I think the service is very good and nice for the cost

Good staff, even though she cannot speak English, she managed to communicate with me with a couple of English words. She provided me two adaptors for free and allowed me to eat free breakfast after 9am. The room is large enough for a single traveller. Or maybe that is because I live in Hong Kong where only small rooms are available. You cannot expect more since the price is low as it locates well.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The terrace was very good and it invited you to linger. The location is also very good!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location very close to the Metro and only a couple of stops from the city center. The rooms were well appointed. First rate experience.

Very convenient location, Friendly staff and upgrade to a private room

You had your own key so there were no curfews and the hostel is small (6 bed dorm and 2 double rooms) so it means the two wc’s and 2 showers were more then enough, plus because max 10 guest it is really calm even if full house. The dorm room was creative (not bunkbeds but kinda "mezzanine" style beds). I travelled in the beginning of September and the room temperature was good (not too hot or too cold).

Nice location in the town, comfortable room and a great bar next door

Buffet breakfast with loads of traditional russian food. Free water in the cooler, handy location. Nice bathroom Good value overall in central Moscow!

The host, Merce was amazing. She was very friendly and accommodating. Merce met us at the apartment on the day of arrival and came to see us off on check-out. She communicated with us prior and during the stay. She provided us with relevant information which ensured we were ready for our stay. In addition, since checkout was at 11am Merce allowed us to store our bags for the rest of the day until we where ready to head to the airport. The property is one train/bus ride away from the city Centre and within walking distance of the actual train station and various bus stops

We ask for another room and they changed it. The second one was clean, the shower drain was ok and no hair everywhere. We had chocolate for valentine’s day. You are close to all the touristic places. The street is halal, don’t be surprise !

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location near Jemaa el-Fna, comfy beds

Good location. Very friendly helpful service – happy to take my bags when I arrived in the city in the early morning off the overnight train. Huge luxurious room. Good breakfast on the roof terrace (although it seemed slightly confused as it was trying to cater for every possible expectation of what breakfast might be!)

My money spent well. How can you get this for this much money? Also breakfast quality was good. They had a coffe machine too. The place was in a good street which you did not feel unsafe at nights. There are a big metro station(Yenikapi) and bus station in 10 mins.

Great location lots of things to see places to eat within walking distance

The Riad owner was very nice and helpful, we had tasty welcome tea and cookies. We had breakfast very early in the morning before we left (very good cake). The Riad is very beaufiful and is located close to the medina. Our room was nice and comfortable.

Excellent central location, good breakfast but no variety

This hotel was in the heart of chinatown! We had access to all surrounding tourist areas.

The arp art meant was very centrally located and easy to get around either walking or close to metro

Affordable, basic amenities. Clean room and friendly staff.

Dirty bathroom mouldy door dropping to bits. Bed cover pink not white. Only stayed 1 night instead of two . staff clothing shabby grey not white t shirts.road works was not informed of.

Staff’s gesture and location with good quality food

Great location. The breakfast is quite good and very cheap comparing with other hotels. There’s a nice bar at the ground floor.

The hotel is designed with very modern style. Everywhere in the hotel including the underground parking is clean and nice. Shame that the parking is not free even though it has plenty of empty spaces there.

Rooms are standard Holiday Inn rooms. Just a nice western-styled room with TV. Location is a bit tricky as it may seem that you’re just by the beach but if you dig deeper you have to walk at least 30 minutes to make it to the closest public beach. Staff speaks good english, however could just do better (attitude). Overall this place is not worth the price. Taxis are cheap, so get local hotel with a pool not necessarily a chain one. Breakfast was quite nice.

The room and bathroom were very clean! It was so close to everything we needed! Staff was friendly.
