The apartment was very nice! Bright and clean with laundry! We really enjoyed the fire escape.

We were astounded by the view. The location was perfect.

Clean, modern nicely furnished very nice guy on reception.

Rooftop is a nice touch on an autumnal afternoon, SPA was almost empty which was great, cheese and wine was a nice touch (albeit not the greatest selection of cheese) and the staff in general were great. We had a swim both mornings, yoga on the rooftop on Sunday, and the staff were very genuine.

We stayed in the residence 2 mins away from the hotel. Great location, very private, large rooms and comfy beds.

The guesthouse was strategically located. It is very near food center and shopping center and most of all, it was near the subway so moving from one place to another was made a lot easier. Very cheap!

The location of the hotel was excellent, easy to walk into central Amsterdam but also plenty of tram stops nearby.

Really close to Olympia. Easy to get to public transportation. Very clean. Free bottled water was a nice touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our room the restaurants the spa facilities and the fitness facilities.

We adored the house. Not sure where to start, it’s artsy, spacious, bright, comfortable, has all the equipment’s a proper house would have, located in the center of the city, and is accessible from all angles. I would say it’s a 110% worthy.

The host is fantastic! She was so kind, welcoming and helpful. She helped organise our taxi back to the airport for a very cheap price and also printed out our boarding passes for us. The location is excellent, I had read reviews prior to booking which also praised the location but, it still exceeded my expectations. It is a ten minute walk, if even, to ST Basil’s Cathedral & The Red Square. There is also a metro station right across the road and a taxi rank (Which I would personally avoid as we did get ripped off by a taxi driver on the far side of the city). As I mentioned before if you do need to get a taxi ask the lady who works there and she will organise one for you. The rooms are small but they’re very comfortable and clean! It’s exactly what any tourist would need when visiting Moscow. *Great Location *Very affordable *Clean & Comfortable

Gorgeous hotel, right on the main promenade. GREAT room with a shower you never wanted to get out of (unless it was to step into one of the provided bathrobes). The restaurant was top notch and a great choice for dinner. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was lovely as well.

Sorry i can’t explain to much what i like for this hostel, i can tell the room is quite clean , the air conditioner is good condition and the staff is fine.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, and they’re helpfulness. I had two huge bags which they helped me carry and also the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was really average and was only cereal and a croissant.

Friendly staff – good coffee to go in the lobby (and they were happy to open a bottle of wine for us to take up to our room)

Good location for a stop by. Close enough to drive to the palace. they offer a shuttle to the closest metro stop.

Great location in the very city center. Even if it is very close to the nightlife, the place is very quite. The room is not very fancy but clean and functional. Moreover, from the train station to the hotel it is just a short walk. I recommend it for short staying in Warsaw.

Overall the hotel is worth to stay. The room is clean, location is good and near to behn than market. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Bed was ok. Apartment was fresh. Nice view from balcony.

Room was basic and a little dated but perfect for what we needed. It was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I felt it was a little over priced. But the location was amazing. I would use them again without question simply because the staff were really nice.

Breakfast is superb. The man reception told us not to miss the breakfast and it is turned out to be true. I thank him for his suggestion.

One of the best hotels that is located near the airports! Super easy access from Baiyun Airport and very good service inside this big hotel. Ase the price in Canton fair time was reasonable in comparison with other places.

The room was really large and comfortable. Bed comfortable too. Our room overlooked the main street and below there was a pub but no problem during the night. Great location: close to metro station I. P. Pavlova (red line, C) and Namesti Miru (green line, A) and tram 22 (to Strahovsky Klaster). Only few minutes walk from Vaclavske namesti. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast ok.

A great place to stay and without hesitation I would recommend these apartments. I stayed in the room with the king size bed, which had a fridge, wardrobe space, 2 hobs to cook on, a nice bathroom and a mezzanine floor with an extra mattress on it. The appointment looked new, tidy and very clean. Reception were very helpful and arranged a taxi back to the airport for me. Restaurants and the main square are five minutes away and there is a food store two minutes away. There are bus stops and trams a couple of minutes walk. All in all, excellent and so much for a lovely stay.

The staff are SO friendly and helpful! Our room was big and clean and on the 1st floor next to the breakfast room and reception. The location is ideal, very central. We were also able to store our luggage there before our check in time which was great. Earbuds were provided. Very good value rooms.

I love the fact that it’s located in a mild corporate environment away from the buzz in town. I absolutely love the ambient, cleanliness, bathroom and the front desk! No doubt the room was a little small but that is the norm for Japan and I totally do not mind it as they even provided me with extra hangers when requested. <3

The location for sightseeing is great. Comfortable accommodation for families with two children or a group of 3-4 people.

I know Madrid very well and I always like to stay near La Puerta de Alcala. It was my 1st time at H10 and definitely I’d recommend it, location is great walking distance to the park and metro station, you can travel to the centre within 10 minutes or walk in with just over 20 minutes.

The staff were so so nice and smiley, that really made my visit for me. Rooms were clean as well.

Very good location. The hotel has very big locker to store the luggage after checking out, which is extremely convenient.

All the staff are Wonderful and well informed. Stylish decor and excellent breakfasts. It was great to walk out if the hotel door to be in the centre of all the sights.

The staff was exceptional. They took care af motorcycle rental, made sure we were happy each day, and gave helpful hints on markets and activities. Panda house was close to everything, but private and quiet.

The owner was friendly and looked after me very well.

Comfy bed, house and apartment are quite new and therefore in good shape

This is a very nice hotel within walking distance of anything that you might need – metro, restaurants, some of the toursit attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Though small, the room was very comfortable.

An amazing place in St. Petersburg center, just a few steps from Hermitage museum. Incredibly professional and kind staff and Concierge. Rich breakfast, beautiful view to Moika river and Hermitage.

Taxi drivers from airport had some difficulty finding the hotel, not necessarily the hotels fault. Location was good; walking distance to numerous eating / shopping locations.

It is an excellent hotel.It would have to improve because the breakfast service is offered with the price, but it is not delivered.

Location is good. about 1.5 killo from Carrefour and 200 meter from Metrostation

It was a really hot week when I arrived in Paris, however, I was relieved to find that the room had really good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely consider going back due to the good value for money and proximity to the central atttactions in Paris.

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and our 2.5 years old son. There are many shops, markets and parks for kids around. Using tram lines 40 and 41 and then metro one can easily arrive city center. Overall, we satisfied from our stay.

Staff was amazing………..from check in, to drinks at bar to dinner to breakfast to check out.
