The room & bathroom are big, comfortable and clean. All toilet accessories are present: conditioner, tooth brush, shampoo, etc. Location is great: near metro & famous walking street Dotombori with nice restaurants, bars, shops.

The room is really big and also the bathroom. I don’t recommend if you are not smoker.

The location is so perfect ! Near nippombashi stations, dotonbori and shinsaibashi ! The facilities also good ! Everyday they provide 2 bottles of mineral water and sakura bath powder, and they also have coin laundry which i need so much. The room was very cozy and big, they have sofa, microwave, refrigerator, even karaoke box ! And the aminities are very complete, they even provide body lotion, face milk lotion, styling foam and aftershave lotion. The staff there also very friendly and helpful. When i check out today, it was raining outside and the receptionist even gave me an umbrella ! Thats so sweet ! I promise if i come back to japan, i’ll book this hotel again ! Thank you, Alten Hotel ! I had a great stay !

Extremely friendly and professional staff, very big room, karaoke machine, great bathroom

It’s a love hotel. At first it was a bit strange but we finally appreciated this kinky Japanese side. Most importantly, apart from the "sexy" decoration, the place is absolutely decent – with normal tourists (we could see mainly families and groups of friends). On top of that the price was very acceptable for the location and the size of the rooms.

Good location and just a few minutes walk to Dotombori walking street and the Nippombashi subway station. Big room (converted Karaoke room), very clean, with mini fridge, microwave and complimentary coffee/tea. Free wifi. Nice friendly staff – even with little English but their smiles makes all the difference. There’s even a basket of sweet oranges, tea at the reception area for free!

Overall ok except front desk should know English speaking and to be familiar the way going to popular tourist spot

The staffs really helpful and friendly. I am so happy that I could experienced to stay at Sojourn Guest House. The cleanliness superb! THE SCENTS IS REALLY WONDERFUL once you step in to the hotel and in every floor till you step in to your room. I love the concept of the hotel, and the shampoo and conditioner I really recommended to all to buy because its good product for you especially for long and thick hair. && a comfortable bed. Definitely gonna COME BACK and to try the family room. Also to recommend to my family and friends.

Large, clean room, good location. Good decor, free internet, great food and room service.

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Pausania. I would put it at the better end of the 3-star scale. It is very convenient to the Ca’ Rezzonico stop on the Alilaguna Orange line from the airport, and is in a quiet part of Venice.

The property is magnanimous. We were two families with young children in the apartment. We were all very comfortable in the apartment which comes with plenty of space for kids to play around. The hotel staff is cooperative and friendly. Supermarkets, restaurants, travel desks and shops are easily accessible from the hotel. Overall an excellent place for families with kids. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. Perfect location, a lot of very good restaurants around (we definitely recommend Abasto). Very good breakfast, nice service.

Hot water and green tea (free) were available for guests at the dining area. We could use the washing machine at the hotel for a fee of 300 yen (including detergent).

Helpful staff to arrange for taxi, lend umbrella, explain tourist spots n hotel facilities; nice bed n room; nice aroma in reception hall; staff greetings; nice different jacuzzi pools temperature;

The host was very chill, nice, polite and friendly. He picked us up from the taxi, he took us to eat dinner in a restaurant nearby, after telling him we will check out at 7 am, he packed us the breakfast.

Fabulous location. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.

As Berlin has a fee zone for cars, this place is one of the most convenient. You reach it easily from Autobahn and even if the place is "outside" and far from the city center you have an U-Bahn just few meters from the hotel. The hotel has a high standard and a magnificent breakfast. My young nephews rated as a five star hotel as there is a soccer table in the lobby. A good place for a few days in Berlin.

Historical landmark: first capsule hotel in Japan. Facilities and great location.

Old fashioned capsule hotel with amazing spa facilities! If you really want to experience an authentic Japanese public bath, this is the place to go. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. A lot of breakfast options, from continental to Japanese. I recommend!

it’s my 2nd time to stay here because of the great location and I like the spa facilities too. This time I have tried with the massage booked together on line. The Massage was good (I wish the Massure could have done it harder though as it was bit too soft for me). One thing has to be mentioned is that there is a very friendly staff who speak great English and always being so helpful both the last time when I satyed there half year ago and this time. An excellent staff and a bonues of staying there! I might stay there again next time when I visit Osaka.

Great location as everybody admits. Friendly stuff, quite cleam, retro-design, free onsen for the non-tatooed guests – and all this for very reasonable money. I guess this is a cool place to spend a night to get familiar with a legendary capsule hotel. The pillow seemed to be too firm at first but in the morning I felt my neck surprizingly good.

