The apartment was perfect and a dream come true to live in Melbourne CBD area as a tourist. As the apartment is not exactly in the heart of the city, we had a nice and unobstructed view of both the skyscrapers and the Yarra River. Apartment is also really clean, and fully equipped for all your needs.

The attention of the hotel staff is excellent and it is very well located!

I like coming to this place. It’s a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to any number of good places to eat and the Metro. I can get anywhere in Paris from here. The staff are acquaintances I look forward to seeing each time.

The hotel was in a great location just off the Grand Via which is virtually the centre of Madrid. We walked everywhere to see all the sights and did lots of shopping too. The hotel itself is nice enough. It’s clean and airy. Our room was basic but comfortable enough. It was quiet, we couldn’t hear the road and there were plugs everywhere which we loved because I’ve been to a hotel in Rome before that had no plugs except in the bathroom (obvs they had plugs for the bedlamps but we couldn’t reach them and the bed was super heavy to move). All in all, I’d recommend Sterling if you’re looking for a budget friendly central hotel. The staff were super helpful and lovely too. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we’re looking to go back to Madrid next year and stay in a fancy 5* hotel in the expensive part of town because it looked amazing there too!

It is a wonderful hotel with a terrific staff. I highly recommend.

Just missing a mirror in the room a bigger one not the one in the washroom .

There is a balcony in my room and I can enjoy afternoon tea there.

was ok. would have liked more variety as we were there for 3 breakfasts, they were all the same.

Riccardo was very helpful he explained everything to us and made everything easy

Rooms were a good size, well equipped and immaculate. Bathroom toiletries lovely. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful, always with a smile.

The roof top restaurant/bar was delightful. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and offered a lovely variety. Luigi served us cocktails in the evening. His conversation and service were wonderful. My 21 year old daughter and her friend thought he exemplified true Italian hospitality.

The location is very good, staff is nice and attentive. The room was very comfy and clean.

The chalet we stayed in was extremely rustic and cosy. There is almost nothing better than hearing the crackle of a fire in the fire place on any evening or cold day, it just adds tons of charm and relaxation to any vacation. The location is great with it being not too far from the center of town and transport but also is just far enough out to be quiet. The chalet was very well equipped and clean and even though we checked-in very late we were greeted with such a happy smile and jovial laughter. Extremely helpful staff providing us with maps and directions to find the hikes and transport we wanted. The restaurant is also very nice with a good selection, friendly staff and tasty food. Could not recommend enough!

If you arrive by bus and are going on by bus the hotel is in a perfect position. If you intend visiting Lviv for a few days, the distance to the city centre is a problem. Public transport, 3A, takes about 30 minutes to reach the centre of Lviv and is usually crowed but is extremly cheap! A taxi costs about 100 Ukrainian Gr each way The hotel is very clean, friendly, and modern and is served by a lift situated almost beside the Bus Information Office. There are no obvious signs to the lift.

The apartment is specious and in a quite area.The space is comfortable and with all the amenities needed.

Exceptionally convenient location. Reception staff very friendly and we felt a warm welcome there. Love the design.

The apartment is clean and nice, quite enough for a couple with a little baby.

The appartment was lovely. Clean. Good location. Communication with the staff was very good. Rose marie was very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome.

Clean and tidy. The bathroom and shower is perfect (good water pressure) . Bed is clean and comfortable. Requested an extra pillow, promptly delivered to the room. Electric water kettle was replaced promptly. Perfect service.

Good value, very nice property surrounded by jungle, nice pools. Great place to stay half drunk all day long – if that’s your thing? Room was pretty good.

David and Emma are the most amazing and helpful hosts, washing machine, aircon and hair dryer, fresh flowers, super clean, very close to the market and beach. Really a fantastic place. The bed is just a pull out sleeper couch, but still very comfortable.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Great breakfasts. Very lovely pool. The staff is extremely kind. The cleanest place I’ve stayed in Bali. We arrived a bit late and couldn’t find nobody at first so we walked the whole property, after a couple of minutes the old lady from the shop at the entrance appeared and helped us out. Great place. My favorite from this trip so far.

Daily cleaning of the apartment, 7-10min walk to Damac metro / tram station, very nice staff, good gym.

Great location, super accommodation and big rooms! Really nice and would definitely recommend to book there. The only downside was that we booked a big van to pick us up at the airport but they did not have enough space for the luggage even though we had specified that we would all arrive with one big suitcase.

