The chaI tea is the best I’ve had in all of India. There is the convenience of an overpriced airport shuttle. …but it’s safe.

The location was peaceful, quiet and in a quick reach from the airport where we had to go in the night with family with the children. I was very happy because the hotel provided a safe, quick transportation to the airport with reasonable price during night-time. Also the room service and food here was excellent and delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly so we had memorable last day for our Indian travel. Thank you so much! I was happy to be there with you.

Vicinity to the Aerocity Metro Station (800m). Therefore, you can get to the city or the airport cheaply. To the airport 20 rupees by aerotrain, and If you take shared cab it can be between 38-70rupees. You can find cheap restaurants nearby.

Located in a quiet place near the airport, but not so far from the highway. The staff has well took my angry attitude on arrival (see bad point) and was comprehensive. Cheap for what you get (correctly clean and possible to order food bringed in your room), knowing the location and prices around. No problem to leave in the night for the airport (service is sleeping to the office). Secure (portal entrance with "bip" signal).

The property has recently been refurbished and decorated in a contemporary style which made it feel very fresh and clean. The private double room was spacious and had a great shower. Staff were very helpful in sorting our tunnels tour and offering advice for our onward journey.

Had a fantastic stay, I paid a little more than I normally would for a hotel and so pleased I did. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and full of great recommendations on restaurants and tours. Also upon arrival I realised I left my travel adapter plug at home, I asked where I could purchase one from to be present with one by the receptionist! free of charge I was lent a plug it is those little things that make a trip.

We could have stayed here for our whole stay in Thailand. Great staff, so helpful and booked all our day trips etc for us. Lovely breakfast with great choice, free fruit and water whenever you need it. Our room was gorgeous and the air con was excellent. The bed was super comfy. The location is the perfect distance between the old town and the night bazaar. We just loved our stay here!

Very nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast choices were excellent!

Rooftop restaurant was great, all staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean and good facilities. Double glazing made the room nice and quiet.

The staff were very helpful in sorting out a few problems that I incurred. You could either eat in the air conditioned Dining room or the roof top terrace

I spent a few days in New Delhi before hit the road to Agra (Taj Mahal) and City star was a good choice! The location may not be the prettiest (some would say not the safer either, but I had no problems) but is close to subway that takes you to all main sites in town. Nice rooms (towels could be renewed though), complimentary bottled water, good inside restaurant for dinner and very friendly staff – which for me, was the highlight. They helped me with currency exchange (at fair rates), booking transfer to Taj Mahal (that was great and safe), ocasional tuk tuks (taking notes of their identification number for example, preventing "smart ones") and before I leave to airport, offered me a room to take a shower and clean up after a very long day in the city! (I had checked out earlier in the day). Loved it

Breakfast was great, big selection to set you up for the day. Beds were very comfortable & air conditioning was great. 15min walk from colosseum & metro just outside which we used most days. Manuj housekeeping on 5th floor was excellent. Jagat in concierge was superb – he’s been there 30 years

Hyatt regency is one of the worst property to stay at. I would never recommend this place. I shifted from Taj Diplomatic Enclave delhi and I regret checking out from Taj for this worst place to stay at i.e Hyatt Regency Delhi.

Rooms were abruptly small compared to Hyatt – Mumbai, Hyatt – Kolkata. Did not liked the room for the first time at Hyatt – Delhi. Even in the breakfast, services were very poor except one gentleman. Some lady staff were only taking care of foreign customers and not Indian customers. It seemed that Indians are not the proper customers, which made me feel drastic difference between hyatt of different cities. At the time of Check out, there was a lady from Manipur, and she was very kind, helpful. Please see that Hyatt – Delhi changes a lot. I always stay with Hyatt – Mumbai and staff of Delhi should get trained in Hospitality from them. Even Hyatt – Delhi should do some changes in the room. Rooms did not looked like star hotel. Bath tub was half. Could not understand, why was it placed, which made washroom just half. Regards joydeep b

I travel frequently in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the U.S.. This is one of the best managed and loveliest hotels in the world. The staff are extraordinary. On Sunday morning, I was awakened by laughing and loud talking from the room next door at 6am. I called the front desk and they resolved it. They then sent me flowers, goodies and gave me a late stay for free. Ranjita and many others are spectacular. My hotel of choice in Delhi!

Rooftop restaurant was nice, location ok although only there one night. As we were retuning in 5 days they allowed us to leave our bags until return. Front desk staff helpful.

The property was near Connaught place close to the metro and shops

All day I have talks with my friends outside the hotel. I was return for sleepeing only. Every morning I begin in swim pool. Best of all breakfast for me: "oitmel". Evening kitchen is good.

English speaking staff so easy to communicate – large lounge and big restaurant. Travel desk was helpful

Its horrible experiance staying at Udman while booking they r showing option for swimming pool after checking in the pool was found dirty with mud and black water.

Free wifi never worked. Bad maintenence of everything. TV never worked either. Too many employees at the reception, no well defined roles and they are very slow.

I really like using the swimming pool and the gym. The staff were friendly.

Centrally located. Adequately well staffed. Staff reacts quickly to your needs. Furniture old and needs replacement. Bathroom also needs to be updated. Old bathroom fittings.. Meals provided was good and well served.

Just the Location of the Property is of advantage and easy to commute .

The location was very nice. Housekeeping needs improvement. Lower level staff need training in basic etiquettes.

Apart from the location, the appartment is really nice, modern apart from the living room but it was just excellent.

Some of the staff were quite professional. The room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was tidy up every day and clean towels were offered.

Very spacious, accommodation bright, clean and had everything we needed. Great location, very central. Helped our family have a fantastic weekend in Malaga.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. the staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions and recommendations with regards to night life & activities , they printed us maps and where more than helpful with all queries. the free snacks on the beautiful roof top was a very plesent surprise :). Our stay at the Catalonia Magdalenes is one to remember. we will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The fantastic view of the very busy Piazza below. Relaxed, helpful & friendly staff in an elegant environment (price range considered). Please note that we chose coffee but not actually breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and Reception staff tender were very helpful. The location was fantastic.

It is close to Tivoli and you can walk to the city center. The breakfast was nice
