Awesome little hotel in a very safe area. Small rooms, but very nice and very comfortable. Everything in the room worked well and kept you comfortable during your stay (ie. air conditioning, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed) Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to help tourists stay safe and have a great time, and wonderful breakfast. Wifi works, but is a bit slow. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. No amenities, but not needed when you’re in Argentina!

Bed was with good matrice. There was self using kind of kitchen We would never dreamed for such an address (the very heart of the center). Warm hostel, clean bathroom and room.

Apartment is small, but there are all what we expected. For two peoples quite satisfactory.

Fantastic clean and modern guesthouse (check in is 2 doors down at the hotel). Really nice spacious and recently refurbished room on the 3rd floor. The location is outstanding, just 300m from the train station and 10 minutes from the main attractions and cathedral. Good supermarket, bakery, restaurants and markets just minutes away. A really enjoyable 3 night stay.

Breakfast was nice a and complete standard basic breakfast. You will be happy with it.

Very service oriented and friendly staff. Basic but clean and well kept room.

The hotel was centrally located near to the train station, shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a night flight and we were allowed to leave our bags there until we picked them up in the afternoon. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location! Bars, restaurants, clubs. In the middle of the night life Comfy room. Cleaned Bathroom. Good breakfast.

I strongly recommend this place as it is not only excellent located but also is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Owner is really helpful and open to recommend nice places to visit. It’s easy to contact him and he doesn’t make any problems.

The view of neighborhood and near to subway/metro station

Large, quiet, clean appartment on central location. Boris is a helpfulll host.

The apartment is pretty much OK, perhaps missing just minor things, i.e. couple light bulbs could be replaced, families with smaller children could make use of bathroom stand and potty, if available.

Проживали с 27.10.2017 по 31.10.2017 г. Остались очень довольны. Квартира чистая, есть все необходимое. Особенно порадовал вид из окна, красивое место. Размещение очень удачное, центр. Рядом метро. Все достопримечательности центра Москвы в пешей доступности. В этом же доме есть продуктовый магазин. Всем рекомендуем!

Отличные апартаменты, до красной площади минут 20-30 пешком. Так же можно добраться автобусом, который останавливается рядом с апартаментами. Апартаменты чистые. Очень красивый вид из окон! В доме консьержка, всегда откроет дверь. От метро минут 10 до апартаментов. Очень близко к центру города, конечно, придётся использовать метро, но ничего страшного. Wifi работает быстро. Апартаменты чистые, в них убирается уборщица, доброжелательная. Хозяин так же всегда поможет, если возникнут какие – либо проблемы. Ездило нас 7 человек и всё были довольны. Буду рекомендовать друзьям данные апартаменты.

Отличная квартира в 20 мин ходьбы от Красной площади. 2 мин от м. Маяковского

Хорошее расположение, 5 мин пешком до метро. Мебель в хорошем состоянии.

хорошая трех комнатная квартира, отличное расположение возле станции метро, хорошая звукоизоляция: окна выходят на шумную улицу, но при закрытых окнах этого не слышно. теплая квартира, даже в прохладные дни в квартире тепло. в каждой комнате кондиционер. есть всё необходимое для проживания.

The studio loft apartment was fabulous, lots of space for 1 (even for 2). Furniture comfy. Shower unit good. Kitchen area good (didn’t cook, but looked more than adequate). Enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the apartment

nice area, walking distance to all sights, microwave oven + plates and cutlery and tea pot in the room, little sink to wash the dishes. Quite area – safe to walk, calm to sleep. Easy to find the way to the hotel on google maps. Coffee/tea just by the reception and are complimentary. Shampoo and shower gel in small packages and are refilled. Lots of eateries and shops outside. Will stay there again.

Highlight landmarks are within a walking distance. The property looks better than photos in booking.com. Comfy bed, clean room, and kitchenette in room! I have food allergy and am on a gluten free restriction. The kitchenette is a real life saver. Though staffs have limited English ability, they are helpful (better learn some Russian for more fun). For gluten allergen, there is some GF food for breakfast, eggs, potatoes, and some Russian veggie salads. Present your restaurant card to the girl and she will let us know what we can have

Расположение отеля близко к станции метро, окна номера выходят во двор – не шумно, постельное белье и полотенца приятные, новые, во дворе отеля- вход в ресторан с романтичным названием "Счастье" (на крыше).

Внимательный персонал, в номере есть все необходимое.