This hostel is in a fantastic location, next to many restaurants, and only a short walk from Umeda station. It is a very good base for traveling around Osaka. Umeda station/Hankyu also has a tourist information office. Capsule hotels are quite unique to Japan, so it is good to experience one at least once.

The hotel is a stone’s throw from Shin Osaka Station North exit, and kitted out with all the modern fittings, with a few bar fridge essentials, and well stocked, up market bathroom essentials. It was busy but the speed and efficiency of the staff was remarkable. The weather was cold and rainy, so we were happy to stay ‘underground’ exploring the shopping and restaurants in the subway, we have been travelling for a while, so also took the opportunity to take our laundry to a 24hr coin laundromat, which was also fantastic, a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was a luxurious stopover for us, and we had a wonderful time. Very good wifi with no long ‘hanging’ periods!

The breakfast counter are amazing. Dedicated chef to cook your food from eggs, to waffles and etc. Extremely good location if you are travelling to other destinations via trains or even subway. It is located extremely near the local subway and a McDonalds. The location is a winner. We took Haruka Express from Kansai Airport to Shin Osaka station and later on to Kyoto. Easy breeze.

Clean, spacious & quiet rooms. Great loctation close to Shin-Osaka station.

Clean and nice facilities. The breakfast is very rich and complete. Very good hotel for the price.

– the breakfast was very good with many mixed vegetables (warm and cold)

Stylish design with everything you need for a short or long stay.

The soundproofed rooms meant you were guaranteed a good nights sleep. The location was brilliant, just a couple of minutes from the main Shinjuku station and everywhere was accessible from the hotel. The room was small but clean and comfortable with everything I needed.

They made some food warm in the microwave when I arrived in the hotel at 1am.

The location was good one or two staff friendly, room was clean and a good size.

The brekfest was very good. The stuff was frendly.

Excellent location for a solo traveler. Close to everything and really quiet at the same time. It is located in a residential street with little cafes, shops and laundry services. I totally recommend the little cafe next to it. Excellent food and cheap. There is a great yoga studio 4 minutes away from Buana. Also a great spa that the staff recommended to me. The room and pool were very clean. If I come back to Ubud I will stay here again.

Good layout for our ‘blended’ family- Entrance hallway with doors to 2 twin bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom. Door from bedroom 2 to living room and from living room to kitchen. Ample hanging and drawer space. Reception at location for ‘key’ collection friendly and helpful. They actually provide codes for the main door, a safe and then a locker at the apartment to obtain the keys. Keys are left in a postbox at the apartment on departure. Very close to Rosa-Luxembourg U-Bahn station. Ticket machines can be changed to English – children up to 14 included in the adult ticket. Well stocked Rewe supermarket within a short easy walk. Two fans, hand & bath towels, soap, tea-towels, washing up liquid, small amounts of tea, coffee, sugar and salt all supplied.

A rare sincere warmth (within hospitality), and sincere thoughfulness and trustworthiness. Dimora Conte Di Ruvo helped me so much whilst in a travel jam! They went out of their way assisting me – on my next leg of travel – out of Napoli so for that, I am eternally grateful as this sort of service is rare. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with seriously the best pastry shop 4 mins walk away and walking distance from (supposedly) the world’s first pizzeria. I found the neighbourhood vibe, tight -friendly- and edgy. Loved it. The hotel is better than most and was comfortable, safe, and with all you need. Thank you Patricia, Mohammed, Sabrina – and the lovely you-know-who (sorry to have forgotten your name!) – and after my trip- expect a bunch of Tim-Tams!

The building is incredible, the staff is fabulous, very attentive without snobbishness, the room is new, clean and comfortable, with a great view! I will become a Baglioni Hotels frequent guest for sure.

The location and the facility and the responsive host

The hotel was very clean, tidy and was well looked after. The bedroom we had was wonderful with a small balcony overlooking the street (not all of the rooms do though). Good facilities and only 3 minutes walk to the Champs Eleyees. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

Super convenient location, about 3 minutes from Okachimachi station and one stop away from Akihabara. Everything was clean, and my room was nice and warm.

I just like the location. It’s just blocks away from Dotonbori and train station.

Hotel is close to the subway (a few minutes by foot). Hotel is close to Namba Station (a few minutes extra by subway).

작은 방이 대부분인 일본 호텔 중 거의 유일하게 3인 숙박 가능했었다. 위치는 아주 좋았다. 오사카를 자주 가는 사람으로써 위치는 나름 훌륭한 편.

