We were given breakfast that was not included when we booked.

The staff go above and beyond to help. There is a shop and a pharmacy conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel is new and exceptionally clean.

Great location to go for the party to Ibiza Night Club.

Hotel located 12 min walk from Arkadia beach so it makes this place attractive for holidays. Reception and housekeeping at great level. Excellent room standard designed with good taste. I recommend it fully.

This is a very well located hotel. It is not botique quality, but is nice. The bathroom apparently had a remodel and was well done. The room size was good, the wifi was very good, and the food was very good. They provided a driver who met me at the airport at a very reasonable cost.

The best location and this place is quite nice. The street it is on is the best part about Odessa for us and do not stay away from that street (stay on it!!). The rooms are large (we had the superior one with balcony overlooking the street. The staff is very nice, attentive and helpful. My partner was not well and I kept bothering them for hot water which was provided immediately each time and they also made Veg soup (not on their menu) on request. Their Ginger Turmeric tea was a revelation!!

The hotel is located in the central hub of Odessa. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and major tourist attractions. It offers everything you would expect from a good 4 Star hotel. This hotel is always fully booked and gives you a much better idea of the popularity of the Frapoli Hotel not only with tourists visiting Odessa but also residents of Odessa and Ukraine.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the centre of Odessa and within easy reach of many good restaurants and bars. The reception staff were very friendly, efficient, very helpful and had no qualms about answering questions or assisting in any request. Room excellent, clean, tidy, warm. Bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Bar. Service was excellent and the staff were very efficient and speedy in their service. I would like to make special mention to Pavlo who managed the bar very well and always provided efficient and speedy service. Also, I would like to mention Anastasia who, for a young girl, was excellent in her service and never stopped finding something to do, even when the bar was quiet. I was amazed at the amount of work she did. All in all, an excellent hotel and bar (I did not use the restaurant). The staff were excellent, no complaints at all.

Special thanks to Sergey, who helped us communicate with our driver, sent us to the car and even found my mother’s handbag after we left! The location of the hotel is good. You can go to most places of interest, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice interior design, clean and comfortable room.

Brand new hotel in the centre next to the main pedestrian walkway in the heart of Odessa (Derybasivska Street)

It was one of the best hotel I’ve ever lived in Ukraine. The great example of 4* boutique hotel with nice design, great breakfast, central but not loud location. Another point is a great value for money. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, new hotel, OK breakfast, decent selection of wines and good dinner. However, construction works are still ongoing – drilling started at 9AM on Sunday. Despite of that it’s great option in Odessa when it comes to price (below 80 EUR)/quality/location ratio.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Right on the main street and 100m walk to City Garden. The main restaurants worth eating at are in a 500-1000 meter radius. Also I can say that the hotel was super clean and staff extra nice. The hotel restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, but its worth it!

Great location! Most of the attractions of Odessa are in walking distance. You will find a nice restaurant in the hotel. Take breakfast when you book, they have a good one. Rooms are well decorated. They are also answering quite fast to all your e-mails. Well-done for guest relations skills.

It is probably one of the top five places to stay in Arcadia. The hotel is very near to the beach and the Arcadia’s main street. Rooms are very comfortable and have a huge balcony with magnificent scene. Foods are delicious. Friendly staff.Their menu is also not english but they show the pictures of all foods which is very helpfull. Nice location at Arcadia area, big room, lovely terrace, incredibly nice and friendly reception lady) Romantic place to witness a sun rise on you terrace The hotel is definately for the lazy days, so be ready to listen to the music from night clubs till the morning (we knew this before so it was not a problem for us)

very nice looking room, apart from the strange lamp shades everywhere. Hanging from the ceiling and bedsides were long hanging string like shades. These actually prevented the light being bright. Beds very comfy, all very clean. location great due to Ubahn just outside of door and the area had plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets

Very stylish accommodation. That was exactly what I was looking for. Huge windows with the sea and city view made our stay there unforgettable! Nice location with the variety of places to have a nice dinner or a party. Very close to the beaches.What is very important – super clean. Stuff was also perfect – very friendly! Hotel is brand new and it is really nice. The room was spacious with beautiful view on the see and Arcadia district. Hudge and comfortable bed, big wardrobe, nice lightning, great bathroom. It is really nice set up hotel. The location is also good just few steps from main promenade in Arcadia. It is also worth to mention tasty and satiating breakfasts but they could be more varied becasue we had only 3 meals to choose. The room was cleaned up everytime we wanted and I need to admit that cleaning service was good.

Очень понравился дизайн номера, есть все необходимое и ничего лишнего. Постель, полотенца белоснежные и чистые, убирают каждый день. Вид из окна просто супер. Персонал очень вежливый, рецепшина не бывает пустой даже ночью.

