overlooking the Copacabana were amazing. The location was fantastic for exploring Copacabana and Ipanema as well as the lagoa and botanical gardens. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice and good quality. The staff were very helpful and polite across the pool area, the reception and the restaurant for breakfast.

Location near lots of attractions was the only plus and it is very close to metro station so convenient too. I treated that short stay there as a challenge.

The staff were outstanding, really helpful, the room was large and bright (big windows). The view wasn’t great but it was a budget offer so that was fine by me. It was good for where I was going but this is not really central. However, it’s only a few stops on the tube with a reliable quick service, only one change to the centre of town and the tickets were only 2.20 euros, so no problem. The "common room" facilities were excellent, with lots of space to meet up.

Near to Peking University, Subway and public bus station. If you can manage to navigate the Subway and the bus system, to go to any tourist spots should be very convenient. Hotel room is clean and quiet. Very comfortable.

hotel location was very good for exploring San Isidro and nearby Miraflores but a short taxi ride away from central district -- breakfast buffet was large -- front desk personnel are willing to help with arrangements and information -- rooms are large, more like apartment size -- small computer room available

Friendly, efficient hotel staff. Quiet street. Central location (- but this pushes the price up – you can get better value for money and a more interesting stay just 10 minutes walk towards Anton Martin).

The staff were wonderful. My partner had an injury in Paris and found it difficult to walk upstairs. When we arrived in Venice they had organised transport to the hotel from the airport. They bought up breakfast each morning, arranged taxi boats for us, advice on where we could eat etc. the hotel is small but has so much character . Would definitely stay there again!

It is discrete and economical with good location and the advantages of a high performance hotel

Excellent location and very nice hotel. Comfy bed, great working AC, quiet rooms, and the front desk offered us wine although the complimentary wine happy hour had ended.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and Piazzale Roma (bus+tram terminal). The rooms look exactly like in the pictures here. I had a double room facing the street. It was comfortable and I liked the dominant green colour. Breakfast is not extremely rich but this is the Italian style, so I did not mind. The staff at the reception was really nice, as was the staff at the breakfast room. Generally, I enjoyed my stay and will most probably book at the Spagna hotel again.

What a stunning hotel. Beautiful stylish decor, friendly, incredibly helpful staff – Fred looked after us extremely well and walked us to a local restaurant to introduce us to the owner and make sure we had a fantastic meal for my husband’s birthday. The room was perfect, small but perfectly formed and ideal for crashing for the night after a long day sightseeing, but a destination in itself and we’d have happily spent a couple of days there. The bed was very comfortable, lovely soft linen, room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was gorgeous, amazing shower, swanky toiletries, soft towels. It was all just lovely, I’m thrilled to bits I chose it and it was very good value for the location with a non-refundable booked-ahead price. I can’t recommend it highly enough, we were delighted with everything.

Its really near to metro station and many small shops and restaurant is around hostel. It was little difficult to find the property for first day, but location is really nice.

Location and the most friendly staff we have known in a hotel. They even sent some bubbly to our room as one of the reception staff noticed it was my birthday! They were all so good.

The property has night clubs and it was too noisy too sleep. the clubs closes at 3am in the morning and until then one can’t sleep. I was on 3rd floor and stayed for two nights and couldn’t sleep at all till 3 am despite that I had to wake up early morning for my meetings.

The location of the the hotel was great! If you what to spend time in the city not in a hotel room it will be perfect for you.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location…very close to the subway and close to the major touristy sites as well.

The location was great we were able to cross the street and hop into the Adriatic Sea without any crowds and walk to a really nice restaurant for dinner. There were maybe 6 parking spots and we were lucky and one was available when we arrived. There were beach towels available for us to use which was really nice.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was as expected.

This apartment was really big and comfortable. Everything was clean and work properly. We even had hair-drier, which was not mentioned in the facilities. It is located in the beautiful place with mountain view and really close to the center of the town. The staff was nice, and even allowed us to check-in earlier.

Very good location close to medical centers (Imbanaco) and attractive rates. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms are modern an clean.

We received a warm welcome and were very comfortable. The house is centrally situated for business in the area. Highly recommended

The hotel is right across the train station which is why we chose it as we wanted to spend the night in Milan to break up our long train journey from Switzerland to Venice. Everything is conveniently located. The room and toilet was clean.

Amazing service (they packed a breakfast for me when I had to depart early in the morning for a tour to Huacachina), the property itself (and the rooms) are gorgeous, and appreciated the coffee/tea bar very much.

The property matched up exactly to the pictures that were posted of it. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the apartment was central enough, but also located on a quiet street which allowed for a peaceful rest. There were many shops and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance and the tourist "hop on hop off" bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Our host was very helpful and provided all necessary information to make the most of our stay.

Very good location, close to camden and the station. Lovely, friendly, informative welcome. Really comfortable beds and everything was very clean and tidy. Very nice little touches also like milk in the fridge, a bowl of fruit, little shampoo sachets as well as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Also very good communication between parties.

This is a basic no frills business hotel in a good part of town. the breakfast is ample, and the rooms are clean. They have a laundry room where you wash and iron your clothes for a small fee, that is a nice extra.