위치가 일단 도톤보리 바로옆에있어 신사이바시도 15분거리밖에 안되있고 난바역과도 15분밖에 안걸려서 진짜 왠만하면 택시를 안타도 될정도로 위치가 너무 좋다.

Not at all as on the site, pictures are totally different from the real situation, no ac, couldn’t even pay for it as it was written on the site… Disappointed!!

3박4일 묵었는데 짐놓고다닐수 있다는게 좋았어요 도톤보리에서 그리멀지 않았다는점이 제일 좋았네요^^

目的が本社出張で、ホテルに求める物は静かに寝る事だった。エレベータ脇の部屋だったが快適に睡眠を取る事が出来、満足している。

아침식사는 항상 난바역 가는 길에 먹어서 호텔에선 안먹었었고 3인으로 여행와서 일주일동안 만족하며 보냈었습니다. 후기에서 안좋은 얘기가 많았는데 그정도까진 아니고 불편함없이 보낼 정도였어요.

非常靠近道頓崛及黑門市場，逛街極為方便，距離日本橋站也很近，甚至可以用走的到難波站，我們二大一小預定medium房型要求加床，睡起來還算舒適，浴室和廁所是分離的兩間，用起來相對舒適。早餐是要自己煮食的烏龍麵還頗有意思。早上的男櫃台服務人員，很親切，雖不會英語但努力透過翻譯軟體與我們溝通，還會逗孩子開心。

가까운것만을 생각해서 급하게 정한 곳인데 가격대비 정말 만족했어요 방도 사진보다 훨씬 넒었고 침대가 너무 편했던거 같아요 생각보다 깔끔하고 도톤보리 글리코상과도 매우 가까워서 밤에도 많이 돌아다닐 수 있었어요! 창문 밖으로는 도톤보리 강이 보였어요

7-eleven is located just outside the hotel. Hotel is about 8-10 min walk to Dotonbori, maybe 5 min (?) to Senchimae area. Close to Nipponbashi station! Also owner was very responsive and provided in-depth details about how to get to the building. If you can speak simple Japanese it’s easier to communicate in person but he can also message you in English and Korean. WiFi worked perfectly. Elevator is available. English instructions are available throughout the room.

地点很方便，去黑门市场和日本桥地铁站很近，走到道顿崛10分钟以内。附近有个大超市，可以去买点东西自己做早餐，房间里有厨房用具很全，还有油和盐。

近日本桥地铁站，穿过黑门市场，吃饭购物非常方便。由于飞机误点，凌晨两点才到的，店家一直在等我们，态度也超好，非常感谢。

It was easy to find the hotel from Sakurajima station due to a sign which pointed to it (from about 200m). The hotel was near a 7-11, which tided our late night cravings for food. The hotel also had vending machines near the lobby. The lobby also had tea, bath salts, bath puffs and other toiletries that one may need. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel is one station away from Universal City (which serves as the station for Universal Studios Japan). The Universal Citywalk is okay for nightlife, in case one is feeling too tired to travel to Namba or Umeda).

Such a good spot for universal and for the rest of our trip as we were right near train station. We booked two rooms and were lucky staff were able to move us into a family room instead which was gorgeous and really made the stay perfect

Excellent family rooms, very fun and accommodating. Staff was extremely helpful and willing to speak to us in English.

Access from metro station is good. No need to any taxi which is expensive in Japan! Overall clean ambience and well maintained rooms.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the choices were excellent, very delicious food.

Great location for those visiting Universal Studios Japan, but are on a budget. Hotel was new and clean, aimed at the modern traveler who would bring their own devices (free wifi, free charge points in the lobby meetup space). Breakfast was worth the extra 1080 yen, as there isn’t much else around.

This is an adult venue, a love hotel but the staff are lovely, clean, tidy and modern. It was great for a 6 days ( even if other customers only stay for a couple of hours)

For 3500¥/night, it was incredible amazing. The room is so nice, the bathroom also big and comfy.

it was a "love hotel" only learnt this after booking., but no issues anyway. roomy by Japanese standards. little by way of facilities but only wanted a cosy room close to public transport (less than 10mins walk to train, 1 stop to Osaka central station) couple of suppermarkets very close. staff had no English but great attempts to be helpfull. would stay again

近くに商店街があって、昼が活気的な道と、夜が活気ある道に分かれている。昼と夜のどっちも、大阪の賑やかさが楽しめてとても良い場所に宿泊したと思った。

有料駐車場が近くに沢山あったのとお風呂にTVついてる事は良かったです。部屋もタバコの臭いはなかったです。
