The location was great 2 min walk from the metro and 2 min to the famous jino pizza. The place was clean very chic well designed and very convenient. We had a kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast. Also downstairs there Is a super market so we bought food for breakfast. All the 5 rooms were booked but everyone was so quiet so it was perfect.

Very good location. Relaxing park area around. Fresh air almost in the centre of Moscow. A bus stop close to the hotel (bus 319 just a few minutes to the metro st. Timiryazevskaya). Very nice and friendly staff. Absolutely clean hotel. High security level. Very good swimming pool, nice water. Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff in the restaurant. For 3 stars this is a great and comfortable hotel. Will come again and recommend to the friends.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The sea view suite we had was roomy and the huge verandah provided space to sunbathe and spectacular views. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

The friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond. Free tea and toast. The rooms were big and clean and the bathroom was extremely nice for the price we paid.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a guy who speaks Italian and a lady who speaks Spanish.

The beds were extremely comfy and the apartments are in a great area, close to restaurants, bars and clubs. The apartments are clean, and modern, with everything you need for a short stay in Warsaw. Keys are easy to get, and access to the building is secure, but simple for guests too.

The hotel is as advertised! We went there two years in a row- glamorous, spacious, staff very friendly and always here to help, very good quality food served even while you sunbathing or on the beach. Everything is here- private beach, gym, tennis courts, spa, restaurants and bars. Chinese restaurant Peacock is fantastic. Very well organised hotel and events- great management! Great area – all the best restaurants are 5 mins walk – Cheesecake factory, P’F Chang’s, The Butchers steakhouse etc.

That it was directly on the beach with an incredible view of the old town across the bay. The activities were also cool and organised in a relaxed and friendly manner with no ridiculous pressure to take part. Especially liked the archery and shooting. Pizzeria was great and the shops onsite were good for missing essentials. Really appreciated the well stocked green grocers. And the boat taxi to Rovinj was great and reasonably priced. Will go again. One small tip: the cheaper appartments are not only smaller but not as close to the beach and the resort is really quite big. So if u want a sea view then be aware of this.

We had a very pleasant stay at Maria Apart! This small apartment hotel is situated just outside the park surrounding old town, close to everything but not in the actual bar and nightclub area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks Ludwik! The room and the breakfast were really nice compared to what we paid.

Good location, we could collect keys after the reception closed at 6pm
