В номере кровать (по факту их 2 и они просто сдвинуты) с прикроватными тумбочками (на одной из них даже светильничек есть), стол, 2 стула, телевизор, кондиционер и огромный шкаф. Санузел в номере. В отеле есть общая кухня, где можно что-то приготовить и тут же комфортно посидеть и покушать. Есть посуда и холодильник. Дополнительная плюшка – кофе-машина) Утренняя чашка ароматного напитка с молочной пенкой в подарок)))))))

Вид на море и город с 25 этажа – это просто супер!!! Очень вежливый персонал, чистые аккуратные просторные номера. Все очень понравилось

the room and the hotel actually look much better than in the pictures , it has exceeded my expectations . I honestly wasn’t expecting such a pleasant surprise . I needed help with setting up the tv channels at 2 am and i got it straight away . If you’re going to Arkadia I couldnt tell you of a better place to stay

This hotel is in Arcadia and next to the beach side and most popular night/beach clubs in Arcadia. The building is 200 years old.

I absolutely loved the location, it was so close to everything, including Arkadiyski Alley, the Aqua Park Hawaii, and Ibiza Club. Despite the location, it wasn’t that loud on the side facing the Aqua Park or the club. 24-hour reception was also a blessing with a locked storage room for luggage. A hotel guide in both Russian and English was much appreciated as well. The pool is rather nice looking as well, though I didn’t make actual use of it.

all year inside pool was very convenient room and bed was nice and clean friendly staff , great value in low season.

It was so comfortable to stay in this hostel. The room was quite big and the beds were so comfortable. Everything about this hostel is so fresh, big and clean.

This hostel is really near city centrum, personel was very friendly and extremely helpfull.

at first, it was tricky to find but the host answered the phone call fast and came out. It is in the backyard on the right side in the basement. Very friendly, clean, not expensive, good location

Perfect location in a historical district of Odessa. The place is very clean and quiet. Great and helpful staff. It’s a family business, so they are really interested in taking care of their guests. Definitely recommended, and will be happy to stay again if I visit Odessa. There’s no sign where the hotel is, I had to call. On entering the courtyard (a classical Odessian one) walk straight, you’ll see a metal railing door and white steps that lead downstairs – this is it.

Very good hostel in the heart of Odessa. In 5-10 min walking distance are the Potemkin stairs and Deribasovskaya street, center of entarertainment with a lot of excellent bars, restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Staff is very friendly. Super match of quality and price. By the way, rooms like on the photo. Brand new furniture, a lot of space in shared rooms, and very clean. Single room is quite small but very cozy. Big comfortable beds. Fast Internet. Free tea and coffee. Clean kitchen, bath and toilet. i definitely recommend the place and will come next time here.

Очень уютный и тёплый хостел. Номер просторный, свободного места много,это радует)и теплый (не замерзнете).Чисто всюду. Видимо после ремонта или новый- это здорово. Душ, туалет-маленькие, но для главной функции -достаточно. С горячей и холодной водой проблем нет. На кухне чай/кофе, на завтрак мюсли с молоком. Wi fi есть, работает хорошо. Расположение супер,в 5-7минутах к Потемкинской лестнице, Оперный… В целом очень достойный хостел.Рекомендую.

The location is superb. 2 minutes from the Greek Square and Deribasovskaia street. Right in the city center. The rooms are at the top (3rd) floor of a historic building. The room is renovated, everything was new. Clean bathroom, clean sheets, slippers and even a hair-blower in bathroom. Great value for money. Highly recommneded

Cheap, clean spacious room, a lot of plugs, parking, nice hosts but no English or French speaking. Close to the seaside.

Очень хороший отельчик возле моря. Очень приветливый персонал. Заселился в полночь и никаких упреков. Улыбки и радушие администратора очень приятны. Рекомендую всем как для отдыха так и для деловых визитов.

Одноразовые тапочки, при необходимости можно заказать чай и кофе, в целом довольно цивильно, ремонт свежий, мебель новая, комфортные кровати. Персонал не надоедал. Завтрак довольно сытный, но информацию о меню завтрака узнаешь по факту утром.

Сподобалося те, що не далеко до пляжу. Але враховуючи що я приїхав по справах, це було другорядне.

З плюсів: -недалеко до моря, пляж досить чистий -зручний під*їзд трамвайчиком номер 18 з Ж/д вокзалу, або маршруткою 185 – чисто, номер гарний, телевізор, вай-фай, є тепла вода

Справді недалеко від моря. Дуже привітний персонал. Номер світлий. Чисто. Дуже спасав кондиціонер!!! Добратись до готелю дуже просто: 18 трамвай – зупинка Львівська (одразу навпроти готелю).

Хорошее спальное место, есть горячая вода (но так как общий бойлер, то при пике использования она может кончится, за 6 дней такое случилось 1 раз). Холодильник маленький, но хорошо что был, охлаждение от него не много, но продукты не портились. Покушать можно в отеле, но это уже платно. Выйти и прийти можно в любое время суток. Персонал дружелюбный, убирали каждый день. Был телевизор, маленький но каналов было достаточно и показывал хорошо.

Нові меблі, нова сантехніка, красивий хол і коридори, чистота,на підлозі плитка – краще ніж ковроліни на яких пил і бруд не змиєш, приємний колір стін, кондиціонер/холодилтник/телевізор/вайфай- все нове і працює, привітний персонал.

There are very beautiful woman and handsome staff in the front.

The location is great. The opera house is just across the street.

The location was superb, directly across the street from the Opera House and in walking distance to the main sights. Everyone knows the hotel, which makes it easy to get to.

Great location right in the centre of the city. You can always take an uber to go to beach.

Great location next to the Odessa opera theatre, although the street is fairly noisy with a lot of traffic. Spacious family room. Having air conditioning was definitely a must during our stay when the temperatures outside were reaching above +35C. The room was fairly clean although the cleaning services were not consistently provided during our 4 night stay.

a very small room but good enough for 1 night, the toilet and shower were adapted on a very small surface what is a plus, good location near the train station

Location by bus and train stations. Market is only a block away. Easy walk to old town. It is terminus for many buses and trams.

Shower and bed were huge compared with all space in the room. Fridge helped to refresh our drinks. There was no window in the room and we found it convenient as there was no noise. All ladies at reception spoke in English. They were very helpful to store our luggage. Condition was old-styled but worked fine during the day and sometimes during the night. Hotel is next to train station and PRIVOZ market which has huge variety of fruits, vegetables and all cheap stuff. Centre is about 20 minutes away on foot.

The structure is an old warehouse that has been converted to about 300 rooms. Walls were flimsy and I expected it to be noisy but that was not the case. My ‘single’ room was the smallest room I have ever seen containing bed, table, TV, shower, toilet and handbasin. (It was about 2m x 3m). While the only way into the bed was from the end, the mattress appeared new and was very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked. A very basic breakfast was included in the price. Free bag storage is available and the staff were friendly – permitting me to check-in at 6.00am. Overall, excellent value.

Low cost hotel. Bare necessities (fridge, shower, WC) OK.

Very good location near metro stations U & S lines and bus stops