Very nice design hotel, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Very nice view. People are friendly. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel offers hot breakfast, it was good and the lady at the breakfast room worked so hard to make sure all of us had our food.

Near to a bar and square full of people but very noisy. Great before midnight, becomes really annoying after midnight since the people wont leave before 3am. I would say the only good thing about this place is location which is 5 min walk to colleseum, 10 min walk to fountain de trevi and 15 min to Pantheon. Vatican city is also 40 min walk away. If you don’t mind walking around, you wont need any transportation within the city.

Very very nice Ryad. We loved there. Ryad is located very close to Jamaa el Fna but far enough to be quiet. We stayed there before and after the desert tour. We stayed two different rooms. Both rooms were designed differently but we loved both!!! Recommendable!!!

Pleasant place. Besides being a small room, it was still comfortable. Clean, organized and comfy. Near Heineken Experience museum.

The owners were very helpful – they collected us from the airport late at night and drove us to the station in the late evening when we left. The rooftop breakfast area with views of Naples was a real treat. Highly recommended

Good location, easy to walk to from local train station. We stayed just one night en route to Kyoto and was easy for us. neighbourhood was cute, lots of little Japanese Izakayas (no English spoken but photo menus to help)

This is an old favourite of mine as the location is about as good as you can get to the entertainment parts of Bangkok plus all the shopping malls have easy access from here. Hotel is a bit dated but still spacious good clean rooms with good service.

Even though this is marketed as a backpacker style hotel, when we were there it has a lot of middle aged couples from around the world. The common area kitchen facility was handy for meeting the other guests. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly. Extremely helpful. Even came out to wave off our courier bus when we left for the airport and take a group photo before we left. Nice quiet location in the back streets. But very close to train station and lots of restaurants and shops.

Staff was awesome, room was big enough for our family of 4.

Very close to the main attractions also you can go by walk. The location it’s great also the price. The transport coordination to the airport and hotel was very good! The staff at the lobby very helpful. There are some restaurants near the hotel also.

Good location ,walking distance from Dotombori, Shinsaibashi metro station and some shopping streets. Large breakfast space.

Apartment was in a great location, The man that greeted us with the keys was very friendly, gave us lots of information,where places were etc .will be staying again when we return .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Splendid Boutique Hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive and the location of the hotel in the Old Quarter was perfect. We appreciated the tips given by the receptionists to find good restaurants and places to visit in Hanoi. We highly recommend that hotel to people looking for a well located and nice accomodation at a competitive price.

Extra comfortable bed (king size) and big rooms! Clean bathrooms

Everything is there, on time, and service is friendly. The staff is the best part of this hotel.

Quiet location, good to rest after a whole day of tourism. It is in the middle of all the busier districts, so it was very convenient to travel both to the east (Akihabara, Asakusa) and west side (Shibuya, Shinjuku) of the city center.

Host Alessandro: witty guy, more than adequately speaking English, very gentle. Very helpful with parking and ztl issues. We stayed in Villa Serena (2 bedroom). The pool, bedrooms and living area are spacious. The main street is 15 minutes away from the villa out of which only 5 can be traveled by car. After that you should either walk or use a motorbike. The atmosphere is very quiet since it is away from the city noises, but it might make you feel bored after some time ! We had an in-villa massage and it was great (150000 IDR). One of their drivers took us on a tour in Ubud to see the rice terraces, the holy water temple and Ubud market. He stayed with us for approx. 4 hours and we paid 400000 IDR. There is a restaurant nearby from which you can order food for in-villa dining. The facilities were all good and in working condition (bathrooms, safebox, kettle, fridge, etc…).

Tidy, clean & quiet (considering it’s a stone’s throw from Khaosan Rd).

Overall it’s perfect. Nice location and facility. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back for our next trip in Paris.

Location is great, just couple of minutes walk from the main attractions. Even though it is on the main street, there was no problem with the sound. Beds comfortable.

Right in the heart of South Kensington, next to the tube and Little France, this is a friendly, small hotel with enough style to feel pampered. The staff were great and looked after me extremely well.

loved the Best Western at Krakow, wasnt thrilled with room choice, way out of the way, lots of stairs and elevators to get to it. Concierge was very helpful and I had a delicious lunch there Breakfast buffets, very nice.

Nice location, the staff is very kind, the beds are comfortable, a lit of bit noisy because it’s located next the a very popular street.
