Got a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was terrific, great selection of good food.

Loved the location and the space. It gives you a great feel of the city.

Old and outdated. All the ameites were simple. The room was boiling hot because of heater. No control.

We have stayed at this location previously and found the hotel to be very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

They did let us store our luggage before check in and it is walking distance to the tourist stuff in Dublin.

i liked room , entrance, stairs, kitchen , dinning room , restroom room was enough warm and quit

i like free parking, i like spacious of room with balcony.

The staff were polite, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. We especially liked how they shared the history of the hotel and showed us around. Unfortunately we were there only one night -- wish it were longer. We had to leave early, and they provided us with fresh fruit, muffins, jam, etc.

We had a fabulous stay at Zostay. They were very welcoming, extremely helpful and unfailingly friendly and polite. The hostel has a very good position being within walking distance of several sights and great restaurants. Our room was comfortable and spotless and very peaceful at night. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and tasty. All in all, we would highly recommend Zostay and we can only thank them for a wonderful stay.

The location is amazing and also the style of our room was very atmospherical, like the old Odessa style. We liked everything, the administrator was friendly and the room was comfortable.

Perfect location, separate apartment, good and pleasant staff

The apartment is really well located. It takes 10-15 min. to Arcadia area. It is very close to Opera building and that big stairs. U can have 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs of the apartment. There is a 24h open supermarket that takes 3 min to apartment. The apartment was clean, quite and nice furnished. The wi-fi was OK.

Excellent location, big apartments – 45 m2. We used option to check-in luggage early morning for small fee. All equipment works well. For sure I will recommend this place for people who is interested to live in city centre.

I arrived earlier than check-in, my suitcase was picked up and later transported to the room; the host was amazing just like the last year – for me it’s the best place to stay in Odessa. It has it’s own quite distinctive charm and atmosphere if you are looking for an authentic experience. Another point to mention – apartments are located in the city park just in the beginning of the main street, so in a minute you are in the middle of everything.

It’s an old house near the City garden, so you’ll immerse yourself into the local life immediately after arrival. Nice furniture, a small kitchenette. Plenty of cafes nearby. A perfect place to explore Odessa by foot (especially, if you don’t plan to visit the beach often)

The location is wonderful 0 very central. The apartments are as shown on pictures so no surprises. We even got some bottled water. There was a hair dryer, ironing board, etc. Even coffee and tea. The apartments are above the Klarabara restaurant, which serves delicious breakfast (Eggs Benedict highly recommended) – you also get a 10% discount from the restaurant if you are staying at the hotel.

Very large room. In good location near subway and many shops and restaurants. Free pretty good coffee downstairs and free bike use. Extremely helpful staff. Good choice on TV including Netflix.

Very nice staff,tasty breakfast and near to the sea.

The hotel is new with great facilities, close to the beach as well as to the public transport so you can reach easily the train/bus stations and the city center. Very clean. Friendly staff.

100 meters from the hotel there is a cable car straight to the beach.

Location is pretty good. Nearby is the tram station and warm atmosphere in the hotel. Everything is really new, breakfast is fresh and made personally every morning and it is till 12 in the afternoon. This is the new hotel with very nice equipment and art gallery in the corridors., Staff was excellent, no WiFi problems, we got all we needed. The bed was comfy. The room was clean.

Truly outstanding location. Without a doubt the cleanest, newest hotel I have experienced during my 3 month assignment in Ukraine. the staff was nice and helpful, the location is great 2 min walk from the Opera house (although almost all hotels are located at a great location in the center). rooms are renovated , big modern and clean.(some rooms have a little sea view). the price is attractive and good if you are planning to stay all the day traveling around and only returning to sleep in the hotel then its a good option (there is no included spa / jacozzi in the hotel )

The hotel in tucked away from the main Street.. Access via a stone arch into a inner courtyard area.. Much better than listening and smelling car fumes.. The room had had a long balcony facing old traditional odessan houses and life.. Very pleasant to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch local life… The lady hanging washing onto a home made washing line system… Interesting… Good location 50/50 to beach and opera/cafes and shops…

The bed in the junior suite was big and rather comfy Reception staff are alright. Rooms and premises in general are clean.

Location of the hotel, and the service were awesome!

This hotel is the pearl in Odessa. It is very well renovated and has a very good location in the city centre. The coast and restaurant area are in 15 min walking distance. The rooms are recently renovated and very functional. I had rooftop room, a lot of space. There is no elevator for every level so if you have limited mobility, discuss with the staff access issues. As I left the hotel very early I did not manage to have breakfast, but the package I get was nice. They have their own garden restaurant so you can eat on spot also.

Good location, within 15 minutes on foot both to old town and beaches. The breakfast with wide variety of food. Nice music played during the day.

The staff was extremely helpful. Very calm. Next to the Shevchenko park. Great customer attention. I had to wait for the check in and they offered me some tea on the terrace to compensate for the disagreement, which I appreciated. They also upgraded me to a superior room. I couldn’t take the breakfast one morning and they prepared a takeaway breakfast which was delicious and which was enough for the whole day!!!

It’s located in a little street in Paharganj, which I liked because it wasn’t heavily touristy. It was just a five-minute walk to the heavily touristy area, though.

The hotel is new and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are especially nice with enclosed shower, and retro bathtubs. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good sized outdoor deck with table and chairs. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent with ample hot and cold choices.

I received an excellent service from the first moment I entered the reception of the hotel. The front desk was always willing to help, cleaning staff smiled at the corridors and the room was new, clean and extremely comfortable.
