The room was cosy and had all the essentials. It had good access to subway and groceries.

Surprisingly good for the money. You can get hostel with public bathroom for this money in other places in Moscow. Here you have everything you could need in the hotel, and even more, there is a fully equipped little kitchen. I do not know, how do owners save money to get this quality. Totally recommended.

Studio standard was pefect for 1 person queen bed took up most of the area. Little kitchenete adequate. Receptionist young miss was very helpful and caring . But English was very limited. Ill go back to hotel its 6 stops to the city on the Metro. An Supermarket at Metro. Wear your walking shows your gonna walk a thousand miles.😃

Room facilities are awesome. There is everything you need. The supermarket is close to the metro, so you can grab something and heat it later with the microwave in your room.

10min walk from metro station and supermarket. Very clean hotel and good value for the price. Broad assortment of breakfast in the morning. Diner was fine. Many choices of typical Russian food. When we were too late for diner, we still got some food and could eat it at our room. It’s a plus that you get some dishes at the small kitchen in your room, so it’s possible to eat and drink something there. Fast Wifi.

the room was clean. The hotel was calm. The metro station was 10 minute to hotel by walk.

Great place to stay, very clean and cosy. Staff was helpful and nice. Very commutable the tube is five minutes away and the tram to the city centre stops just outside the hotel.

Very small but super cosy room, everything is well equipped.

Very comfortable beds. When things went wrong they were fixed straight away with smiles and apologies. The apartment was only 5 minute walk from the historic centre – very convenient.

Ехали в Москву на машине, задержались до полуночи – хозяйка дождалась. Очень чисто и все соответствовало описанию – что ждали, то и получили. Придраться не к чему (только стаканы маловаты размерами). Расположение супер, хозяева адекватные, все вопросы решаются. Советую.

Super friendly staff. Located at the end of a quiet Soi, close to the tourist hub Khao San Road. Many small eateries and shops closeby. You either stay in a room in the older (wooden) house or in the newer building behind the typical wooden house.

The property was clean, attractive and very stylish. The rooms were quite ‘compact’ but this modern hotel managed to pack just about everything one might hope for and then some into the limited space! The excellent location was in a ‘college’ town within central Tokyo…so a vast array of affordable restaurant choices close-by and a convenience store on virtually every corner. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to both Tokyo Metro and JR rail stations. Quiet, fairly residential neigbourhood despite being a short walk to the Tokyo Dome stadium.

The room is very clean, exactly like that picture. The region is safe, with a lot of grocery stores. Near to the metro station.

The hotel is located in the fully renovated part of the residential building built in 1950’s. So you’ve got a very high ceiling here and nice soundproof walls. It’s a quiet place though very close to metro station (about 1.5 min by foot) and major in-city highway. There’s a bunch of groceries and supermarkets in the area.

Удобное расположение, от метро 5 минут пешком. Легко найти, яркая вывеска на фасаде. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов, в том числе круглосуточный. Персонал ненавязчивый, круглосуточный доступ в отель через домофон. Номера крохотные, но радует, что есть все что нужно. Радовало, что котел на горячую воду в каждом номере и долго спускать воду, чтобы дождаться горячей не приходится.

An excellent, quiet and comfortable hotel, with a good bar, three minutes walk from the metro station!

The room was clean and comfort, the location is very good

We loved the breakfasts and we loved the location being so close to the metro. We appreciated the desk staff being able to speak English. While the restaurant staff could not speak English, they were always very responsive to our needs and would get help from the desk staff if necessary so that they could understand what it was that we were trying to say.

Excellent value, very comfortable. Just 3 or 4 metro stops from Red Square. The birthday cake and wine was an added bonus.

Staff was helpful and wifi worked well. Breakfast was also decent. I had a feeling that they know how to serve their guests, just looking at the amenitnes provided by the hotel. If you prefer the cosy hotel in the quite area, this is the hotel for you.

The hotel is in a quiet and safe residential area, very near to Sparrow Hills and Novodevichy Cemetery. Room is not very big but cozy enough and view outside the window really makes me relaxed. Restaurant provides good breakfast and lunch and the gentleman there is kind and helpful.

Great value for the money. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

I often stay in this hotel, it’s near to the metro station, clean rooms, quite at nights.

It’s an old-style hotel run well by the Russian Orthodox Church. It’s well located and safe.

A kind of "exotic" place. Old soviet time communist-party-buro style concrete Hotel is currently related to a church/RPG community so you’ll find pictures of chars all around. If you belong to the same community or at least neutral – you’ll be fine. If your mindset opposes theirs, probably it is not the best place for you. Go google the hotel name before booking, you are warned! Comfortable stay overall, not far from metro, quiete location (not sure it is a plus in the night), good wifi, nice staff. I will probably be back when and if needed.

Beautiful hotel in a residential area far from the city center but nicely connected. The road in front of the hotel is very caotic but there is a park 500 m from it, perfect for jogging. The staff was very kind and helpful. Perfect place for a business trip.

Great spa – swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are free to use if you’re staying in the hotel. Swimming pool is small, but has an underwater cannon – great fun, nice massage, and you can kinda swim in place. Complimentary fresh cookies when checking in and out – great with compimentary tea in the rooms.

Evidently a fairly new hotel. It’s all clean and comfortable and the welcome was friendly and efficient, with good levels of spoken English. Breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. Price was comparable to what you’d pay in the UK outside London; no idea whether that’s good value by Moscow standards, but it seemed reasonable enough. Fairly handy for Park Kultury metro – less than ten minutes’ walk. Overall I’d recommend it, and would certainly stay there again.

I liked location though it is not close to the subway. Lots of good restaurants around. The area of modern loft buildings. Staff is friendly. Good finishing of the building.