Понравилось абсолютно все – номер чистый, красивый, уютный; полотенца и постель белоснежные; вид из окна шикарный; персонал вежливый и приветливый. Уборка в номере ежедневно. Завтрак плотный и вкусный. До вечера есть совсем не хотелось. Очень порадовало наличие электрочайника.

Понравилось все. И персонал и месторасположение. Очень чисто и уютно в номерах. Завтрак просто замечательный. Очень большие порции. Молодцы!!!

The property is in an excellent location close to a tube stop which makes getting around very easy. Staff were helpful when we spoke to them and said we could contact them it we needed anything. Apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of space for the three of us to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped although we didn’t use it!

If You want to clean your room in five star hotel by yourself – go on. I had to steal a vacuum cleaner from hotel room service and do it with my wife to have a clean room. Bedding was changed after 7 night and I had to go down to the reception, beacuse my phone calls had not results. There is no hotel that dissapointed me so much. Total waste of money.

Nice location in park. Its close to the beach and city center is nearby.

The location is great – it is located in the park and it’s perfect if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to beach or to historical center of Odessa. With many hotels in other locations in Odessa you would either be staying closer to beach but then taking transport to the center or you would stay in the center but then you would definitely need transport to the beach. With this hotel you are in the middle of both spots and everything is almost in a walking distance. Everything is very spacious in this hotel – the hallways, the rooms. Ceiling is very high.

It’s just close to arkadia where I like to spend my time in odessa,

The location is just perfect – right next to Arcadia entrance. The room is clean and neat. There is frige, fan, tv. In the hotel located nice bar. The breakfast costs 200hr and is fine.

For the beach lovers this is a perfect location as the beach is right behind the hotel. There’s a shopping center on the premesis as well Silpo and Kadoor Mall are just few minutes away but the city center is a good 20 minutes ride in a taxi (more if the traffic is clogged).

Очень удобное расположение, в двух шагах от Дерибасовской, тихая улица, тишина в номере (окна во дворик). Приятная хозяйка отеля, очень располагает к себе, готова оказать любую разумную помощь. Удобный номер со всем необходимым. Телевизор и интернет работали прекрасно.

Отличное расположение, самый центр. До Дерибасовской 3 минуты пешком. Окна выходят во двор, не слышно шум машин. Удобно добираться из любой точки города. Приветливый персонал. Номера скромные, уютные. Цена соответствует ожиданию!

Very easy to find public transport.supermarket LIDL were all is really cheap and good staff,not so far to metro more easy to travel from Garibaldi metro station inside in Paris.

The receptionist Albino was friendly and made one feel welcome

Personnel was always very helpful. Hotel room was really pleasent and clean. We slept extremely well thanks to the extra soundproofing. Breakfast was included in the room price, which was convenient. Location was excellent and there was much too see in Odessa.

Very nice hotel (quite new). Well furnished and comfortable. With the exception of a couple of hours when the Internet went out, the wifi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was decent and staff had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. And the location was quite good as well, right around the corner from the City Garden and easy walking distance from Potemkin Stairs.

A Brand new hotel close to Deribasovskaya Street. The room was spacious, clean and the air conditioning unit was working properly (outside temperatures were quite high). Overal a very good experience in the charming city of Odessa

Great value for money! A really big and clean room, superhelpful staff (anything you need – taxi, guidance, early breakfast, lost-and-found help, just ask), a HUGE bathroom – literally, I’ve seen hotel rooms of this size! – very nice interior. The breakfast is also okay – nothing extraordinary, but it’s tasty and fresh.

The warmth and welcome of the staff who work long hours so that one is catered to the best of their ability, all coupled with the utmost respect, smile and dedication, throughout the length of my stay at the hotel.

The promotional deal I got was very good value. The room was clean with good facilities including a safe and mini bar. The location is about 30 mins walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the historic city centre. Reception staff very helpful and speak good English by Ukraine standards.

Staff were fantastic, room clean and comfortable, lovely view(creek view room). On check in girl at reception (thank you Mary Ann, you are definitely an asset at this hotel) talked us into club creek view room with lounge access. This is roughly $80 per day for two extra each day, but is worth it as we got lots of benefits. It gave us an instant upgrade to higher floor and we could have early check in as our room was ready. On top of this the lounge access has high tea each afternoon between 3 and 5, and happy hour (drinks and snacks complimentary) between 6.30 and 8.30. Plus breakfast each day. I would definitely recommend this package, if you can afford it. Pool area was relaxing and private. Could not fault this hotel and cannot speak highly enough. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