При заселении заменили номер на класс выше без доплат. Разрешили выселится на 2часа позже чек ина, внизу естт ресторан, рядом метро, разные достопримечательности. Очень чисто в номере, новая сантехника, кулер с водой в коридоре, завтрак в номер

Расположение отеля-близко Метро, Чайхона, Шоколадница, Аптеки и пр.инфраструктура. Удобно! Можно погулять, т.к.отель расположен в историческом центре на красивых и атмосферных улочках. Большая и мягкая удобная кровать, номер достаточно просторный, красивый и не напрягающий интерьер в эдаком стиле кантри.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got good night’s rest in a comfortable bed. The hotel is 15 min walk from Sagrada Familia and right next to a metro/train station so you can easily get downtown or to the airport.

Good morning coffee and porridge. Nearby the underground line and stores. Apart from road, rather silent! If you need meal – chose any fast food around.

Clean, comfortable hotel, it was a perfect experience

The location to the metro is great. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful.

The room was big and comfortable, is inside a small shopping center so it was easy to find food, drinks, SIM card for your mobile ( was cheap) and just 50 meters away from the subway, the hotel is like 4 km away from the Kremlin but in subway is like 10 minutes . If you don’t like to depend on subway and you prefer walking distance is not your choice but subways works very well.

Very friendly staff, great location, fast wifi, complimentary water in the room, kettle, comfy bed, place is very clean. Simple but basically everything you need for a pleasant stay. Central but quite. Will be staying there again.

The location is great, just next to a metro station, 2 stops away from the Red Square. Has some shops around and some fast food places, in case you need. One of the shops has delicious chocolates. Great hotel in the city center. Next to metro station. Quiet, clean, comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. And we really enjoyed it! The room was clean and quiet, plenty of space and nice staff. The hotel was very good for the money paid. Thanks for the beautiful memories!

The hotel was very nice and the spa was truly amazing. Staff at the spa and breakfast were very nice and polite. The bed was very comfortable and the room big. Overall, it was extremely clean. Situation was good : we still needed to take the metro to go to the touristic center, but it never took more than 15 minutes. The surroundings of the hotel were very enjoyable with lots of delicious bars and restaurants.

Great location near city centre. Staff wanting to help you at any time. Extra huge bed. All shops for daily life within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast with lots of choices. Most of the time the internet was fast and supported VPN connections. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Next to a nice botanical garden.

The spa facilities were absolutely fabulous !! I had a manicure and pedicure and the master was superb !! I was very impressed !! The room was great … a huge bed and very comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was very tasty and well presented. Overall an extremely good stay !! I would stay again !!

There is a park behind the hotel, the hotel is in the back, so very quiet.

Rest every thing is OK, Breakfast was good. the Georgian people warm and comforting.

Очень вежливый и предупредительный персонал.Номера после ремонта.Новые роскошные халаты.

Отличное расположение, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отель европейского уровня с просторными номерами. В номере кофемашина, что делает утро особенно приятным.

Отличное расположение отеля. От станции метро Маяковская минут 6. Вечерние прогулки в окрестностях отеля доставят истинное удовольствие. Хочется отметить также просторные номера с достойным ремонтом. Шумоизоляция отличная! Персонал отеля учтив и доброжелателен.

Не оправдывает ожидания уровневого отеля. Вроде все сделано, с претензией на качество. Но везде чуть-чуть не дотягивает. Например, лифт есть, но что бы попасть в него необходимо преодолеть лестничный марш. И в нем холодно, оказывается он вынесен на улицу. Хорошая сантехника Grohe. Горячая вода есть, но температура постоянно скачет. Принимать душ некомфортно. Нет ресторана, даже бара. Хотя обещают в будущем. Обслуживающий персонал попадается везде. Что-то делают. Но уборки в номере за два дня так и не было.

Новая гостиница. Хорошая Кофе машина в номере, постельное бельё, мягкие халатики, без посторонних запахов. Отличный кондиционер, нагрел номер в 5 минут.

Супер. Все чистое, новое, свежее…персонал крайне приветливый. Шикарное местоположение.

Все отлично!!! Очень рекомендую!! Отель новый, надеюсь и в дальнейшем все будет на таком уровне!! Успехов и процветания!! Спасибо!!!

Бронировали стандартный номер, по приезду нам сделали апгрейд. Насер чистый, достаточно светлый. Одеяла и подушки -супер. В номере есть кофемашина капсульная, кофе неплохой.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества! Приятный интерьер, достаточно просторный номер.
